Hi team,
I am facing issues with your service. Be it debit card or crrdit card.
For debit card, i had already paid the emi in the starting of oct'17. As the cycle run on every 23rd of month, emi got auto deducted due to which my balance is negative..
For credit card, it is showing conflicting data. One day, i have pay to some amount and the other amount is already updated and don't have to pay much. I have already taken the screenshot for the same. I even have the message for the same issue. Moreover, some issue is there with the due amount. Details are not cleared in the statement i asked for whole year.
Could you please look into the issue as soon as possible? I would prefer to switch to other bank if same thing continues.
