On Feb 5, 2019 Rs. 708 was deducted twice from my HDFC account for "AMB chrg incl gst" (probably because the account is now a savings and not a salary)
However, it is unfair for any bank to take money out of their customer's account without informing them. Now my balance has become negative when I actually wanted to use that money.
I have been an HDFC customer for over 10 years now and I also cleared a HDFC Car loan during this period. I do not deserve this so please refund this money

    My name is P.REVANTH KUMAR

    I AM USING MY CREDIT CARD SINCE 3 YEARS

    MY CARD NUMBER _-- { [protected] } recently last month i paid bill of my credit card paymentof rs 30;000 at the 3rd date of last month of 1st week at 11am morning at bank

    But at the same day is billing date

    I had already paid late pay charges at 2 days before

    Please check my credit card statement

    But paying at same date morning late at 11am already autopay on my card is debited & late charges apply to my credit card

    But on that date at cash section we paid but already autopay has debited & autopay return charged charges

    We got a SMS of return autopay charges

    We ask cashier HE told please take amount has self & transfer in online ASAP

    WE done at the same date

    But I had already paid & send email to ur HDFC BANK about of my autopay return charges

    But no return email or no reply from bank

    Please check our statement details &

    REFUND my AUTOPAY charges ASAP
    Iam a HDFC CUSTOMER OF SINCE 3 YEARS OLD
    EVERY TIME OF MONTH IAM USING & PAYING MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ON TIME ONLY

      I submitted a mobile changing form last Thursday ie on 31st Jan 2019.But it's still not been done. My new mobile number is [protected]. I have the receipt. It's yet to be done

      The bank has debited my account twice with RS. 286 against some one EMI charges but I don't have a loan nor a credit card. I repaid the Gold loan last June 18. I have attached the screen shot.So why such debit?. The bank has charged debit card fee whereas mine is a salary account there is no fee for debit card. Can you please explain.

        I missed my 2 months credit card payment due to financial issue and requested the credit card department that i will pay minimum due in 3rd month which i paid before the due date but they have blocked my salary account without any information and now i am unable to use my salary amount..

        Every time i paid my minimum amount except last 2 month.. Please i beg you to please unblock my account because i am a single earnig person in my family and i will also make sure i will not miss my dues from next time.. Please look into this issue and sort it as soon as possible.. Thank you

          I have submitted the closure request in btm layout branch next to karanth hospital branch on 22/11/2017, they never closed or contacted for non closure of account when i revisited to branch they informed to resubmit the form for closure and i have submitted again. Still it is not closed and charging to the non-balance maintenance of balance for both the accounts. Now they are giving reason as there is demat account link in saving account. So, it needs to be closed with paying charges. So, i have deposit the charges amount in saving account for demat account to recover the charges from my savings account but they have adjust the amount with there account non-balance maintenance. They are charging again and again for the non-balance. As they saying they will work in backend to close the accounts. Please look into this case.

              This is to inform you that i am hdfc bank customer from last 8 years. My customer id is 48540234. I have booked two rd from you in feb 2017 for 1 year. At the time of maturity the amount credited is lesser than from the amount which was shown at the time i have booked that rd. On dated 06.02.2019 i have called at your bank & asked about this deducted amount, then that employee said that he is raising a complaint regarding this & i will get my answer in 3 days. He said i will get my complaint no through sms & email. But on dated 07.02.2019 when i did not received any complaint no i called again in your bank & asked my complaint no. Then that executive said there is no complaint raised till that. Now my question is this why hdfc bank/their employees treat their customers like fool & play with their emotions. When i said your executive to raise my complaint then why he had lied to me & had not raised my complaint. I don't know about employee name but you can check my conversation with your employee on dated 06.02.2019, as you must have all recording for same. I want justice & want a justification on this issue. As well as i also want to know why my amount is lesser than the amount promised? Why you people don't feel like to tell your customers about this? This is not the way that you will deduct any amount any time without telling this to your customers.

                Deducted amount 177 rs + 177 rsaround 354 rs. Which is very difficult to understand. Request to refund my money.

                  Amb chrg incl gst for the month october has been deducted without any intimate. I will close the account if the bank is charging small amounts every month. Bank should send us an intimating message that year this much amount will be debited and what will be the charges and date too. This is worst bank i never had seen deducting amount from the needy peoples offen.

                    Today i. E. 7/2/2019, i spoke to anishkumar he doesn't have a process knowledge and manners to listen to a customer, and he was so arrogant when i asked to transfer the call to team lead or a manager he said no one is in office and the office is managed by only executives, i am wondering i work for a customer service and senior leads not available on floor that's pathetic.

                    My suggestion is put him in training and and teach him manners to speak to a customer and knowledge on the process.

                    If required listen to the calls of the conversation.
                    2nd time i called and spoke to executive ranga and i am not happy with the the service.

                      I have 2 policy in hdfc bank
                      My policy number is 17188846, 17923317 which is hdfc life policy started
                      When i bought these policy i was told that i will be getting 8-10% return every year without any market risk..
                      Also i was told that the maturity of the policy is 5 years.. They haven't told me the maturity of policy is 10 years and 15 years
                      The one who made these policy is left the bank.. Her name is ankita
                      I made this policy because of 5 years only...
                      1788846.. I paid 5 premium of this policy. I was thinking that i will be getting the amount this year
                      I didn't get that much of return. Plus i also get to know that the maturity of these policy is 10 and 15 years
                      I trusted on you because of your hdfc good will.
                      I am a premium customer of bank
                      It's my hard money and i feel bad with these type of service.
                      I am very disappointed with this whatever happened to me..
                      Therefore i don't want to continue this policy anymore
                      I am really depressed.. Kindly return my money as your person mislead me and given me false commitment

                        A message is received from HDFC Bank Credit card division that a transaction of Rs. 9750.00 is made from my credit card No. xxxx5563 on 06.02.2019 at 21.39.29, while this transaction is not carried out by me. You are requested to look into the matter appears to be a fraudulent transaction and reverse the amount of transaction back to my account at the earliest.

                          Sir,
                          I am a customer of hdfc bank from august 2017, when i am working on an bpo company after that i have resigned there and become a umemployed till six month from feb 2018 to aug 2018 the they changed my a/c in saving and collected a charged of 700+ something without any perior notice but i don't mind and paid all money and then starting paying every month nearly 10000+ amount but in dec 18 and jan 19 i have kept these money only for 5-5 days so, why its showing negative balance in my a/c pls help me to avoid this charge.

                          Today i visited in our bank branch for solution my query there i concern about it by Branch Manger and then they advise me that, in my record your a/c showing in saving a/c so, if you not able to maintained minimum balance and our Bank is not tie with your company then please close your a/c its beneficiary for you but i said that my company is tie with your Bank and i had received salary in my a/c so, she said that you need to concern with the executive who is in contact with your company and request him to remap your a/c then your a/c has been change in salary a/c and there is not any charge to maintaining minimum balance.
                          So, my query is that when i provided my a/c to bank executive to send salary then why he don't remap my a/c and change my a/c in salary so, its not a my fault so why i give this charge and second thing is that when last year last time from my last company i have received my salary in fab 2018 and after six month i had received salary in my a/c so, then bank charged only 200+/m and said after 3 month your a/c has been changed in saving a/c and there are charged of three month 700+ rupee and now when i concern with Bank Manager she said that there is charge up to 700+/m for not maintaining minimum balance in a/c so, how it happen that there is difference charge in a same financial year in a same a/c, please sir, help me for avoiding these charge because i m not able to pay it and change my a/c in current a/c means not any benefit and not any charge so, please sir its very grateful for me.

                                I am in a medical emergency & tried to withdraw an amount of rs 5000 from hdfc atm at midnapore town near zilla parishad. After all necessary steps the atm shows a message as 'unable to dispense cash.' but my money debited from my a/c. My a/c is in canara bank. Canara bank debited the amount but after several hours i did not get any message for amount credit. After checking balance enquiry it shows cash debited.

                                    I have make a payment of total undue amount of rs 214 but still the bank try to debit the amount from my account using autopay debit facility. But i don't know why the bank is debiting the amount once already payment has been done for the credit card due amount. The bank charged rs 450+81 (Gst). I also called the customer care they have said a request has been raised but the bank rejected the request.
                                    Please check and refund the amount.

                                      Hi, i have registered for sbi life - shubh nivesh endowment plan in 2016. My policy due date for this year was on 9th january 2019. On 7th january 2019 i have paid my premium amount of rs.49734/- from my hsbc credit card no ending 1308 and the same details are showing in my insurance account. On january 27th 2019 again the premium amount of rs.49734 /- is debited from my hdfc credit card no ending 2217 without my notice. Please find below my details.

                                        Sir, hdfc life insurance is not redeeming my insurance polices[protected] &[protected] and not paying the money. They are harassing me during the last 5 weeks and simply not paying the money back, even after submitting all the required documents to them. There were more than 25 email communication with them as they were asking the documents one by one just as a delay tactics. There is no professional ethics in this company and they are not bothered about neither the customer nor the regulatory authorities. For example, one time they told the beneficiary is minor (She is major and i have submitted documents accordingly) and asked me to submit fresh documents. When i submitted the documents, they changed their stand and asked fresh documents as major, they repeated this same tactics 2 times just to avoid and harass me, it is equal to cheating. Sir, please note that when i initiated the redemption process the nav of my policy was around rs. 6, 50, 000 and now it is around rs. 6, 08, 000, which reflect around rs. 90, 000 loss for me in the 2 policy. Please do the needful get the money from hdfc life insurance as well as ask them to pay me the compensation for the financial loss and the harassment they made to me to avoid / delay the payments.
