I requested for a simple bank statement the front desk guy requested me for a proof i told ok and i gave him the proof then hes requesting me to to take xerox apart from that another thing the man at the front desk what he has stated come in the afternoon is this the way he responds to a customer. This is regarding very rude, arrogant misbehavior one of your executive of guwahati branch, i do not know her name but i can give the mobile no. [protected] from this number she talked to me in a very rude way and misbehaved. If they are well educated then how they can talk like this. So this is very disappointing.
Kindly look the matter with appropriate justification....

I have emi loan account with hdfc [protected] due to insufficient balance my emi was not deducted and later hdfc customer care service called me up and gave me an option to pay the amount through any net banking so i paid it through my other account which is not my regular account.they have confirmed that they have received my payment but later on the same day they have deducted my amount again from my regular account. Hi on march 2018 i got a jumbo loan from hdfc bank of inr 2.5 lakhs to pay my credit card emis and existing card loans which was around 2 lakhs, the customer care agent told me to transfer the amount to my credit card account, therefore my old loans in my card will be closed and only my jumbo loan will continue. I believed her and transferred the amount to my credit card. But hdfc bank did not close my old loan rather only my account showed...

I have received my diners mile card last week.

I have applied for it online using net banking.

There it was mention:

1. First year free card on doing 3 transactions within 90 days and
2. Lifetime free on opting for smartpay one bill registration within 90 days

Can you please tell me the setups for smartpay bill registration. And also do i need to write...

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

Few months back, they said your demat account is blocked; because of non-useful.

I've never used a demat from the beginning for the account opened.

Now they're deducting money for the usage that i've never used.

This is so disappointing from hdfc bank.

I had open account in hdfc in jan-2017 for salary purposes and after that i resigned from job. I go to my village back and then i know about monthly average balance then i checked it and what i saw is my negative balance is -8000. Are bank kidding us? Why we pay such huge amount. Bank has responsibility that they should call customer and informed them about it.

But at the same day is billing date
But paying at same date morning late at 11am already autopay on my card is debited & late charges apply to my credit card...

I have salary account in hdfc 2years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -3400 balance.

Inspite of repeated form being submitted and reminders sent the same was not done till today -29th january-2019, in almost three months, does this update required so much time?

I need to complain about the deputy manager of hdfc bank located on dumdum road kolkata.
I had opened an account but for some reason i don't want to keep the account. I have requested the branch to close the account several times. But the deputy manager named as prosenjit majumdar is visit my house again and again instead of me telling him that i don't want to keep the account for now. I have raised a cheque book request on 23/01/19 at pune. Next day i received a sms " your cheque book sent on 24/01/2019 via ace express. Awb no. Hd7519250. Then i track on ace website but it shows invalid awb no. & there is no information available at ace express (Acecourier.in)
Please take this complaint on priority basis because if cheque book not receive within two days then i lost the house, i am buying....

I am a hdfc bank diners club credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2217 without my concern on date:23/01/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
