online dd hdfc bank - poor service

I have my account with gurgaon sector 57 branch and had placed a request for a dd (Through internet banking) on the 27th of october 2107 (Friday). The amount was debitted immediately and said i will be processed next working day and will be delivered to given address within 3-4 working days.

The amount getting debitted on friday itself, made me think the dd was printed on the same day and due for dispatch friday evening or...

My name is latha b menon... I am a credit card holder for hdfc bank... Hdfc bank never send credit card statement to my address.

As you all aware hdfc bank has a customer service centre with a no [protected]... If we try this no we can never get contacted with customer care centre.. So i request people to try this no. For your verification

What a stupid automated system they are using to avoid customer and customer complaints
Really stupid and horrible service. So request people to stay away from such cards. So i request you all to please forward this information to all through social media

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6256 without my concern on date:31/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- as soon as possible my mrmbership id is [protected]

    Hdfc bank has debited rs 1299 from my credit card without authentication. For one assist membership fees my credit card ending 626 has been subscribed for oneassist on[protected]. I havent applied for this, please cancel this plan and refund my money please stay away from h. D. F. C and one assist worst company with worst custumer service
    I called custumer care several time but and request for cancellation but they didnt
    And how could hdfc is allowing auto deduction

    So kindly cancel my subscription, and refund my amount..

      I used my hdfc account to pay the jio 309 plan.. The money has deducted from my account but jio has not received the money and transaction is failed.. I tried the same for 5 times.. I thought money will be refunded with in 24 hours but it has not happened.

        I have made a transaction sum of rs 5000 from payzapp wallet to my icici bank on 23 rd oct 17 transaction success but not credited to my bank. I reached out my bank but no use they told me to check with PayZapp but this customer care is not working. I sent email to customer care also but no use no one contacted me & one automatic email received saying that it will refund in 5 days but its been 10 days now.Please do refund urgently. If we couldn't pay credit card bill wat u guys will do? U will charge interest and late fee also.but u guys blocking my money for10 days by just saying technical issue this is not fair.           Dear sirs,
          For the last 13 years i have used hdfc credit card. At present due to my financial position i able to continue.. So, i submitted a letter for settlement on 27/10/2017 directly to the collection department manager in coimbatore.
          They accepted my settlement letter and told me to pay pending due and pay the balance by 11 months 0% interest cheques and given 15% waiver. After this i received many calls from your bank saying that my settlement request sent for approval and not giving settlement.
          But, still i did not received settlement. Sirs, i am just an ordinary person and i am mentally too disturbed due to many calls from your bank and because of this calls i am not able to do my work and my family is depending on me only. So, i am kindly requesting to give me the settlement.

          Dear Sirs, I made spelling errors earlier so, once again i am posting this.

                        Hi,

                        I have been a customer of hdfc bank. My atm card expiry year was 2022. I didn't raise a request for a new debit card. I got a message as your request has been submitted. Its dispatched, the card was not delivered to my address. I was charged for the atm return charges of 59/-. I have not been intimated for the charges. When i went through my bank statement only i came to knew it its been more than a month, i am chasing them for the money return. Each person provides me a different solution.

                        I visited the nearby branch twice, they didn't respond me at all. Finally, they said me to submit the complaint through call. I ranged to the customer care number, they didn't connect to the customer agent at all.

                        I raised a complaint twice where for one request i received a reply stating that they tried to my number where my number was engaged. I called to the landline number, the guy who handled my query responded and the full amount was refunded to your a/c, the reason for the replacement of atm card was due to the replacement of all debit card into the chip based model.
                        But still i didn't receive my money back. I raised it with grievance people, what they suggested was, based on the finance bill with 18% of gstwe have deducted you the amount of 59/- and we have refunded 50/- to your account. Still i am chasing up for the remaining amount. Where the 9/- goes. What is the reason, there was no proper explanation provided from the bank end.

                            I was offered a 'top-up' loan in dec 2017. Was promised by the agent that there were no foreclosure charges after 6 months. When i went to foreclose in august, they said there was 8% charge. 2 months of escalations, the bank says produce something in writing - while they did not even make a copy of the declaration i clicked on available to me for reference (Even requesting them -
                            They haven't sent) they have no means of holding it's sales people accountable for the false promises they make just to sell a loan.
                            To my escalation email on the 12th of september, the nodal officer says the charges are 6% and 27th september they say 12.75%! (Maybe because i had escalated to the banking ombudsman). Misleading information at all levels.

                                I have HDFC Payzapp wallet account and on Oct-30-2017 i have transfered 5000 rupees to my friends HDFC payzapp account. The transaction failed, amount from my HDFC payzapp wallet is deducted and not credited back to my wallet or to my friends Payzapp Wallet.

                                I need my money back, 5000 rupees is too much amount for me.

                                Yours '[protected]@hdfcbank' is one of the worst support, i wrote lot of mails and no response, just a auto-generated will be sent back and i will get call after 2 weeks and they will say, that they are looking into the issue and get back after couple of days.                                   I did a transfer for RS 5000/- on 28th Oct 17 and same was failed and no refund to my account, later payzapp change transaction status to success but this was not credited to my beneficiary account nor refund back to my payzapp account.

                                  I sent many mails to customer care email id support but no reply yet.

                                  Update: After many calls to customer care they once pickup and told me that it will be refunded within 5 days, but 5 days already gone and no refund.

                                  Can anybody let me know how to reach greivinace cell for further action.
