What the hell is going on. I have salary account in hdfc from last 3 years.in 3 years no amount is deducted from my account. But last night you guyzz deduct rupees 590 from my account. And you never inform that. I need my money back. Asap. Otherwise i will take serious action against hdfc. My name is gurmeet pathania and my number is [protected]. Just give me my money.

In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.     On 13 dec mr biren come to office with loan form. Before that we have telephonic conversation about balance transfer roi and fix for 2 yrs.in form clear mention rate of interest 8.80%for 2 yrs fix. He ask for cheque 11800/- he told when your form and term condition is approved then cheque should be debit from your account and its adjust with your interest. But cheque clear 21 dec before i get loan approved letter. Through whatsapp i ask mr birn he told how its possible give some time. After he advice to stop cheque. Send mail to refund to customer care. But any how i manage. Same day when i tell mr biren cheque is debit and not get mail he send mail roi8. 80%fix for 2 yrs. When i reply om mail any term and condition is their that change roi and yrs. He call "mei sambal lunga" on 24 dec when i ask again about bt he reply soon.

    Then he not pick call. No even reply.

    On 5 jan i call not pick then again whataap inquiry about progress no reply

    On 6 i call that loan pass not according to what mr biren commented again yesa kaisa ho gaya aap detail bheaj mei abhi karwata hu. From 7 jan he completely ignore my call.
    Then bank manager mr vaibhav tiwari come on front. Tell 1 week mei ho jayaga"after that he also ignore call"

      I am not able to add money in payzapp wallet since last 9 days. I have call to payzapp customer care many times and they are giving different answer like your app is not updated, specific bank card issue, wallet not active now etc. I have already reinstall my app and tried but still not able to add money. Every time it is time out after some time on authentication page. I have also mail to support team but i got response like we are not finding any issue from our end may be from bank side. But this card is working in all other sites and bank also denied that there is no issue in card. Even i have tried this card in all other sites and it is working fine. I am getting different responses from customer care from payzapp team. Please solve this issue

        Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account even i didn't got any text message regarding this. It's only reflecting in the bank statement.

        The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them.

        It would be helpful if i get my money back asap.

          I am trying to login to my netbanking but forgot my password. I am trying to change my password through IPIN, I am receiving OTP in my email but not in my registered mobile. I have contacted bank couple of times but no response. Please fix this ASAP as I need to login to banking for transfer.

            I have following complaints:

            1) the bank didnt send me credit card statements for 3 months in time and later, through no fault of mine, they charged me interest for this period.

            2) the bank gave my personal credit card staements in hands of a third party, and took his signature without verifying his credentials. I have copies of the same,

            3) the bank has refused to reverse the charges, and to act reasonable.

              By mistaken i have done credit card payment twice once from online net banking and after some days from mobile banking app where credit card due amount were not get updated.

                    There is no proper way to close credit card via phone banking. the worst response from phone banker. HDFC is not customer friendly at all. i will neverever use its credit card

                      In the escalation email when i give complete call detail with number and time, i am getting the same reply that these number
                      Does not belong to hdfc bank... So this time i have recorded the calls, please find the attached media audio file... Play it..
                      You will come to know that they all are calling from indiranagr, bangalore branch...

                      For god's shake... Please stop these calls... Otherwise i will have to complain to police...

                      HDFC Indiranagar, Bangalore loan section Team is Torturing me by calling from different numbers asking for the Loan, this is from past 6 years. Daily i receive a call around 3 to 6 pm . This is disgusting. When i call them and ask how they got my number they will tell from Database.

                          My credit card bill amount is 219723.
                          I have paid 202486 amount. Even after paying so much. Hdfc bank have charged financial charges of 4645. This is unfair to put financial charges for whole bill. Hdfc bank service is the worst service. No one communicated about the financial charges will be applicable even after paying partial amount.
                          Which bank will charge so much even after paying such huge amount. I want my financial charges to be waved off.

                            At the time of issuing cr card one of your kolkata office employee named by soma by force blocked 13k for accidental policy for which deducting 650/per month & one assist for 1 year for which deducted 1399/, i sent my grievance to mr manikandan p. S. (Grievance cell officer) but still now no reply, no action nor any correspondence from his side. I paid regularly minimum due every month up to december 2018, but i stopped now due to not received any statement from june2018. My request refund my deducted amount as per soma & close my cr card a/c after intimating me out standing payment. Please forward my grievance to your higher authority to take prompt action.                               Thia is 3rd time to check the status of my home loan subsidy application status which comes under pmay and which is centre government policy and really disappointed to see the speed of the concerned departments involved in pradhan mantri awas yojna which says " housing to all by 2022'.

                              Can we fulfil the willing of pmo india by this speed??? I don't think that we can provide minimum housing to the needy people by next 4 years, who gets an encouragement by the pradhan mantri awas yojna home loan subsidy to the needy and eligible people of india.

                              If a bank or nhb is taking more than 6 months to approve one application of an applicant who believes that he is eligible for same and have provided all the required document on time to the bank and still struggling to check the status of his application.

                              I have applied for pradhan mantri awas yojna subsidy through hdfc (Nikol branch) 6 months back or say in august 2018, which is still not credited to my loan account and i am not getting clarity why its pending for so long and how much more time it will take or whom to contact for same.

                              Although i don't see any customer care who can help me in this regards, i called to mithakhali branch they informed me that i have other properties as well (I am clarify to you i do not have any properties.)

                              The hording of bank and pmay says get credit linked home loan subsidy within 90 days of home loan application. But i think its only in adds.

                              Please give me legitimate answers.

                                I opened an account in selaiyur branch hdfc bank on 19 th jan, i was supposed to recieve my welcome kit in 7 working days but account creation notification itself received after 9 days and its been almost a month and not received it yet I have personally visited the branch two times and still the process is too slow never expected it and request to resolve it at the earliest

                                  I had Made an application for Delink of Credit card as well as Jumbo loan to Chennai HDFC Bank Credit Card Division but application get rejected, Visited branch but do not get response, Called Customer care but not get updated, They have taken complaint. I need to close my account and without Delink of Credit card as well as Jumbo box I am not able to close the account. I do not want to get Penalized for Non maintenance of Minimum balance at bank account.

                                    While creating salary account in HDFC, a credit card has been issued during May 2018 to me and still i didn't activate my card yet and i didn't initiate any smart pay service but i m getting calls/msgs that i have payment overdue.
                                    I got recharge amount as 100 rs for 2 months for my number and i didn't know how i got that amount at that time and now they are telling i have to pay this amount and also fine.

                                    Am not sure y i have to pay for the service which is activated without my knowledge.

                                    Person who issued credit card to me is Ratchagan from Chennai(HDFC bank).

                                    Kindly let me know how to cancel my card and please take action on these kind of issues as it is happened even for my friends.

                                    Kindly take action ASAP.

                                      Rs 5, 015 have been debited from my account. The message read "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 040219". This is not acceptable, I had no prior intimation of these charges.

                                      Request you to please follow up and check why this amount was debited. I would like to highlight here that these charges should only be levied after conveying the reason for the charges to the bank account holder.

                                        I have an sb a/c [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 10, 000/- using imps on 9 feb 2019 to pnb a/c:[protected] begum bridge, meerut. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount was debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got sms message on my phone that its timed out and status shows in my statement as transaction initiated. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
