My husband opted classic assure plus plan in jan 2016.

So far i paid two yearly premiums. When i went into the policy document, details provided by your hdfc life executive was totally different from the document provided.
Executive told, at the time of maturity, you will receive between 6, 09, 781 (4% interest rate) and 6, 88, 894 (8% interest rate). Let me share the calculation provided by him
Executive told below are guaranteed benefits,
Revisionary bonus: 3% for 7 years
243426 % 3 = 7302.78
7302.78 * 7 years = 51119.46
Guaranty bonus: 8% for 10 years
243426 % 8 = 19474.08
19474.08 * 10 years = 194740.8
Terminal bonus: 2% for 10 years
243426 % 2 = 4868.52
4868.52 * 10 years = 48685.2
Total guaranteed benefits= 51119.46 + 194740.8 + 48685.2 = 294545.46
Non-guaranteed benefits were between 4% and 8%
4% = 71811
8% = 150924
Total benefits at the maturity is sum assured + guaranteed benefits + nonguaranteed benefits
4% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 71811 = 609782.46
8% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 150924 = 688895.46
But when i checked same with helpline member they were saying we ll not receive 6lakh + amount during maturity.
I have raised lot of complaints @service and havn't got any clear clarification.
My simple question : what will be my maturity amount???

Why your representatives are cheating customers with wrong information.Even after making complaints on representative there is no proper response from HDFC too.We lost our hope on your company .

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, as stated, you will be replied by us again.
Account department debited 469 from my account without any information.customer care guys are unable to help me about it.
Kindly help and reverse my amt . otherwise I will escalate social media and CEO.
