I would like to close my credit card . So I discussed with Personal banker and paid all pending amt. then block it. Then I sent a mail also as below. But now I am getting due amt for card renew and some other charged. Talked credit card customer representative Ms Susmita, Sahid, ( ref No. [protected])//
Please credit card dept. is very reluctant and asked to pay.
Whats is my issue??
I have a credit card, Card Details-[protected], Regalia. I was not interested to continue use the credit card. I have paid total due amount Rs. 125997/- with in due date. paid on 20-Nov-2018. Transaction as below.
Transaction ID IB[protected], amt 125997/-, dtd.[protected]
I had talked with my personal banker Ms Nikita-[protected] and as per guided I deactived my card[protected] and as per her its total closed the matter.
This is a mail communication also for the same.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I keep on receiving emails that they have been money withdrawn from the account using debit card. I have not been in the country for years and don't have debit card. I have tried calling the no from UK and the indian no, none of the numbers work. I have tried to locate account number again cannot see which account - What is HDFC doing about??? HDFC you have lot of explaining to do. Can you tell me what information you need from me... I have no idea what is happening to my account surely you will make them dormant if no one has used it for for at least 4+ years????
Below is just one example out of many I received is attached, I have received about at least 3 today...can you sort this out please?
