Greetings of the day,
This is in regarding to inappropriate charges imposed above subjected credit card no.
First of all, i wish to bring your kind attention that, i am charged rs. 8599.00/- unnecessarily from your bank on behalf o[censored]sing the above mentioned credit card which i had checked through my cibil score.
I wish to inform you that i had never used this credit card (Even a single transaction). You can verify the same from your end. Suppose hdfc will prove that i had done any of money transaction/ purchase materials or any other benefits which i prevailed through this credit card, you are authorized to charge literally.
You are requested to write-off the charge imposed inappropriately considering the entire circumstances submitted herewith.
Your prompt actions are highly appreciable.

Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is yet to resolved. HDFC officials provided some communication details to escalate this issue into further on

The same had intimated and necessary actions are yet to taken.
Please Note:
Its very unfortunate that most of my friends also has given feedaback about HDFC bank ltd in regarding false/ inappropriate charges imposing their customer.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
