[Resolved] Hdfc Bank — credit card payment done twice

Hello hdfc team,

By mistaken i have done credit card payment twice once from online net banking and after some days from mobile banking app where credit card due amount were not get updated.
And i just click on due amount and it was deducted from my account balance.
Please check my account and refund last bill amount. Thanks

I cancelled a order on Flipkart and received this message "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 5829 for Rs. 899.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:21:11:42" but the amount don't reflect in my account.please do the needfull
I have made wrong payment, have been trying to reach the bank since few days. They only put me on waiting, always I get automated voice that all the executives are busy. I have waited for 25 minutes but still no success. Incase of emergency, what do a customer can do? Such a pathetic service. These are important and critical issues for a customer
