18th jan a hdfc bank associate almost fooled me to buy this filthy plan.19 th jan i called them to withdraw the application, they provided me with wrong information to mail to three email IDs. When i didnt get response for 3 days i called them, they told to wait for 7 working days and after 8 days i called these assocaites blocked me.
Then i called hdfc life customer care and they provide me whole new procedure to withdraw application, my application was not yet updated as i have not provided my details but since they had the money they were least bothered to call me for activation too. I followed new instructions and again mailed for withdrawl after almost 1.5 months i still have not get my money back. For stupid plans and loans proposal they will call daily to disturb but once they get money these fraudsters will disappear like anything we have to call them again and again. Stop making people suffer for their hard earned money.

    Dear sir/mam, after several trial myself could not able to post this grievance online at your website.Please consider following matter.On 11.03.17 i had prepay my home loan account with hdfc no.[protected] by two nos. Of cheque of rs.179000/- rs. 262657/-.Surprisingly hdfc bank provide me the break up of rs. 179000/- only via letter no. Accts/[protected]/14-mar-2017 dated 14.03.17.What about the other one of rs. 262657/- after several request from my end at durgapurwb branch they have not entertain me. Starting from 2009 onward i paid almost 345000/- against my loan amount 370000/- for 25 years tenure. On 11.03.17 i have compelled to paid another rs.441657/-.Is it not really surprising by bank sir myself from middle class family sir, for god shake please arrange to return the extra amount snatched by hdfc sir and obliged. This is not expected from an organization like hdfc. In the month of january2017 they send email, sms stating that total outstanding as that date was rs.110339, what it mean sir even your bank never write a letter indicating any amount in their letterhead sir. They charge occasionally some mysterious account like their representative come to my house in twice in last 7 years via bus 40 km while charged me some 7000 for that reason.In the account of incidental charges if myself close my account before nine years 2017 instead of 2025 i am not eligible to get any benefit regarding my home loan.What is my benefit sir, for closing my loan account before nine years please help me to return back the excess amount deduct from my account immediately. I am enclosing here with some relevant documents for your reference sir.

      I have received a call just now (30 jan 2018) saying redeem of credit card points... And the amount will be transferred to account. And asked to hold the credit card handy to share details. When i said i will get the same done by going to bank, caller was very rude saying what bank will do, who issued the card to you it's bank or us, bank people will not do anything.         One loan was in my father's name Bimal Chutia . We got sattlement for this loan is Rs 120000/ in two installments and 1st is to give 70000/ and second is to give Rs 50000/ in next month .
        Now problem happen like that when we went to bank rs 70000/ as cash, they ask us to give one security cheque leaf . But we cannot able to give them cheque leaf they told we cannot able to pay the cash amount Rs 70000/ . They told us to give the payment next month .
        Next month we have paid Rs 60000/ in December 2017 and they told we can pay the remaining amount in January . Now we are arranged the amount of 60000/ and it is ready in our hand then one manager stated to bargain with us and he asked if it is possible for us to give 80000/ and again he told if it is possible to give rs 75000/ or rs 70000/ or rs 65000/ like that way he is asking more payment . We are really helpless because after our father's death we are financially damaged .

        Please help us to pay the rest amount and get the loan sattlement letter as soon as possible. Why they are started to bargain like this we also surprise . We want to close this loan as soon as earlist possible. Please help us .

          With no other option available, i am writing my complaint here against hdfc loan promotional calls. I keep getting promotional calls for hdfc loans everyday from different number. I had been blocking all the numbers but i am getting calls again and again from different number everyday. I had never every stepped in any of the hdfc banks in my entire life yet i am not sure why hdfc is interested in lending me loan. My mobile number is registered with dnd and i had raised complaints several times with my service provider yet they were of no use. Hope i may get some help from here. I received call from [protected] on 27-jan-2018, upon ignoring and blocking she called me again from [protected] in 5 mins and started arguing with me. Its very annoying and frustrating i am even getting calls in the weekends when i cant ignore the strange numbers as my clients will be calling me from different numbers.

Ranganadan that the due amount will be paid as soon as possible but he and his reporting manager treat us at low humanity levels they have started shouting and tried to hurt physically they are rushed to inside of house and shouting tried to damage our things.                 Dear sir, i have taken auto loan (Account no[protected] from hdfc in nov 2016 through bank bazaar. At the time of taking loan, there is no mention of any pre closure charges but after disbursement of loan when we receive agreement copy, there it is mentioned that 6% on outstanding amount if closed within 1 year, 5% on outstanding amount if closed within 13 to 24 months, 3% on outstanding amount if closed post 24 months. This is not fair on company like hdfc to charge such hefty %age. Now i wish to close my loan because i got some from my wage revision and i request to kindly waive pre closure charges. Iam paying installment every month through ecs without any delay and now i wish to close the loan through my own savings. Kindly do needful. My contact no [protected] and [protected]

                  Recently the people form hdfc bank called me and offered me a free credit card without any charges and paperwork. And after 6 months i received a statement. The statement contained membership charges for credit card of 600rs. They have charged me the fees even though the card was not used even once.

                  Please advice on the course of action.

                    The people in hdfc are completely unknown of facts and figures. If representative says that loan of certain amount will be approved, on the other end another representative refuses for the same. Even the customers care executives are not focused in talking to the customer instead they are more focused on dealing with their colleagues with the customer on hold.
                    This was the most undesirable experience i ever had while talking to a customer care representative.
                    I hope hdfc will improve their services.

                      My hdfc back went to negative balance -8000rs as they claimed because of less balance maintained. I opened this as a salary account 7 left the company now when i checked on suddenly i came to know it is now -8000. This is total unfair, if there is no balance you can close the account or at least someone should have contacted me but silently charging is not fair
                      I am getting call for credit card and personal loan 5 - 6 times every week but not even a single call on this

                      This is against rules and not fair.

                      I request you to clear the amount and close the account or clear the negative i will convert again this into salary account.

                        I am the bank holder of hdfc bank from last since 2011 and i have loan of two wheeler as paying all dues time to time but i applied for credit card of hdfc bank in 2017 however i have pay my dues time to time but this month we have lost our grandmother and my money is finish in her cremation but the excutive name swati call me from many numbers 66522262, 49359233. As i have requested her that i will pay my all dues coming of 7 feb but the lady call and says no u have to pay otherwise will send recovery agent. And behaving badly on phone as i requested all the time when she'll called me but the lady name swati behave rude and said we have a target for this otherwise we'll send recovery agent the he will insult you in your home for the amount of 1500 is this the way you'll behave to your account holders. I want my resolution by coming tuesday. 30th of january 2018. Account number [protected] name of navneet joshi. [protected] phone number. Below you see how many time that lady call me i am totally harassed from hdfc bank and now gonna deactivate my account of hdfc bank. Kindly look over this otherwise going directly to the cops.

                        I am really disstatify from hdfc bank your customer care department is harassing me a lot I had complain but i didnt get any resolutions the cheapest bank and non trustable bank just only for 1500 rs dues ur customer care department is miss behaving as already told I will pay by 7of feb but they are saying we have a target pay money now wheater u do a robbery what the hell is this.
                        i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee/charges/payment to them.

                            I blocked my debit card on 8th january. After that i applied for new debit card in the hdfc bank and got new debit card

                            The person at bank activated that card in my current account instead of mysaving account.

                            From that time i am going to bank everyday they tell me that it will get resolved i don't have to worry for 1 week after that he told me that i need to fill a form and it will be changed in 3 days

                            Again i have to go to the bank and call him everyday. Now i am told that it is on hold. I have used services in other banks also and have never faced such worst management. It is 4th week now and i have to go to bank and call them everyday still my issue is not resolved

                                  Last time i received call from hdfc department about payment and paid all the amount to close card. But few days back i received a call after almost a year that i have balance payment of around 5000 something. I called cust care and they informed that after my payment there was a balance of 400 rs something on that they applied interest and all charges and now it is 5000.in my life first time i used hdfc services. It made me literally cry that i have paid almost double n triple amount of what i used and even after the complete payment it is not let me leave my life. It's just unbearable that for rs 400 they did not call for a year and now informing to pay 5000. I just can not pay it. Kindly assist. I have never faced this kind of cheat or fooling people situation. I can't make a payment of 5000 for the balance of 400 rs. Please please please... Request you to provide proper solution as i can not bear this much money.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid further levy of charges.

                                  I was personal loan from hdfc bank which was closed on march 2017. I dont receive any No Dues Certificate from bank. Also account status shows closed but current balance shows 30657. my loan account number is 26938029.

                                    Please note a payment made by me on 02/jan/2018 is not credited in my credit card account.

                                    For this i am struggling with hdfc bank and given them proof of payment also but no credit has been given to me till now.

                                    In addition to above i am getting calls from call centers asking to deposit money and each time i am asking them to please credit above amounts but they have no clues and only asking / pressuring me to deposit money.

                                    I am getting a regular call from cell no [protected] a girl she told me name as archana chug and given her mail id archana. [protected]@hdfcbank.com
                                    Is calling me constantly and asking so many details such as bank you paid id no amounts, mail id etc. I have a strong doubt about authenticity of her positions in hdfc bank.

                                    On the same time i have written so many mails to hdfc website mail id and asked them to resolve the issue but its always a reply of delaying matter is coming and matter is still hanging some where.

                                    They are always pressuring me to pay some amount, even that i have already paid full bill amount. Also putting financial charges in my bill.

                                    I am using hdfc card for more than 10 years and never delayed any credit card payments, this you can also check in your records.

                                    Kindly look into matter and help me to come out of this stressful conditions and take a strong action against hdfc bank for not managing their operations correctly.

                                      This is Kamal preet Kaur. 4 yrs ago, I had a credit card with # [protected]. I was over charged with high interest rate, I kept complaining. When noone resolved my issue, i stopped making further payments. Then, finally one person suggested that if he will wave off some amount if I pay in lumpsump and close the card. I did the same and paid Rs. 29000 on 22/06/13 and got the card closed. He said he will issue NOC and i wont face any issues in future for any loans or cards. This guy and the bank deceived me as the letter they issued showed amount settled on my CIBIL. It's been 4 yrs and all my applications for loans and credit cards keep getting rejected. You have made me your prisoner. If you don't resolve my issue now I will go to social media and file a case against you.

                                        I opened a new salary account in your kalyan branch hdfc bank on 12th jan but till date i didn't received the welcome kit. Your representative (Mr. Shashank) called me in 19th jan regarding for my sign is not match in pan card sign after visiting i verify my pan card sign & fill form for new sign after that your representative told me your kit is dispatched 4-5 days in your home address but still i didn't received any kit from your bank....
