amount deducted from payzapp wallet but not shown in bank account

When i transfered 4000 rs through payzapp money is deducted from payzapp it was shown in notification but not received in bank account... No money is credited till now i am a middleclass parson today is the last day to pay my loan emi but this happened my civil will be effected because of this...

failed transaction money not credited to hdfc bank account from payzapp

I have made transaction in payzapp on november 3rd 2017. I have loaded 5000 rupees from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet and tried to transfer 5000 rupees from payzapp wallet to hdfc bank account, money deducted from payzapp wallet but not credited to beneficiary account. I tried calling payzapp customer care but they are not responding. Please get me my money back as soon as possible it's very urgent....

payzapp wallet amount not display

I have done 5000 payment on 1 nov 2017,
Added 10000 to my payzapp wallet on 3 nov 2017,
Again 5000 transferred to bank account on 3 nov 2017,
Now i should have 5000 amount in wallet and transaction on 3rd november.
But i don't have previous transactions on 3rd nov and remaining 5000 amount in my wallet.
Previous transaction displaying up-to nov 1.
What about november 3rd???...

aadhar updation not successful thru netbanking and atm for hdfc bank acc

I tried many times to update my hdfc bank acc. With aadhar card no. Through netbanking and atm. At the end of transaction, got the message update aadhaar number - success. But the update remained unsuccessful. For other banks, i have successfully updated my aadhar number.

This issue i discussed with customer relationship officer, he told to update the address same as of in aadhar, then try. Then also, update is not successful.br...

credit card payment and cibil report

Hdfc is the worst bank for taking any service from them.
In the name of service they are just looting people and making a fool out of them.
I had an outstanding of 90000/- and paid 55000/- out of the entire amount.
I agree that i missed some payments but then again i am making regular payments.
Issue is they have put a lot of dpd's in my cibil. I have an icici card also and there are hardly any dpd's in it but...

cancellation of one assist membership

refund of product purchased from online shopping site

I have return the product purchased from online shopping site myntra. But i did not get the refund amount from the bank. I have raised the complaint about this to myntra also but they given me the confirmation about refund. They instantiated the return amount to the bank. I already referred my problem with hdfc credit card that they debited ₹900 for policy illegally without my permission.in my unbilled statement policy titled as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr).
After my complaint they doesn't refund my amount. Instead they added another one way to debit my money that is smart emi for this they debited ₹100 + tax 30 or more.
Smart emi will debit ₹900 as ₹300 for 3 months for this ₹100+tax.br...

I spoke to one of the agent on 23rd sep 2017 regarding pre closure of on going jumbo loan and was advised that a. C. Has been closed and i don't have to pay any monthly emi from october if i pay the whole amt remaining including iinterest and other charges... On the same day i paid 50000 towards the loan... There was no money deducted in oct towards loan... I did not rcvd any msg or phone stating that some amt is still left...

Hi there were few transctions around during the period of august 2017-september 2017 which have failed but still there is no refund till date. The recent transaction shows card unload/load failed but no refund till date. The total amount of transaction exceeds 35k. Request to look into this and resolve. Also my credit card has been debited for the transaction....
