I have received sms from HDFC bank on 21st - 900 Rs has been refunded/credit to your card. But i am not receive 900 Rs yet.. please refund my Money 900 Rs ASAP.
kindly take action.

Also i am trying to call customer service HDFC but they are also asking multiple questions. and not responding correctly or not solving the my query.

    There was an unauthorized deduction of rs 650/- from my HDFC savings bank account twice on Dt-01/01/2017 at 04:02 PM With reference no-[protected] and on Dt-27/01/2017 in 07:47 PM with the same reference no.The merchant name is SRINIDHI CATERER which is completely unauthorized from my side.Kindly revert back with a solution ASAP.

    I am getting irrelevant calls from HDFC bank for personal loan, credit card etc. I am fed up of all this calls. Please take initiative to stop this. Every day same thing happens, i told them erase my name from their list still they call me on everyday basis. Its pathetic situation for me

      I have to make payment of Rs 10801.09 on 5.01.17
      I already dropped cheque of Rs 12000/- on 5.01.17 in Hdfc bank drop box, Vasna road, vadodara-7.
      I receeived statement for Feb'17
      It included Late fee ... Rs 700.00
      Finance charge fee...Rs 462.12
      Total...Rs 1162.12
      I dropped chaque on 5.01.17 then above charges should not be included in feb'17 statement.
      You are humbly requested to consider my request for waive of RS 1162.12 which is not to be charged in statement. I hope you shall consider my request & waive above Rs 1162.12 in next statement.

        I am fc of yelahanka branch and my fc no is 00661896, from this branch they have collected a cheque of Rs.13000 and they told just to show for the target of them and amount I'll not taken from my bank account but they issued the policy and amount has deducted from my account and now I asked but they are telling they can't for fc only they are doing like this for common people how they are doing . I want that policy should cancel and return my money.

        So please do the need full.

          I haven't received cash-back TILL YET for Domino's payment which I made on 7th Dec 2016 USING HDFC PAYZAPP APPLICATION. THIS IS COMPLETE CASE OF CHEATING A CUSTOMER.

              Hi,

              My name is Arunima Ghosh with Credit Card # [protected] issued to me in 2007 (Salt Lake, Kolkata) with credit limit of 25, 000. I used the card till late 2008 or early 2009 (as much as I can remember). At that point there was an overdue on the card and I continued paying the minimum amount for few months on and off. I lost the card and I was informed that the card has been blocked those days and never requested for a replacement one. However; after few months (Mid 2010), I started paying minimum due on a regular basis which started @ ~1650 which later increased to 1950 thereafter 2100 which I’ve been paying till date. I was under the notion (As I was informed by one the representative from HDFC collection department) that the debts will be settled through the above payments and I will be relieved from this hassle. Very recently, I was informed that my pending amount has been overdued by 22, 000 and I have to pay the amount at one shot to be eligible to do a final settlement on the card!

              All these while, the interactions with HDFC representatives have not been pleasant at all. All they seem to care about is collecting the money and not answer the queries. I never had clarity on what is the current state of the settlement. Moreover; the representatives are abusive and always possessed threatening tone. I asked to be able to talk to some superior office many times and they just never transfer! I have never received any fruitful response to my urges to be able to get some clarity on the lifecycle of this transaction with the Bank. Like I said, I thought I’ve been paying to close the deal in installments!!

              Here's the catch - After I stopped using my card, I paid nearly about 75000 (I wish so much someone could clarify that to me) against the original credit limit of 25, 000!!

              At this moment, this haunts me and I don't know how HDFC can facilitate me to settle this deal. I'm sure there are many who don't understand financial terms/policies used by Banks like me and suffer in the end because of lack of transparency shown by the Bank (people makes the company).

              Here's what I need-
              1. HDFC to give me a complete statement from the time the card was issued for me to understand what was the actual amount due from the time I started paying regularly and how much I have paid so far.

              2. HDFC should provide a direct contact details for me to initiate a progressive conversation to settle the deal and close the case.

              3. Unless the above conditions are initiated, collection department should not call me and I am not paying a penny to HDFC.

              4. As I don’t work now anymore hence I would require time to check . As I have paid lot of from last few years where I have used the card last time on 2008.

              5. I would require complete information via email

This card was used last in 2008. i have paid till 2014 . Now i have no ability to pay anymore as i dont work anymore .i need 6 months to settle . They are calling random people and abusing with bad language . Please help . i want to settle this urgently .

                Mysel[censored]mar hamzah, having account no [protected]..my accout is debited by 844.5 as debit card charge on 24th of jan 2017..when i opted for the debit card i was told that your annual fee is 500...i dont understand the trick they played on me..more ovr the continious charges deducted from my account is worth to take in care here.the charges deducted fron my account on account of non mentainence atre too cheating, these chargers were charged when there was complete shut down in the valley and nobody could dare to go outside, every bank in valley has waived off these charges and i could not be entertained here.

                  From past December I had visited HDFC Credit Card Richmond Road Branch office three times for the final settlement & Closure of Credit Card. Ihad spoken to the Representative and she told me not to pay monthly minimum bill also for the Settlement and their will be confirmation letter/email from the branch as they have registered the complaint and once if received the mail/ letter then you can go for the settlement they said. later till the date their is no any confirm but the statement bill is increasing periodically and there is no action against this from the Branch & meanwhile the customer Support gives the call and say to pay atleast minimum bill & later you can go for settlement, but the branch says not to pay the minimum amount or else it will difficult to go for the Final settlement. Till Now there is no response from the Branch office after a frequent mail On Dt- 12 Jan, 24 Jan & today.

                    How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.
                    If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts.

                          I opened a salary account in hdfc bank, chennai some 5 years back then after that i have used it for 2 years .After that i moved to hyderabad and opened an other bank account, but i never used that hdfc account from 3 years.
                          Now i am getting email and message from hdfc bank that my account balance -8000 rs . I am totally shocked and worrying about the same .So now how do i need to close the HDFC account .
                          According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                          Where should i approach now. Please help.

                            Hi,

                            Never opt for HDFC netbanking payment for IRCTC tatkal ticket as OTP on mobile for HDFC never arrives in your cell & by the time it will arrive all the tickets will be booked & you wont be able to book ticket.
                            This is frustrating for such a big bank having issues with load on its database & customer suffers when it dearly needs bank services.
                            Also, hdfc bank gives error as "Heavy Load on Server"& you wont be able to book ticket.

                            Kindly avoid HDFC bank as it is worst for Netbanking services.

                              This is pertaining to the credit card no. 4854 99XX XXXX 3115. I have been using this card since last 10 years almost and making all my payments through nationalized bank cheque 5 days prior due date. Cheques are been dropped at HDFC Bank Atm drop boxes at Vile Parle East Prathana Samaj road ATM.

                              Even though dropping the cheques 5 days prior due date the HDFC Credit card division is charging me late payment fee which is not correct. This simply means that they are collecting the cheque payment late from their drop boxes and are trying to earn some additional amount from me. I have many a times taken up the matter with their Customer service team on[protected] however no response.

                              I request you to take up the matter with HDFC Bank Card Division, Tamil nadu Chennai and help to have the amount of INR 411 waived off for statement Dt: 14.01.2017. I confirm to have made payment of INR 2, 537 through cheque on 14.01.2017.

                                  I have taken personal loan in hdfc bank . from onwards i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs.

                                  But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose .

                                  Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail.

                                      I have applied for the credit card card to Card my application reference no. Is [protected]O2, I have applied this card on 14/01/2017 and yesterday I was checked my status my card disapproved.
                                      So I want know that Why are getting reject My card I want reason. Because particular Bank icici same application approved My card on 08/07/2016 . So behalf on icici Credit card I have applied hdfc credit Card but this Card disapproved.
                                      This Time not tele verification physically verification directly Show status disapproved.

                                      This is totally disgusting step by HDFC BANK .today i have checked my account online..account shows Rs.115 deduction towards programme management fees without any prior notice.
                                      this totally rediculous..i am thinking to close my account if they will repeat same thing again..

                                      i was holding credit card no [protected] and on 10th jan 2017 there was a bogus transaction of rs.21451/72 by a london based address viz.www.moo.com. I lodged a complaint at your Palakkad (kerala) branch and they informed the concerned depts. of your bank, vide complaint no.[protected] and my cr card was blocked and a new cr.card no.[protected] issued But I am yet to get the refund of rs.21451/72 even though your Palakkad branch personnel had informed me that the refund will be effected withen 10 working days.

                                      kindly look in to this matter and refund the amount urgently.

                                        I am a Credit card holder of HDFC bank. I used the card for one year but it was totally loss for me. I paid more than 40000 in year as financial charges. HDFC never waive off even one rupees. I will never suggest anyone to use HDFC credit card . HDFC charging the cards with the name of financial charges, over limit charges, overdue charges etc.
                                        we can't keep the record of these charges.
                                        finally six months back I planned to close this card and pay full outstanding of Rs. 1 Lac. one hdfc executive told me pay 900000 and balance will be waive off. I was happy, but in next month statement I see the charges are there. and other charges also included.
                                        in this period I used the card and again the amount was 70000.
                                        my card expired on 08/16 and after that I have not received any new card.
                                        I paid outstanding 60000 till now. but still my outstanding 30000.
                                        HDFC Bank charging more than 10% per month including all financial charges.
                                        120% per year interest rate.

                                        Never Never go with HDFC.
