With reference to the subject, i would like to inform you that i have transfer rs. 5000/- pay zap to my axis bank account on 23rd oct 17 but transaction got failed but wallet money has been deducted from pay zap wallet and not credited in bank account. So you are requested to look into and return my deducted money urgently.

    This is manjeet kaur from ludhiana. My phone number [protected] i have done rs. 5000/- transaction using payzapp on 23rd october 2017 to my saving hdfc bank account and rs.5000/- in my indusind saving account, money got debited from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, i have tried so many to call on payzapp customer care number # and also sent mail on [protected]@payzapp.in but there is no response for payzapp. I need that money its very urgent.

      Hello payzappteam, please assist.

      I have done a transaction of rs 5000 on oct 23 2017 and that money is yet to credited to my account. Transaction id is[protected]dz82vv5 done on mon oct 23 17 01.16 pm.

      I got attached notification that money will be refunded in 5 working days. It's been more than 5 working days and refund is yet to be credited to my payzapp account. I tried customer number which is a pathetic service. I also emailed support and got ticket 099-626 but there's no follow up on that either. Please expedite the refund process and respond back asap.

        I am sreekanthreddy. I send 5000rs from hdfc payzapp to my hdfc account on 23 october 2017 but the transaction is failed and i was asked to customer care they said after 5 working you will get your amount but it sixth day but i wasnot get amount back. Know i'm calling to payzapp customer care it is busy busy. So i want my money back. So pls take it as complaint and do need full.
        I have made transaction from standared chart bank to payzapp wallet on 29/10/2017 at around 8:25AM the amount has been deducted from the bank side but i didn't get till now we are unable to reach the customer nuber also which they have given ([protected], [protected]).

          I have applied loan in hdfc on march 2017 and my loan application has rejected on 6th sep 2017 without any information but not get any update from the team. (Hdfc gachibouli, hyderabad). When i met with bank team and they given update as still technical verification is under process.

          Still team is not giving any clearance on my application. Loan fee also not refunded as per process.

          HDFC has taken rs 12000 for loan process but didn't taken any action. When I met breanch manager, he agreed and told HDFC can't refund money and you can give complaint. But when I filed consumer complaint.then he refunded 5000. But HDFC has wastage my 8 months of time and not given any proper updates, than also they changed 60% of money and wastage my 8 moths of time.. This cause me soo much money loss from builder and still iam struggling to get my money back.

            Hdfc bank had acted illegitimate, illegally and in an untrusted way by forcibly opening my salary account especially when i did had one savings account in hdfc bank. You associate had just fulfilled his targets. The salary account of mine shows negative balance. It's a shame for your bank. I have a healthy relationship with hdfc bank. Shut down my salary account.

            I Amit Prabhu further state that the HDFC salary account of mine was forcibly opened by your executive as I already had one and I had let him know that same.

            That executive of yours opened my account just to fulfill his Account opening targets. For which I had made a false Prey to it. I hereby state that I donot wish to continue with the Account for which I am charged for no reason.

            I hereby state that if my salary account continues showing negative balance, I will have no other alternative other than to shut down my HDFC saving account too.

            This may have severe consequences for your behalf.

            Please look forward to close my salary account.

            I m further looking for a prosperous and healthy relationship with HDFC Bank but only your actions will help me be with you in a positive thought.

            This instance is quite shameful for a growing Bank in a Competitive Banking Sector.

              I transfered 4500 rupees in for medical cause to one of my friend through payzapp but transaction failed and my amount was deducted from payzapp wallet. I wrote multiple message at [protected]@payzapp.in, but there was no one to look at our concerns. payzaap is virtual platform for money transfer which has a team of virtual people and it has started to play with the sentiments of people by blocking there money for there personal use.

                Customer ID 5301673.I was a classic customer.I had joint account with my wife.She never operated the account .I had issued a cheque in favour of my broker.Bank dishonoured the cheque on the ground that my wife's adhar details has not been updated.I had to incur losses.Written complaint letters to customer care.Not received satisfactory reply.My debit card was blocked.

                I withdrew my money from the bank leaving a minimum balance necessary for savings bank account.I requested the bank to take away the facilities given to me as a classic customer .The bank through a mail confirmed that that facilities has been withdrawn.Currently I have around Rs.15, 000/- in my savings bank account n have a fixed deposit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (maturity value Rs.1, 50, 000/-).

                Today I received a message from BH-HDFCBK asking me to maintain the minimum balance.Failing which non maintenance charge shall be levied.
                As classic customer facilities have been withdrawn, why should I pay the maintenance charge?
                Kindly look in to the matter n reply.

                      I am lately aware of the revised charges hdfc introduced, before that i ve done a value of transaction of rs30000, which is chargeable @5/1000rs for once but i ve been charged the same twice. N the sad thing is when we customers go bank for depositing the tellers knows it, i can only deposit rs25000 without paying tax since account is non home branch but all they want is u paying tax unnecessarily.

                        Cancellation of one assist and refund of money
                        Without any consent from me, it is surprissing how hdfc bank deducted money for activation of one assist plan. Evan i had nit yet activated my credid card yet but the money was debited without my knowledge and consent.
                        I just receiced sms that one assist membership fees is debited to my credit card. I am surprised to know how bank can do this without my consent or evan when i had not provided my card number to one assist. But without my knowledge i got sms that one assist membership fees is debited to ky card ending 8025. Evan there is no mention of amount debited.
                        Please do the needful and reverse the charges.

                          Hi team,

                          Its been more than one month i am requesting for noc but hdfc bank not providing it.

                          In month of april2017 i had taken jumbo loan of rs.2.20lakhs on my credit card ending with 8553.

                          I foreclose this request in the month of sep2017 and on same time i requested them to provide me noc letter.

                          I have to submit this noc letter for home loan disbursement, due to delay in noc my home loan is pending to disburse from last one month.

                          I tried to talk in hdfc branch but they are not taking any responsibility and saying that the loan was on credit card so i need to concern on phone banking.

                          I have taken so many follow ups on phone banking, in beginning they given commitment of 4, 5 working days and said i will receive noc letter on my mail id, but now they are saying that i have to send request letter to hdfc credit card division, chennai.

                          I am very frustrated due to this type of experience. I never expected this type of service from hdfc.

                          I will stop using hdfc credit card if such type of service they will continue.

You have given me the time window of 5 working day which already been passed. Find below transaction details: transferred on: mon oct 23, 17 14.30 time : txn id:[protected]wr48ce3 sir i ask consumer to take strict against this payzapp i spoke with customer care executive 2 days back she told me that i will receive the amount on 30/10/2017 for sure but still i have not received the amount i need this amount very urgently this people are trying to cheat customers very badly even iam having proof with me against payzapp
                              I have made a transaction on 27th october from payzapp. Money got deducted from payzapp but did not get credited into account. I need you to take action on this else refund my amount.

                                  On 28th oct morning, i have added 5, 000 rupees to payzapp wallet through my axis credit card. After sometime, it shows the payment was failed. However, amount got deducted from my axis credit card. I'm not sure how this happened and i have tried to make a call to the hdfc customer care team and no reply from them and i have wrote a complaint through email. Still, i didn't receive any response from them. I'm wondering when will i get the amount back to my credit card. Please take care of my complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I understand there might be technical glitch. Try to resolve it soon.

                                    I am Hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number 545964******1709 without my authorization on date 21/10/2017
                                    I don't want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take necessary action asap.

                                      My husband opted classic assure plus plan in jan 2016.

                                      Policy number: 18132977

                                      Client id: 97542416

                                      Sum assured: 2, 43, 426

                                      Policy term: 10 years

                                      Paying term: 7 years

                                      So far i paid two yearly premiums. When i went into the policy document, details provided by your hdfc life executive was totally different from the document provided.

                                      Executive told, at the time of maturity, you will receive between 6, 09, 781 (4% interest rate) and 6, 88, 894 (8% interest rate). Let me share the calculation provided by him

                                      Executive told below are guaranteed benefits,

                                      Revisionary bonus: 3% for 7 years

                                      243426 % 3 = 7302.78

                                      7302.78 * 7 years = 51119.46

                                      Guaranty bonus: 8% for 10 years

                                      243426 % 8 = 19474.08

                                      19474.08 * 10 years = 194740.8

                                      Terminal bonus: 2% for 10 years

                                      243426 % 2 = 4868.52

                                      4868.52 * 10 years = 48685.2

                                      Total guaranteed benefits= 51119.46 + 194740.8 + 48685.2 = 294545.46

                                      Non-guaranteed benefits were between 4% and 8%

                                      4% = 71811

                                      8% = 150924

                                      Total benefits at the maturity is sum assured + guaranteed benefits + nonguaranteed benefits

                                      4% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 71811 = 609782.46

                                      8% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 150924 = 688895.46

                                      But when i checked same with helpline member they were saying we ll not receive 6lakh + amount during maturity.

                                      I have raised lot of complaints @service and havn't got any clear clarification.

                                      My simple question : what will be my maturity amount???

                                      Why your representatives are cheating customers with wrong information.Even after making complaints on representative there is no proper response from HDFC too.We lost our hope on your company .

                                        We loaded 20000 in payzapp account on 29.10.17. And transferred 5000 with reference no.[protected]i4fe) to another payzapp [protected]
                                        And another transfer to a bank account for 15000 on same day.
                                        But those transactions were failed and refund was not done by payzapp to us. I've mailed to payzapp consumer service i'd. But i did not have any further assistance by them also toll free number not working.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I am karthick my contact Num [protected] ..I had transferred the amount 5000 for my credit card to PayZapp wallet account ..23/10/2017 Monday ...and then transfers to my self account but amount not credited to my self account...receipt only displayed success the transaction...

                                        I hv 2 a/c on same customer id nd i want to close my one a/c which is open by hdfc bank due to salary but i got my salary in my old a/c so please close my 2nd a/c which is opend in feb 2017 and a/c no is-[protected]
