Hello there,

I made net banking payment of rs.1, 20, 000 for submission the fee of CTO on the web portal of HSPCB . Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account. please refund this amount with in 24 HRS so that i can submit the CTO fee on time.

Please do the needful regarding the same. Looking forward for your reply.

    Respected sir/mam, i am vikas currently i am working in a private limited company my account also in hdfc bank twenty days ago i apply for a credit card. But when i try to track credit card status there show status error
    No result found me not understand what's happening there what is the status of the credit card.
    2nd. Whos not working in any company no have the income they have hdfc credit card and hdfc customer care service always call them for credit card fees. I do not understand who have regular income bank disapproved credit card of them. And who do not have any income system they have a credit card that's a big logic.
    Maybe i change the bank

      Same happening to me. It is my salary Account and no other bank deduct amount like this. You doing the Arbitrariness at your own. This is such a harsh state by me for you. I wish I can change the salary Account but i will remember, i never open or activate this account in future.

        Why you deducted my emi 2 time on feb month through ecs. I have already paid through manually. And its technical issue and u made the charges also 784 rs
        I got a call from collection department regarding to pay the emi manually. Initially it not deducted on monthly basis.
        After manual payment also i got a message for ecs represent.

        Why you are giving wrong information to customer to pay through manually again ecs after manual payment. And kindly waveoff my charges.

        Totally not happy with your customer service. Please refund my 8119 rs immedidatley

          I have done a payment on (05-jan-2019) through a (Phone pe account) in which when i am paying the amount and i pay through a credit card 16 digit number in which the credit card number wrongly written in the phone pee account.

          My credit card number is this : 4163*7023 i am paying on this credit card number.

          But i wrongly pay the 4163*0086 this credit card number is any other customer.

          So please u can give me the how can i get the money back?

            abused by personal loan recovery agent

            I was abused and harrased by a hdfc personal loan recovery team in public by which i was very embarrassed
            He was about to hit me and i was very harrased in public by two of the recovery agents
            I have a relationship with hdfc since 2013 and i m regularly in touch with the concerned manager/executives
            I m in a plan to clear of the total dues related to loan with negotiation in reducing charges

            But meanwhile...

            policy premium paid twice by mistake

            Accidentally the payment towards hdfc policy premium was made twice. I made the 1st payment through hdfc bank account on 12th february. I completely forgot that i had opted for auto premium deduction through my kotak bank account, thus on 15th february the premium amount automatically got deducted. When i'm now checking my bank account i still see the amount deducted, i need one of the payments reversed and amount credited into my account.br...

            I and my husband opened enps account with nsdl and chose hdfc bank for kyc verification on 20 jan 2019. We received our pran also.
            Till date our pran is in freeze status.
            I followed up with bank many times, i physically went branch for kyc verification but none of them knew about it. They told me to verify kyc with hdfc securities. When i went there in hdfc securities for kyc verification of nps account, they told me to verify with hdfc bank branch.
            No one from hdfc know how to do this.
            Kindly let me know who can do our kyc and why it is taking this much time?

              Hi team,
              I see 1899 rs has been debited from my credit card. I do not need this protection and the amount should be refunded to my account asap.
              Customer support executive told me that this service will be free and no charge will be taken, however you charged 1899 rs from my credit card ending with 4572. This is not fair, please cancel this and refund the amount to my account.

                I booked a policy through policy bazaar on 31st jan to experience the worst ever service experience of my life. I want to continue with hdfc ergo but because of pathetic sales and service support from your agents, i think i might have to opt for other vendors.

                They booked a policy and messed up the details. Then took a week's time to listen to the recordings and understand that there was a technical fault at their end.in spite of knowing and acknowledging the fact that their incompetencies lead to the entire episode, they still have the courage to ask cancellation charges from me for their own errors.

                There is a long conversation of 31 emails between me and policy bazaar, if you want i can forward it to you.

                It is very disheartening to know that they can penalize the customers because of some technical glitch at their end. Moreover, in spite of knowing the fact that there is an error, they are not willing to cooperate. I want to know your stand on this episode.

                If you can cancel the policy and initiate refund then i can book a new policy with correct details from hdfc egro directly.

                  A sum of rs 30000+service tax has been debited to my account without my consent to my saving bank account [protected] (Sector 9, rohini branch). It is un authorised debit by bank to me. Before transferring the money from hsbc, the official from the branch visited me many time but now no one is responding.

                  It is against business practice and ethics.

                    Myself manabjyoti daimari. I have submitted 3 times hdfc bank closure form along with clearing all outstanding bills on my card. But, hdfc bank doesn't close my hdfc card and sending a same message many times like dear customer, your recent written request on the credit card ending xxxx could not be processed. Details being sent - hdfcbank. I don't want to listen/see drama anymore from hdfc bank. Please close the credit card and send noc to the undersigned.

                    If hdfc does not take any step further, then i will file legal case. Please close it and send noc at the earliest.

                      Sometime in march, 2018 a representative person of hdfc came to my house. Stating issue of regalia credit card life time free (No yearly charges). When questioned how he has come when i did not ask for the credit card & there was no need for me to have one. The answer is we have a way of knowing excellent clientele.

                      I was assured there is no cost to me in issuing the card being a preferential client ever (Life time).

                      Lo! & behold! A statement date 13 jan 2019, charge of re-newal membership fee dted 19 dec. 2018 (Ref #19901019901219999469450 rs. 2, 500/- igst rs. 450/- is being charge.

                      Approached the bk manager mr. Mridul hdfc to complain., referred to one sh. Varun lamba, who attended and forwarded my complaint to one ms. Harsha giving ref. # [protected] assuring 99% the charges will be waived and the matter is being forwarded to the concerned authority this is in feb 02, 2019 & that within 4 business days i should hear from them.

                      Have not heard from hdfc complaint dept. Approached the the bank again today 14 feb 2019 just to be told there is an outstanding demand rs. 3, 083 due date 05 march 2019.

                      Have also requested to cancel the card if membership charges will apply with my complaint 02 feb 2019.

                        I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my NAME/CONTACT NUMBER/ADDRESS details. I did that.

                        Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                        This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                        I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.
                        Pathetic pathetic.

                          Respected sir my swift dezire car gets scratched on left side and front bumper 6 months ago i told the dewar's garage employee to fix it. But he only change the front bumper and asked us to visit next time for left side scratch.. And when i visited next time hdfc surveyor is saying we can't approve claim request.. Now what should i do.. If i can't claim my car insurance then why go with the hdfc insurance..

                            I have monthly SIP of 3500 which i invest on HDFC top 100 every month .
                            But i havent been able to maintain the account so when i try to maintain that i transfer 3500 in the account they deducted it 5 times .

                            We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertain to ECS debit returns. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds' balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds' balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in the clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                            I understand what tax your are trying to impose, but i have been told By HDFC headquarter branch office Mumbai that if we didnt recieve the money for next month your SIP will be cancelled, i said ok, for now i dont want to farther process my SIP, and i dont know why they process it for the same. i dont want any money deducted i told to the representative too. i want my money refunded as i dont authorize for farther SIP deduction.

                              I had applied for a credit card from hdfc and i am not a customer yet. Every day some executive calls for verification of details which is just fine as it is a standard procedure. On 14.02.2019, one particular executive with contact number [protected] and i replied that "yes, i have applied for a hdfc credit card" to which she asked back "what bank have you applied for?" i got suspicious and said "where are you calling from?" to which she simply asked me "just cut the call, okay". I called the number again as i had missed her name and one woman named amruta (As told by her, i am not sure if she was the same lady as before) received the call and said that 'she will tell the other lady'. What sort o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is that?? Hdfc bank should have a proper decorum and system of calling from authorised number (S) as nowadays committing fraud is very easy.

                                I got a call from hdbs representative named nitin Jain and told me you are eligible for a loan of 12 lakhs bt you have to purchase one policy from bharti Axa life insurance worth RS 60000 and convinced me though and I purchased it. It's been 2 months they did not disbursed amount nor reply calls .. and then after month they called and says u have to buy one more Bond worth 40000 after u pay and purchase the Bond then within 15 days u will get a disbursed amount.. but I didn't purchased it was full of scams dude..
                                And l need loan because I have an operation and they just play with your life's and your times and money too..
                                Don't know what to do where to go who is right all of them are so scams u can't trust on anybody..
                                Just to achieve their targets they play with you every time.. as u paid u can't say anything u can only wait in bank hours to see your cell fone is there amount credited or not..
                                Just want to say I need amount from hdb bank I don't want my premium money I want my loan amount.. because im not in a situation to apply somewhere else don't have time in 7 days I have to go Delhi for operation.. and I need 1058900..

                                  I have a send money through UPI Payment Mode Date = 07/02/2019 payment amount 31, 445 rs but transaction failed and money debited on my account i have a many complaint customer care and customer care say 3 working days refund back on your account but today date 14/02/2019 still not refund back payment on my account and customer care not support not a branch support so any how condition refund back money on my account and also i am not satisfied on your service

                                    I hv taken professional personal loan from hdfc bank pune branch in jun 2018. I am paying emi regular basis which was automatically debited from sbi account. They have deducted some insurance amount at disbursal for which i didn't got any clarification. And till date i didn't get saction letter, and loan statement. They have changed my email address also which was not as per application form and they are not giving me access for that.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    We submit that loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]nencashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only. Further, the insurance policy is set up only after the Borrowers concerned voluntarily execute the proposal form, provide the mandatory details of the nominee and authorize the payment of premium plus service charges. Basis the authorization, the premium and service charges are adjusted from the loan amount itself at the time of disbursal. With regards to your email updated in the loan account, kindly write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com elaborating the issue, to enable us to check.
