cash back against consumer durable loan

This is with reference to my credit card payment. Which i have paid late with penalty & interest fees.
Meanwhile the credit card collection team had showed the he'll during the calls by using their unacceptable tone... I will accept the calls by using the right tone.

I've purchased daikin ac in bajaj electronics in the month of may, 2018 by taking hdfc durable loan ([protected]).

And, the emi is of 3499 for 8 months. So, that means my last emi should be the january 2019. And the last emi got debited from my account and still i'm getting the message like i need to pay next emi in feb 2019.

I'm unable to call hdfc helpline, and its very worst reaching them out.

unauthorized transaction from my hdfc credit card

On 17th of this month i placed an order for rs 43, 436 with amazon using my debit card emi offer. But on the same day i canceled one of the item in the order for rs 29k.
