On dated 24.10.2017, i have done first transaction of rs 5000. It is successful. But same day on time 06:19 pm i have done second transaction of rs 5000, it was failed. And payment deducted from my payzapp wallet but not received in my hdfc bank account. (My account. No. [protected])
From same day i have tried customer service no. But it gets always busy. Then i have dropped mail on payzapp support. But till now no any feedback, no any resolution.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was transfer money to my friend money deducted but transaction fail 17th Oct 2017, money was not refunded

This my salary account why i am maintain minimum balance. my account balance for mines 1365. i cant take this

    On 28th oct morning, i have added 5, 000 rupees to payzapp wallet through my axis credit card. After sometime, it shows the payment was failed. However, amount got deducted from my axis credit card. I'm not sure how this happened and i have tried to make a call to the hdfc customer care team and no reply from them and i have wrote a complaint through email. Still, i didn't receive any response from them. I'm wondering when will i get the amount back to my credit card. Please take care of my complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I understand there might be technical glitch. Try to resolve it soon.

        My husband opted classic assure plus plan in jan 2016.

        Policy number: 18132977

        Client id: 97542416

        Sum assured: 2, 43, 426

        Policy term: 10 years

        Paying term: 7 years

        So far i paid two yearly premiums. When i went into the policy document, details provided by your hdfc life executive was totally different from the document provided.

        Executive told, at the time of maturity, you will receive between 6, 09, 781 (4% interest rate) and 6, 88, 894 (8% interest rate). Let me share the calculation provided by him

        Executive told below are guaranteed benefits,

        Revisionary bonus: 3% for 7 years

        243426 % 3 = 7302.78

        7302.78 * 7 years = 51119.46

        Guaranty bonus: 8% for 10 years

        243426 % 8 = 19474.08

        19474.08 * 10 years = 194740.8

        Terminal bonus: 2% for 10 years

        243426 % 2 = 4868.52

        4868.52 * 10 years = 48685.2

        Total guaranteed benefits= 51119.46 + 194740.8 + 48685.2 = 294545.46

        Non-guaranteed benefits were between 4% and 8%

        4% = 71811

        8% = 150924

        Total benefits at the maturity is sum assured + guaranteed benefits + nonguaranteed benefits

        4% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 71811 = 609782.46

        8% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 150924 = 688895.46

        But when i checked same with helpline member they were saying we ll not receive 6lakh + amount during maturity.

        I have raised lot of complaints @service and havn't got any clear clarification.

        My simple question : what will be my maturity amount???

          We loaded 20000 in payzapp account on 29.10.17. And transferred 5000 with reference no.[protected]i4fe) to another payzapp [protected]
          And another transfer to a bank account for 15000 on same day.
          But those transactions were failed and refund was not done by payzapp to us. I've mailed to payzapp consumer service i'd. But i did not have any further assistance by them also toll free number not working.

            I am getting calls and message almost every day for personal loans from hdfc bank. I have raised a complaint to them and sent mail with subject "hbl=[protected]" almost 1.5 years back. My number is dnd activated. But the actual problem is so called "agents" call from mobile number and not hdfc registered numbers. I also shared one number with hdfc regarding this but they responded saying "does not belong to any of our empanelled dsa".

            But if we answer "yes. I need loan". Then we get call from the actual hdfc bank employee or agents. If those mobile numbers are no way linked to hdfc and they did not share our data to some outside parties, why are they calling on behalf of hdfc and how hdfc is able to get in touch if we actually say yes for the loan. I was so frustrated once that, i have closed all my accounts with this bank.

                  This viswanath prashad gupta, using a credit card no - xxxxxx3620. I have an offer for jumbo loan as mentioned in attached screenshot.

                  Message clearly shows that emi is rs. 9730 for 48 months. After processing it now customer care is saying it is processed for 60 months. Amount is 9729.17. I think, all you are miss guiding and leading to customer.

                  I humble request to all of you do not miss lead anyone and please resolve my problem. Who is responsible for this. Customers are not always wrong, when they don't get the things as per promises.

                        I have done two transcations on hdfc payzapp app one of rupees 5000 (Txn id:[protected]es76yl0) (Date:23/10/2017) and other of rupees 2000 (Didnt get any transcation id) (Date:27/10/2017) in both cases i have transferred money from my wallet to bank account. The amount is deducted from my wallet and not deposited in the account.
                        It was mention that any such transaction the refund wound be to wallet in 5 days but this has not happened with me.

                          Hi,

                          I would like to file a complaint regarding misleading communication from hdfc phone banking customer service officers. My total bill amount due was rs 7184 and due date was october 28. I had called the hdfc phone bank customer service agent to inquire about how the autopay from my hdfc bank account work. Since there was a refund of rs 3570 to my credit card account from a merchant payu, would the auto pay deduct rs 7184 or deduct rs 3614? The customer service officer assured me rs 3164 only would be deducted and i need not turn off my autopay. But it was really disappointing to see rs 7184 being deducted from my hdfc bank account on the payment date october 28. But when i called the hdfc phone bank on october 28, i was informed by the customer service officer that the deduction of rs 7184 was an error and i could call hdfc phone bank again on october 30 and request for the refund amount of rs 3570. When i call hdfc phone bank today, hdfc phone banking customer service officers say that refund of amount rs 3570 is not possible. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way your team is misleading customers who are using hdfc bank for more than 5 years.

                          My credit card number ending with 2076.

                          I request you to please refund rs 3570 to my bank account or i would report this to the banking ombudsman rbi and need to look beyond hdfc and migrate to other banks with better service.

                          Also i would be posting this issue in the social media like facebook, twitter, youtube, watsapp, quora and consumer complaint forum and i would sue hdfc in the court if my refund is not processed by today.

                          I would like to file a complaint regarding disappearance of my credit card (Ending with 2076) reward points in the month of may and june 2017.
                          Whatsoever may be the reason for the disappearance of my credit card reward points in the month of may and june 2017, i was not intimated and i am deeply disappointed by this and planning to close my account and cancel my credit card.

                          My credit card number ending with 2076.

                          I request you to please credit back the disappeared reward points or i would report this to the banking ombudsman rbi and need to look beyond hdfc and migrate to other banks with better service.

                          Today i got the call from +91-8285351079 and +91-8002121702(Rahul Sharma) and he introduced himself as a payZapp Customer support. Then He started to asking about my PayZapp pin and DVC code . I didn't share them to that person.what He told to me that if i doesn't share my PIN and DVC to him then my account will get block . After the interaction i check my account it's locked. Please help on this issue. PayZapp toll free number not working.Please suggest the correct number. I don't know that person is reliable how can i share my details to him.

                          Hi Mahesh, its really true and they took 5000 Rs without withdrawing money from the ATM and I'm waiting for last 7 days to credit it back to my account. Today when I called phone banking, customer service person - Dinesh told they cant assure for crediting back the money.

                            I i had made a transaction of ₹ 5000 on 23rd october but i am not able to see any money in my payzapp wallet and my bank account. I have sent them mail regarding the same but i havent got ant response from their side. I have called them many times but the number is showing busy everytime i dial. Erlier they told that refund will be initiated in 5 working days but till now nothing has been done from their side.

During the take over initiation the hdfc representative mentioned i had to pay rs 6605 as processing fee for both the home loan and the top-up loan and once the loan is sanctioned, i will be refunded rs. 6497 as rs. 108 will be only deducted.                               I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 2981 without my concern on date:21/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

                              Please find that I have done a transaction in payzapp with my contact number [protected] on 23rd October 10:50am to my boi account number [protected] but fund not yet received until today In our banker told there is no fund received by payzapp so please refund or please contact me [protected]
                              My last transaction of rs 5000 to my indusind account from payzapp shows successfull, but amount is not deposited yet into my indusind account.
                              Please solve the issue urgently.
                              My card number 5241 ending with 4358, name VINOTHKANNAN R and my DOB 25.06.1989.

                              I have deactivated my credit card around 8 months before, because card was missed. After that i have paid all balance due on march 2017. and my card validity ending Sep.2017.

                              But currently they have sent a credit card statement with renewal subscription.

                              Please cancel my credit card [protected] due to i am not using credit facility so need not required credit card. And also you are deducted auto pay from my account without my approval.
                              Hence I dont want to continue credit card, please cancel immediately.

                                I transferred rupees 5000/- from pay zapp on 23/10/2017 to icici bank savings account no[protected]. The transaction was showing successful but money was not transferred to my account.

                                I am regularly complaining to the customer support but i always receive auto generated one computerized complaint number but there is no action to that complaint number.

                                And customer support telephone number does not work.

                                  I had booked inadvertently a ticket at mmt site which i had already booked before. Then i immediately within no time tried to cancel that and mmt site shown me rs.40204/-. But, after sometime it shown me 25, 612/- and finally again they conveyed it rs..9944/-. It shows that they themselve are not clear about the things at all and still gave nothing in my account till now. They are trying to manipulate the issue and want to keep whole money with them.
                                  So, i want to decline this transaction from my card to save my hard earned money. All the screen shots are available with me for reference if required.

                                  I hope you will understand my agony and will help me out by not releasing this transaction to mmt at all.

                                    I had made a transaction of 5000 from my payzapp wallet to my bank account on 23/10/2017, the money got deducted from my payzapp wallet but didn't get credited into my account. Now its more than 7 days and still no response from payzapp team their cx service no is not reachable, no response from email also.. I fed up tried contacting them daily 100 of times a day but still no response, even had provided a lots of feedback onto the hdfc payzapp review link where they always say "this looks concerning plz provide more details at the link" but still no response from their end too, i don't know where to go now where to complaint i am stuck with my money, if anybody has any solution over this plz provide to it wilo be very helpful
