HDFC Bank — cashback not received from tanishq hdfc

I availed the below offer and purchanged for 80, 000 on 8th dec 2017.

Credit card + tanishq: purchase 80k for 5% cashback, max 4k cashback

I have still not recieved the cashback.

I called the customer care just now and talked to neelam but they have not idea about this offer.

This is totally unexpectable behaviour and i am thiking of closing my hdfc credit card.

Hi all, I did transaction of 83000 on dec 8 at tanishq and was suppose to get cash back of rs 4000, but i didnt receive. I called customer care and they told that they dont have information on it. Tanishq people told to contact bank about the same, what shall i do?>

According to the offer I should have got the [protected]@5% in 90 days and till date i have not recieved any cashback

Even i have not received cashback of 4k on my tanishq purchase of 80k n more on 8th December, 2017.
Kindly make it earlier so that we can trust on hdfc offer and do not withdraw our old realtionship with hdfc bank.
