      is this joke i just submit a complaint but after few seconds how it automatically mark complaint as resolved because i don't get any mail or call from bank regarding my complaint and didn't refund my money.

          Hi team,
          I see 1899 rs has been debited from my credit card on 30th october 2017. I do not need this protection and the amount should be refunded to my account asap.
          Customer support executive told me that this service will be free and no charge will be taken, however you charged 1899 rs from my credit card ending with 2279. This is not fair, please cancel this and refund the amount to my account.

            Investigation is over. I got a mail stating you guys will refund the amount back. Your phone banking officers tell me they refunded some amt back 2 days ago but i cant find it in my account statement. I nid to know how much more time u guys gonna take n now. I cant get in touch with any customer care executive they are always busy n u say 24hrs helpline but all. Bz for 24 hrs thats great

              I got call for credit card so i applied for credit card which they told is lifetime free and my card is dispatched but still i have not recieved it. It is linked to my user id so it is showing deduction of 1299 for any service which i have not applied for. When i call to customer care then they ask for credit card number but as i have not recieved my card so i don't know credit card number. So please remove my deductions from credit card urgently.

                Request ur assistance in this regards, as i have usage with dinners club credit card since on 2016 on wards, just i have swiped 75k on same year,

                Still i had paid for long time on minimum due's only, which is due to family situation is the main reason, under hospitalized got with huge expenses also, so that i could not able to pay the outstanding amt on 75k,

                Now i am ready to settle for outstanding amt with 12 short after that maximum waiver of current outstanding

                Already i have approach many more times for negotiate settling to credit card from hdfc (Credit card collection team location @ kovai),

                (Approximately i have paid above principle amt) but still show as rupees outstanding amt is 77k)

                Based on the above, pls consider for slide deviation

                  Hi,

                  I have been using my hdfc credit card for over 3 years now and i have always recieved good customer service. However, recently i gad a very bad experience. I was down with dengue and forgot about the credit card bill payment. I recieved a call from nilesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com asking me to pay 27996.59/-. He also sent me a mail. I trusted his mail and dint check my actual due for the month of september, 2017 and paid it and mailed him the screenshot. After that geetanjali. [protected]@hdfcbank.com called me and asked me send her a screenshot too. I did that. After i recovered i checked my statement and noticed that i was supposed to pay only 8, 000/-. I have a limit of 2 lakh and both these people troubled me for a mere 8000/- due. And on top of that asked me to pay almost three times of what my due was.

                  Now, when i am trying to get in touch with them, neither of them are responding. How can they just turn a deaf ear and not even respond?? It is their fault that they communicated an incorrect amount and made me pay it.

                  I should be refunded the extra money that i paid and the late charges should be removed too since i paid thrice the due. So basically just like the bank charged interest on money that i have pending, they should give me interest on my money sitting with them. The least they can do is reverse the extra amount and take some action against both of them nilesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com and geetanjali. [protected]@hdfcbank.com

                    Applied for hdfc fastag. Made payment as instructed. Received application number hfr 007676. Not received an acknowledgment via email or sms regarding whether the documents uploaded are received. The hdfc fastag website is slow and not user friendly as progress o[censored]pload is not shown. Tried to call contact number given on the website but always comes ringing.
                    Hdfc needs to take a call if they are serious about entering into fastag business or else they will spoil their carefully built up reputation.

                      I had applied for hdfc credit card around 20 days ago. No. Of associates had come to home and office for verification and took signature. It's been around 3 weeks and still not received the credit card.

                      If i had known that this is how the service of your bank would i would i have applied for some other bank.

                      Application tracker is showing in process for the last 25 days. This is unacceptable, kindly look into the issue. Multiple associates came and took signature. I don't know whats the delay is for. According to your bank's policy I should have received the credit card within 10 days.

                      Just now today I received an email that my credit card application has been rejected because of internal verification. It's unbelievable that this has happened since the company in which I work has a tie up with your bank. So many associates of your bank came for the verification at office and home. It's been 30 days and this is what I got. Extremely poor service, I should just change my salary account to some other bank.

                          My name is alla umamaheswararao. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 296916".

                          I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                          So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 900 any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                          The Bank did not provide me the statement and they kept on leaving the bank charges and finally blocked my card without my information.

                          Now, they are threatening me to effect my CIBIL. If I dont pay their lunatic charges

                          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5973 without my concern on date:23/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                              I have transferred 5000 from my payzapp wallet to sbi account. Unfortunately i have entered the wrong account number. Meanwhile i got the notification as transaction failed and refund will be initiated. I want to know that transaction was failed or money credited to the wrng account. Am trying to contact customer care but no one is responding. Worst kind of response ever from hdfc side. First reslove the customer care issue.                                 I have transferred rs 5, 000*2 times to my dad's payzapp account [protected] later i again needed the money and asked my dad ito send it back to my account. My dad has sent 5000*2 transactions again to my account amount 5000 + 5000 debited from his payzapp account but only one 5000 rs credited to my saving account and other rs 5000 was failed with ref number[protected]jn94du1 and transaction date was 26th october 2017. I raise a ticket and i got a reply that i will get the credit of rs5000 back to source account with in 5 working days and today is 6th working day still my money is not credited back to my account nither in my dad's pay zapp account. Urgently pay credit my amount back to my account as i need to pay the life insurance policy and also note that if this is been delayed i will never use this app in my life again and also ask my friends, family not to use this and also inform people on social media about this issue.

                                  I am having account in sbi, btps township badarpur. Yesterday at 19:30 pm i tried withdrawing money from hdfc atm molarband in front of bikaner sheet shop, of rs. 10, 000/-.in transaction i have received the money rs.8000/- but i do not received the money rs. 2000 from the machine but the amount got debited from my account.                                     I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After two days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
                                    I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
                                    How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statementand make immediate refund as quick as possible.

                                      Submitted documents through online net banking and also through email at [protected]@hdfcbank.com it's being a month no proper response from the bank i get rejected message but not the reason

                                      Calling nri customer care number is pathetic almost spend 500rs customer care by listening always busy with another customer

                                      Please address my concern i cant remit money as my account some time blocked and some time restriction due to kyc
