For the past 15 days I am mailing HDFC Life Insurance but they failed to solve my specific problem and replying nonsense that is not related to my problem
For you I am elaborating my problem being faced in my aforesaid policy 20779937
(a) purchased the policy in Oct 2018 for a monthly premimum @Rs.2000.00 by paying online through my saving bank of ICICI Safdrjung enclave
(b) During payment of first premimum I made a transaction of Rs.2000.00 but it failed, i again made another Rs.2000.00 transaction but this time it again failed and for the third time the transaction was made for Rs.2000.00.
(c) A total of Rs.6000.00 was debited from my saving account(Statement is attached) may be seen at sl no. 6, 7, 8 of the attached statement
(d) I got a refund of Rs.4000.00(@Rs.2000.00 ) on16/10/2018(as per Sl.No.14, 15 of the attached statement of bank)
(e) Since then i am paying from the same bank my premimum as below:
02/11/2018 @Rs.2000.00 your receipt No. F1880869 dated 03/11/2018 For Oct 2018
01/12/2018 @Rs.2000.00 vide your receipt No.F5009642 dated 03/12/2018 For Dec 2018
02/01/2019 @Rs.2000.00 vide your receipt No.F5041785 dated 03/01/2019 For Jan'2019
21/01/2019 @Rs.2000.00 vide your receipt No.F5065434 dated 22/01/2019 For Feb 2019
02/03/2019 @Rs.2000.00 vide your receipt No. F7213176 dated 02/03/2019 For March 2019

FOR OCT 2018 I paid Rs.6000.00 from my ICICI Bank and got refund of Rs.4000.00 only

SO NOW HDFC has shown MY POLICY AS TEMPORARY LAPSE !!!
there is no lapse from my side as seen from my ICICI Bank Statement
Your customer care when contacted told me that the current premimum i paid in March 2019 is adjusted for OCT 2018!!! and for March you have not received any payment so the policy is Temporary Lapsed

I HAD ALSO CONTACTED ICICI BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY GOT Rs.4000.00 credited back from your bank as sucu Rs.2000.00 still is available with your bank and that be adjusted now otherwise i will MOVE
So i approach your self to solve my problem as where the amount Rs.2000.00 paid in Oct 2018 gone and why my policy is temporary shown as lapsed

    I was sold the policy falsely. Their sales guy is a cheat. I had asked him that i don't want to pay every year on year and he said that i will not have to. So i had withdrawn partial from another hdfc policy and invested in this policy and made him clear that i will not be paying further. Now i am getting payment reminders

    This company hires all cheat and thief. The guy was from services team in gurgaon.

    I was further told that someone will be coming to me every quarter and help me with the fund switch, which never happened. This is really bad

      I have paid the complete amount for credit card as suggested by bank people. They have said that i will receive closure letter in 4 to 5 working days, but till now i have not received letter. I have tried reaching customer care but its not connecting and sent couple of mails to cocerned department and nodal officer as well but no response. Need this to be resolved at earliest.         Last year i have purchased a policy of hdfc life click to invest through policy bazar. My policy no is 20323690. Wherein, i have registered a complaint to hdfc customer care to mr. Praveen patnakar mob: [protected] about the wrong specifications about the policy.

        I was told that i will get the double amount of my investment of rs. 60000/- after completion of five years of locking period with this policy. Though it is for 10 years, after five years if i want i can take out the entire deposited amount.

        I was supposed to receive hardcopy about the updates of my premium but since the policy is taken, i did not receive any of the hard copy & any information from either policy bazar or hdfc.

        Very late through mr. Praveen patnakar, i have come to know that my monthly premium of rs. 1000/- is being shared by hdfc & policy bazar where 300 rs. Is being parted to policy bazar as a commission & balance of rs. 700 is going to hdfc.

        Such information is not shared to make my decision for not taking the policy.

        It was also told by mr. Patnakar that i am not going to get double amount at the time of 5 years completion, it may be the premium deposited (Rs. 60, 000/-), lessor or may slightly higher. There is no certainty & it depends totally on the market.

        I raised my complaint to bimalokpal but not satisfied with their solution. A person who was representing my case has given me an unconducive solution. He put the proposal of taking another policy where the paid premium will be credited & after maturity i will be able to avail it. But for taking my less than a year premium again i have to deposit rs. 30, 000/- for the policy means again i have to be inconvenient & what will happen if i could not pursue further the policy due to financial constraint.in such a situation i will not be able to recover any of the policy amounts.

        The question is why i should be suffered for policy provider company & their associates' wrongdoing?

        My monthly premium was rs. 1000/- of the above-said policy.

        It is a very serious issue. The banking companies are outsourcing their work to other service provider companies like policy bazar for the collection of funds wherein, they are is-committing the customers for selling the policy due to which the customers are facing very serious problems.

        They are being cheated & harassed. I request you to resolve my problem & help me refund my paid amount against my policy with compensation. I will be very grateful to you.

          On 20th march 2019 at 00:30 am, approximately rs. 6, 000/- was debited to my account through some unauthorised online transaction at google * youtube super.

          I have not made this transaction, on the same day, i have visited delhi connaught place branch of hdfc band have submitted "cardholder dispute form" and has also blocked my debit card through netbanking.

          Now, i am neither able to lodge to complaint through phonebanking nor have received any confirmation from hdfc side, that my money is safe.

          I have also attached a screenshot of all the unauthorised transaction from my bank account.

          Please guide, what should i do further?

            My hdfc salary account no [protected] has been locked by hdfc bank. All my accounts funds goes on hold. I am not able to do any transaction.

            I called lot of times to credit card division, personal loan, two wheller loan of hdfc bank, i am paying minimum amount 14000 but not relese my account

            They have applied lot o[censored]nusual amount on my credit card, lot of finance & services charges.

            I am getting in problem for my daily transaction.

              Recently, i was tricked by a online scam and i guess bank always shields us! I mean they have the power to charge back, but they rejected to refund the amount was 50k. If they cannot grant a refund, probably i can open dispute with my bank in the court and settle this because banks has full control over funds. Any help i can get or bank can try to charge back the transaction?

I used hdfc snapdeal credit card since last 3yrs but last july 2018 i block my card & gave a letter for closing my credit card on august 2018. After that i am not getting any mail from your side.                       Hi, my self sravanam ravi march 11th have to pay credit card bill but some issue i payed late.. Hdfc bank blocked my credit card bill amount in my account. I payed my credit bill recently in 2 transaction.. Total bill payment is 27752. First i paid 24000 and after i payed 3752. But i got only 24000 reversed in my bank account remaining 3752 amount not reversed i called customer care no many times but no response. Please clear the issue as soon as possible

                            Hi,

                            I received the hdfc credit card regalia number: * * * 2005 couple of months back. Once i received this card i came to know that yearly charge of 2500 + tax, so i never use this card and i called and request the costumer care to cancel my card.

                            They said your request had been taken it will cancelled. Then i got the statement after 3 months to pay the yearly charge 2500+ 450 (Tax). Then again i called costumer care enquiry about it. They said it will revoke; your card has been cancelled.

                            On 14th march 20, 2019 they have auto debit the amount from my saving account. I never give auto debit option.

                            Why i should pay without using the card?? After multiple request for the cancellation.

                              Dear HDFC team,

                              • For an emergency I have applies for the PL top-up ref by Ms Rajeshwari on 08/03/2019
                              • She said I will get the loan within 3 working day. That is before Wednesday 13/03/2019
                              • She asked for documents, I have produced all the documents to the collection person on 08th evening.
                              • I got a verification call from HDFC bank and I have updated all my details
                              • On Friday 15/03/2018, she is updating that my application was already logged in by someone on 07/03/2019

                                First they deducted 580 rs and i raised complaint.then someone called from hdfc and they refunded amount 490 rs excluding GST

                                Again today they deducted 303.45 rs from my account.

                                One year before had a phone conversation to close the Demat account and now same have done through send email also.

                                Please refund the amount

                                  To Whomsover concerned, This is with regards with my continuous follow-up on an HDFC Home loan Insurance plan for my newly purchased home loan from HDFC. Loan no:[protected]. Since the last 6-8 months I have been taking a continuous follow-up, all trailing emails are available, The people concerned have been: Bireshwar dutta, Rohit shetty, Wahid shaikh & so on. I was promised a interest of 8.65% for an insurance EMI of 10yrs tenure of an outstanding amount of 4944000/-.. This case has just been passing to different people handling with the senior team Mr Dutta and Mr. Shetty I believe may not have any oversight about the same. Today when i spoke to Mr. Dutta he starting putting all the blame on the person who has left (Wahid) saying that we dont know what he promised and that we cannot offer interest of 8.65% instead 8.8% plus he has been pushing me to take the one time premium inspite of mentioning that I need an EMI. When insisted to direct me to a senior he mentioned that he is only the senior & besides that no one can help me. My question to this grievance cell is 1. if my case has been delayed from your end why should i be paying a higher interest just because you have delayed the case to a point where it has been raised to this level? If wahid has left the organisation, why didn't his senior or boss look into this case and tried to arrange another executive inspite of emails floating to him, why was this taken so lightly?? Why am i being pushed to take the one time premium when my choice is an EMI? Why am i not been directed to any other senior? how can Dutta mention that we do not know what Wahid promised, shouldn't he be involved with every case possible and now you are enforcing a rate of interest of 8.8% for your fault & delay? If this is the case, then i believe that there are 100's of other banks and companies which are offering an insurance plan that give me this rate, why should i take HDFC life?, there are companies which take a followup with me RESPONSIBLY unlike your members who do not show any responsibility & courtesy to even reach out to their customers. it is really sad to know that me being an employee of Abbott healthcare is being treated this way.                                     Sir/madam, myself kiran n from bangalore. I have a savings account in hdfc bank, devanahalli branch and i own business regalia first credit card... I recently purchased a product from amazon on 07/02/2019 by accepting no cost emi for 6months from hdfc bank credit card.
                                    The product was found faulty so i returned the same and cancelled the emi. But the first emi was already generated on 16/02/2019 and once i complain the same to the customer care they said me to pay now and it will be adjusted in the next statement. But now on 16/03/2019 again the bill got generated and again the emi is generated and customer care team is asking me to pay the bill...
                                    This is very bad i have called more than 20 times to resolve the issue but no action is taken. Each person says different answers and has no knowledge.
                                    The whole hdfc team is a fraud and cheating the innocent.
                                    I have not neglected to pay any due till now and i personally have more hope and trust on hdfc bank that's why i am owning the account and credit card till now...
                                    Please make me ease in this process as early as possible...

                                      I would like to share that i have raised the complaint on hdfc bank compliant portel on 1st march 2019 post receivingattached statement with regards to debit of inr 4, 18, 956.26 dated 12th feb 2019 from my hdfc credit card without opting for auto debit facility. Received response from hdfc that this has been done because i have opted for this which is not true. After investing the matter internally with my office i came to know that hdfc is doing the same with other colleagues also by paying company airtel mobile bill through their hdfc cc. My concern is why this is happening with hdfc cc only.

                                      First of all hdfc bank approached for their stall in our office and given us this card around july 2018 and now we are facing mental aggravation for hdfc internal issue.

                                      Finally last night i have paid the outstanding dues which is not belongs to me since airtel has not reversed the full amount to my cc till date just to maintain my principle to pay all dues prior to due date and avoid any further harassment from the hdfc bank.

                                      I demand stringent action against the hdfc bank credit card division for the mental nuisance as well as the compensation for wasting my time to do all the unwanted correspondence w. E. F. From 1st march 2019 till date since i am very busy. For me time is money.

                                      I accidently transfered a huge amt on a wrong HDFC credit card number using an application callled cred from my bank account . Is there a way to contact the owner of that card so that i can ask for a refund . i am not able to reach any proper customer care help from hdfc side.

                                        Dear sir/ madam,

                                        I am manjunatha u, my ph: [protected].

                                        I was using hdfc credit card no: [protected].

                                        And this card validity was expired on may 2016. I have paid all the charges and outstanding amount, but same thing not updated in cibil score, when i applied for loan recently i came to know hdfc people not updated my credit card payments because of this reason my loan got rejected.

                                        I logged in hdfc netbanking and checked my credit card details there is showing -61 rupees i realized i paid extra, but when i check my cibil report it showing 993 rupees.

                                        I called hdfc customer care but they are not giving any proper reason (Worst banking experience).

                                        Here with i have attached screenshot for reference.
