I have applied loan in hdfc on march 2017 and my loan application has rejected on 6th sep 2017 without any information but not get any update from the team. (Hdfc gachibouli, hyderabad). When i met with bank team and they given update as still technical verification is under process.
Still team is not giving any clearance on my application. Loan fee also not refunded as per process.

Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC has taken rs 12000 for loan process but didn't taken any action. When I met breanch manager, he agreed and told HDFC can't refund money and you can give complaint. But when I filed consumer complaint.then he refunded 5000. But HDFC has wastage my 8 months of time and not given any proper updates, than also they changed 60% of money and wastage my 8 moths of time.. This cause me soo much money loss from builder and still iam struggling to get my money back.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
