    Hi I got married in 2011 and I had received a gift card worth 5000/- from one of my guests. In the wedding confusion I lost my gift card but recently found it. How can i redeem this as it had an expiration date. I cannot contact the person who gifted me as it is extremely inconvenient. I would really like your help as this is a significant amount of money.

        Sub.: Humiliation & harassment by HDFC Bank staffs. Ref.: Proposal No:17583504 of HDFC Bank/Life. Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that on 10th April’15 I applied (online) Term Policy for Rs. 1 CR form HDFC Bank . On that day someone form HDFC Bank called up and said that Policy will be issued within 30days. As per their requirements (i.e. Medical tests, financial documents, KYC etc.) everything has been completed and in the 1st week of May’15 HDFC Bank’s Call Center people stated that my Policy will be issued within next few days as everything is proper. On 8th May’15 I received an e-mail from Ms. Gagandeep Kaur of HDFC Bank and asked me to do all medical tests again for no reason. I was surprised as it may require for one/two tests or something different than earlier tests. Since then I kept on requesting them on Phone (Call Center)/ e-mail for valid reason for repetition but they failed to reply and now they are avoiding though I keep on following up (e-mail & Phone Call). Even I requested them to return my money without deducting any charges as I am not only innocent but also coordinated so far with the HDFC Bank. On 23rd May’15, I had a talk with supervisor of the Call Center(HDFC Bank) Shri Pawan Pardesi, he stated that they will deduct my money (as per their wish) in the name of Medical tests expenses which is completely unfair.             Inspite of the GR from the Govt of India, MEA on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of HDFC Bank, as address proof for Passport application, the Bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to RBI /2006-07/139, DBOD.No.Leg.BC.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 Banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....

            Dear team, this is to your kind concern and serious action that need to be taken from your side against some of your employee from hdfc bank and the 3rd party collection department, who are doing the illegal activities which is not at all fruitful for them and the company as a whole. Actually i am having a personal loan from your company having loan account no:[protected], where in i was not able to pay 6 EMIs on time due to my ill health(Lung Infection) and loss of job and in this regards several times i had a word with your direct executives from the bank and the 3rd party collection deptt, but now the circumstances seems to be very poor and filthy as the people from your bank are illegally breaching the line of discipline and taking my call data from my service provider some how and calling to all of them seems very incorrect, pathetic and shameful, moreover there are lots of person from your end who are misusing the numbers by calling the females from my family and friends for which i had warned you people for filling an FIR against the person and the company who is giving them the freedom to do so . My request to you is that i am paying my EMI from last 3 months then why such things are happening and moreover i am not interested to settle the loan amount rather i will be paying my EMI monthly and i had made this clear to you people several times then why such kind of indiscipline and immoral activities are happening.                   Hi I am Martin from Thane, Maharashtra. I have a personal Loan with HDFC bank. Its EMI date is on 7th of every month. My salary gets credited to my account on 7th of every month by afternoon or evening. I don't have any account balance in my account till my salary gets credited. Every month the above mentioned personal loan is presented in my account by 7th in the morning. Because of insufficient balance in my account, this EMI returns and again presented on the next day ie. by 8th. In second attempt the EMI is presented and the amount gets debited from my account and the statement shows as clear transaction and hence there was not charges. This happens every month. But this month ie. May 2015 the EMI is presented for the personal loan on 7th May in the morning and again the second attempt is made on the same date ie. by 7th May after few hours. Now the bank again presented the EMI on 9th May and this time it has been presented as EMI recoverable amount and the bank also levied charges for EMI returns. This time the bank has not give a gap of 1 day for next attempt. When I talked to the bank they told me, earlier it was not charged, so now they will charge for the previous EMI return as well. But the bank statement showed for previous EMI transaction as cleared transaction and not EMI recoverable amount. During this period I neither got any call nor any email / SMS from HDFC bank. Kindly suggest or help, what action should I take on this regard Thanks in advance.

                    Hi, My Name Sunil Raj, I have applied for CC on 27th April, the bank executive also gave the application no CC22088075 and on received a Msg on 29th April with the reference no "[protected]S2" saying to know the status after 4 days. I did the same and was suprised to see that it was Disappoved due " Our representatives have been unsuccessful in contacting you at the numbers provided by you in the application". The I contated the Customer care and they requested to fill the form and dorp in the nearest bank I did the same as per they request. On 13th May I received the Msg again saying we are in reciept of your reprocess for Credit card I waited for later no response I sent the mail Grievance Redressalcc no proper respone. At lats I received a call from a Person Name "Manjunath" saying we are going to dispatch the CC need confirmation whether I am at office or Home, I told i will be available on Monday in my Office Still now there is no respone. When I called the person he is telling Worng Number. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

                          My KYC details have not been updated on my repeated attempts for the last 6 months. It seems the Grievance Redressal is also not doing the work properly. I have incurred heavy losses due to transactions I am not able to perform on the Card.                               On 11th May 2015, I tried to withdraw 1500 rupees from PNB ATM on J.M Road, PUne. I had my HDFC card and I entered the amount as 1500. I received 1000 instead of 1500. When I checked my account details, I see 1500 has been deducted from my balance. So, I immediately reached to HDFC customer care and explained them the brief history behind this problem. They accpeted my complaint. It was told to me that I would get the refund within 7 working days. Later, I did 4 follow-ups with the bank customer care and they always respond that the amount would be credited in next 24 to 48 hours. It has been more than 15 days now and I am still waiting for my refund. Pathetic bank service. I need my refund immediately. People at help desk are not at all helpful in nature.                                 Policy Holder Name : Chetan Anant Bhange Policy No: 17512517 Mobile No.[protected] I have already courier Auto debit filled form along with cancelled cheque to your mahalaxmi office address and also i have got i confirmation call of receiving the documents, now i again again getting call for submittion of the same docuemnts, when i have call customer care he is saying your auto debit activation facitlty is not activated than where is my documents and why so much time taken by your executives for auto debit activation. is HDFC doing any fraud with customers... please do this at earliest.

                                  I had applied for Credit card( application no - [protected]) on 18-Apr-15 or 25-Apr-15(don't remember the exact date) in HDFC, India First Place, Gurgaon Branch and the HDFC banker who coordinated was Sugandhi. Its’ been a month I have got no status on the credit card application status. When I called Phonebanking they said the status is "Application declined/rejected) and when I asked for the reason of rejection they said they are not aware and I have to either reach out to the branch or track the status online. I did checked online but no luck and when I approached the branch( First India Place, Gurgaon) not even a single banker turned up to help me. I am totally pissed off and this the most pathetic service I have ever had with any bank/banker. I am into HR in one of the top ranking MNC and I am thinking to talk to management and stop any kind of further tie up with HDFC. Why do we even hire personal bankers when are they are least bothered to hear your complains and queries. I want to know that being a customer of hdfc bank where I hold a salary account why is my credit card application rejected. I am not getting any kind of help and its not moving at all.

                                    This is in reference to my HDFC Credit card which i have been using for more than 2 years now. every year they charge my credit card with Annual membership fees which was not a part of my original agreement. from the past 2 years they have reversed the Fees saying it was a mistake from their Marketing team to charge it. This yea, and month they have again charged Rs 2, 200 as annual fees which is a mere fraud and i have raised a request to reverse the feed but no one has responded yet. the request number is [protected] taken by sameer Khan . I am not sure how many more customers are victim of this fraud by the Bank. Please help to resolve this issue Regards [protected]

                                    Fees reversed by the bank and sent a new card with no membership fees. this has now resolved my issue. the new card sen has no annual fees as claimed by the bank.
