[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation request for one assist | |||
Cancellation of one assist membership I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 2981 without my concern on date:21/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/- Oneassist relationship number :? My card number 5241 ending with 4358, name VINOTHKANNAN R and my DOB 25.06.1989.
I have deactivated my credit card around 8 months before, because card was missed. After that i have paid all balance due on march 2017. and my card validity ending Sep.2017.
But currently they have sent a credit card statement with renewal subscription.

Please cancel my credit card [protected] due to i am not using credit facility so need not required credit card. And also you are deducted auto pay from my account without my approval.
Hence I dont want to continue credit card, please cancel immediately.
Please do the needful.
