I thought of opening demat account with hdfc securities. They told demat account opening charges will be rs 1250. I further asked them whether they can sell shares without client consent. They told that they will sell the shares without client consent. I am worried about their reply. If they sell my shares and make loss what will be the solution?. Please clarify.

    I loaded money (Rs.3000) from my icici credit card to payzapp wallet on 02.11.17at 7.35 pm. Rs. 3000 added my in my payzapp wallet. Then i transferred the money (02.11.17 at 7.43pm) to my iob saving account. But that transaction shows failed. After a few minutes payzapp wallet money deducted. This money not reverse to my icici bank credit card and iob account to till date. Payzapp wallet shows the following.

    Transaction status : success
    Transfer type : withdraw
    Txn. Id :[protected]
    Billed : yes
    Please refund my money in my wallet immediately.

        It's been 10 days and not yet received anything yet im trying to contact the customer care and there is no response from the customer care number. I have already made the payment and i dunno what's gonna happen. My reference number is hfr008240 and dunno whom to contact it would be better if i just get the refund i would take from a better provider who's customer care is better.

            When i try to transfer my wallet money to bank account, the transaction got failed and money debited from wallet which is happend on 03-nov-2017.
            I have sent an email on the same day and made a call to customer care, they saying that money will be refunded back to wallet in 5 days. But its been 10 days now and i did not get any response. Every time i call to customer care, it never connects and no response to emails.

            I don't know, how i can take this to hdfc bank higher officials.

                  I try to transfer to rs. 5000 to the axis bank account and the transaction failed stating the app error. But my wallet has been unloaded and i have stopped further transaction. I have tried calling to customer care but every time the customer care no is busy and they put to wait even for nearly 14 minutes. (Worst scenario). Worst of customer care no. I triggered a mail stating and providing all the transaction snapshots to them. I received only noreply mail but no one is there to answer for the query.

                  Ah! When i am writing this complaints. I have reached payzapp customer care executive through phone finally.

                  His name was hemanth. He asked for all details and finally said total hdfc bank payzapp systems are down always and asked me to call back one hour later.

                    Hello,
                    Hdfc charges me total amount of rs. 177/- ref. No. Is mir[protected] and narration is - 3rd party cash txn inc gst 301017-mir[protected].
                    I don't know about these charges. The customer executive from hdfc didn't response on my mail as well.
                    Previously they charge total amount of 6000/- (Approx) which is still not resolved. Now i'm afraid for my money and for digital transactions.

                            But 1515/- the transaction is not done by me and i am not received any

                                Hi,

                                I have an hdfc credit ending with 4575 which is charged with an amount of rs 1299 towards oneassist membership fee. It was done without my knowledge and without any prior check with customer.
                                I had not opted for oneassist while applying for credit card. Also, oneassist didn’t take any prior approval from me.

                                Please cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.
                                Also i don’t want any such membership /subscription; in future as well.

                                  As a marketing sale person said free card but not given all clear information and toll me life time free card and 23 rupees transactions was decline till not refund to my account and said fill up the dispute form but why I fill up because I got a mail decline be transactions.

                                  i call help line clearly inform not refund gst because late payment with gst applicable but before due date i call help line and ask to my statement but agent inform next month your bill genrate not this month so i not pay any amount after that i call help line my finane chrges reverse not gst but gst goverment charge i know so this amound refund to hdfc bank.

                                  Why without checking update complain resolve Hdfc bank forward a dispute transaction form but why I every time fillup the form because dispute and decline transactions is any tger so I again inform is wrong and illegal quickly solve my problem

                                  Hi team till not reverse my gst charge and i many time call help line he people said gst not reverse because goverment charges but i inform your agent wrong information given so charges applicable so kindly paid because is a bank fault so bank pay the amount till not reverse. my number [protected]

                                    Hi i'm venkateswarlu lingam.

                                    I paid 392/- for vodafone package from my mobile through hdfc netbanking. Amount was deducted from account but not credited to the customer account.
                                    It was happened on jun 28th. As of now, there is no proper response from hdfc.

                                    I checked with relationship manager and grievance cell people. They are always telling the process to kill the time.

                                      Ref: hdfc bank creditcard # 524181xxxxxx8632. This is with reference to your cheque payment made towards the above mentioned card number vide cheque # 30329 for rs. 23493.68 dated 02-11-17 drawn on dmk.

                                      As per the email received it shows that hdfc is not able to process my cheque payment on 10 nov.2017.
                                      I would like to inform you that i have deposited chq on 6 th of nov.in goldeol branch in mumbai and if there was any difference in words and figure amount than the bank should have informed me by mail on the same day.
                                      Hdfc bank did not followed up properly and informed me late on 10th of november whereas in 3 days any of the status of the chq would have been received to me by my bank. Afterall they did not deposited the cheque itself and now i have been charged the late fee.
                                      As soon as i received the mail for cheque been not be able to processed i immediately deposited cash in atm for card payment.
                                      So please waive off the late fee and it it is not poaaible to do so than i would like to withdraw your credit card service from today itself.
                                      You can send me the balance payable by me with summary of debits and credits.

                                      As per my earlier complaint regarding deduction of chq return charges by hdfc for my credit card no.[protected] was revised by hdfc bank but on the contrary they levied extra charges as finance charges to the amount of 918.25 paise which is at all not acceptable.
                                      I contacted hdfc toll free no but they told do whatever you like but you will have to pay the finance charges.so this according to me is very regrettable .Hdfc is looting their customers by levying here n there charges.
                                      So please do the needful.

                                        Its pathetic that an hdfc employee mob. No. [protected] called my hr team and said i have taken some loan from them. But that call was related to someone else.
                                        He said i'll call your whole team if i'll not give the concern person's no.

                                        One of my friend has not made the credit card payment and just to get his no. He called me up and when i said i dont have the no. The he shauted at me n said ll call evety one in my company...
