A sum of rs 30000+service tax has been debited to my account without my consent to my saving bank account [protected] (Sector 9, rohini branch). It is un authorised debit by bank to me. Before transferring the money from hsbc, the official from the branch visited me many time but now no one is responding.

It is against business practice and ethics.

    Myself manabjyoti daimari. I have submitted 3 times hdfc bank closure form along with clearing all outstanding bills on my card. But, hdfc bank doesn't close my hdfc card and sending a same message many times like dear customer, your recent written request on the credit card ending xxxx could not be processed. Details being sent - hdfcbank. I don't want to listen/see drama anymore from hdfc bank. Please close the credit card and send noc to the undersigned.

    If hdfc does not take any step further, then i will file legal case. Please close it and send noc at the earliest.

      Sometime in march, 2018 a representative person of hdfc came to my house. Stating issue of regalia credit card life time free (No yearly charges). When questioned how he has come when i did not ask for the credit card & there was no need for me to have one. The answer is we have a way of knowing excellent clientele.

      I was assured there is no cost to me in issuing the card being a preferential client ever (Life time).

      Lo! & behold! A statement date 13 jan 2019, charge of re-newal membership fee dted 19 dec. 2018 (Ref #19901019901219999469450 rs. 2, 500/- igst rs. 450/- is being charge.

      Approached the bk manager mr. Mridul hdfc to complain., referred to one sh. Varun lamba, who attended and forwarded my complaint to one ms. Harsha giving ref. # [protected] assuring 99% the charges will be waived and the matter is being forwarded to the concerned authority this is in feb 02, 2019 & that within 4 business days i should hear from them.

      Have not heard from hdfc complaint dept. Approached the the bank again today 14 feb 2019 just to be told there is an outstanding demand rs. 3, 083 due date 05 march 2019.

      Have also requested to cancel the card if membership charges will apply with my complaint 02 feb 2019.

        To HDFC Bank Credit card manager,
        bangalore Zone.

        I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my NAME/CONTACT NUMBER/ADDRESS details. I did that.

        Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
        This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

        I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.
        Pathetic pathetic.

          Respected sir my swift dezire car gets scratched on left side and front bumper 6 months ago i told the dewar's garage employee to fix it. But he only change the front bumper and asked us to visit next time for left side scratch.. And when i visited next time hdfc surveyor is saying we can't approve claim request.. Now what should i do.. If i can't claim my car insurance then why go with the hdfc insurance..

            We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertain to ECS debit returns. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds' balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds' balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in the clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

            I understand what tax your are trying to impose, but i have been told By HDFC headquarter branch office Mumbai that if we didnt recieve the money for next month your SIP will be cancelled, i said ok, for now i dont want to farther process my SIP, and i dont know why they process it for the same. i dont want any money deducted i told to the representative too. i want my money refunded as i dont authorize for farther SIP deduction.

              I had applied for a credit card from hdfc and i am not a customer yet. Every day some executive calls for verification of details which is just fine as it is a standard procedure. On 14.02.2019, one particular executive with contact number [protected] and i replied that "yes, i have applied for a hdfc credit card" to which she asked back "what bank have you applied for?" i got suspicious and said "where are you calling from?" to which she simply asked me "just cut the call, okay". I called the number again as i had missed her name and one woman named amruta (As told by her, i am not sure if she was the same lady as before) received the call and said that 'she will tell the other lady'. What sort o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is that?? Hdfc bank should have a proper decorum and system of calling from authorised number (S) as nowadays committing fraud is very easy.

                I got a call from hdbs representative named nitin Jain and told me you are eligible for a loan of 12 lakhs bt you have to purchase one policy from bharti Axa life insurance worth RS 60000 and convinced me though and I purchased it. It's been 2 months they did not disbursed amount nor reply calls .. and then after month they called and says u have to buy one more Bond worth 40000 after u pay and purchase the Bond then within 15 days u will get a disbursed amount.. but I didn't purchased it was full of scams dude..
                And l need loan because I have an operation and they just play with your life's and your times and money too..
                Don't know what to do where to go who is right all of them are so scams u can't trust on anybody..
                Just to achieve their targets they play with you every time.. as u paid u can't say anything u can only wait in bank hours to see your cell fone is there amount credited or not..
                Just want to say I need amount from hdb bank I don't want my premium money I want my loan amount.. because im not in a situation to apply somewhere else don't have time in 7 days I have to go Delhi for operation.. and I need 1058900..

                    We submit that loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]nencashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only. Further, the insurance policy is set up only after the Borrowers concerned voluntarily execute the proposal form, provide the mandatory details of the nominee and authorize the payment of premium plus service charges. Basis the authorization, the premium and service charges are adjusted from the loan amount itself at the time of disbursal.                                 Hello sir,
                                I have taken personal loan of approx 1.3 lacs in 2016. That time i was working in hdfc bank chennai and i had taken on my salary account. But unfortunately after few months i left job due to some issues and my account gets inactive. As i was jobless and not in chennai, so unable to pay emi for few months. Then i started repaying the emi and cleared the arrears. As i was in my native so one of hdfc bank staff suggested me to pay emi in branch, they will send some mail to the branch people in my native and they will accept emi. So every month on ecs date i used to go to the branch and paid emi. Now all emi is cleared. But bank person from nelson manickam road, staff name-rajesh leelakanth (R17138) he is calling and telling to pay ecs charge of rs 17000. I am going through huge economic crisis and situation is very bad. When i asked that you people only suggested to pay the emi in branch, so i did and on the same ecs date i paid each month emi, then how this ecs charges came for this much amount. Also when i asked about the detailed information, he is denying to provide and telling that its bank policy, u need to come to the branch in chennai. Currently i m not staying in chennai. Its very painful to hear this type of response from bank and also paying 17000 as charge is quite difficult. I asked for some waiver also but he is continuously calling my parents and thdeatening that i[censored] not pay then u see what can i do, i will destroy your life and bla bla. This is a type of behaviour of bank staff with the customer. Please look into this matter as serious concern and provide me some waiver so that i can able to close this on earliest.

Today i saw statement and i came to know that additional cheque bounce charges has been added from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019.From Oct 2017 i started paying emi in branch as per your staff confirmation and paid till Jan 2019.For the same period from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019, why this charges are added. One side i was paying every month emi to the branch and one side you are adding charges for me. If charges were applied then why you have accepted cash mode payment and why u didn't inform us about charges. This is really very worst thing. Please waive off my charges from Oct 2017 to Jan 2019 as i paid my emi on time during this period.

                                  I am abanish seal holding an account and credit card with hdfc, customer id 51828207.

                                  I would like to report an ongoing incident that me and my family members are facing due to unethical practices of your 3rd party collection employee's where my wife was being absued along with the employee's working.
                                  Please take a note that i have filed an nc under section 507 with kharghar police station and will be proceeding with a case of violation of fair debt collection practices act.

                                  I was without a job for last few months hence couldn't pay the outstanding and have got a job just 10 days ago, so when asked for payment i said i will be paying by 18th of february as my salary date is 17th feb but the max limit i can pay is 5k per month and not more than that, which they didn't like and started harassing.

                                  Let me remind hdfc bank i will be perusing the case unless this harassment stops with immediate effect or will fight for compensation from hdfc bank for not following fair dept collections practices for which i have enough proofs and will get the investigation orders from the magistrate office to nail this issue crystal clear, let my money go in fighting cases instead of paying you guys after such an harassment where i never denied to pay. Also nor my wife is a co applicant neither her office employees

                                    issue on net banking through google pay

                                    1) i did a money transfer to account number through google pay app. My reason is that money shouldn't transfer to receiptent account but i received message from bank that amount is debited. I. E; in google pay app process is not completed it shown.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I hold a premium salary account with hdfc bank and i opened a separate joint account with my mother, with my mother being the first holder of the account.

                                    I requested bank multiple times and have raised complaints to merge the accounts so that i don't have to keep a minimum balance in my joint account as well as there would be no instant alert charge that would apply. But they kept on charging money from my joint account and the total amount changed over few months is 4, 246.96 inr.

                                    In that case I am clearly miss guided by your employee and I am extremely pissed.

                                    I hold a joint account with my wife and there i dont need to keep any minimum balance and i was told that is because I already hold a salary account.

                                    The same should apply to my joint account with my monther.

                                    Your comments are disturbing as I kept thinking that eventually all charges of not keeping minimum balance will be reverted.

                                    I need an explanation immediately and all the charges to be revert immediately.

                                      Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1.5 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -884 balance.
                                      The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 884 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                      I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                      Plz juistice to me.What is the solution?
