Dear sir,
I am akhil k, hdfc bank customer, having a cus. Id:[protected]Home branch:padmanabha nagar, bangalore). On oct 26, 2017 an amount of 2075.00inr had deducted from my account without prior notification. I had approached my home branch for resolving this issue. After a lot of trying, they responded that they will give me the customer care number and i have to call them for resolving this issue. I couldnt believe that my home branch didn't take any initiative to resolve its customer's problems.
Although i have tried telephonic communication with hdfc customer care, but i didn't get a positive response. As i am in kerala, and my home branch in bengarulu (It was salary account), it is little difficult to me to reach there.
Hope you understand my problem and i expect a solution which will give my unnecessarily deducted money back to the account.

    My self shaba hassan mirza hdfc credit card holder card no :[protected]
    On 23-oct-2017 i have initiated 2 transactions using hdfc payzapp with refference no

    [protected]uu78rw5 (Imps-withdrawls_ 5000 rs status failed wallet no [protected]

    [protected] _loaded in wallet _5000rs status failed

    Payzapp also confirmed in mail stating that funds will be credited with in 5 working days still it has not ben credited yet, i have also contacted to senior authorities of hdfc bank they are not answering the mails

    Kindly look into this matter and help me to get rid and credit my funds back to source credit card

      Though i have submitted kyc form online multiple times (Hdfc rejected them without any proper reason mentioned to me) and all my details including aadhar number and current address are up to date, hdfc bank is harassing me to reach bank branch and submit kyc form. I work monday to saturday and cannot take a day off for just this and loose my livelihood. But hdfc is not ready to understand all this and not even ready to send any agent to get it done, but keep harassing me and threatening me that my savings account will be freezed. Rbi mandated aadhar card alone but hdfc is harassing on the name of rbi for kyc form.

        I transferred 10000 from my wallet to bank but the amount is not credited to my bank ac but the wallet is debited. I have transferred 5000 twice to my bank ac.

        Customer care no is always busy and there is response for e-mail also.

        Customer service is so bad.
        I have made a 2 transaction amount worth 2000 to another bank account. Money is debited not received by another bank. I tried to reach them. No response from the Customer care [protected]@payzapp.in, [protected].

          I am a new hdfc bank credit card holder. I didn't activated it. But the bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6237 without my concern on date:27/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

            My name is mohinder i have applied home loan from india bulls they hold my loan because of wrong information showing in my cibil account
            The wrong information is hdfc bank's other person 2 loan showing in my account. I visited hdfc and talked about this matter they checked loan account and get result wrong information showing in my account. I requested them give me noc or written document that account not blog to me so that i can get loan from india bulls but they saying we can not give noc etc. Jut give me complain number and given one week time now 3 weeks has been passed but replied.. I have given 50k rs to seller as advanced now seller cancelled deal due to unable to give amount in given time..

                I haven't made any online or international transaction and really not sure why this is happening

                I tried calling your customer care, but no luck in reaching them

                  I am a holder of hdfc regalia card where i had received priority pass for using lounges across airport terminals which is complimentary for some visits on yearly basis. I had used the priority pass on 26th july (As per my statement). Unfortunately i have been billed 1800 rs.
                  Reason not known, here are the issues

                  1. As per new policy hdfc says priority pass card should be used in international airports and regalia to be used in domestic airports. Who informed and when? Sending spam emails wont help here hdfc

                  2. Without my approval or signature its a conduct of breach to debit my account. I had not used the card for paying even a penny in lounges

                  3. My relationship banker and their face book page are simply useless.

                  Time to quit my 17 year association with hdfc.

                    I parvesh kumar as a registered user at mobile no. [protected] on payzapp would like to make a request to you regarding a transaction made by me on 23.10.2017 through transaction id[protected]vm19rk0 with ref. No. 23144m0kkut6. When i did this transaction it showed failure transaction in payzapp app but after restart payzapp it showed success and the amount is also deducted from my payzapp. But it has not been transferred in my bank account. When i searched for the error i found that due to technical error at the place of account holder name and account number it filled my account number at both places (Paid name and account number). So i request you to please look in to the matter and help me completing the transaction as soon as possible or reversed the transaction and refund the amount to my payzapp all.

                    Moreover for the details of cancelled transaction, i herewith attached a proof of cancellation of transaction. So please find out attachment.

                    I will be very thankful for this and would be proud to be a member of payzapp.

                    Many times i have tried to contact payzapp helpline number and sent email regarding my problems but nobody reply.

                          I am trying to understand is it fair to charge over limit charges by the bank if the account goes over the limit because of the charges (Interest charges, finance charges and late fees) applied by the bank. I did not few payments on my credit card and because of which i was charged finance charges late fees and now because it went over the limit bank started charging over the limit charges.

                            I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag site and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr004049. I received an sms on 15-oct-2017 informing that the fastag is activated. But the rfid is not yet received. I have been trying to contact on the toll free number and most of the time it is unanswered. If somebody picks up the call they are unable to provide any information. Please let me know whether it is processed or not. If processed when can i receive the same.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr006679. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                Neither i receive the Fast Tag application PDF on my registered email id.
                                Nor any representative got in touch with me.
                                And till date i have not received the Fastag and it was committed to be delivered in 7 working days.

                                I bet if you can contact HDFC Fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy all the time or if luck that not being attended.

                                Rs 500 is also paid for the same but still no email is received. Tried multiple times to contact to customer service but unable to contact. Request you to look into it. From 1st dec FastTag is mandatory.

                                I have received mail about tag issue on 24th November 2019. I am yet to receive the tag. However, I consider the issue is closed.
                                The same problem even I am facing. Though I have applied today only, but I was expecting an email or SMS with the confirmation, as the closing page mentioned - "The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID" & "Our representative will get in touch with you soon".                                 I am applied for hdfc fastag and I also have the same issue after I received application reference number ( HFR616815 ) there is no response.

                                Tried calling customer care number [protected] but no response, spoke to the Sales manager and public relation officer at the hdfc branch where I have my account but even they are helpless. (They are saying that they have received lakhs of applications and cannot help as they them self’s are not getting proper response from hdfc head office)

                                I hope my issue will be resolved asap, as I have Planned few tours a head in the month of December.

                                I have paid required amount - Rs.500 - Fee - 100, Security Deposit -200 and Currency loaded is Rs.200.

                                But till today neither I have not received Fastag nor there is no information update about delivery status.

                                No idea whom to contact as I am unable to reachcall on given telehone no.[protected].

                                Wow, i applied today and i am literally laughing as i thought i am the 1st one to have this issue. Looks like there a 1000000 members before me facing this issue, i guess i made a mistake of not buying it from ICICI which still gives in 7 days.

                                Does anyone know that HDFC is atleast trying to address this issue ??
                                I applied for FASTAG yesterday 3-12-19 by paying 500 Rs. The thank you message said " The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID." . Till now I have not received it.

                                I had applied for for fastag through HDFC bank appln. ref number(HFR359140) on 11, Nov, 2019.
                                My fastag wallet is created and got customer ID and wallet ID. But the fastag is not delivered to me till today.
                                There was no communication from HDFC bank when they will dispatch fastag as well. There fastag customer care nubmber is never reacheable. It is always busy. They didn't provide any email contact for fastag support as well.
                                If I call the hdfc home branch, they say they don't deal with fastag. So I am forced to raise this compaint here. Expecting a faster resolution.

                                  First of all i work in a reputed it sector in security and compliance dept. So, i very well can feel that the hdfc's security infrastructure is not that secure at all. There were a few transactions on my account from mutual funds, which were unauthorized by me recently due to signature mismatch in cheques. If they can process a cheque with an invalid signature, anyone can forge their signaures and even documents and hdfc wont care about it. They are just trying to make people believe they are edgy but not truly. Despite various phone calls and emails, hdfc is pretty unresponsive and cannot comprehend the weight of this issue. I would strongly recommend people not to use hdfc as their savings account if you are really concerned about the security.

                                  I sent everything as mentioned above. The funny part is no one even cared to call me and clarify and straight away went for resolution as if they are smart. The ### ( i am not sorry for using this word, because that is what she is ) who emailed me with resolution just mentioned " the transaction was done for a Mutual fund ". DAMN IT THAT IS MY PROBLEM, HDFC HAS PROCESSED AN ILLEGAL CHEQUE.
