I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter.

Its my salary account, should not i get privilage and deduction should not be done.

I want my money to be returned back.

    Dear sir i did transaction on dated 23 october 2017 from hdfc payzaa to my axis bank account, but transaction was cancel due to time out, fund is zero in my wallet. Immediately i inform through mail because customer care number is always busy, no respond. I receive a mail which is auto reply by system. I have transfer fund due to emergency.
    I am in problem. Total amount rs 11000.
    I trust because hdfc is a big brand. Till today no respond.
    Please refund my fund immediately because i am facing problem.
    When i contact to hdfc customer care, they not entertaine me.
    I am surprise, please help me.

      Hello sir/madam,
      I’m 31 years old man with disturbed financial condition and not able pay my bills on time from a long time. But from last 2 months i have been receiving call from one of your executive who is forcing me to pay complete amount. I have repeatedly requesting him to give me at least 2 more months to pay the amount. Now he’s is abusing me threatening me for which i’m mentally tortured nd disturb. Sometimes i i feel like to end my life. Is this the way you torture people. I’m not saying i will not pay the amount. What i want is i need 2 more months.
      Kindly allow me for 2 more months.

        This happens wd me evrytym dunno y... These ppl dnt hv reliable systems due to wch v customers hv to face many prblms.. Evrytym i transfer money frm my payzap ac to my dr card i rcv a msg dat its been debited bt i nvr gt ny msg saying dat the money hs been credited to my bank ac... Its so irritating... I cnt c money in my payzap ac neither in my bank ac n wen i call up cust care frst of ol they r nvr nvr nvr contactable n by gods grace if m able to reach thm smhow they always keeps on transferring me to sm odr dprtmnts... Huh... So rude n cheap service hdfc provides... N these bloody cust care ppl tels me dat it will take bloody 5-7 wrkng days fo money to be credited to my bank ac wat a #... Nw ive transfer evrythn to my bank ac frm pyzap n now i dnt hav anythn in my ac dunno whr my money z gone... Huh

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2412 without my concern on date: 27/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

            My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). When i was called to customer care the balance was in negative amount of rupees-8403.45.
            I was applying for laon and the loan was rejected to this negative amount which i was did not notified on this. Please help on this.. Action it correctly.

              I have loaded an amount of 5000 from my axis card to payzapp. The amount is successfully loaded into payzapp but when i tried to transfer the amount to my bank, it is not transferred. So that transaction is failed, but the amount has been deducted from payzapp. So please credit my amount as soon as possible. My transaction id is :[protected]pl93cu6.               Finally Payzapp has taken total 5 business days to credit the amount in payzapp account.
              I have loaded an amount of 5000 from my ICICI card to payzapp. The amount is successfully loaded into payzapp but when i tried to transfer the amount to my bank, it is not transferred.                 The company is deducting money without any proper information. Don’t know what are these for. They deducted rs 177. And when i tried to register complaint for this, they said it is not a complaint category and i should contact accounts team and i hen i tried that only ivr responded with no option for transaction details other than amount. They should notify us if they are deducting money however this is happening time and again and we don’t even receive any meesage or email for this.

                  I have used hdfc payzapp application to transfer money from wallet to hdfc savings account as of 22.10.2017. But the transcation was failed not know the reason also my money was deducted 5k from the payzapp wallet but it was not transfered to my bank account nor in my wallet i contacted the payzapp customer service team didnt get a proper reply from them asusal they are saying it will credit but alomost 5 days over still i didnt get my refund.                     Ten days before i paid for a movie ticket using payzapp card, but didn't receive the ticket even after the amount has been deducted from my payzapp wallet. After enquiring with bookmyshow about it through email, i received an email from them saying they have refunded the amount which should be reflected in my payzapp account in less than ten days. Till now i didn't get any notification of received amount in payzapp transaction history.

                      I have been charged rs. 177 (Rs. 9.57) debit and 167. 43 negative mentioning the narration for transaction as "3rd party cash txn inc gst 181017-mir[protected]"

                      The transaction # is mir[protected]
                      Date 27/10/2017

                      I had a single cash transaction of rs. 1500 from a third party bank and how can hdfc befool us by levying such huge charges and that too on a salary account. It is totally against rbi policies. No confirmation message was sent when the account was debited. Please help me resolve this issue or i will move to court.

                      HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                        This is very disappointing and unacceptable where company like hdfc bank activated an oneassist membership to a customer without taking the consent.

                        I received a message on 21.10.2017 at 4:49pm stating that oneassist membership has been debited from my credit card ending *2306. Following this, on 24.10.2017, i received another message stating that they processed smartemi request for rs.1299 payable in 3 emis-1.50% roi pm, exclusive of gst. Total payable of rs 1417 inclusive of gst.

                        These all process have been taken place without my prior consent.

                        I am really not happy with the oneassist membership activation. I have made the complaint on the hdfc website regarding the same but have not heard anything yet.

                        I would like the oneassist membership to be cancelled and refund the debited amount of rs 1417 at the earliest.

                        This is a pathetic customer service.

                            दूसरी प्रमुख शिकायत यह है कि आपके प्रतिनिधि ने ऐड ऑन कार्ड के लिए मेरी बेटी का आवेदन पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ प्राप्त किया था और उन्होंने कहा था कि मुख्य कार्ड के साथ आपका एड आन कार्ड भी आपको दे दिया जाएगा लेकिन मुझे आज तक एड आन कार्ड नहीं मिला है, मेरी बेटी के नाम का ।

                              I received a call yesterday, 26.10.2017 :

                              "i am calling form hdfc life insurance. You have taken a policy called 'classic assurance plan' on 23.3.10. Policy no. : 11403946. You have paid only first time rs. 50000. After that no premium has been paid for 7 years. So you have to pay rs. 3.5 lac.. We have recived message for cancellation of this policy as so much time is over. If you go for resettlement you have to pay first 3 premiums i.. E 1 lac and then can continue for 7 years. If you don't resettle witjin 1 week you will get only 5% of your paid amt. (50000) and neither hdfc nor you will get balance. It will go to irda."

                              She (Sonia) gave me name and phone no. :sidharth malhotra ([protected]) of regional head. She told me to call this no. And tell my decision.

                              Today when i called this no. He said it might have happened that when policy was taken agent told you it is one time only so you have not paid.. He conveyed my redience address (Which was in 2010) correct. Date of birth, my name correct.

                              I told him i have not received any document or mail id. He said no mail id is mentioned there in policy document.

                              He said a verification call will come to you from hdfc mumbai.

                              Today after 1 hour i nrecievdd a call from [protected] stating he is from hdfc mumbai. He told me that he will send someone to my house to fill form and collect cheque of 1 lac else it will not settle. Luckily i called your helpline to confirm wherein i was conveyed that it is fake call. But same telephone no. Other persons have also complained. Why no action against this person or number?

                                I have booked a railway ticket but transaction failed due to network failure and money was deducted. I got refund msg from irctc, that 'An amount of Rs 6760.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected]on 14-Oct-2017will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. But Hdfc haven't credited it in my account, till now, and one same day I received another msg from irctc that 'Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending **** for Rs. 6760.00 has been credited/reversed by IRCTC12027 on[protected]:16:02:43. But till now no msg from bank I have received also I have cross checked it with ATM. I want support from bank. Because same thing happened with SBI but within no time they have credited it.

                                IRCTC Txn ID:-[protected]
                                When i talked to the IRCTC representative they told me that money has been already Refund is done from IRCTC . Contact Gpay Representative...than I Contact Gpay Representative than they told me I am really sorry but refund was initiated from IRCTC, there is no role of gpay in the process of refund...than What to do now?
                                Now after almost 14 Day's Done..But Gpay & IRCTC and HDFC Bank not Refund My Amount...I have Check My Bank Statements also but still I not get my Amount .

                                  I transfer money 5000 & 3000 from PAYZAPP application to my account. the transactions no are[protected]aM00rS2 and[protected]uC63wF5 . but the amount is not transferred into my account. while from the application status is done as transfer ok. the transacton dates is[protected]. till date[protected] no payment is received into my account. plz look into the matter and get me notify where my payment is.

                                  I want to notify you that I am using Payzapp HDFC App to transfer money. And on date[protected], I transfered money Rs. 5000 & Rs. 3000 from PAYZAPP application to my SBI Account. The transactions no are[protected]aM00rS2   and[protected]uC63wF5 respectively. But the amount is not transferred into my SBI Bank account. The bank representatives of SBI also verified that no payment is received to my A/c. while the application status is done as transfer ok. The transaction dates is[protected]. And now till date[protected] no payment was received into my account. And no refund was also given to me by Payzapp. Please look into the matter and refund my Rs 8000/- as soon as possible.

                                      I request to you that on 23/09/2017 i have complaint raise against hdfc bank to not respond to settlement of my loan account from last 2 years. Know hdfc bank will only give email to pay loan amount with interest but they will not ready to one-time settlement of the my loan account. They have given me customer care number and every week i spoke with some customer care officer they will give 5 working days to solve my problem but still i am not satisfied with hdfc bank customer care officer. So please help me what to do. I have take over loan from axis bank to hdfc bank. They disbursement outstanding amount to axis bank but they will not disburse any excess amount to me.in mean time they will freeze my account and they are not make mortgage of property also and i already pay the legal fees for mortgage of property.
                                      I request to solve my problems as soon as possible.
