Dear sir,
I have duly filled credit card closure form to close credit card [protected] and same is sent 15days back to hdfc credit card division, p. O. Box no.8654, thiruvanmiyur p. O. Chennai - 600 041 but till date i have not received any confirmation that my credit card has been closed or not. Further, hdfc has renewed the above mentioned card without my consent and sent to my office address through blue dart courier. However, i have refused to take the renewed credit card ending 8702 from the courier. Request to hdfc bank to close [protected] and not to renew the same please.

    This is to inform you that i am having salary account in the hdfc bank. Details as below:

    Debit card no. : 4160*3295

    Hdfc bank replaced my working titanium debit card with a platinum debit card a few months back. A few days back, hdfc deducted 885 from my bank account without intimation being the card fee for using the platinum debit card.

    I want a refund now of the rs. 885 asap otherwise i will close my hdfc a/c credit cards and will ask my organization to move to another bank.

        I opened a ppf account through net banking at hdfc bank. But this account is showing anna nagar as the branch name which i hadn't opted while opening this ppf account. As Gurgaon is my permanent address. So, you are kindly requested to rectify and change to Gurgaon Branchharyana. It will be so nice of you.

          I have been sent a new (Renewal) credit card regalia first last week. I am not able to set pin for my credit card.
          I have approached the hdfc branches with no use.
          When dialled to the ivr number as per the bank advice, the voice mail says that there is no such facility available for this card.
          I am unable to use this credit card and i am finding no way to get the new pin.

            From 7-Feb-18, I'm not able to use my net banking services in website and even in mobile app
            When ever i try to access my account on website the page itself isn't responding its just keep on loading and nothing much.(attached Pic)
            I have tried using mobile application too but even there its saying like " unable to access the server.(attached Pic)
            Isn't there any end to this ?? there isn't any update from the bank authority in its webpage also for why this is happening

              I have purchaced item on 30th jan 2019. I was informed that i will get cashback in 5 days.5 days has completed and even 14 days too. The bank personal helpers is picking up calls.. I have called numbers of people in hdfc for help but no call back from hdfc.. Pathetic service. Amazon agarnt says its the bank you have to contact to. I would like to know if anyone delays a emi the banks will haunt like anything. But wont the bank do its duty on time?

                I am in a medical emergency & tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10000 from hdfc atm atakalsar road moga. After all necessary steps the atm shows a message transaction timed out' but my money debited from my a/c. My a/c is in state bank of india ajitwal branch. State bank of india debited the amount but after several hours i did not get any message for amount credit. After checking balance enquiry it shows cash debited.

                    I deepak wahane using your times credit card from last one year and outstanding amount is due, but some family issues i m not able to pay till date and also i have informed to concerned executives from debt collectors, now i m informing to you i personally received all calls from no[protected], and [protected] the person call on my place of job for asking about recovery as well as using abusive languages to the call receivers it is very unethical or break adherence to calls by bankers and very frustrated situation and also they will fired me from job.                       It is to inform that i cleared all the outstanding dues of my personal loan agreement no.29740428. A clearance to this effect has also been issued by the hdfc bank. But while checking my cibil score the same is still reflected. A copy of loan payment clearance is enclosed herewith.

                      It is therefore requested to delete / remove the same from my cibil score which still showing as write off / outstanding.

                        It was auto debited around rs 2000 from my credit card during nov 2017 for one assist. Then they are compelling me to register my all cards under them. I dont want to register and also don't want the membership. So i changed the credit card. Once again they deducted rs 1900 from my new credit card in nov 2018. Kindlylklkklkkkl my membership and refund at least the second deducted amount.

                            On 13 dec mr biren come to office with loan form. Before that we have telephonic conversation about balance transfer roi and fix for 2 yrs.in form clear mention rate of interest 8.80%for 2 yrs fix. He ask for cheque 11800/- he told when your form and term condition is approved then cheque should be debit from your account and its adjust with your interest. But cheque clear 21 dec before i get loan approved letter. Through whatsapp i ask mr birn he told how its possible give some time. After he advice to stop cheque. Send mail to refund to customer care. But any how i manage. Same day when i tell mr biren cheque is debit and not get mail he send mail roi8. 80%fix for 2 yrs. When i reply om mail any term and condition is their that change roi and yrs. He call "mei sambal lunga" on 24 dec when i ask again about bt he reply soon.

                            Then he not pick call. No even reply.

                            On 5 jan i call not pick then again whataap inquiry about progress no reply

                            On 6 i call that loan pass not according to what mr biren commented again yesa kaisa ho gaya aap detail bheaj mei abhi karwata hu. From 7 jan he completely ignore my call.
                            Then bank manager mr vaibhav tiwari come on front. Tell 1 week mei ho jayaga"after that he also ignore call"

                              I am not able to add money in payzapp wallet since last 9 days. I have call to payzapp customer care many times and they are giving different answer like your app is not updated, specific bank card issue, wallet not active now etc. I have already reinstall my app and tried but still not able to add money. Every time it is time out after some time on authentication page. I have also mail to support team but i got response like we are not finding any issue from our end may be from bank side. But this card is working in all other sites and bank also denied that there is no issue in card. Even i have tried this card in all other sites and it is working fine. I am getting different responses from customer care from payzapp team. Please solve this issue

                                Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account even i didn't got any text message regarding this. It's only reflecting in the bank statement.

                                The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them.

                                It would be helpful if i get my money back asap.

                                    I have following complaints:

                                    1) the bank didnt send me credit card statements for 3 months in time and later, through no fault of mine, they charged me interest for this period.

                                    2) the bank gave my personal credit card staements in hands of a third party, and took his signature without verifying his credentials. I have copies of the same,

                                    3) the bank has refused to reverse the charges, and to act reasonable.

And hence no outstanding is remaining on my card. So i request you kindly remove/withdraw the written-off from civil and provide noc for the same as soon as possible. As of now it is reflecting in my civil.
