Hi am using an hdfc credit card from 5 years, i have taken loans also on it and cleared now. Have salary account with hdfc.
I lost it recently, and when i asked for new card i was asked to pay some amount, i am getting lifetime free cards from any bank, so i thought to close for this i want to pay rs951 balance which is pending on my card.
I called customer card, mailed them, and after many follow ups they gave an account no where i need to pay,
Now i tried to pay into that account from neft from hdfc, it did not accept the number of digits the account no have, also i have tried using it as a card no to pay.

Both are unsuccessful, i wrote the same to hdfc, it's been more than 15 days i did not get a call, seems as if they don't care.

Any one who is reading this, i request you to stay away from hdfc, i have now taken kotak bank salary account, going to change now.

With hdfc your time will go following up, they work like goverment bank, by mistake i took term plan from them only, which any way i am planning to dump, no relation ship with them (I took 11 lakhs personal loan till now, out of which only 1 was from hdfc credit card, rest from city, axis and icici, which was really awesome experience)

      My phone number - [[protected] ] i have done a 4000/- transaction on 4th february 2018 to my saving axis bank account, money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent..

        I don't know why 177.00 rs. Got deducted for 'brn cash txn chgs incl gst 250118-mir[protected]' and 'brn cash txn chgs incl gst 240118-mir[protected]' on 29th jan 2018 from my hdfc bank account, please explain me this properly else refund my money back.

          I have done recharge of rs.400 through payzapp on september 6th & used promo code for cash back but till today i have not received cash back, i have called customer support many times but they were delaying the cash back saying technical issue but till today i have not received cash back this is purely froding& cheating customers by payzapp (Hdfc bank) i want these people to punished under cheating act

            1. On 3rd february 2018 at 5.35 pm inr 53188 was withdrawn from my account without intimation towards vctf02/02 [protected] delta air and redeposited at 5.38pm with amount inr 52669.76 which resulted in loss of inr 488.24. No such transaction was ordered by me.

            We observe that you have done a International Debit Card transaction towards Delta Air. The merchant then claimed for the amount deducted on February 03, 2018. The amount was then credited to your account and the difference is due to the difference in the foreign currency rate between date of transaction and date of claim received. You may contact your Account branch for clarifications.

            I understand that the extra amount deducted was due to change in currency rates, but how did u deduct the whole amount again. That too without my permission. This is like taking my money for your use as per your whims and needs. This is not at all acceptable.It is not the banks asset. If you wanted to deduct the amount on 3rd february then what about the amount deducted on 2 nd february for the same purchase. How can you charge for the same purchase twice.
            On the first purchase i was asked a one time password and it went as per the proper protocol, but this time there was no intimation as of how and what happened, how do i trust the bank for any of my future transactions.

              I had registered my complain with hdfc security dated 1st january and sent 17 reminders but so far no written reply for my complain from hdfc ssecurity.

              My complain is for,

              1. Compensation for delayed payment
              2. Discrepancy in ledger balance & payment credited in bank :
              3. Consolidated statement was not given by hdfc security

              Hdfc sec representative always write we shall reply at the earliest bit don't know when hdfc security will resolve my complain.

                Dear sir/mam,
                This is regard to my credit card #
                [protected]. I have been holding this credit card
                For more than 3 years. The repayment towards my card is not
                Good due to financial problem as i am the only earning person in my family
                And my mother expired in 2016. Thereafter, my father gone into depression
                And i have to take care of hospitalisation expenses. I failed to make a whole payment
                On time however, i always make minimum payment and try to make partial payment
                But, somehow i missed the december month payment. There is a guy named : abhay with phone number: [protected] who constantly visiting to
                My relatives address and asking for payment. On 30th jan he visited again on to my relatives address and in a rude voice asking for payment and telling them make the payment today it self.
                When i told him on a phone that this not my address and i will talk to you later since i was stuck in traffic that time. He said i will go once i receive the payment. A and continue forcing me and my relatives to make the payment. He also said to my relatives and asking for payment and said you can make the payment via pay-tm. I said i will check what the issue is but he is not in a mood to listen and creating scenes over there. I told him that i can complain this matter to highest level but he least bothered about it. I am totally taken aback by the way these people behaving and talking to customers. I would sincerely appeal to whomsoever will look into this as father got to know about this and my respect will went down and father is a serious patient of depression. He can't take this anymore and these call really affect my mental stability. I would not hesitate to blame hdfc bank behaviour for any mishaps happen to me and family members.
                Please do something as it really impacting my mental health and when i tried to contacting through what' app and asking why he visited to my relatives address then he is not replying.
                Even i tried to call him to sort out the matter but he is constantly cutting my phone. Ultimately he is a culprit and he knows about it that's why is not answering me about the questions. Only answering of payment questions. I wish to reiterate that most of the hdfc bank collection executives will not maintaining the standards.
                I request hdfc bank to stringent actions towards this guy abhay.

                Or mobile:[protected]. Otherwise i will take another legal action for such a slander and abusive words by which i feel harassing and it's effecting my health and also of my family members.

                  I made a payment for my credit card.
                  Next month that payment got reverted by the merchant and it got credited in my card.
                  But hdfc bank never adjusted it in my statement.
                  Even they have added their extra debit, just to confuse the customer.
                  Customer care guys are not actually customer care, they are bank care executives.
                  They always convinced me that i have to pay whatever there in the statement.
                  I am frustrated with the service.

                    I received a sms from hdfcgi that an amount rs. 6418 will be charged to my credit card and this is the renewal premium for a policy no. -

                    Please note i have not taken any policy from hdfc so far. Hence i request you not to make any such charges and also cancel that policy if it is there.

                    Also note to resolve this issue, i approached hdfc bank branch in bye pass road, madurai, hdfc gi office in madurai. Registered a customer compliant with customer care hdfc and hdfc credit card. Then i come to you,
                    Let me once again request you not to effect any charge and it at all there is such a policy. Please cancel that

                      I have an nro account and i am try to create dd for personal reasons. I am not able to recieve otp for completing transaction. This is very annoying process by hdfc. I called the customer care us and they dont pick my call or it keeps on ringing. I has to call india customer care and register complaint 2 times but there is no response from hdfc bank. Either they should have proper process setup for this issue or setup an alternate like email id otp.

                        Both transactions not being done by me. Although when 1st transaction was done i do receive a call from customer care which i didn't receive due to my cell on silent mode.

                          I want to inform you that today in th evening i got a message from hdfc bank and message is this (Rs.1899.05 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 4475 on[protected]:17:49:56 at libertyshoes70792. Avl bal - rs.207560.95, curr o/s - rs.17439.05). Sir i dont have such credit card ending with 4475 and i am not aware of this credit card. Somebody using this card unauthorisedly

                              I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1299 from my credit card every year

                              As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                              Kindly cancel this plan.

                                Rs.500.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 6398 on[protected]:15:26:51 at + guru dronacharya metro it was torn note. I have withdrawn it from punjab national bank today and i am highly disappointed after seeing the note. Please provide me resolution as soon as possible. It is hard earned money and u guys are providing this kind of note. You people are just making public fools. Why don't u replace it instead of adding it in atm.

                                  Mine credit card otp is getting send to wrong email i'd without mine i information and this is against the policy bank person can not share otp to anywhere. I have mailed multiple time credit card customers care but every time these people are telling that message is encrypted i am able to open those messages without any issue not sure why these people are making excuses that message is encrypted.

                                    I have a account in hdfc bank nungambakkam branch.

                                    03-feb-2018. Today there is another fraudulent happened in my account. I have deposited 12430 rs. (2 transaction : 11400 + 1030).

                                    When i check the balance in account it showed less than the deposited amount. When i enquired with bank representative there is no proper response, when i enquired again they simply said it might be charge deducted on your account.

                                    I have not received any call / sms / email for this deduction and my money looted by hdfc in a smart way.

                                    Again i asked the bank representative about these deduction, almost i have been waited there for an hour but there is no proper response and waste of time.

                                    After an hour they simply replied ' check these deduction with hdfc phone banking team, will respond to your query'

                                    I really wonder, why should i check with phone banking when i actually standing in bank then what is the use of bank branch near to our place.

                                    At the time of opening an account hdfc advertising we our top on customer service.. This.. That.. Online facility.. But when we enter into the branch, it is useless.

                                    Very worst service, no proper response and money looted in account with out any intimation to the account holder.

                                      My name is parth k shukla. Right now my account balance is -46000₹. I did not got any notice before this. Yesterday someone transfer me 48000₹. Right now i have to transfer that amount to someone very urgently. I m in big trouble. I can not transfer just because of this. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Banks are here for help us, not for giving this kind o[censored]nnecessary trouble. I have to pay creditcard payment of ₹ 94000 that i m ready to pay, i want to convert it in emi. And also my ecs are coming in two days, it will also affect me. Please contact me and give me solution.

                                        Without my concern hdfc debited rs. 7756=00 from my account, i already told hdfc about cancellation of my credit card & i had already sent diagonally cutting card to your chennai office
                                        Why should not i register case against you for unauthorized withdrawn
