Dear sir/s,

We being your preferred customer with id no.75584610 & ac. No :[protected] would hereby regret to say that we are not satisfied with the services being provided at your branch no.1455.

That i/w chq was returned on 26/09/17 ref. No.36 on grounds on insufficient funds despite of being funded immediately within 2 pm on same day on sms intimation and that too, despite being assured by your person in-charge that she would clear it after getting it funded at 1.30pm. Consequently, we were charged with 590/- by you and 1000/ bounce charge by the beneficiary party.

That again two i/w chq was returned on 24/09/17 with ref. No.44 & 48 on same grounds and under same circumstances. As a result we were again slapped with penalty of rs.2000/- for the two cheques from the party.

You being largest private sector bank setting standards and claiming extraordinary services in terms customer relations & services and because of the extraordinary services provided to us our image that was build since years was tarnished within a day.

It is observed that there is great urgency to train your employees to lay emphasis on to retaining existing customers rather to going out for new ones.

Finally, if you really take serious for our concern you would crediting back us with rs.3590/- else we shall opt for government banks for banking services who provides better services than you in terms of holding cheques by 2pm and making calls for same that too less expensive than you.

    I have paid my premium of rs 5790/- for hdfc life insurance policy no. 00262105 through my hdfc credit card on date 27/10/2017. The above said amount has been deducted but no confirmation from hdfc life insurance. I queried to hdfc credit card customer care and they told that payment has been done with transaction id 013022. I have also talked to hdfc life insurance customer care about this but they told payment is not received.
    I requested to hdfc credit card please refund my amount as early as possible so i can pay the premium by other method

          I have been a hdfc credit card user for a while now. 5 months ago i lost my job. But they have been harassing me and my mother for money. I never gave them authorization to contact my mother about my delinquent status. When asked they threatened me. I want to either reolve this or end my life and ensure hdfc pay my mother for mental torture and damages. Please advise.

            I need to know the reason for two debit transactions happened this month without my notice:

            .DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected]MIR[protected] charged 270.11
            DEBIT CARD PUR ADJ DT[protected] charged 37.33

            Why HDFC bank doesn't inform its customers while anything is debited from his/her account?I have seen many such transactions before but I used to think they are ATM card maintenance charge or some account maintenance charges.But these debit transactions are happening twice a year or may be even more than that.

                Sir i trasfered rs.2000 from payzapp wallet to sbi acc. On 22.10.2017 bt it did not transfered n amout was deducted i called customer care of payzapp on 24.10.2017 he called me again ur agent known rahul kumar (Cbm manager) from his no. [protected] n took some information from me saying money will be refunded bt it didnt refund either money was deducted from my credit card, debit card also from sbi debit card so i wanna complain about that ur agent n request uh to plz refund my money about total rs.31, 300 also which did not tranfered from my wallet to my sbi account of rs.2000... So i request uh to plz investigate n refund my money soon

                My transactions Rs.5000/- by payzapp(transaction id[protected]iX88kO6)went successful but the money was not credited to my Bank Account. Tried contacting the customer support, the toll free number is always busy.Also one of my transaction of 5000 (transaction id[protected]eR25xT7) got failed and even it didn't get refunded. Ultimately I lost 10000 rupees because of this. Can I get my money back.

                  Hi my name is dinesh. My complaint ticket number is 'ticket=067-262'. I loaded 5000/- money into my payzap from credit card. Money successfully loaded into payzap and i tried to transfer money to my savings account, transaction is failed and money deducted from payzap. I raise a complaint through e mail. Its already 7 days and my complaint is not resolved. Whenever i call to cust care its always busy. I tried nearly 40 times. Dont know what to do. I never experience this type of problems with paytm. Paytm is way better then payzap even they charge some amount for transactions.

                  I never expected hdfc show this much negligence to there customers. Feeling sorry for using payzap..

First i recieved a message stating as refund in 5 days and now again another 5 days as there was some technical issues... Am getting worried when i started reading reviews about payzapp..                           Hdfc credit card ending with 6803 has been debited with rs.1899/- towards one assist membership fee on 16/10/2017.
                          I dint get any info to renew this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited from my hdfc credit card.
                          I am not interested to renew this membership so
                          Kindly resolve the issue asap and refund the debited amount and please don't repeat it again without my consent.

                            Yesterday i tried booking a flight ticket from bangalore-delhi dated 21th february, 2017 through your partner "cleartrip" on hdfc smartbuy. The amount of rs. 2930 was debited from my account instantly but it showed the confirmation status as "pending". Later after some half an hour i received a mail and sms both stating my booking was canceled for flight booking id: [protected] and that the amount would be credited back within 1 hour.

                            Unfortunately till this point of time i have not received the refund back in my account. It seems like a fraud. Neither i can re-book again a flight for same day as i'm confused by the service provided by hdfc. This is the second instance i'm facing this concern with hdfc.

                                I have tried and call payzapp customer care but no response phone number seems to be unavailable. I have mailed to payzapp support but no one responded to the mail till now.

                                  Hi payzapp team,
                                  Yours is the worst customer care service i have ever experienced.

                                  I tried to do three transactions of sending money to bank on 23rd.

                                  Two transactions showed success to sbi
                                  (Transaction ids,

                                  [protected]wv51cx4).

                                  And other one failed to hdfc.
                                  (Transaction id[protected]yh16ob1)

                                  But all three of them did not credit any amount to beneficiary account. But amount got deducted from payzapp wallet. I complained thru payzapp app. Reply came to wait for 5 working days.

                                  I am worried now as 5 working days have already been passed. Still no response from payzapp. And everytime payzapp cutomer care number is either busy/disconnected without any response.

                                  How a customer should feel if the money got deducted. And there is no proper way to easily connect to the customer care.

                                  Following is the reply i got when i submitted a cimplaint to payzapp thru app.

                                      I am filing a complaint here against hdfc ergo general insurance against the non-payment of the claim amount for my claim id # pa ­16­17/5309 registered with hdfc ergo on 29/11/2016 for the personal accidental policy number #70072763.

                                      All the necessary documents asked by hdfc ergo team on 29/11/2016, were already sent to their address by 04/12/2016 and i am also attaching the scanned copy of the filled application form which was sent to them during that time. And the claim pa ­16 ­ 17/5309 was approved by them for which the insurer already received the sms confirmation on her registered mobile number on 09/12/2016.
                                      And after that we approached many times to the grievance team to credit and reimburse the claim amount and they informed us to send the scanned copy of all those documents again along with cancelled cheque, which we already did earlier and the escalation officers from hdfc ergo advised to wait and they asked to give an physical appointment with the insurer, which was also done in the month of january, 2016.
                                      But after all these formalities, still the insured person ms. Anita bhattacharya did not receive the claim amount and after providing sms confirmation on 09/12/2016, again now they have started asking few more documents and again the physical appointment, which already happened earlier.
                                      Now, this is clearly a case of harassment and wasting of valuable time of the insured person and also this is a case of fraud, for which hdfc ergo team is unnecessarily asking new documents, which was not asked earlier at the time of raising claim.
                                      So, on behalf of ms. Anita bhattacharya, i am approaching insurance ombudsmen department, bangalore, to look into this case seriously and help us to receive the claim amount along with compensation amount for that we are waiting for last 3 months without any satisfactory solution.
                                      Reason for filing claim in bangalore: ms. Anita bhattacharya is bed-ridden and she cannot go out as per the doctor’s advice. Hence, being her legal beneficiary (As per the policy) and legal representative and guardian (Relationship: nephew) and as i am staying in bangalore, hence i am putting this case to bangalore dept so that i can come physically in case of any hearing happens.

                                      Discrepancy in communication from hdfc ergo:
                                      After approving the claim on 09/12/2016, the hdfc grievance team many times confirmed over phone that the claim is approved in system and the claim is under process. But later on, the claim team asked for few more documents like indoor case papers, which were nowhere asked earlier before approving the claim. And also we already gave the appointment slot with the patient ms. Anita bhattacharya, where the claim officer mr. Dipayan saha came to patient’s premises (In january, 2017) and did the physical verification and also asked details from the neighbourhood and from the local relatives. But now again they re asking for appointment, which was seriously not expected. And also after approving the claim on december, 2016, now all these points should not be asked from the patient again, which is only a harassment for us, delaying and wasting our time to get the claim amount.

                                        I naresh jal as a registered user at mobile no. [protected] on payzapp would like to make a request to you regarding a transaction made by me on 23.10.2017
                                        Amt : 15, 000/-, transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my payzapp wallet still not credited my hdfc bank account, i have tried contacting payzapp customer care enormous times but i was unable to reach them as number is always busy. Payzapp has the worst customer service. Please help me with this and i also email twice but they didn't contact me just sent me auto email as response
                                        If i will not get my refund amount 15, 000
                                        Within 24 hours then i will complaint to consumer court
                                        They promised me that they will refund in 5 working days but after completion 5 working days now they are asking more 5 working days for refund
                                        I am really unhappy with the service of payzapp

                                        Do not worry same thing happened with me on 23rd October, Monday. 5 working days are over, got the message yesterday that it will take another 5 working days. Money will be credited in the payzapp wallet. If not i have a better solution for the crazy people(HDFC). I good thing we learn never uase such app to make the payment or transfer the payment. I am pretty sure money will be refunded to the payzapp wallet within 5 working days.
