Hi,

I'm sairam kumar from hyderabad. I applied for hdfc credit card and submitted all the documents needed. My application reference number :- [protected]s3
. Home and office verification has been done. Digital verification also done. After 2 days when i checked the status it showed me credit card got disapproved. Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

I want to know the reason.

    My name is p. Srinivasa rao
    My hdfc sb a/c no's are 1)
    ([protected]) credit card no — ([protected]) (2) ([protected]) credit card no — ([protected]) sir at last month at 3rd date i had paid my two credit card amounts (40, 000 + 40, 000) to my 2 credit card accounts please check my sb savings account at what i had given above☝
    But at that date of 3rd in bank cashier has deposited & credited (40, 000 +40, 000 =80, 000) to one my savings account only
    1 of my card due pending autopay is at 3rd date at last month so at that time our autopay has bounced we don't know this problem of my credit card autopay bounced
    At the same date of last month asked the cashier any problem will occurred or any late pay charges he told for 1 day no problem & tell to customer care at next day i had given & asked to hdfc care they also told for 1 day late no problem
    But recently we had received ã* (860) *of late autopay charges sms at yesterday we asked hdfc care they told the amount of — 860 — are late autopay charges so u had to pay

    Sir in this process of payment ours is any problem total done by bank cashier fault transfer to my accounts

    We had bank receipts also of 2 sb accountsof 40, 000 +40, 000 at what we paid at 3rd date of last month

    Please check my two savings accounts & refund my late autopay pay charges asap

    At monthly we are paying my credit cards payment at what we used by čorrect date&time only

    Please check my 2 accounts statements & refund my late autopay charges asap

      I have purchased wagon r car in 2017 and at time of purchasing car i have bought hdfc ergo insurance company also but on 31 jan 2018, my car is damaged and i have lodge a complaint in their customers care they told me a inspection officer will visit your location and inspect your car still nobody coming. A inspection officer call me if we are coming here we will charge you twice i could not understand why i am paying.

          I have applied for house loan[protected]. Submitted all the documents with property papers. Got a confirmation hdfc doesn't finance in that area. As i was told that i would get my 100% fee refunded. Nobody is responding to me. I didn't even get a call that your application is rejected. Kindly refund processing fee. Disappointed applied for loan because of salary account, didn't even got a call for clarification.

          I have finalized property and already booked and wanted to get the hdfc loan of 20 lakhs, but the team didn't reach out. Happily wasted 2 months

          Atleast, should provide details of areas, where the bank finances before asking for processing fee. Didn't expected this from such a prestigious bank.

            Sir, i am o. B. A. Manoharan, i have already submitted a complaint about 5 minute ago.in the i have given wrong number for my my credit card. The correct number is [protected].
            I shall repeater the complaint as ready reference.
            I have recd. A sms from hdfcgi that rs.6418 will be charged to my credit card as the renewal premium which is due in mar. 2018, for a policy no.[protected].
            But please note i have not taken any policy from hdfc.
            Hence please do not accept any charge to my credit card. I also request you to take with the concerned dept. To cancel any such policy if at all, it is there.

                  Hello Sir

                  I have applied personal loan for Rs 1Lac from HDFC bank but received the loan amount of Rs97079 only,

                  I couldn't understand why Rs2921 has been deducted from the loan amount?

                  I do understand there was Processing free of Rs990+GST178+Franching & Stamping Charges Rs 201 so this way total deduction is about Rs 1369.

                  At the time of applying the personal loan, I have been informed only Rs1368 will be deduct from the 1Lac and EMI would be Rs8838 but they have deducted Rs2921 which is not clear to me.

                  I want clarity of Rs1552 hence need your urgent help on this.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                      I am Arvind Chaurasia, HDFC bank customer, having a customer Id[protected]Home Branch- Barhaj, Deoria). On Jan 29, 2018 an amount of 5999.0 INR had deducted from my account without prior notification. I had approached my home branch for resolving this issue. After a lot of trying, they responded that they will give me the customer care number and i have to call them for resolving this issue. I couldn’t believe that my home branch didn't take any initiative to resolve its customer's problems.
                      Although i have tried telephonic communication with HDFC customer care, but i didn't get a positive response. As i am in Rajasthan, and my home branch in Barhaj, Deoria (It was Saving account), it is little difficult to me to reach there.
                      Hope you understand my problem and i expect a solution which will give my unnecessarily deducted money back to the account.

                          Hello sir,

                          This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                          Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 805.45- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 2nd february 2018 under the name of depository charges.

                          Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 805.45/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

                          And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                          Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

                            I have been an hdfc customer for 20 year now and last week i went to indusind bank bank to withdraw some money after did a transaction of 5000rupess some min later i got a notification that another transaction has been made for 10000 rupess i immediately blocked my account a talk to a hdfc rep. He told me that i would take 5 days to figure out who did the fraud address a week or so i got a message that my complaint no has benn closed. The next day i spoke with another rep. He told that i was lying and the fraud claim are fake as he said "the transaction has been it two atm at about 1 minute".
                            I need help at it has been 25 days and why would i do a lie for 10000 rupess and i am a hdfc member for 20 year or more. This is the first complaint i made and the hard member are saying that i am faking it.

                              My name is shiva. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld %26amp; fl cvr-" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee smartemi ln 3064701".

                              I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                              I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care ref [protected]. But today i received a msg for emi processing which i have never opted for. When i called customer care again today customer care executive was not sure and unable to answer why such thing happend and what has to be done. Very disappointed to be treated this way.

                              So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                                  I got a call to my mobile that transaction of 33200 rs is happenned, press 1 for approve the transaction, press 2 declined and press 3 to connect customer care. So without thinking any thing i have just pressed 3 to get connect customer care for whats going on.
                                  Customer care person pick and said you no need to pay anything and we will investigate the fraud and issue will get resolved 6 to 7 days and they block the card but i didn’t recive any message or email for card blocking.

                                    When have opened gocashredeem.com site then asked credit card details including cvv number. So have fill all details and submit it. Nothing is happening. So is my hdfc credit card has to misuse now onwards?

                                      Hi there,

                                      Today, i have received a notification message stating rs. 180 is debited from my hdfc fastag account for adjustment entry on 2/1/2018 6:46:58 pm. But i haven't travelled anywhere since a week. I don't understand this transaction and the reason behind it.

                                      Moreover, i have had never expected such a stupid service from hdfc bank, there are lot other issues, which are listed below :

                                      1. I am not able to login to my account with valid customer id and password
                                      2. When i tried to go to forgot password page, it says user id doesn't exists
                                      3. Customer care number never answered.

                                        I had applied for a credit card with the hdfc bank my creditcard application number is [protected]w1. First i got a message saying my application has been approved in principal and i can check status online. For a week stud was in process then after a week it changed to disapproved reason given that my application is not complete in information like my phone number it also states that hdfc executives tried calling me but i have not received any call.
                                        After a week i received a message from hdfc stating my application processing has been completed and i can know the details online.

                                        I just want to know what should i expect should i apply for a credit card from another bank. I have not received any calls from hdfc.
