Hi,
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5625 without my concern on date:20/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

    In october i have a due for my credit card of rs 817 which i make the payment in november but in november i got a bill of 2524.78.
    How this is possible, i want the complete details of my credit card
    Statement for the month of november (On what items i spent how much money using my hdfc credit card). Please forward my credit
    Card statement as i am unable to view the same on online.

      Sir,
      I would kindly likely to bring to your notice that a charge of rs. 1899 as one assist m fee and over limit fee of rs. 500 along with igst rs. 90 have been deducted from my account with out any prior notice.
      I haven't subscribed to any such prieveilege subscription titled mfee.
      I would like the entire debited amount to be refunded to my account along with revised monthly statement.

        Dear sir/madam
        I m a hdfc bank account holder before three months i applied for credit cards but till now i did not receive my credit card my credit card last four digit 5723. One assist services has been imposed on my credit card but i m not intrested in this services and your credit card executive did not asked me for this services. I called many time credit card customer care for this service but i did not received any response from your side i m very upset from your services. Rs 427 has been deducted my saving account against this services. I request to u pls stop one assist services and pls get reverse rs 427 in my saving account and pls give my credit card asap.

          I have nothing to do with hdfc till today. God knows how they managed to get my number and infact our familiy member numbers, they call everyday 4 times from their personal mobile numbers or some number and keep asking us to take loans. Have shouted at them, requested them but they would not listen they will ring up without any customer consent.

          The number of phone numbers blocked is only increasing because two companies - hdfc and baja finserv.

          Donot call people who donot want to be called. Your telemarketing is super irritating and pushes people to never ever have anything to do with hdfc.

            I had applied for registering with the fastag, hdfc bank by paying rs. 300/- vide reference number hfr010567 dated 9th november, 2017. I had received a confirmation from the bank for the debit of the said amount and opening of a fastag account with a balance of rs. 100.00. The process stops here and there has been no official communication as to what needs to be done further. I am unable to contact any phone numbers given on the website. How do i proceed forward to use my fastag. Kindly mail me on my registered email id "[protected]@gmail.com" as to what has to be done for further proceeding this along with a contact person.

                    My name is manish prajapati, this is to inform you that my waiver amount rs.2100am using sb account, but it was salary account before 1 year. I didn't used as 1 year, now am using the same account as salary account fro new company, also i given the request letter for change my sb account to salary account near to the branch. Am keeping above rs.10000 in my same account with the instruction of your customer care people.                         My name is aayush shah. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld %26amp; fl cvr-"

                        I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner. Disappointment.

                        So i request to hdfc ergo to refund of rs 900 as soon as possible which was charged to my credit card without asking.

                            I've got a savings account at HDFC, I was trying to withdraw money from ATM and the machine shut down. The amount was debited from the account but the cash didn't come out.
                            What needs to be done in order to get the refund
                            Amount deducted for failed transaction and not yet credited to our account

                              I have applied credit card through the call receive from the Hdfc and I have given my detailed of employment.
                              I'm working in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, as SSO.
                              so they told me that as u are from HDFC group your card will be free for lifetime.
                              But later i found that this is a chargeable card of 590/year.and when i enquire by phonebanikng they told that your company name written as quality mansion, but this is my Office address.
                              So please resolve the problem and make my card free for lifetime as promised or cancelled the card.
                              One more thing one assist services active automatically with out my request and showed in my statement. I have already complaint for this issue. Please confirm me the service is deactivate or not?

                                On 11/11/2017 i tried to withdraw cash from atm and at the time of cash dispensing the security guard put the power switch off. The amount is debited from account and i didnt get it from atm machine. Then the security guard call'd someone and told me you will get the amount refunded within 24 hours. I waited for sunday. But not credited. So i went to the bank in the morning itself and talked with bank staff named nithish. He told will check in atm call me. After 3 hours he call'd me and told there is a excess of the same amount in atm and you'll recieve it within 24 hours. And the very next day that is today also he told like that. Till this time my account has not credited that amount. Why your bank holding my cash. I got very worst experiance from your bank.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  When I was doing transaction around 5.30 pm on 10.10.2017 from IndusInd ATM at Gold Souk Mall, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana, at the same time a message was displayed on ATM screen that unable to process your request. As money was not dispensed I left the ATM room. But within few minutes I got a message that Rs 7000/- was deducted from my HDFC Account No. [protected]. Then I went to HDFC Bank in Peach Tree, Sushant Lok, sector-45, Gurugram where I was advised to lodge complain to online phone banker. Then as per instruction of the Bank, I called HDFC phone banker/ customer care and registered my complaint for which I got a complaint number 1419398 informing that it will be sorted out by 19.10.2017. After regular follow up with HDFC customer care both via call and email, still my problem has not been solved.

                                  Further, I have also submitted card holder dispute form to HDFC Bank on 30.10.2017.

                                  Kindly resolve the above issue at the earliest and the same may be refunded to my HDFC Account.

                                  I would like to see the atm CCtv footage. Beacuse when i was in the atm room money was not dispensed. Although on screen a message was displayed that unable to process request. Kindly advise me what legal procedures i have to follow to get Rs 7000 refunded to my account.

                                  Above response i have got from IndusInd bank. As you can see in the mail IndusInd bank has refused to entertain my complaint as I am not their customer.

                                  Kindly raise my complaints with IndusInd bank to show me the CCTV footage at earliest so that my money can be refunded as soon as possible.

                                  Still i am waiting for the CCTV footage so that i can lodge complaint in consumer court against IndusInd bank that they are not refunding my money back to my account by saying that money was successfully dispensed. I have mailed several times to IndusInd bank to show me the CCTV footage. But every time they refused by saying that i am not their customer. Hdfc bank has to raised complaint for CCTV footage. Kindly look into matter and resolve tge issue so that my money can be refunded back to my account.

                                  As both indusind and hdfc bank fails to provide me the CCTV footage. In that case i have to go consumer court. You are once again requested to return my money back with interest.

                                    A 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 241017 of INR 177 was deducted from my account bearing number [protected], HSR LAYOUT on 03 NOV, 2017.
                                    Hope this will be solved.
                                    With out intimation amount deducted from my account and I am not ready to use this service..
                                    Money deducted from the wallet even though the transaction failed. I send nearly dozen mails since no replays from them..

                                    Don’t use the payzapp its waste of time and money
                                    I tried to transfer Rs.200 from my payZapp wallet to my Indian Bank account On 01.11.17 at 07.08pm - transaction failed due to incorrect IFSC code. But, still my amount not returned/ refunded to my Wallet. Take necessary action and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                      My credit card expire in month of september 2016, after that i am applying for new credit card in my new address but bank rejected 5 times my application due to signature miss match, when i first time apply i got same reason, but after that send all document with signature miss match form, again they told same thing, i contact with hdfc bechraji branch but they cant resolve my problem

                                      From past 2 months m trying to change my contact number and address both, i given application 3 times but there is no result, when ever i ask for status from CUSTOMER SERVICE they said signature mismatch issue.
                                      i dont know what service HDFC giving, seriously if i giving all details then only they are not ready to change.
                                      even i not able to get from for signature change because in all signature mismatch form asking for HDFC bank account details but i am not having HDFC bank account.
