I had made a transaction of 5000 from my payzapp wallet to my bank account on 23/10/2017, the money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but didn't get credited into my account. Now its more than 7 days and still no response from payzapp team their cx service no is not reachable, no response from email also.. I fed up tried contacting them daily 100 of times a day but still no response, even had provided a lots of feedback onto the hdfc payzapp review link where they always say "this looks concerning plz provide more details at the link" but still no response from their end too, i don't know where to go now where to complaint i am stuck with my money, if anybody has any solution over this plz provide to it wilo be very helpful

Please find that I have done a transaction in payzapp with my contact number [protected] on 23rd October 10:50am to my boi account number [protected] but fund not yet received until today In our banker told there is no fund received by payzapp so please refund or please contact me [protected]
