not refunded from amazon

I have purchased two items from amazon. But due to small size I have returned it. Amazon refunded an ammount of Rs 1648.00 to my credit card no [protected] with amazon refund reference number 096718 on[protected]. but the same is not reflected in my credit card till now. already I have contacted to amazon customercare as well as hdfc credit card customer care but no solution found....

change of mobile number

Have a SB Account in HDFC Bank in Mylapore Branch Chennai. Now I have temporarilly come to USA for 6 months. Now I am not able to log in to my Account since after entering my Customer ID and Password, it is sending an OTP to my Indian Tel No registered (which I cannot access in USA) to go into my Account Details Page.
Now with this new procedure, I am not able to log in to my SB Account at all.
