I have transferred rs. 5000/- to my sbi bank on 01 november 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account and debited from payzapp app. From past 3 days i am trying to contact customer care number which provided in the app but no response. I called to hdfc bank customer care and got response that they are not aware. I called to beneficiary bank person told me that there was no transaction was happened with below transaction. I was really shocked and i send beneficiary account statement also. As a big corporate bank this is not at all fair by not providing good service to customers and playing with customers money. If it is not going to solve i will draft a mail to rbi and socialize every where in the media.

    Hi i am added 10000 rs money to wallet on 3-oct-17, then i will send 5000 rs amt to bank account and remaining amount not showing, and also that's transactions disappeared in recent transactions.

    i lost 5000 rupees in your app already 7 8days completed and also below no is calling to my cell asking card details [protected] he is saying agent of your bank (trans ID[protected]bZ55dM4) when i will get my money its not a 1 rupees its 5000 rupees
    I have transferred the amount 1000 rs to sbi account... Still it's not credited to account.. And customer helpline number
    shows always busy...from payzapp to sbi account kindly help me out with this issue..

      Hi,

      I have get a new hdfc credit card. But out my surprise rs. 1299/- charged on my credit card account without any kind confirmation/intimation to me as oneassist membership fees. Now i am struggling with hdfc customer care to get it deactivated for last 2 weeks for this unwilling membership fees reversal.
      I need a help to get this membership deactivated and do a reversal of membership fees.

      I want a refund.

        amount debited from my payza account but transaction failed

        I added 17500 in my payzapp wallet. First i transferred 5000 to my friends bank account but transaction got failed and then transfer other 5000 to other mobile number, it got transferred. First transaction was not successful, neither i got it back in my payzapp account nor to to my friends bank account but deducted from payzapp. Please refund my 5000 to my payzapp or to my friends bank account.

        Hi, my account no. Or mobile no is [protected], i had added 10000.00 (2 times 5000.00) on 30th october 2017 from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet, the amount as been deducted from credit card but it is not loaded or added to the wallet. Kindly reversel the amount or check and do the needful please, on the same day i had called hdfc credit card customer care they told me to wait for 5 days so that amount will be reversed but it as not happened kindly any one help me in this regard please...

          Transaction to load inr 5000 in payzapp wallet failed, however, money got deducted from sbi credit card.

          I tried calling payzapp customer support, however failed to connect. It is always busy.

          I really don't where to go, whom to call and how to fetch my money back. Please look into this concern and get it resolved at earliest.

            I have taken admission for mcom 2 by using my debit card due to network issue i made the payment of admission twice. One got submitted and want my another one back. This incident happened on[protected]. I informed hdfc customer care regarding this problem dey informed me to wait for 3days to get the refund but still didn't get any refund. As the admission taken in mumbai university and the application number of admission is 243812.

              I have added 10 k from sbi credit card to payzapp eallet. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out.
              I had made this transaction on 3rd november 2017.
              Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp. My payzap mobile number is [protected].
              dude same issue i also faced yesterday, on 3 rd nov, "the app error encounterd " and money deducted from credit card but not reflected in app, i sent an email to [protected]@payzapp.in and got reply.

                I don't remember that when i got cal from hdfc ergo insurance group.. But they issue a insurance policy with my hdfc credit card.. It happened without my willing. At lost i got a message bearing policy number [protected] on 31/10/2017 evening 7.49 pm...
                Actually i don't need any policy. Please rectify the same. Cancel my policy. Save my money in my card.

                  I received my new card one month ago, in first statement there are some unnecessary charged for rupees 1299. When i called to customer care they didn't explain about this. It s very bad experience of your credit card. So please help me about this or if you can not solve this issue then close my credit card account. I don't want this type of ridiculous service.

                    I was using hdfc credit card since 4 years. I always pay my bills on time always. One day lost my card, so i block it and dont issue the card, but they renew my card and add a renew charges in my bill statement. However i fight and solve this issue. And made full payment of purchase value. Now after some time, i receive a bill from hdfc asking 750 rs. I asked hdfc they said late payment. So i request for reversal, then they reverse and then after next week they again ask for late payment of 750 rs., then i again asked for the same issue, then they asked for 100 rs. For full and final settlement. So i pay 110 rs. And after some time, hdfc sent me 1500 rs. Bill for late payment.

                    So this kind of thing is happening with the common person and even dare to ask to big players who loot their money.

                    This kind of activity is mostly done by hdfc as i discuss with other users.
                    The hidden scam of thag of common person money.

                      In the process of adding my money 5000 rs from credit card to payzapp account the process got failed, but my money got deducted and it didn't get added into my payzapp account.
                      I lost my money in this process and when i'm trying to call payzapp customer care number no one is responding back and sometimes the phone number doesn't work at all. So, please help me to get refund my money back.

                            I already Submitted the declaration form for Signature Mismatch no response received from the department, But my Credit Card isn't issued to Yet.

                            Please help me for the same on urgent basis.
                            It's just a Priority for your Customer.
                            Even when I am using correct PIN it is givinge error as incorrect PIN. Last week I reset PIN and used it once so it was successful but when I used it second time it gave me same error even after using correct PIN. In using HDFC money back credit card. Please suggest. Thank you!

                              Hi, actually my money is deducted from the payzapp wallet, and not credited to the beneficiary account, this happened on 28th of december and i am sending a screenshot of this transaction for further details and i am waiting for last more than 5 working days for the solution and not getting proper solution for this.

                              Kindly provide me the proper solution to this.
                              And whenever i tried to call customer care from any mobile number not response voice will come to hear.

                                Amount failed from payzapp app and amount deducted but not refunded back
                                My number - [protected] i have done a 5000 transaction on 28th oct 2017, 14:18:02 to transfer to my icici bank account but amount failed and amount has been deducted and my amount was not credit back into my payzapp account.
                                I given complaint they said it will take 5 working days today is 8 th working still they are not refunding my amount back.
                                Plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent

                                  I owned a hdfc regalia credit card which had an offer of 12 complimentary lounge access free across india every year. I had been using this offer but suddenly hdfc decided to remove this offer without any kind of email or sms notification. Due to this, i was charged for the lounge access in june and july. When i complained regarding this, hdfc customer care blatantly replied that they had updated their website.

                                  I don't think this should be allowed, as any thing chargeable should be informed by a message or email or post.

                                  Also just to update, as mentioned above I was charged for the lounge access twice, first on 22nd June (for 2 people, amount: 3523.50 + GST around 600) and then again on 8th July (for 1 person, amount: 2132 including GST). On complaining several times I got a reply from HDFC that they would be refunding 1 persons visit charge, but even that was not done due to which I was further charged a late payment fee of Rs 480 on my card statement!
