For a delhi - mumbai flight booking of rs 6077 done through smartbuy on 14th sep, 2017 through hdfc netbanking which was cancelled after talking to cleartrip & indigo on 17th sept, 2017 (With all relevant details forwarded to smartbuy) the refund hasn't been processed even after almost one and half months of continuous follow up via emails and calls.

Never ever i have seen such pathetic customer care, where even after one and half months of raising the issue there is no clue on at what stage the refund process is and also when it will be processed, they are absolutely clueless about what they are dealing with.

I request immediate refund of my money.

    Hi,

    Recently i noticed that the following have been deducted from my account in below txn without my notice.

    1. Dc intl pos txn markup+st[protected]mir[protected] charged 5637.10.
    2. Dc intl pos txn markup+st[protected]mir[protected] charged 321.74.
    3. Cc[protected]xxxxxxx9398 autopay si-tad charged 3312.

    I don't see the need of deduction of money. Even i didn't do any transaction. I need proper explanation on this issue with viable supporting evidence if not then i must get my money back. Hopping for your positive response.

      On 1st nov 2017, i tried to upload 5000 rupees two times to the pay zapp wallet but only 5k credited to my wallet remaining 5k not credited but total 10 k debited from by credit card ([protected]) - axis, please refund remaining 5k amount asap

      I have added a screenshot shows on 1st nov 2017 2times money deducted from credited card (Statement attached) but only one-time money added to wallet remaining 5k is not even credited to wallet

      I need my money back asap

          I have added 5, 000 into payzapp account from sbi credit card. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out.
          I had made this transaction on 2 november 2017.
          Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp. My payzap mobile number is [protected].

            Using payzapp
            I have added amount of rs.5, 000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to my payzapp wallet then i have transfer the amount to axis bank but it got shows as success. But the amount is not transferred to my bank account. Can u please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I got a call from an hdfc phone banking executive 2weeks back. During the discussion, she took all the required details from me and confirmed me that i would receive a regalia card. But when i got the card in hand, i found that it was a diners club international card. So, i launched a complaint on their site but nobody helped me with the proper solution. Instead, they provided me with wrong information.
              They told me that dinners card is accepted everywhere. But while using it, i found that this card is not accepted anywhere, not in online payment or in offline mode. So i called them back, then they told me "sir, you have to use it where the pos is approved with diners".

              Also, when i ask them how to cancel this card, no customer care executives have the information on how that could be done. This is not the kind of service expected from a bank like hdfc. I feel i have been cheated into this.
              I possess all the call recordings of my conversations with the bank executives. If required i can submit it.
              I need proper compensation and solutions of my issue. It is my earnest request to you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                I tried transferring 5k from my credit card to my payzapp account, the transaction was unsuccessful. Then again i did a transaction fro another 5k, it failed again. 10k has been cut from my credit card but nothing reached my payzapp wallet. I tried calling payzapp customer care but no response from them. Please let me know when i can get my money back.

                  Dear hdfc bank team,

                  I would like to inform you that i had made an complaint on the date of 22nd feb 2017 and still i am waiting for the complaint stats but i don't know what is doing hdfc bank escalation department almost 9th month has been gone but my problem is not resolved.

                  I am sharing with you my all details regarding this problem and as well as i will also telling you one more time what happened with my on the sate of 22nd feb 2017.

                  What happened with me on the date of 22nd feb 2017

                  1:- this is my first mail which i was sent you on the same day please check.

                  ​i would like to inform you that, date 22/2/2017 in morning on 9:10 am i was going to withdraw money from (Corporation bank atm) atm​, ​ but ​i was ​unable to withdrawn due to balance not available in that atm, after checking other (Union bank atm) atm​, ​ but again same issue, then i was withdrawn money from another bank atm (Hdfc) amount was 2000 from aya nagar and i got confirmation message after withdrawing the amount.

                  ​​but problem started

                  After some time (On 09.11.09 am) i got the message of withdrawn rs 4000 from (Corporation bank atm) and 10, 000 from (Union bank atm) and 2000 (Hdfc atm this is correct and rest i have not withdrawn)
                  And i checked the balance it was rs.33890.10 rs before and it straight showing rs 17890.10. I suspect this as a mis-transactions from the bank side or due to any security failure of the hdfc bank.

                  I have complained to the bank and blocked all my cards and accounts and they provided me a complaint
                  ​​reference id - ​​mumc[protected] and i have also done fir.
                  They told that it will take at-least 15 days for the investigation,
                  I strongly believe that it happens due to their very poor security of atm and online banking services only. Please help me.

                  2:- i am requesting you please refund my amount rs 14000/- asap other wise i will go to the court and i will make fir against to hdfc bank.

                  3:- i have already visited to the hdfc bank branch and they told me your problem will be resolve from mumbai head office and then i was sent the mail to their also but nothing happened.

                  4:- i am requesting you to the rbi officers please check to this issue and resolve my problem asap and refund my money back to my bank account rs. 14000/- asap. Because i can't wait for more because i am waiting for the same from last 9 month.

                  5 :- you know that 9 month is more for born a child but its not enough for you to resolve my issue so please can you tell me what is your speed to resolve my issue from your esclation team.

                  6 :- i got a call from hdfc bank and they told me the will show me the videos of the atm machine for the satisfaction but that this was also not done and still they are searching to this video.

                  7:- what kind of services you are provided. Can you explained me.

                  Most important point:-

                  1:- can you tell me how can is possible to withdraw the money from two different bank atm machine within 7 seconds. Is it possible??

                  If yes the prove it. Because if balance was not available in the atm machine then how can we withdraw the money to that atm.

                  2 :- i have already shared the police complained hard copy and soft copy also to the mumbai head office.

                  Now what is the result of that.

                  3 :- why are you guys are not updating me about this, that what happened to my deducted balance and when you will refund my money back.
                  Now you have to refund my money with interest which was deducted from my account and you did not refund me.

                  Then you should return the money with full interest.

                  If do you need any information the please arrange a call back from your sr. Person who will be able to listen my problem properly and resolve it.

                  4 :- if you will not resolve my problem within 48 to 72 hrs then i have to escalate the issue on social media and i will also send an email to the pmo regarding this.
                  Because its not a small amount of me. Its my salary of one month.

                  5:- i will also make a complained in consumer court.

                  I am sending you the all message and attachment related to this case, please check in the attachment file.

                  And please resolve my issue, not try you have to do this other wise i will show you in the court.
                  I was waited much more days but now that's enough. I cant wait for a single moment.

                  Please i am requesting you guys please refund my money back asap. Please...

                    I have faced the transaction issue. I transferred rs.1000 from my payzapp wallet to the bank account. But the amount was deducted from my wallet but not sent to the bank account.

                      Transaction of rs. 5000 was made on 28th oct 2017 but it failed and till date there is no refund back in the account. The money was transferred to hdfc account on 28th oct. 2017 but due to online server error the fund was not transferred to the account. Till date the money is not transferred back to the primary account. The customer care number was called several times between this period but no calls were picked.

                            Hi, i booked a flight through easemytrip.com (Through net banking) and later the airlines has canceled the flight so easemytrip people have initiated the refund from their end for the amount inr 4172.

                            They have initiated this 5 days back (Oct 28, 2017) and i haven't received the refund yet from hdfc bank.

                            Here is refund reference number as emtcrn/182468/2017-18. I have also attached the screenshot of the email that i have received from easemytrip vendor.

                                I had applied for a credit card in hdfc bank and i received it 5 days back. My name was misspelt on the card. I tried to contact hdfc bank regarding it. But no help from their end. I tried calling their toll free nos. Its always busy. One person picked up the phone once. And she transferred it another person who in turn to another who finally didn't receive my call. I have tried around 7-8 numbers listed in their website till now. No response from any number. I even visited the bank. They even gave me a number. No response from it. I registered a complaint on their website too. No reply from their side. My complaint no is 'hbl=[protected]'

                                    I applied for hdfc snapdeal credit card got it and hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr is activated without permission and need to cancel that policy immediately. So need looking to the complaint and cancel the that policy which is reflected on credit card statement need to get refunded immediately.

                                    I requested for cancellation of policy they did not and am not received the policy document till now. Am very unsatisfied with HDFC credit card department even callcentre number unable connect.In this case i need to go for legal proceedings/Ambudsman for my problem.

                                    While applying card said that there is no charges for 1st year but in case of Cancellation of HEGIC-CRDT SHLD & FL CVR policy now saying that i[censored] cancell the policy you will be charged 590 rps as credit card charges.

                                    please help in this issue and false promises.

                                    Till 14th november HDFC Bank not cancelled that policy and not refunded the money.

                                    This complaint was not resolved by me as am irritated, frustrated with these HDFC bank credit card division, next is WHY AM NOT RECEIVED the POLICY TILL NOW ? I need my policy as soon as else will lodge complaint, will have to face the legal proceeding further.

                                      In the month of july, i was searching for best investment plan and i came to know hdfc super income plan. I was impressed by the plan and the returns, so i applied for my wife and myself. I was also told that the dependent's sum assured must be equal or less than the guardian. (As per the irda latest rules and guidelines).in my case, i am the salaried person and my wife is a housewife.

                                      Unfortunately, my form got rejected twice due to mismatch in dob, although i requested more than once to change my dob in bank's database. After exceeded attempt, i dropped the idea for my super-income policy. I thought my wife's policy also get rejected, since, my policy got rejected. (As per the irda latest rules and guidelines)
                                      However, to my surprise, my wife's form approved. (Policy no.[protected]. I don't know how hdfc approved my wife's form, since she is a housewife and completely dependent on me. She don't have any source of income.

                                      Hereby, i want to cancel my wife's policy to avoid any conflict in future. Also, i lost trust on hdfc evaluation of the policyholder's background. I tried contacting your customer care number multiple times. However, there was no response.

                                        Cancellation of one assist & refund of money
                                        Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

                                        I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs.3757 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ended with 6393). Also, one credit entry is shown as dial an emi (Smart emi) of rs.3757.

                                        Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge/consent.
                                        In view of the above, i request the hdfc team to reund the amount of one assist mfee of rs.3757 at the earliest.in case of non-refund, i shall cancel my credit card and hdfc account with the following details:
