Hi,

I vinod vishwakarma, customer id 48831979. I applied for nps tier l account online and selected hdfc as bank, my pran has been generated but i received a message that my pran has been frozen due to kyc pending from bank side. I went to 3 hdfc bank branched for approval of my kyc request but they are not aware how to do that.

I still struggling to sort it out.

Please either approve or reject my kyc request.

I have contacted and also messaged regarding subject so many times to hdfc executive but everytime he gives different reason. My home loan account no is[protected] named jaydipsinh p rathod from hdfc anand branch gujarat. I want it quickly. Its right to consumer to demand agreement copy for which he applied.

      I have cancelled a order on tinder, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 5446 for rs. 2000.00 has been credited/reversed by google*tinder on[protected]:12:18:37

      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that google*tinder has done it's part. When will it get reflected in my account?

        Sir,
        I have my salary account with hdfc bank since 3 years. I was working as a doctor at ahmedabad but now i have shifted to ranchi. I visited ashok nagar hdfc branch in ranchi to transfer my account. My name in account has my fathers name added to it which is done so in gujarat. At ranchi branch they say that there is a mismatch in your name as in your adhaar card and account.

        They say we can close your account but cant transfer it at any cost. So please help me out.

          I am not sure raising the complaint here will have an impact. It is very irritating to receive daily 10-15 calls disturbing us through out the day. How many numbers i keep blocking, i keep getting calls from new numbers. It is very irritating and very annoying getting disturbed through out the day. I dont understand, why the hell you keep disturbing the people.

            Hdfc credit card department i felt very offended with an executive called me today near by 1.00am dated 13 feb 19 and she was talking about the limit increase in my card but i refused it and she replied in a annoyed manner, this is a way you treet ur client.. Such language should not be a part any organisation. I need a clarification on the same. My registered mobile no is [protected]. I don't remember her name.

              Unauthorized transaction which happened 11/11/2017, through my credit card i send the cdf may times as per customer care person even if i cleared all my dues, customer care personal only making fool to say upadted after 90 days, but still i did not get my refund, they holding my call and disconnect the call.
              Since last 1and half year they are making fool and not rufunding my amount.
              Its very bad experice with hdfc credit cards will never use, because they does not support to refund the money. Simply try to convince and finally you will decide to close te credit card, so guys ill sugeest dont use any credit cards.

                I have requested for a noc for my financial advisor code hdf00723401, already it has been 35 days from my date of submission, every day i am contacting your branch manager, back office executive and bdm regarding my status, i receive a negative response from the above said employees of your organisation, now i came to know that so far my noc letter / application has not been submitted to your esteemed company / irda, in this regards i need to know why there is a huge delay in submitting my documents to concerned.

                Today i have called your proddatur branch bdm regarding my noc status and found that she has so far not submitted the duly filled copies to the boe or branch manager. I have applied for a job where my offer letter needs my noc to be submitted.

                In this regards i bring to your kind information and notice to process the above issue asap and issue a noc at the earliest.

                  My name is suresh chandra pal. I had a salary account with hdfc bank in my previous company. I left that company on 22/02/2017 and joined new company. From last 1 year i have not logged in to account and i did use my debit card also. Today i logged into my account to see the status of the account. It is showing balance -7624 rs.in my account. The bank never sends me any message any mail regarding this matter. I want to close the account and request to the bank to not levy a negative balance.

                    I have my hdfc credit card dues pending 0203. Due to some unwanted circumstances i did not pay the amount. Today so called customer support team (Atrocious callers) are claiming to be calling from hdfc bank team harassing me my family, my character.

                    I have been put through shame and this has affected my mental well being. This has to stop today. I am the one who is responsible for this due amount and harassment is not the solution at any condition.

                    Please take appropriate action or hdfc bank will be responsible for any mishappening. I hope for an immediate action.

                        I want to bring to your notice that hdfc bank is deducting amount from my credit card every day for no reason after maintaining the excess amount in the account for the month of february, when i am calling them and asking regarding the deduction they are not providing me the proper information and they have given me the wrong information stating "i can use the excess amount". I had 6400 as my excess amount from which i took 1010.12 rs from my account they put my account in -10.12rs and started deducting amount continuously, when i called and asked the reason 'they have no answer'. Not only that they deducted money from my excess amount also before 3 days they said it's around 6, 400rs and after 3 days they are like it's 5, 400rs. And for removing 1010.12 it is around 4, 400rs. When asked y it got deducted, "no answer".
                        My unbilled amount was around 1100rs on 1st of february, despite of making any transaction my unbilled amount is continuously increasing and only one transaction i did because of their wrong information. On 11th feb it was 1945rs and on 12 feb it is 2945rs and i am calling them once in every 3 days but they have no answers for the deduction. I am a working women and phones are not allowed at work station. I am badly getting disturbed and unable to work properly. I seriously don't understand, "when i have excess amount in the account, y is it going in negative balance.
                        I kindly request you to help me on getting me the refund o[censored]nnecessary deduction and the deduction because of removing 1010.12rs because of their wrong information.

                          Sum of three transactions (14332+14712+14332) which i am suppose to get refunded. Not only sum of two transactions, since i paid sum of four (14332+14712+14332+14332) premium in an year. The amount which got refunded was only for the sum of two transactions (14332+14332+380)

                          I already provided all the input from bank.

                          Why only two refund was done? I am suppose to get refund for sum of three premium.

                            Just we kept new credit card inside our locker and we did not use it until now, but they charged 2k plus. While they sending card they said it's free. It's big scam. When i went to nearest branch there were 100s customers like me who want to close the card. I think bank has no money to pay salaries to their employees, so the are looting us. If really they need plz ask us directly.

                            I have applied for Fastag for my vehicle on 12th Jan 2018 and it was quoted that I will receive my tag within 7 working days. It is close to a month and no response so far except the SMS which says my account has been created and money credited into fastag account.

                              My salary account ([protected]) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some reason on13 th feb 2019 and i see that i have rs -5073 in my account. I request you to please take action against this and close my account

                                I have applied a loan thorough net banking with loan application 65309744, dated on 09/02/2019 & pre- approved is showing amount of Rs-225000/- but till not a single representative has called to me or not collect my docs so request you to kindly check & resolve as earlier.

                                Also I have applied regularly but without any discussion loan has been rejected.
                                1st time I have taken loan & it's had been cleared & Noc is issued 2nd time why not giving loan I am unable to understand.

                                    My name is sumit shrivastav and i took a personal loan of 235000 and i paid 15 emis but due to some medical conditions i cudnt pay the rest 15 and now its over due.. Your so called third party illiterate # are calling me and my family members to collect money as if anyone has signed on mu behalf that they will bear the loan if i dnt pay. Please help me with the same and teach some fdcpa rules to those stupid illiterate people.

                                      I have taken 2.85lacs amount of personal loan on hdfc credit card in the month of nov-2018,
                                      3 months of emis completed with 6228/- per month.
                                      Now i wants to preclose the loan, they are telling outstanding amount to be paid with 3% fine of pre closure rule is 2.87lacs.
                                      Interest rate 11.88%.
                                      How my os amount is greater than actual amount even after 3 emis.

                                      I want to register complain for HDFC Credit Card about Refund of 1000/- in my account.
                                      On 31st January 2019 the amount has deducted from my account, but transaction failed somehow.Till now I couldn't get my amount back in my credit card.

                                      Please help.

                                        Recently rs 177 is deducted from my hdfc bank account without any intimation or notice with subject to third party transaction inc gst. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. Can i know for what reason the money us deducted from the account. As per the fees and charges rule. For third party transaction above rs 25000/- per day transaction will costs 125 rs charge. But i haven't done this much transaction from the account.

                                        I did a transaction with TEZ today in the morning the payment failed but the amount got deducted from account.
