My name is alla umamaheswararao. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 296916".

I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 900 any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

It's not working
The Bank did not provide me the statement and they kept on leaving the bank charges and finally blocked my card without my information.

Now, they are threatening me to effect my CIBIL. If I dont pay their lunatic charges

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5973 without my concern on date:23/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

      I have transferred 5000 from my payzapp wallet to sbi account. Unfortunately i have entered the wrong account number. Meanwhile i got the notification as transaction failed and refund will be initiated. I want to know that transaction was failed or money credited to the wrng account. Am trying to contact customer care but no one is responding. Worst kind of response ever from hdfc side. First reslove the customer care issue. If my transaction was failed when the amount will get refunded?? If is is credited to the wrong account how can i know that?. Resolve this issue. My transaction id is[protected]jx52ov3

        I have transferred rs 5, 000*2 times to my dad's payzapp account [protected] later i again needed the money and asked my dad ito send it back to my account. My dad has sent 5000*2 transactions again to my account amount 5000 + 5000 debited from his payzapp account but only one 5000 rs credited to my saving account and other rs 5000 was failed with ref number[protected]jn94du1 and transaction date was 26th october 2017. I raise a ticket and i got a reply that i will get the credit of rs5000 back to source account with in 5 working days and today is 6th working day still my money is not credited back to my account nither in my dad's pay zapp account. Urgently pay credit my amount back to my account as i need to pay the life insurance policy and also note that if this is been delayed i will never use this app in my life again and also ask my friends, family not to use this and also inform people on social media about this issue.

          I am having account in sbi, btps township badarpur. Yesterday at 19:30 pm i tried withdrawing money from hdfc atm molarband in front of bikaner sheet shop, of rs. 10, 000/-.in transaction i have received the money rs.8000/- but i do not received the money rs. 2000 from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.

            I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After two days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
            I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
            How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statementand make immediate refund as quick as possible.

              Submitted documents through online net banking and also through email at [protected]@hdfcbank.com it's being a month no proper response from the bank i get rejected message but not the reason

              Calling nri customer care number is pathetic almost spend 500rs customer care by listening always busy with another customer

              Please address my concern i cant remit money as my account some time blocked and some time restriction due to kyc

                  I redeemed a fund and was shown a nav of 32.837 while executing the redemption.
                  However, the rate i was given was 32.442.
                  When i called the hdfc securities team, i was told that i was given the end of day nav rate but when i checked the navs for the end of day when i executed my trade was 32.72 and no one is able to provide an answer as to where the 32.442 rate is coming from.

                  Even the hdfc site mentions the rate i quoted above -

                  My fund is the hdfc prudence fund - dividend option

                  Two things here:
                  1. No one including their designated compliance officer is answering my emails/calls - so there is no grievance redressal forum.
                  2. Hdfc shows an incorrect rate on their securities portal thereby fooling the customers into believing that they are trading a certain rate whereas the actual rate is never displayed - this is plain cheating.
                  Also, repeatedly calling their customer care is of no use as they do not provide the answers.

                    hdfc account is debited with 1299

                    Hi,
                    I became a customer of hdfc recently 2 weeks back.
                    I could find that 1299 is debited from my account.

                    Transaction :
                    Net pi to hsl sec a/c 3091767-[protected].

                    I was charged so much money and i specially mentioned i don't require any demat account, i have contacted hdfc and i am not satisfied with the approach and further they said it is hdfc securities and demat charges which i informed...

                    I have transferred 5000 /- money to my icici account from payzapp

                    Money got deducted from payzapp
                    Transaction status : success
                    But money was not credited in my bank account

                    I checked in payzapp notifications

                    Notification status was bank transaction pending

                    And the notification was:

                    Transaction id[protected]dw48xb1 of rs. 5000, has timedout, however if the accont is debited with no credit to * refund would be processed in 5 working days.

                    Please help me in resolving this issue

                      I have transferred an amount of 5000 from my payzapp account to my bank account on 26 oct 17, but the money is not yet credited or refunded. I have registered a complaint regarding the same through email, but the same is not yet responded. No one is responding from the customer care centre when calling and no other options to register a complaint. Hdfc bank customer center was not providing any guidance and the contact number given by them was not in existence.

                          online dd hdfc bank - poor service

                          I have my account with gurgaon sector 57 branch and had placed a request for a dd (Through internet banking) on the 27th of october 2107 (Friday). The amount was debitted immediately and said i will be processed next working day and will be delivered to given address within 3-4 working days.

                          The amount getting debitted on friday itself, made me think the dd was printed on the same day and due for dispatch friday evening or...

                          What a stupid automated system they are using to avoid customer and customer complaints

                            Hdfc bank has debited rs 1299 from my credit card without authentication. For one assist membership fees my credit card ending 626 has been subscribed for oneassist on[protected]. I havent applied for this, please cancel this plan and refund my money please stay away from h. D. F. C and one assist worst company with worst custumer service
                            I called custumer care several time but and request for cancellation but they didnt
                            And how could hdfc is allowing auto deduction

                              I used my hdfc account to pay the jio 309 plan.. The money has deducted from my account but jio has not received the money and transaction is failed.. I tried the same for 5 times.. I thought money will be refunded with in 24 hours but it has not happened.

                                I have made a transaction sum of rs 5000 from payzapp wallet to my icici bank on 23 rd oct 17 transaction success but not credited to my bank. I reached out my bank but no use they told me to check with PayZapp but this customer care is not working. I sent email to customer care also but no use no one contacted me & one automatic email received saying that it will refund in 5 days but its been 10 days now.Please do refund urgently. If we couldn't pay credit card bill wat u guys will do? U will charge interest and late fee also.but u guys blocking my money for10 days by just saying technical issue this is not fair.                                   For the last 13 years i have used hdfc credit card. At present due to my financial position i able to continue.. So, i submitted a letter for settlement on 27/10/2017 directly to the collection department manager in coimbatore.
                                  They accepted my settlement letter and told me to pay pending due and pay the balance by 11 months 0% interest cheques and given 15% waiver. After this i received many calls from your bank saying that my settlement request sent for approval and not giving settlement.
                                  But, still i did not received settlement. Sirs, i am just an ordinary person and i am mentally too disturbed due to many calls from your bank and because of this calls i am not able to do my work and my family is depending on me only. So, i am kindly requesting to give me the settlement.

                                  Dear Sirs, I made spelling errors earlier so, once again i am posting this.

                                    I have done a 5000/- transaction on 23rd oct 2017 to my saving axis bank account, money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent...
