Hi,
This is sandeep jakku

I got a new credit card just a week ago having card number: *6888

I haven't applied for any credit shield insurance, i have no idea regarding this and today i. E on[protected], i have received a message regarding credit shield insurance and also amount of rs.900/- has been deducted from my credit card.

Please i request to cancel the policy and refund the amount stated above asap. (Rs.900/-) to my credit card. And i am not interested in any policies.

    Hi team,

    I have been complaining on the same issue ref# [protected] many times through email regarding refund on my credit card which was done the transaction to payzaap on 2nd jan 2018 failed due the wallet limit exceeded and i was confirmed with the payzaap team that they initiated refund request to my bank (Hdfc) on the same date. I have forwarded the same confirmation email to hdfc bank and they also confirmed me that they got a request from payzaap to refund the amount. But still i didn't receive refund credited in my credit credit card.

    I am very much tired calling many times to hdfc customer care, no body is responding with any kind of resolution on my issue.

    I hope at least now the bank can respond on my complaint.

      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9841 without my concern on date:26/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

        Hi sir, i have purchased samsung note 8 vai cash back offer at hdfc credit card but till the time i didn't get my cash back amount.120 days completed and i have already escalated to all concerns of hdfc bank but till the time not revert received. Even i am not able to call to customer care no.

            As i am holding a fastag a/c no. 20431446, but to due to oversight again applied thru online on dt 20.01.2018 vide application number hfr025988 and also paid rs. 1200/-. As i comes to know that two fastag can not issued to a particular vehicle. I tried to contact your customer care[protected] number of times, every times it is busy and got disconnected the line.

            I would request you to please refund the amount back to my credit card at the earliest.

            We have checked the record for HFR025988 and found that you had applied TAG on 20 Jan 18. Due to technical reason, TAG was issued on 28 Jan 18 and got dispatched through DTDC on 29 Jan vide POD number Z54060285..Since you had Paid Rs. 1200 at the time of applying online we have blocked Rs.200 as Security Deposit and credited balance in your wallet amounting to Rs.1000/-

              Dear sir,
              The reply of hdfc ergo, mumbai by e-mail dated 15/12/2017 "we treat the claim as no claim" is not at all justified and satisfactory. The base of your reply is clearly showing that as if my stroke in the year 2014 is still continuing. The real fact is that i had mild stroke in 2014 that i. E before 3 years as also observation made by my neuro-physician at cims hospital at ahmedabad. I was recovered from the mild stroke in 2014 within one week and mentally and physically 100% alright and doing job in mnc continuously till my serious stroke (Paralysis) in jan 2017.
              Hence, please do not misinterpret the diagnosis-please do not treat this stroke of 2014 as pre-existing disease knowing fully well the hdfc bank officer at ahmedabad granted me car loan.
              Kindly reconsider this application again since i am still critically ill and the mnc company had already terminated me from the job since january 2017 after this serious stroke (Paralysis). Kindly give me relief from payment of emi futher.

                I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 118.00 on 25-jan-18 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 210118-mir[protected] without any information. I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. When i reach to customer care they cant provide proper solution.
                Kindly clarify why i have been debited with the above said amount.

                I have HDFC bank account from last 14 years. From my account Rs 115 & 118 was debited without informing me. I never started any extra services in my account. I have complained about that at local branch but thay still not replying properly. So please revert this in my account and immediately stop to deduct in future

                  I richa roy have applied for two wheeler loan in hdfc bank tilkamanjhi branch bhagalpur. All the said documents were deposited and the executive and manager confirmed me about the approval of loan and i have received the approval message and the loan account no. Issued is 54409746. But after an hour they said that we can't provide u the loan above all the behaviour of the staff was very rude. I am very much disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. They said that itr for royal enfield is not mendatory but now they told that itr is required. By seeing such kind of negative attitude of the bank i am shocked. I am running a factory here and it staff has visited my factory and house both and he assured that we will get the loan. So i decided to build a relationship with it bank and opted hdfc rather than our bank i. E sbi and i regret on my decision and now by seeing the attitude of the bank i want to close all my family members account running in your bank because it is very humiliating from it side.in my case after getting approval of loan ur branch has rejected my loan of just one lac rupees.

                        Hi Sir,

                        I have a salary account with HDFC Bank from 2008 and the account number is [protected].
                        I have taken a Life Insurance and Medical policy from LIC for 20 years tenure. The EMI is Rs. 2648 and Rs. 1510 respectively and the deduction date is 15th of every month.
                        I also have the personal loan with HDFC bank of 5 Lakh for 60 months tenure and the EMI is 11313 RS and deduction date is 4th of every month.
                        Unfortunately I have not maintained the balance on 15th for the month December, 2017.
                        The bank has deducted several charges for LIC EMI and the balance went to -1112.75.
                        Following are the total deductions on my account: Balance moved to negative = 1112.75

                        ECS DR Return Charges ( 21/12/2017) = 200.25
                        ECS DR Return Charges ( 02/01/2018) = 134.00
                        ECS DR Return Charges ( 11/01/2018) = 12.48
                        ECS DR Return Charges ( 11/01/2018) = 66.24

                        Other deductions also happened which is not displayed in statement. Available balance is zero but the CUR balance is showing as the amount in negative.

                        In all the above deductions, I not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. I attached the screen shot of statement and the negative balance message which I received from the bank.

                        Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

                        Reverse the said charges levied in my account immediately.

                        The reported issue is not resolved and am not satisfied with HDFC service.

                        There is no intimation via sms/email before Debit of my account.

                        Even today I have faced problem with HDFC bank. When I deposited 11400 amount the CUR balance showed less than the amount deposited.

                        When I check with HDFC bank, why the account showed less balance of deposited amount.

                        Very worst service and no proper response in HDFC bank.

                          I have cancelled order on amazon and they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received sms that - "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 9977 for rs. 9999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:09:17:03". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account.

                            I hold a credit card from hdfc. For the last 3 months due to severe financial constraints i have bern unable to pay the minimum due. Regardless of my situation the rude goons from hdfc are harassing me constantly even threatening that if i dnt pick up there calls in one ringthey would harass my family.

                            Please help because if this continues i would have to commit suicide.

                            Whatever it is but hdfc credit card system is worse they torcher their customers like hell. Even after Payment of my credit card dues ( delayed few days) they visited my home and said my dues are not clear. I got the news after I was back from office. I was stunned and told my mom what the hell.

                            Dear credit card customers of hdfc bank we need to take some serious steps against hdfc harrashment unnecessarily.
                            Please stop harrasing, i took a credit card from HDFC bank last year, , they sent an uneducated, dont know anything about the charges, i apply and got the card after 1 month...my amount given was 50000...i have used all, and paid again around 20000...and now tge statement has come around 85000...and some guys from hdfc bank keep on harrasing and frightening me through phone call. ...will you guys please stop doing this or you better sent me the proper charges...reply me asap, , ..what best can be done...

                              On 4th jan 2018, my mobile, debit card were stolen.

                              A fraud transaction total worth 54000 happened through upi as per below screenshot.

                              I hotlisted my debit card and called customer care and complain number is mump[protected].

                              I registered fir in marathahalli police station on 5th jan and with the fir copy i went to bellandur hdfc branch in bangalore.

                              There i met operational manager named vidisha and she told lie that the it was not bellandur branch, it is marathahalli branch.

                              I filled dispute form there and till now no response i have received.

                              On 6th jan, i went with police to sbi bank and they hold the amount 54000 in the account to whom my money get transferred.

                              On 9th jan i got phone call from named sathish and i also send fir copy and share other details with him and till now no response from him.

                              This is worst experience i faced in the bank. Sbi bank hold the amount 54k and my own hdfc bank is unwilling and making delay in support.

                              Kindly decline the transaction and refund my money back 54000.

                              Please look into this issue, so that the investigation will be quick and faster and immediate action is expected.

                              I received mail from manish aggarwal from bellandur branch bangalore that to take up the matter with law enforcement agencies.

                                  Hi,
                                  I want to know that why bank deduct amt from my account without any information to me it deduct 701 amt from my account and charge for some amb i want why bank deduct it is my salary account then why bank deduct it. Pls solve it as soon as possible... Due to some reason i m not able to credit it then why bank deduct amt.???

                                  I am using it since more then 2 year and why bank deduct charge from my account.?

                                  Now i am switch to another company and want to use the same account if bank charge me this kind then it is not possible for me to maintain it and use it of this kind of charge i cant manage at all.

                                  So resolve it or give a valuable answer as soon as possible.

                                  Hello Sir,
                                  So now can you tell me the process to convert back to salary account because i want to use this account to with my new company so can you tell me process and i what is the process to check that my account is salary account or savings account any! Because i call the hdfc number but they don't respond regards information about my account type, if i appy to change it again to salary account so within how many days it will change and how i can check that account has been change?? Because normally we don't get any notification for anything changes!

                                    I was in need of loan, i approached a hdfc bank loan agent named subramani (Contact no: [protected]).

                                    I got rs.30000/- from me saying that he will get me a personal loan from hdfc.
                                    My loan got rejected.

                                    It has been nearly 8-9 months and he didn't return me my amount.

                                    I am really shocked to see such a great bank having such fraud as agents cheating people and getting money from them.

                                    Please help me to get me back my 30000/-.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I am writing this complaint in great pain and depression.

                                      I am being harassed by Mr.Logesh (manager), HDFC Aminjikarai branch, No 110 Ceebros Building, 1st Floor, personal loan collection department, Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai - 600030, Near HCL,

                                      Sir, while i am paying my personal loan dues regularly and when i lost the job in 2008, from then on, i missed few dues but they charged more. Now working as real estate agent and After demonetisation the industry was very poor and unable to pay the due and HDFC has charged unnecessary charges on personal loan again which i was already paid. I asked for clarity, they never responded for more than a year but now they have started aggressively calling past 6 months continuously and abusing me.

                                      Also they visited my home and started scaring my family on daily basis they called many times at my office place and use abusive languages to my colleague, i am very frightened right now due to this collection manager Mr.Logesh and HDFC Bank collection department, Please save me from this torture and scary life threatening situation.sometimes they are driving me to suicide and restless.

                                      The manager Logesh Frequently calling Contact number to whom we spoke was mobile no.[protected] / [protected] / [protected] / land line no. [protected],

                                      kindly help me from this grave situations.
