Hi, this is very disappointing that i have been trying to call for a reversal of an amount. I had actually taken a consumer loan against a phone for which the emi was delayed i had called the consumer durable team to come and take the payment for inr 3636/- but i paid inr 3650/-, but due to their negligence they had not updated the same in the records and debited inr 4167/-. I had visited the bank and they had no clue as i had a valid receipt for the payment made and i also spoke to the manager and she had provided me a number for ms. Sangeeta tiwari[protected] on 15th jan and she assured me that the amount will be refunded. But till date neither she had called me nor the refund is their and i have written to hdfc bank but still no response. I will be posting this forward to the mouth shut if i don't get the refund, i am very upset and will not recommend hdfc to anyone for sure.

    Hi,

    This is to inform that there was an deduction of rs 5162 towards inter-brn cash chg incl gst 170118 on 22nd jan 2018 from my account for withdrawing x lakh through cheque on 17th jan 2018.

    This charges which was applied was not informed to me by any of the representative at the time of withdrawal and was agreed by hdfc0002377 bank officials (Abdul and anil) that this was their fault.

    I have been called by suchitra (Similar name) from hdfc whitefield branch - hdfc2377 and told the money will be reversed and later on the same day i received the call from bank manager - murali subramaniam imposing on that iam the person who is telling lie. He was faulty accusing on me of telling lies so immediately i travelled to the respective branch to speak to branch manager. The branch manger called everyone linked towards this – anil, cashier support lady and jackson. Then again i narrated full scenario in front of them and to the bank manager.

    Nobody had anything to say. Mr. Anil who was the cashier that day is telling “i might have told you” and the bank manager is narrating based on that “he has told” – that means iam telling lies - this is clearly not acceptable. It is falsely accusing the customer and showing no interest on what the customer has to say. The bank manger should be moderate, he should be a problem solver not problem creator. He does not have rights to behalf indecently with the customer.

    Please return the deducted amount of rs 5162 to my account. I want the full amount to be returned without deducting any gst or charges as this is purely the negligence from the hdfc0002377 side and share the details on which date amount will be reverted.

        I am subhikshaa ganesh and i had opened a salary account with hdfc bank, besant nagar, chennai branch during feb2017. I quit my job during may2017 and my account has been non-operational since then. It has since been converted to a savings account and presently there's a negative balance of rs.2150/-. I found employment with another organization during dec2017. When i approached the bank then, i was informed by an executive there that it could be converted back to salary account and that the negative charges would be waived. I submitted all the necessary documents they asked for during december itself. I have been following up with emails since then but the negative balance still exists and when i approached the bank today, they informed me that the charge cant be waived. Salary accounts become non-operational due to unemployment and i dont comprehend this policy of the bank in levying such a huge amount on an account that is held by an unemployed person. I request you to take up this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

          Dear sir,

          With reference to above subject, it is to inform you that some information leaked from your bank related to our policy no. 16285046 & some unknown person fraud called to me as hdfc agent & debited rs. 23000 from me. It is highly regretted because of leaked information from your side i am facing financial problem.
          It is a big fraud & very much shameful also for your company to leaked information and also subject to your security.

          Please take necessary action to avoid any future incidence like that & improve your security.

            I availed the below offer and purchanged for 80, 000 on 8th dec 2017.

            Credit card + tanishq: purchase 80k for 5% cashback, max 4k cashback

            I have still not recieved the cashback.

            I called the customer care just now and talked to neelam but they have not idea about this offer.

            This is totally unexpectable behaviour and i am thiking of closing my hdfc credit card.

              Hey don't go for hdfc bank at all. They are not at all customer centric, me being 7 years old customer with a saving account, but i will say that these people will never help you. Today i was trying to book flight tickets from make my trip, we entered my husband's credit card as we r a jet privilege member, so we wanted to take miles benefit, but whenever entering it was giving an error stating invalid card. I called up the customer care 4 times for the same reason but they said the card is active, try after sometime, as expected they didn't had a proper answer so. I went back after sometime and it again gave me the same error. So i logged into smart buy so that i can try using other applications, but there was no option to enter credit card details then i called up the customer care again, i spoke with ashish yadav, associate created his own iternary just to check if he is getting this option to pay via cc or not, he was also not getting so he told me to select netbanking, after logging in i will get an option to select my credit card, so i thought to login back into make my trip, there i clicked netbanking so that i will get an option to select card as customer care associate told me but after logging in i didn't got any option and the payment was directly deducted. No otp no card selection nothing. So the associate fooled me, if you don't have the knowledge then why do u give fake information to customers. Post that i called mmr as my booking was confirmed and i. Never wanted to make the payment by netbanking. Mmt was ready to help me completely but they told they cannot revert the convenience charge as it was charged by the bank rest they will refund, when i called the bank to explain what happened, i asked for a waiver of convenience. Fees so that i can do a fresh booking from cc just bcoz of the benefits and i m a frequent flyer but they totally denied it and said that i made the incorrect choice and they can't do. Anyhting apart from regretting
              It was just a matter of rs 545 for them. We spoke with floor supervisor also but he was also useless as there associate. These people never try to retain there customer he said he is ok if i close the account and take any action. He said it's my call, they r not even bothered. Bcoz of all this i didn't get any benefit, i spent rs 7300 without any benefit. I would have used my debit card but just bcoz the associates misguided my payment was done through net banking which is of no use. So i will be switching the bank account and credit card to kotak or icici, at least they value there customer. Pls don't go for hdfc at all. I am writing all this bcoz there behavior is intolerable, they r hanging up the calls.

                Dear sir, my name is binapani keisham i have raised so many complaints regarding about my credit card blocking and charging an amount on every month without using it. I am really fed up of hdfc credit card bank since the day one i apply this card i am facing lots of problem, they are charging me without my knowledge and even after telling them to deactivate the plan and blocking the card, still its pending and didnt get any revert from hdfc bank. I wrote so many emails and phone calls to customer care but nothing is happened. I am really disappoint with the hdfc bank service.

                  This is in reference to fraud transaction in my account no.*
                  Of rs. 75000. Today i was aware about this issue through a msg on my registered number. Kindly look and matter and take necessary action to refund my amount at earliest. Also these transaction were done using atm card but the original atm card is under my custody. How these can happen??
                  Is this is case of duplicate atm??
                  If yes then bank has to refund this is amount on immediate basis. As this is a responsibility of bank to secure bank balance of a account holder.

                    I have a car loan running with hdfc bank loan number #47506533 vehicle reg dl1cw6374. Last month my emi cheque was bounced on 7th, now according to your policy it was supposed to be presented in bank after 10-15 days but it was presented after 7 days and it happended for the 4 times in that same month after every 7 days the cheque got presented even after i had a word with one of your collegue that i would be paying the emi on 27th, now because of this illogical action which was even against your bank's policy i have to pay penalty to my bank for the charges of cheque bouncing 4 times. Who is reeponsible for this stupidity? This is the first time i have taken services from hdfc bank and i am highly dissapointed with this, i demand the waiver of the penalty or any other way because i dont deserve to pay that penalty. I would be paying penalty of 750 to hdfc bank for cheque bouncing and 1300 to my bank. Is this the way your bank works by making fool out of your customer, i need imediate response in this or else i would take this matter further

                      Hi team,

                      I had made the payment from hdfc credit card, and after 15 days i treid to payback the due amount. However, i was facing an error while doing a transaction and also i never received any statement in last year 2017. So i made a complaint to customer care. After calling several times in 2 months they resolved that error of transaction. And then why they are penalizing me for the finance charges. I m not going to pay those extra rs 3000 as a finance charges. I will just pay my that amount for which i hv made the payment.

                      Kindly provide the resolution.

                        Hi,

                        I called many times to hdfc bank complaint department hyderabad 6160 6161 to log a complaint and i found that they are just playing around with customers. Thats not the way to treat the customers. They are picking the call and just looping back to menu options where it again starts with selecting the options from beginning.

                        Again i reached the complaint department and they did the same. It happend for more than 5 times.

                        I called them from 2:00pm - 2:30 pm on jan 28, 2018.

                        Do they thing its a joke?
                        They don't care about customers?
                        What for they are getting paid?
                        Don't they respect customer's time?

                        I never expected this from hdfc back, and this is the worse experience i ever had with hdfc.

                        I belive complaints department should act more better tan anyone else.

                          Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]o2. I got all verification done at my office. I got calls at office for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]o2 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response,

                              Hi,

                              Without my consent, hdfc deducted 1399 for one assist plan.

                              I never asked to activate this one assist membership, but one assist m fee of rs. 1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card ending with 3253 on 25/01/2017.

                              I don't want to activate this plan and why you guys are forcefully activating this one assist plan.

                              Don't activate this kind of subscription in future without any knowledge/consent.

                              In view of the above, i request the hdfc team to refund the amount of one assist m fee of rs 1399, otherwise cancel my credit card and please refund the amount.

                                Dear guys,

                                I am writing this important post on the eve of 69th republic day, we also want the independence from these "fake marketing calls insurance offers" and union against such fraud and fake policy companies.

                                Firstly i got the call on 9th june 2017 from the name of person amit srivastava (Contact no - [protected] & [protected]), they told me that calling from hdfc promotional channel and there is one beneficial direct policy "hdfc life super income plan with addition benefits" mention below:-
                                1) 10 % of the first premium paid will be return in next month.
                                2) for the following years, you will get the 5% cashback of the annual premium paid.
                                3) you will get medical cover of 3 person including you and two family members.
                                When i heard the term from 'hdfc life', so trusted on that guy and taken the spoken plan as per the age etc..
                                The premium amount was 50, 000 annual.

                                After execution of the above policy, they people were keep in touch with me, so whenever i asked for the return benefits and medical, they told me that all you will get soon.

                                These start happening and suddenly, i got a call from preeti (Calling from hdfc life), you have taken policy from hdfc life, so on behalf of that there is some offer on agency code. They explained the agency code benefits like this..
                                1) fixed 3-4% commission on 4 lacs profit (18000/-).
                                2) want to invest 60000/- in to completion of 1 lacs slab and all the 60000/- amount will refund after 3 year expiring of agency code with banking rate of interest.
                                3) all the amount will tax free.
                                4) calculation of month cycle will be from 20th aug to 20th sept etc.
                                5) on each month, after 20th, you will get your commission money in your account.

                                They people told me this agency code only provide those special people whose name is recommended by your file manager
                                (Mayank sharma, contact no - [protected], [protected]) and hdfc life is only provide this type of benefit to special policy holder.
                                They suggest to invest & complete 1lacs/1.5 lacs slab into company with reference id (Hdfc[protected]lic).

                                But due to the fund issue, they convinced me to invest the 30, 000 and rest, you need to pay after the one month when you get your commission amount.

                                So this way i invested rs. 30, 000.
                                The investment was done in the form of policy of another company (Future generali), as they told me that, we do investments only in the form of policies and told that we are processing your file very soon to get the amount return back.
                                So i got the execution of policy on 2 september 2017 from future generali life insurance.

                                Now they people start looting me as they are processing my file (Term used by the amit srivatava and mayank sharma) and proving money refund.

                                But suddenly on 20 september 2017, i got a call from siddhartha ([protected]) from hdfc main financial process department that there is some tendency in your file as per the financial year. He verified all my policy details and told that you have some pending amount as per the agency code (You have paid half amount). So you need to pay that right now, else your file will not be processed and your money will get stuck, also due to audit in the company, you need to pay some extra charges like tpw and btr etc.

                                So now, you need to pay 60, 000 within 3 days, else your charges will increase. Also whatever amount will be invested in this, will be returned next month and policy gets cancelled.
                                So this way i invested in the policy again (Future generali life insurance).

                                Now whenever i asked for the status of refund and cancellation of the policy, they told that we are processing and soon getting a call from another number that this is the total amount that you will get soon.

                                After one month, i got an call again from the siddhartha ([protected]) that your file is pending in process due to some problems in the file and soon will inform to your file manager. Within 2 hrs, i got a call from amit srivastava that we will discuss the issue in the monday with the account manager, and on monday got a call that you will have pay some more money but this will be last time, i assured you.

                                With same type of answers that there is some issue in the tpw etc, so finally you will have to do investment of rs 60, 000. On the behalf dor fdra and sebi account, you will have to do payment.
                                This policy will be cancelled within one month and you will get your money back. You also will get the previous amount too.

                                This policy was done on o2 nov, 2017 with amount rs 60, 000 with reliance nippon life insurance.

                                Till then i was continuously calling and asking for the refund and cancellation of amount paid to the agent/broker, but they are just processing file but not completed processing.

                                Recently, they were asking again for the same kind of policy so just confirmed from the friend then he told me that you have been victim, they are looting you and cheating with you.

                                So i raised complaint in the hdfc life, but still not get any resolution.

                                So this is my humble request please cancel my
                                Hdfc life policy and i want full refund for hdfc life policy.

                                Because this is totally un-faith relationship after showing many fruit-fulls and
                                I am also not able to give this huge amount (50k+30k+60k+60k= 2lacs/-). Now i am mentally disturb and not able to believe any marketing insurance services.

                                Please take a legal and appropriate action against those guys because those are wash out company name & fame.

                                So guys, always take policy directly from bank or face to face rather than trust on fake marketing calls.

                                Hdfc Life insurance and
                                Reliance Nippon Life insurance company,
                                but still the Future Generali Life Insurance is not refunding my amount. Please refund amount as i can not afford such huge investment.

                                    Hi my name is balaji, 8 years back i got a hdfc credit card and i never used even one time. After i got credit card 1st bill was 1000 something so i immediately planned to close that card. So i cut the card into 4 pieces and dropped into hdfc atm (This procedure i found in online and hdfc customer care) also sent mail to thiruvanmiyur and mumbai h. O regarding credit card closing.

                                    Right now i don't have any reference for this card, (My earlier used e. Mail was unused and expired) accidentally now i checked my credit score in paisabazar.com. I was shocked its showing my credit score got affected because of this credit card. Also some amount pending showing, i don't know how to fix this problem.

                                    Moreover from bank i never got call or e. Mail or any letter to my postal address regarding this credit card payment. Actually i'm hdfc a/c holder through that reference only i got credit card. My mail was expired so if they not able to contact by mail they could have made call or send letter to my postal address i could have fix this very earlier stage. Now i really got fed up and tensed bcoz of this credit card. If someone know how to fix this problem pls help me. Pls send your valuable advise to [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      This is to inform you that, i have a personal loan[protected]. I got a call from mr. Rajesh ([protected]) he said i am the hdfc representative i will help you to settle your loan account. Than he provided one settlement letter where i made payment[protected]+14250+5000+9500) than he assured to give noc. No onwards he is asking again 14250 for closing this. I have all settlement letter fro rajori garden branch. Now he is behaving like unknown.

                                        My self koteswaramma i have applied for personal loan from hdfc. After verification with out my knowledge amount was credited in my account, i asked several times the executive how much roi and processing fee, they asked me to wait. Later on amount was credited. Again i called to executive mr. Mthu he said roi is 16.85 and the detections was 15000rs arround. I asked his how can you people will credit the amount with out the cm conformation. He said its mistake from there side. They cannot able to help me with the roi reeducation. They will help with processing fee and insurance, after few days no response from them. Every day i am following this case, again i called to customer care they gave some reference no and i got call from manager he said he will credit insurance amount, i agreed with that. Again tl her name is usha she called me and she said she will help me with 50% processing fee waver. I asked 100% why because its bank mistake. Its not mistake from customer. Till now i did not get call. Today i called her she said don't call me and message me her name is usha she asked me to check with executive his no is not reachable. That too they asked me to cancel the loan. I have some emergency that's why i applied for the personal. Its not all good service from the hdfc bank people they are not at all helpful. I am also working in banking sector in sbi. I did not see this type for response from the bank executives
