I am in a medical emergency & tried to withdraw an amount of rs 5000 from hdfc atm at midnapore town near zilla parishad. After all necessary steps the atm shows a message as 'unable to dispense cash.' but my money debited from my a/c. My a/c is in canara bank. Canara bank debited the amount but after several hours i did not get any message for amount credit. After checking balance enquiry it shows cash debited.

    Hdfc bank put hold of Rs.95, 000 to my sb account.unable to pay my loan also all the loan cheques getting bounce back i have already paid the credit card due but still they hold my funds of Rs.95, 000 i tried 10 times to contact customer care but no one response properly i am totally helpless

      I have make a payment of total undue amount of rs 214 but still the bank try to debit the amount from my account using autopay debit facility. But i don't know why the bank is debiting the amount once already payment has been done for the credit card due amount. The bank charged rs 450+81 (Gst). I also called the customer care they have said a request has been raised but the bank rejected the request.
      Please check and refund the amount.

        Hi, i have registered for sbi life - shubh nivesh endowment plan in 2016. My policy due date for this year was on 9th january 2019. On 7th january 2019 i have paid my premium amount of rs.49734/- from my hsbc credit card no ending 1308 and the same details are showing in my insurance account. On january 27th 2019 again the premium amount of rs.49734 /- is debited from my hdfc credit card no ending 2217 without my notice. Please find below my details.

          Sir, hdfc life insurance is not redeeming my insurance polices[protected] &[protected] and not paying the money. They are harassing me during the last 5 weeks and simply not paying the money back, even after submitting all the required documents to them. There were more than 25 email communication with them as they were asking the documents one by one just as a delay tactics. There is no professional ethics in this company and they are not bothered about neither the customer nor the regulatory authorities. For example, one time they told the beneficiary is minor (She is major and i have submitted documents accordingly) and asked me to submit fresh documents. When i submitted the documents, they changed their stand and asked fresh documents as major, they repeated this same tactics 2 times just to avoid and harass me, it is equal to cheating. Sir, please note that when i initiated the redemption process the nav of my policy was around rs. 6, 50, 000 and now it is around rs. 6, 08, 000, which reflect around rs. 90, 000 loss for me in the 2 policy. Please do the needful get the money from hdfc life insurance as well as ask them to pay me the compensation for the financial loss and the harassment they made to me to avoid / delay the payments.

            Hello, i have done three transaction on 2nd feb, 19 of Rs 5000, 100 and Rs 5 amount successfully debited but not credited to benificiary.I contact to hdfc credit card customer care they told me that amount has been successfully debited from my card and also they have given me a transaction code of that three transaction

                It is to bring to your notice that i have been charged for usage of priority pass in the month of october 2018 in kolkata and mumbai airport. I would like to inform you that i have no communication regarding the charge while i had used the priority pass and i am now been billed after more than 90 days of my travel and even now also i have no information (I have come to know about the charge while i had logged into my netbanking).in my long association with hdfc bank (More than 16 years) this is the first time that i have not received any sms or email alerts which has led to this unwarranted charge. Had i received the alert at the time of transaction i would have immediately cancelled the transaction and stopped using the card.in fact the second charge which has happened in mumbai airport was after 10 days of my first transaction. An sms/email alert could have prevented me from using the card.
                It is quite strange that priority pass was given as complementary card without my consent and nobody had in person explained categorically that such charges will be levied on this pass for usage in domestic lounge. I do agree in the welcome kit all this information maybe there. Also mail may have come which again is barely read as i have hardly used the card since i have received it.
                However i am surprised for such a high value transaction (27$ + taxes) a bank like hdfc has not bothered to inform the customer at the time of transaction while for even a rs 10 transaction i get message on mobile and email alerts.
                Everytime i contact the call centre the cc agent shows helplessness stating that they can take the complaint but it would be of no use as the request will be rejected.
                I am also been told by the cc agent all this is written in the document which is there but issue is this is fleecing your consumer in the guise of t&c clauses.
                In my long association with hdfc this is the first time i am disputing a transaction for lack of communication which a bank is suppose to do and for such large transaction it is a absolute necessity. On top of that nobody from the bank is addressing my issue except merely saying that they can't do anything about it.

                I am surprised by your comments. Are you telling me to go thru the details of priority pass associated with my regalia card?
                In my complaint I have clearly mentioned my understanding of the details mentioned in T&C. Had I been aware I wouldn't have used it.
                It is quite deceiving that priority pass was given as complimentary card without my consent and nobody had in person explained categorically that such charges will be levied on this pass for usage in domestic lounge. I do agree in the welcome kit all this information maybe there.
                But my issue is even for a Rs 10 transaction HDFC bank sends message on mobile and email alerts also comes on certain value of transactions. However i am surprised for such a high value transaction (27$ + taxes) HDFC bank has not bothered to inform which has resulted in such usage. The card was used twice once on 15th Oct at Kolkata Airport and second time at Mumbai Airport on 24th October. Had it been informed on my first usage I would not have used it at all and cancelled my transaction.
                It is unacceptable to me that due to such non communication I am going to be penalised.

                I hope I am able to make my point clear.

                I got a call from your representative while I was driving. He said he is going to arrange a call at 1.00 PM. I am yet to receive it. Probably such gap in communication is leading to all this fiasco.

                Expecting the charges are going to be reversed.

                  I was your hdfc credit card customer
                  My card no is[****2494].
                  From last 2 months I am trying to get my jambo loan statement from start date to closing date of emi. when I call customer care they are saying you have to call to loan department. phone number- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
                  I called all these numbers they are said call to customer care number.([protected]).
                  I already visited your local branch in south extn –I, Delhi, The bank employe said you have to call customer care or go to HDFC credit card branch office.
                  still I have not received loan statement.
                  According to me
                  my loan emi will be closed in may 2019.
                  My balance emi amount is 2985 x 6 = 17910.00
                  With out informing me the bank closed the loan on December 2018.
                  and deposited the ECS amount 26566.00 twice a month and bounced the ECS again and again every month. I call again regarding the deference amount to customer care they said there are loan file closing charges +ecs bouncing charges+ fine+interest+gst =27800.00
                  you closed the loan before 6 months .why should I pay the closing file charge and interst.when the emi amount is 2985 why you deposited ecs of total balance amount .
                  i dont know what is this for.How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, If there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first.
                  I pay as such money regularly against my loan and card payment up to nov 2019. .I lost money last year in my business. I'm helpless to pay charges as excess and unwanted interest money.
                  So finally I am helpless and want to take action against you in consumer court.

                    In 2018 we have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from reliance Mart though we were ready to make in the spot payment we were lured into Hdfc banks consumer Durable loan with zero percent interest and with a monthly emi being deducted automatically from my SBI account.We completed all the due formalities however the EMI was not deducted instead late charges of 50 was being deducted from my account.When I raised a complaint with HDFC bank they mentioned it's SBI bank problem though they didn't give me any clarity on what the issue was.I asked them an alternative for online payment and customer Id so that I can make payment online every month.It has been 4 months and I have not got any response.I recently had my csection operation and every month I have to visit the bank to make payment which is very inconvenient.Never ever in my life I will think of banking with hdfc.if they still care or have any shame then I am expecting a response for my complaint.

                      I deposited a cheque on monday 3rd feb 2019 on netaji nagar branch kolkata but no status is shown no messages nothing no clearing messsage no bounce meaasge no status its already 6feb. The cheque is also not showing in clearing or ledger balance its a kotak bank cheque which i deposited in hdfc bank. I went to the bank they have no answer there is no clear picture is more than 72 hours i cant trace the chque status i dont even know they have misplaced it or something

                          I made a transaction on filpkart on 2/2/2019, in which order not successfull but amount as been debited from account,

                          Yesterday (5/2/2019) i received a message from hdfc "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7695 for rs. 1192.00 has been reversed/credited by phonepepriva*"

                          But still amount not credited in my account

                          I have tried calling customer care for hours, still no solution or path to contact the bank, please provide a solution soon

                            श्रीमान जी, मेरे पास डाईनर्स क्लव का क्रेडिट कार्ड है।जिसको मैंने आज तक एक्टिव नही किया है जब मुझे यह दिया गया था तो यह कहा था कि इसका कोई चार्ज नहीं लगेगा। परन्तु अब मुझसे इसके लगभग 2500रु चार्ज मांग रहें हैं अतः मैं आपसे प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि मुझसे कम से कम चार्ज लेकर इस क्रेडिट कार्ड को जल्दी पूर्णतया बन्द कर दिया जाए ।

                              Sir,
                              I am mr. Jitendrasingh babu singh, s/o babu singh, aged 36 years, resident of fairdeal jumbo packaging pvt. Ltd., plot no. 174, paiki, vill chacharwadi vasna, sarkhej bavla highway, ahmedabad 382213.

                              On 23rd november 2018, i have submitted a claim against the above policy (Claim no. Rr-ci[protected]. The claim is made in relation to acute myocardial infarct suffered by me, for which i was admitted on 14th november 2018 and was treated for the same.

                              Hdfc ergo (Hereinafter “the company”) has subsequently rejected my claim against the above policy, under section 1 i of the policy terms and conditions which states that the claim is payable only if the critical illness which the insured person is suffering from, occurs or manifests itself during the policy period as a first instance. My claim was repudiated on the basis that the date of inception of policy is 19th july 2017 and the cause of myocardial infarction, which is dys-lipidaemia, is there since 1.5 years; and hence, the ailment is pre-existing in nature.

                              I provide all proofs to company that i donot have any past history for that, but company people harrassed me and confused me and record a wrong statement and reject my claim.
                              Now again i refute the company’s decision to reject my claim for the following reasons:

                              1. I do not have any previous history of dys-lipidaemia, and, my claim does not fall under section 1 i of the policy terms and conditions. The surveyor who came to verify my claim misguided me and misunderstood my speech regarding the cholesterol levels and recorded a wrong statement.

                              2. My cholesterol levels have always been under control, until this incident on 14th november 2018. The certificate provided by dr. Chintan m. Sagar and the lipid profile reports of 13th february 2018 and 24th september 2018 clearly show normal levels of serum cholesterol.
                              The certificate provided by dr. Chintan m. Sagar is attached herwith as annexure a. The report dated 13th february 2018 is attached herewith as annexure b. The report dated 24th september 2018 is attached herewith as annexure c.

                              3. I have also filed a claim with hdfc ergo in september 2018 (Claim no. Rr-hs[protected] against policy no. [protected] when i suffered dengue fever in that month. I had submitted all medical reports along with this claim as well, which also showed normal levels of serum cholesterol. Report attached herewith.
                              Notwithstanding that i have submitted all required evidence; the company has rejected my claim. These rejections have been unreasonable and it appears that there is a deadlock. I hereby request the company to pass the amount claimed by me.
                              My claim is duly covered by the above policy as i suffered the acute myocardial infarction during the policy period.
                              I am very disappointed from hdfc ergo that i am a reguler policy holder from last 03-04 years, and company denied my genuine claim.
                              I am in tension due to this and mentally distrubed.
                              Now again i requesting to consumer form please do needfull.

                              hdfc ergo is tottally fraud company, today a representative call me and said our stand is same on deny the claim.
                              at the time of selling policy they give big promises but at the time of claim they show neglancy. hdfc ergo surveyor misguided customer and take statement afterthat they reject the claim.
                              i submit all proofs but hdfc ergo deny my claim.
                              now i am going to file a case in consumer court against HDFC ERGO.

                              HDFC ERGO please don't make fool the people.
                              it is tottally fraud to me.

                                They have charged 2500 for my new card

                                I have given a written complaint to hdfc kottayam and kollam branch offices no actions so far

                                I have applied for changing my existing email id and mob number in their portal but that also not been updated

                                  I had taken a consumer durable loan from hdfc for refrigerator amount of 15000 in the name of gourav rana. I am not an account holder in hdfc. I had submitted the each mandate forms and i paid full amount in first installment.

                                  The loan is from third party and at zero interest rate.

                                  I skipped installments and paid full amount.
                                  The person who came to collect the money didn't tell me about any other extra charges.

                                  Aftet 3..4 months i receives a call from your bank that i have to pay amount of 600 something. Because of settlement.
                                  When i call to your helpline number it always shows to stay in line approx for 10 minutes at charges.

                                  When i asked to your consumer representative any question... They always disconnect my call.
                                  As they don't have any knowledge regarding their charges and bank with unprofessional behavior.
                                  The worst experience ever with hdfc bank.

                                  I am not gonna indulge with this bank any more.

                                    money being deducted as debit card pur adj dt

                                    I spent arround 189 & 59 & few more dollars worth indian money in singapore via my debit card on[protected] &[protected]. But money is being deducted with description debit card pur adj dt 02-02-19 on[protected]. Please explain why is this happenig.? And please explain the percentage calculations. And indian rupee value for singapore dollars. One of the reference number - 058885...

                                      It's an herculean task to talk to your customer service agent. The ivr process is useless and misleading. We are contacting customer services not to know about our credit card balance or statement which we can easily get from logging to our account.

                                      This is the worst experience i had with any of the banks.

                                      Don't you have sufficient customer service agents or is it a mere procedure to keep a toll free number for customer services.

                                      I am a long term customer with hdfc credit card and also have hdfc homeloan worth 30 lakhs.

                                      If this is the case of an tenured customer, what would be the situation of a new customer.

                                      I just wanted to change my credit card since it is about to expire.

                                      It would be much more easy to talk to sri narendra modi than your valuable service agents.
