Sometime in march, 2018 a representative person of hdfc came to my house. Stating issue of regalia credit card life time free (No yearly charges). When questioned how he has come when i did not ask for the credit card & there was no need for me to have one. The answer is we have a way of knowing excellent clientele.
I was assured there is no cost to me in issuing the card being a preferential client ever (Life time).
Lo! & behold! A statement date 13 jan 2019, charge of re-newal membership fee dted 19 dec. 2018 (Ref #19901019901219999469450 rs. 2, 500/- igst rs. 450/- is being charge.
Approached the bk manager mr. Mridul hdfc to complain., referred to one sh. Varun lamba, who attended and forwarded my complaint to one ms. Harsha giving ref. # [protected] assuring 99% the charges will be waived and the matter is being forwarded to the concerned authority this is in feb 02, 2019 & that within 4 business days i should hear from them.
Have not heard from hdfc complaint dept. Approached the the bank again today 14 feb 2019 just to be told there is an outstanding demand rs. 3, 083 due date 05 march 2019.
Have also requested to cancel the card if membership charges will apply with my complaint 02 feb 2019.

Please reverse my full money as 8119 rs. There is no mistake from my side. I have a sufficient balance . Please dont include any extra late payment charges.
