Rs 5, 015 have been debited from my account. The message read "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 040219". This is not acceptable, I had no prior intimation of these charges.

Request you to please follow up and check why this amount was debited. I would like to highlight here that these charges should only be levied after conveying the reason for the charges to the bank account holder.

    I have an sb a/c [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 10, 000/- using imps on 9 feb 2019 to pnb a/c:[protected] begum bridge, meerut. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount was debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got sms message on my phone that its timed out and status shows in my statement as transaction initiated. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

        Dear team,

        First of all i apologies for delayed payment every month due to having lots of financially challanges. But i also pay my minumum amount of hdfc credit card monthly. This month after paying some amount for hdfc credit card remain whole bill amount has been sattled /reflected in my hdfc salary account by hdfc team. My account reflected negative balance because you guys sattle credit card amount in my salary account. I also try to resolve my financially issues asap so that i can pay bill amount as per bill timeline. Kindly remove negative balance from my hdfc saving/salary account and give 2 month more time for financial issue resoluation or paying more than minimum amount.

        Amount reflected - 45000 something
        Credit card limit 37000
        8000 may be os amount interest charged by hdfc bank. This need to be waive and also need to resolve reflection negative amount in salary/saving account

          Hi, i have salary account in hdfc near about 6-7 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. My hdfc existed old salary account showing -9276.79 balance.
          The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its -9276.79 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account?

          Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
          I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account. If you call customer care they never get back to us with solution.
          Please justice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
          What is the action will take against this bank.

          I received call from HDFC. Lady who was on the call were very rude. They just asked me to visit branch and didn't talk anything about closing an account as it is inactive around last 1year. Until and unless bank give us proper updates, I can't visit bank for further process to close account. Bank is far away from my Home, so i dont want to visit bank again and again.

          Problem is not resolved yet

            26.3.2018 ko credit card swipe kiya tha. Pos machine pae. 5 mahine baad paise account main paise aayae. Auto debit 22000 bi hua aur ab bi balance nikala hua kisbaat kaa. Reason 1yr sae mera card block hai na koi swipe hua full amount return krdi hui hai...

              Hello,

              I have raised a request for cheque book and amount was deducted from my account.
              I was not in home as i am working professional, the person came for delivering talked to me on phone and said that he will deliver it in morning but i tried contacting him again and again and he didn't receive the call.

              Then after some days i got message that my cheque book is with bank. I had to go outstation so was not able to go and pick after some months i went to bank and they are saying that cheque book is discarded and destroyed within 1 week. They are not refunding my amount also.

              Making fool o[censored]s i have not not been informed that my cheque book will be destroyed.

              Private banks are taking our hard earned money without any information.

                Hello,

                I have an account with the bank since 9 year approx and now i can see that charges are deducted without taking any permission.

                From my credit card, membership fee is deducted but while assigning it was said that it is life time free card. This is fraud and i want my amount to be refunded. Without any call or message they have deducted the amount.

                I have sent an email at the same email id also logged complaint through mobile and complaint number is [protected].Theywere saying that the money will be refunded in 3 days but I have not got any refund of money yet.

                I can see still iGST-VPS transaction deducted on 17/02/2019.

                Poor service of HDFC bank. Disappointed as we are working professional and it takes a hell lot of time to call and take followups

                  Hi

                  I have been using my hdfc forex card for all transactions in canada. Card no: [protected]. I had made two transactions of 874 and 931 dollars on 12th and 17th of jan at staybridge suits which is a valid one. But i see charge back has been raised against that which i had not requested. I want the charge to be cancelled and amount to be credited back to merchant account. Merchant has been trying to claim the amount but bank is denaining every time since charge back is raised against these two transaction.
                  I have been dropping multiple email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com from past 7 days but no reply all. I want this issue to be resolved asap since i am getting daily call from merchant asking me pay back this amount.

                        I am having hdfc bank customer since 5 years.. On 26 january.. My acvount got debited with rs 10000 and 6000.. While my atm is in my pocket.. Since sometime before i withdraw amount of 4000 and 1000... But i hadnot withdrawn 16000.. They are debited from different area and different atm.. I had previously complain of this..                           Hi this is santhiya, actually i paid my minus balance of rs 2500 on month starting it self after also they holded my account balance 6700, when i called customer care they asked to pay at least minium due i was made that on 3rd feb it self when called on 1st day cust care said 24 hrs to 48 hrs when i called on 3rd they said 3 working days again when i asked on 4th day they said 4 working this is the 5th working day still now i didn't receive amount from my account, please take my compliant as priority sir/madam because i'm staying out of my home i have to pay my hostel fee on 5th it self still now im not able to pay itz been only 1 month im staying i don't no anyone here to get the amount when ever i go for a hostel canteen they are asking for fee infront of everyone this is the 2nd day without food drinking coffee tea that's it i don't no whether you understanding my situation or not if they asked to vaccat my room no other go i have to go back home i have leave my job as well for 30000 credit card i'm losing everything please please do something please my very kind request

                            As i have a finance loan on my phone
                            The emi payment was ecs but since i have got the loan the first payment was cleared by ecs. But after the second month ecs was stoped and i have to pay the emi by cash. Since complaining twice the bank has not solved the problem. Am really fed up by the bank

                              Dear sir,

                              I am writing this mail after disappointed with the services of hdfc card. Two month back, i got this card and since then there is no communication but getting delay pay deduction on every month bill. Some time the customer care were calling and threatening to me.

                              I am using the credit card since last 20 years but never paid a dalay fee of 1 rupee. With the false commitment they hdfc card was made. I am in a position to pay in time but in place of supporting they are harassing me and cutting delay fee.

                              I am writing this mail in a hope that proper care would be taken on my issue with to develop confidence on the hdfc card.

                                I got a meaasage like this from hdfc bank.

                                Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to payu payments private limited with value rs. 28000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                I have processed this for applying personal loan with payu, but my kyc is not complete and loan is not processed. So i would like to cancel this adho as soon as possible.

                                I am attaching the screen shot of the messagr as well. Please help in cancelling this.

                                  I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account on 31 dec 250 rs deducted and on 5th feb rs 709 deducted from my acc (Total=958) is deducted for "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

                                  I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 5 feb 2019. And my account number is [protected].

                                    My name is ravikumar chennam for past four years i am using hdfc bank customer. Card ending 4924

                                    Yesterday i got cal from lakshmi from kalyan nagar branch,[protected] i have given commitment i will pay the amount tomorrow, but later i relaised day 9 my bill will generate,

                                    So i informed to her i will pay amount once new statement got generated,
                                    As this any crime she started shouting on me.

                                    I dont know hdfc callers giving money to me for free, you are taking all charges late payee fee and interest and penlity and again you are shouting on me.

                                    I did not say i will not pay, i will pay next day, this is not first time same thing happend on my hdfc jumbo loan and my personal loan so i pre closed it because of their rude and arrogance behavior.

                                    Hdfc collection department very very worse and rude manner behavior for contacting customers.

                                    Is this is right means, i will pay 30k on 9th feb and with one week i will pay full amount and i will close credit card and my savings account.

                                    Please provide the feedback on this.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I made a transaction on 07/02/2019 in hdfc payzapp app wherein i transfer money to other bank account, once i click on submit to process the transfer it shows a message for a minute that waiting for banking confirmation and finally i got a message after minute that transaction is failed but when i refreshed the app it showed transaction is successful. And, till now the money is not credited to the bank account.
                                      Please help.
