Sir /madam
I am arun kumar having account in hdfc bank since five year.. On 26th january my amount got debited with 10000 and 6000 at 01:08pm and 01:09pm. While atm is in my pocket.. I dont why and how this would take place.. I complained this before too.. But no response from hdfc side. They called just once and discntd in between.. Plzz look into this matter on urgent basis..     Respected sir/madam
    I am having hdfc bank customer since 5 years.. On 26 january.. My acvount got debited with rs 10000 and 6000.. While my atm is in my pocket.. Since sometime before i withdraw amount of 4000 and 1000... But i hadnot withdrawn 16000.. They are debited from different area and different atm.. I had previously complain of this.. But no response.. Hdfc customer called me once and discncted in between.. My account number is..[protected]

      Hi this is santhiya, actually i paid my minus balance of rs 2500 on month starting it self after also they holded my account balance 6700, when i called customer care they asked to pay at least minium due i was made that on 3rd feb it self when called on 1st day cust care said 24 hrs to 48 hrs when i called on 3rd they said 3 working days again when i asked on 4th day they said 4 working this is the 5th working day still now i didn't receive amount from my account, please take my compliant as priority sir/madam because i'm staying out of my home i have to pay my hostel fee on 5th it self still now im not able to pay itz been only 1 month im staying i don't no anyone here to get the amount when ever i go for a hostel canteen they are asking for fee infront of everyone this is the 2nd day without food drinking coffee tea that's it i don't no whether you understanding my situation or not if they asked to vaccat my room no other go i have to go back home i have leave my job as well for 30000 credit card i'm losing everything please please do something please my very kind request

        As i have a finance loan on my phone
        The emi payment was ecs but since i have got the loan the first payment was cleared by ecs. But after the second month ecs was stoped and i have to pay the emi by cash. Since complaining twice the bank has not solved the problem. Am really fed up by the bank
        I hope hdfc will help me out

          Dear sir,

          I am writing this mail after disappointed with the services of hdfc card. Two month back, i got this card and since then there is no communication but getting delay pay deduction on every month bill. Some time the customer care were calling and threatening to me.

          I am using the credit card since last 20 years but never paid a dalay fee of 1 rupee. With the false commitment they hdfc card was made. I am in a position to pay in time but in place of supporting they are harassing me and cutting delay fee.

          I am writing this mail in a hope that proper care would be taken on my issue with to develop confidence on the hdfc card.

            I got a meaasage like this from hdfc bank.

            Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to payu payments private limited with value rs. 28000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

            I have processed this for applying personal loan with payu, but my kyc is not complete and loan is not processed. So i would like to cancel this adho as soon as possible.

            I am attaching the screen shot of the messagr as well. Please help in cancelling this.

              I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account on 31 dec 250 rs deducted and on 5th feb rs 709 deducted from my acc (Total=958) is deducted for "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

              I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 5 feb 2019. And my account number is [protected].

                My name is ravikumar chennam for past four years i am using hdfc bank customer. Card ending 4924

                Yesterday i got cal from lakshmi from kalyan nagar branch,[protected] i have given commitment i will pay the amount tomorrow, but later i relaised day 9 my bill will generate,

                So i informed to her i will pay amount once new statement got generated,
                As this any crime she started shouting on me.

                I dont know hdfc callers giving money to me for free, you are taking all charges late payee fee and interest and penlity and again you are shouting on me.

                I did not say i will not pay, i will pay next day, this is not first time same thing happend on my hdfc jumbo loan and my personal loan so i pre closed it because of their rude and arrogance behavior.

                Hdfc collection department very very worse and rude manner behavior for contacting customers.

                Is this is right means, i will pay 30k on 9th feb and with one week i will pay full amount and i will close credit card and my savings account.

                Please provide the feedback on this.

                Please let me know if anything required my end.

                  Hello team,

                  I made a transaction on 07/02/2019 in hdfc payzapp app wherein i transfer money to other bank account, once i click on submit to process the transfer it shows a message for a minute that waiting for banking confirmation and finally i got a message after minute that transaction is failed but when i refreshed the app it showed transaction is successful. And, till now the money is not credited to the bank account.

                    i already shared loan account number and same complaint with mentioned mail address but answer here publicly why always your bank behave like this with customer and ready to threaten. I am sure will you reply its not your executives and may be third party collection agencies worker done this but tell me one thing, this agencies you selected for collection so before that will you never check its work under rbi guidelines or will you given instruction do anything our bank behind to support you????

                    its a big question mark to your bank but i know you never do anything .
                    I know how to handle this kind of people and banks.

                      I have transferred amount 1lakh inr from hdfc bank to another bank account. While transfer hdfc bank failed to transfer money. The customer care is very pathetic they are not receiving calls at working hours after receiving they say this is the wrong department and they will transfer to the right one and then they cut the call. Very pathetic service i am going to cancel all the accounts and use their competitors. There net banking has a lot issues and you can't use your own hard earned money then why should we keep using their banking services

                        I returned an airtel sim card provided by my company in september 2018 before travelling out of india. The number was [protected]. I have a confirmation from my company that it was deactivated in september 2018 itself. Please note that it was a company provided sim and had no link to my personal bank account. After 4 months i see that airtel has sent a bill for some 3 lakhs rupees to my personal hdfc bank account bill payment. This is extremely unbelievable, unexpected and unacceptable. Where did they get my bank details? How do you accept a bill that comes without my consent or knowledge? Isn't it fraud? I don't know how many more such customers have been harassed like this. I want hdfc to investigate this thoroughly and get back to me with the details at the earliest. I also want to take it to the notice of relevant authorities to ensure airtel and hdfc are made accountable for this major unethical scam. Please advise. Thanks.

                          श्रीमान जी मै बहुत बार बैंक को फोन करके बोल चुका कि मेरे credit card statement भेज दिजिये या mail कर दिजिये पर मुझे सिर्फ झुठी तसल्ली ही दी जाती मैंने उनको ये भी शिकायत की मै card statement online भी नही देख पा रहा हु पर कोई सहायता न मिल पाई बस statement वे वैसे ही बोलकर बताते । Statement मै मैंने पाया की मुझे बहुत से charge लगे है जो कि मेरी जानकारी के विरूद्ध है so please provide my last 3 month credit card statement and remove my extra charge

                              I have one HDFC account which was started as a salary account and its minimum balance can be 0 rupees. However, after leaving the job, You converted my salary account to a regular savings account automatically. you didn't inform me the minimum balance I should keep on the account. According to Reserve Bank guidelines, every bank is required to inform the customer about the minimum charge he should maintain prior in his A/C to levy penalties. Atleast You should inform about this. How can u deduct the money without any prior intimation If you people want to do such things let me inform once. You guys deducted more than 4500rs from my account, i kindly request you to look into this matter and and to refund the amount which you have been deducting without any intimation.

                                I have hdfc sal account and get two wheeler loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 4938 but once i cant maintains balance in account that time bounce my emi and bank charge me bounce charges with taxes and after one month they charge me 236 re for emi rtn charges (already charged multiple times)what is this charges and what is related this charge without message hdfc always problem complaint service and we not choice for other bank sal account.

                                  On Feb 5, 2019 Rs. 708 was deducted twice from my HDFC account for "AMB chrg incl gst" (probably because the account is now a savings and not a salary)
                                  However, it is unfair for any bank to take money out of their customer's account without informing them. Now my balance has become negative when I actually wanted to use that money.
                                  I have been an HDFC customer for over 10 years now and I also cleared a HDFC Car loan during this period. I do not deserve this so please refund this money

                                    But at the same day is billing date

                                    I had already paid late pay charges at 2 days before

                                    Please check my credit card statement

                                    But paying at same date morning late at 11am already autopay on my card is debited & late charges apply to my credit card

                                    But on that date at cash section we paid but already autopay has debited & autopay return charged charges

                                    We got a SMS of return autopay charges

                                    We ask cashier HE told please take amount has self & transfer in online ASAP

                                    WE done at the same date

                                    But I had already paid & send email to ur HDFC BANK about of my autopay return charges

                                    But no return email or no reply from bank

                                    Please check our statement details &

                                    REFUND my AUTOPAY charges ASAP
                                    Iam a HDFC CUSTOMER OF SINCE 3 YEARS OLD
                                    EVERY TIME OF MONTH IAM USING & PAYING MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ON TIME ONLY

                                      I submitted a mobile changing form last Thursday ie on 31st Jan 2019.But it's still not been done. My new mobile number is [protected]. I have the receipt. It's yet to be done

                                      The bank has debited my account twice with RS. 286 against some one EMI charges but I don't have a loan nor a credit card. I repaid the Gold loan last June 18. I have attached the screen shot.So why such debit?. The bank has charged debit card fee whereas mine is a salary account there is no fee for debit card. Can you please explain.
