I have applied for personal loan last week, person from hdfc bank gave me wrong information quoting more loan amount but once i have got my money it is lesser than 50% and when i tried to contact them, they gave me an info that am not eligible, they processed my loan without my agreement or without any intimation. Very irresponsible people with worst behaviour. I advise everyone not to go for personal loan with hdfc bank. I have tried contacting the customer care & sales manager as well with indira nagar branch bangalore. They are not responding as it is their mistake. Attached the screenshots of the discussion i had with the team of hdfc.

    Dear sir,

    Myself sivaramakrishna undavalli. I have a hdfc bank account [protected]. It's a previous company salary account. It's zero balance account. But suddenly on 16/11/2017 i have seen my account and shocked because of negative balance (-1284). Why the bank is charged i don't understand till now. I didn't find any details in account statement or any other places they didn't intimate to me. So please resolve the issue. Thanks alot.

      Dear sir/ madam,

      I was using a credit card of hdfc bank. The credit limit was 30k. I used for a year and i never track like howmuch everymonth bill is coming. I was getting the the bill and i was paying the amount. But for one month i was unable to pay the bill so i called to credit card department and i informed to them like i will pay the 2 month bill at the time with late fine. They told its not a problem.
      But next month with 1500 late fine they send the bill and some more extra charges. I paid all amount and i asked for credit statement many times and they did not provided to me. Then i started checking my all old statements and there was a lot of extra charges was there so i called to them to close my credit card then they told to me to pay my all credit balance. I was 15k and i paid. Then they told to me it will be closed.
      But they blocked my card and they mentioned in my cibil as “written off”.
      Due to this i am facing a lot of problems for any loan or other cc.
      I was using salaried account of hdfc bank, but due to this kind of behaviour i changed to the another bank.
      Requesting you to please suggest me on that or remove this account from my cibil.

      Hi,

      Kindly find the screenshot of my Cibil . Still it is showing in my cibil and there is another credit card is also tagged of HDFC in my cibil which does not belong to me. I never applied for second credit card.
      I am not sure, why the two credit card is showing for for the same bank.

        Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deduct from my account
        Without information dated on 16/11/2017
        When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
        But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/11/2017 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
        So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account

          I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr008637. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.

            Dear hdfc card dispute team,

            Yesterday night 1 fraud transaction have been done from my credit card. After this fraud transaction, i got a call from hdfc care and he cross verified this fraud transaction and blocked my card for security reasons.
            That time i was not using the credit card anywhere and it was with me. How is this possible??
            This fraud transaction has been happened second time? The earlier fraud transaction was done at netflix on 3rd sept. Now on yesterday 15th nov, 2017 the second fraud transaction was done at microsoft.
            Both these transactions have been done online in other countries that too in midnight.
            Kindly resolve this issue and refund my both transactions amount.

              Dear sir/ma’am,

              In refrence to ticket id= 153-504 raised against my complaint in the trailing email its already been 5-10 working days passed and till yet there is no intimation of where my money of amount rs 5000=00 is which was uploaded into my payzapp account wide mobile no. : [protected] on 3rd november from standard chartered bank credit card and even there is no response from your side as well. Request you to kindly answer my queries like if the amount has been withdrawn, so to which account it has been withdrawn as i am not able to see to which bank account it has been transferred to. And fyi i am attaching 2 different screen shots where in the 1st screenshot you will see that the amount was withdrawn to the account on which date and in the 2nd screen shot you will see no its showing the withdrawn date of 3rd november, 2017 and don’t know to which account its has been credited and only showing “card upload”. Request you to look into my trailing email complaint fyi.

              Request you to look into this matter on immediate basis and take necessary actions otherwise i will be forced to take some actions.

              Early response will be appreciated as other receiving the automated email from your side i am not able to receive and response form your side.

                    Problem - on 14th november i had tried to withdraw 15000 inr from one of the hdfc atm situated in location - 'palam vihar, gurgaon, haryana' around 7 pm. But i did not received the cash from the atm machine, however my money has been deducted through balance and not rolled back to me even after 10 hours from the incident.

                    I already raised a concern to customer care immediately yesterday and they assured me to roll back my money within 2-3 days.

                    Can you please do some quick follow up to get my money back into the account asap. As 15000 inr amount is a very big transaction and it's blocked due the technical issue from atm machine side.

                      This is addala anusha my concern is that i have transferred amount of 1000 on october 23 2017 by using payzapp to my account

                      I have spoke to hdfc customer care they have also confirmed the same that, they havent received amount of 1000

                      I have been calling payzapp customer care from past 20days but call is not established with customer care. Its really disappointing.

                      I request u to slove the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        Ello sir,, i saw your message and my account statement ledger, please verify it, i said take look ledger copy between march to august months - 2017,, i have lot of gain profit but there is no response answers and account details also,, last week one women talk with me they will credit all balance amount in account within two days but not yet received,, in customer service every time i talk with them each an every person giving different information,, very worst service, please take a look my account details between march to august months-2017,, my account id[protected],, in the trading periods between march to august time also i am not getting proper email and everyday my account showing different account balance, i ask my branch manager, he said it's problem from main branch office madam, they will correct it, today tomorrow day after, it's goes on and on nearly 6 months left,, i am not having interested so stopped trading in sept and october,, why you are doing like this,, i know i have more profits without loss between the past 6 months ago,, verify it and send me details,,,, i need derivatives account trading details from march2017to august 2017,,, take a look and give response answers,,,

                              After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :

                              After that received digital verification through sms i done that.
                              But after that i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:
                              "

                              Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                              We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                              Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

                              It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties. I tried many times to get the proper reason of rejection but nobody responding to me. I called many times to bank credit card representative but she is not picking my calls. Even not responding to my text. Totally disappointed with hdfc services.

                              So hoping to get some resolution i am posting it here.

                                This week i got a cal frm a person who said he was calling from hdfc bank &my resume has been selected, i askd me some of details like my full name, address, dob, mail id n after confirmation he said i need to pay 2000 for appln fees. Without checking the hdfc site, without understanding that he is fraud i told my father to deposit money now itself bcoz that person had given me time only till 4'o clock and i deposited 2000 in d name of ghanshyam. (Details of bank accounts where i had a deposied d money is mentioned below)& d nxt day i got cal frm another no. He said he is hdfc hr he took me interview he said i got selected too. And again i got cal he told me to deposit 4500 as security fees & this will be refunded wen i join. And today wen he was forcing me to deposit money immediately i got doubt n i visited to hdfc bank &told everything, i was shocked by hearing manager's reply. Manager said there no such procedures for recruitment. I lost my money. When i cald that person who was calling me for job offer, wen he got to know abt my visit to hdfc bank he was shocked n started scolding me only saying why did go der?!!! Who told u to go?! I had only told u to deposit na remaining adjustment i was doing with some internal party. I scolded him n askd to refund my money he refused to give it back. Finally it was a fraud..!!

                                  I had availed a term loan (Account No [protected]) from SBI, Darjeeling Branch for Rupees 2, 00, 000/- ( Two Lakhs ) only, and the same was CLOSED by me on 28/02/2016 under the SBI OTS 2015/16 Scheme vide memo no CM/2015-16/61/145 by payment of the full principal dues and Letter of Clearance was also given to me by the Chief Manager vide letter dated 11/03/2016, memo no CM/61.

                                      I got a call regarding credit card from hdfc credit cards,
                                      I said okasked about types of cards, and lateron i said them to issue me a moneyback credit card. Today i received the credit card ad it was freedom card, request to hdfc to colect this card as i dont need a freedom card, i need a moneyback card.

                                      also during issuance of card i asked credit limit, the person named ASHA said it will be in between 20000 to 70000.
                                      but i got limit of only 10000. this is fraud with customers.
                                      request to hdfc to take action against these type of fraud agents as they are spoiling name of HDFC bank

                                      On 11 Nov. While booking e- ticket on IRCTC app. As soon as I entered the otp session time out error came but payment was deducted . I didn't get any refund on this .I have tried to Contact irctc app but didn't get any help from there .

You may recall that our bank representatives were in touch with you during 16/11/2017 to verify certain suspicious nature of transactions observed on your card account. Basis your confirmation that you were not sure about the certain transactions, a temporary block was placed on your card account on 16/11/2017, owing to which the new credit card was processed. The new card will be dispatched to your mailing address within 3 working days. Further, we observe that the credit shield has been activated on your credit card based on the option selected at the time of application of credit card.
