I am victim of hdfc life person’s. I was in need of loan amount of 8 lac’s in end of june 2014 meanwhile hdfc life executive called me sir you want loan i said yes, 8 lac’s rupees surely you will get loan amount but first of all you have to take hdfc life policy of rupees 80, 000 then within 30/35 days you will get loan amount and intrest rate is 9.5% that executive name is miss annu mishra ( contact no.—[protected] ) in 2nd july 2014 i am given cheque of rupees 80, 000 to hdfc life. After 30/35 days i am calling to
Miss annu mishra i am calling again and again but she was not picking the phone. After many days calling she was pick up my phone and said
Sir another rupees 25000 require in this policy for required loan amount . I am worried but she said don’t worry sir trust me aap ka kaam ho
Jayega loan amount mil jayega then i had done neft on given account no. Of rupees 25000 - after 10 / 15 days i am calling to that executve
Miss annu mishra for status of loan but again same she was not picking the phone so was very much frusteted and worried then i am contact
To hdfc life branch in vikroli mumbai they said sir this was fraud to you so i am urgently cancelled the hdfc life policy on the date of 17
Oct 2014 after that i am again calling to hdfc life call center given by hdfc life branch but from call center nothing positive response
I am very much frustrated and calling to hdfc life call center and said i will make a complaint then within one hour hdfc call center executive called me and said sir please don’t make the complaint we will give your
Amount of rupees 105000 with interest on the date of 3rd nov. 2014 after three months i am not getting amount back so i am again calling to
Call center but they are denying and replying arrogantly .
I want my money back as it is not a small amount to forget as am not a rich person am salaried person and rs 105000/- amount is big for me.

    Hi, Today morning (19thMay2015 :: 8:20am) at oracle financial services software Bagmanae Tech Park HDFC ATM I made a transaction for withdrawing Rs 200/- but it didn’t give me money and got a message that money has been deducted. Messgae on Screen was Transaction Time Out. If the machine is so slow its not an end user fault. So, kindly do needful to credit amount(Rs. 200/-) in my account again. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number [protected]S2 Status DISAPPROVED Remarks DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.         In 2014 I had taken a Locker no. 433 in HDFC bank, Dumdum Cantonment branch at Kolkata. My Customer ID is 24227595. Now on 2nd Apr 2015, annual Locker rent of Rs 3000 has been deducted from my Savings ac. Also a Surcharge/cess of Rs 370.80 has been deducted. This is not in line with our agreement while taking the Locker. The rent mentioned in the agreement is Rs1500 pa. Please see attachment. I was also told by the manager Mr Amit Ghosh that I would get a 50% discount, meaning I pay Rs 1500 pa. I request you to please see that I am not charged more and refund me the extra amount. I have written three emails to the Branch Manager since 4th May, but except a cc wherein he delegated this job to someone below him, now he is no more responding. I am an old Customer of HDFC bank (right from when it was "Timesbank" and do not expect this treatment to its Customer. I am sure you will agree that a fair amount of time has passed to set things right but until now there has been no visible response or action from the Bank branch's side for a solution. Nor any explanation to the Customer. This is not the first time I am having this kind of treatment from this branch. I will be forced to approach higher Authorities in Delhi in case of no satisfactory QUICK solution.

I opened that policy in home town ariyalur, tamilnadu, India I'm asking the branch manager continuously to update the status but he refused to do so. I'm maintaining account for more than six years, that's why I planned to open one insurance policy but their really making me afraid to insure my money. I invested Rs.50000 for that policy for that I got only one test message PSE find below the message for your reference, Dear Customer, pls note important details regarding your insurance Application No.[protected]; INR 50000 premium payable on Annual mode for 5 year(s).             IT IS WORTH TO MENTION THAT HDFC LIFE HAS DONE FRAUD BY SELLING ME THE POLICY. THEIR AGENTS FORGED MY SIGNATURES AND GAVE ME THE FALSE INFORMATION AND COMMITTED ME FOR THE LOAN. I ESCALATED THIS MATTER TO THE HDFC LIFE BUT THEY REFUSED BY SAYING THAT THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAVE DONE FRAUD. I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR AGENTS PLANNED THIS AND IT WAS A TRAP AS THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO MANY PEOPLE. THEY PLANNED THIS IN SUCH A WAY THAT I AM LEFT WITH NO EVIDENCE AS THEY KNOW ALL THE LOOP HOLES. BUT IT DOES'NT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE FRAUD. THEY ILL REPRESENTED THE FACTS ABOUT THE POLICY AND THEY THEN PLOT THIS IN SUCH A WAY THAT I WAS TRAPPED IN IT. I HAVE THEIR NUMBERS AS WELL AS I HAVE MAILED THEM ABOUT THE WHOLE INCIDENT. PLEASE HELP ME AS HDFC LIFE IS RIGID AND SAYING DUE TO THE LACK OF THE EVIDENCE THEY CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME. I CAN MAIL U ALL THE DETAILS AND EMAILS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THEM AND WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM. LOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR FROM YOU.

              Sir, i would kike to inform you that i have taken personal loan from hdfc bank beawar and when we filled up loan form that time your hdfc bank officer Mr. Khet Sing and Mr. Vishal Basotia told us that bank will give us a credit card also which limit will be 2 lakh but 9 month has spent and no credit card i have got and whenever we called them regrding credit card they don't pick our call even when we call them for giving us a loan statement for tax declaration regarding but they don't reply so please look this matter, because we have taken loan from your bank just because of your bank brand name and good services but it did not happen, so please look this matter on the priority basis .                 Last year i had purchased in HDFCSL YOUNGSTAR SUPER PREMIUM rs25000/year via my hdfc credit card that time u r commitment is we converted in EMI without interest & card processing fees. Emi completed at last month. This year renewal amunt 25000 taken single payment in my card. I am ask to costomar care officer there are told we r process the emi but we r provided the interest & processing fes so please help to convet the easy EMI without processing fees & interest this amount. Note: Amount debit information not told properly so next year to avoiding the issues.

                      Sir / Ma'am With due respect I am Puneet Sharma, Customer o[censored]r bank from couple of years. a year before u also offer me CREDIT Card & all the things going so smooth but due to some family & personnel problem Nov.'14 or May be Dec.'14 installment will not be filled by me & one o[censored]r recovery agent Brijesh pandey Cell No. [protected] called me & talking me in abusing manner as well also go to my family. this is very pathetic at that time i register complaint thru phone banking but no action take place. after some time i again recieve a call from Mr. Varun Cell No.[protected] & [protected] He said that he is the HDFC head & if i pay sinlge Installment of Rs. 4730/- (on dated 10Jan.'15 by Mr. Dharmender ID No. N07269 Payment slip is attached) deposit then he will convert my pending amount into EMI & also give me 20% discount. so that I forget the earlier bad conversation from Mr Pandey & deposit this amount but again i met with fraud . after some time bank giving me notice for pending amount & its charges I total Used card ofr Approx. 47000/- ~ 50000/- & I almost paid the amount from a year & more but still they 44286.27/- They also block my salary twice Pls. do needul on urgent basis thanks

                        I applied Personal loan for Rs. 2, 00, 000 with processing fee 0.8%. I asked HDFC Loan not to include insurance and they agreed and written on application form as insurance weaver. But still insurance Rs.2360 is deducted. The deduction should be only 0.8% processing fee Rs.1600 and the amount I should receive is Rs.198400. But I received RS.196040. Please deposit Rs.2360 to my account. This is disappointing even after mentioning not to include insurance and HDFC employees agreed for no insurance.

                        Insurance amount is refunded back. HDFC Relationship Manager called and clarified on the new rules of Tax and other mandatory charges which are not explained by HDFC loan representative during loan agreement. Thanks to HDFC Relationship Manager.

                            I HAVE WORKED WITH HDFC SLIC, GUJRATI BAZAAR, SAGAR ((MP), AS SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SDM) FROM SEPTEMBER'2007 TO APRIL'2008. MY EMPLOYEE CODE WAS 21253 AND PF NUMBER WAS PF/21253. I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND MY PF STATUS REGARDING THE SAME. WHEN I VERBALLY ASKED THE BRANCH HEAD ABOUT MY PF STATUS, HE DID NOT GIVE ME THE SATISFACTORY REPLY AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT HEAD OFFICE.                               Hi. I satish managed zad employees of hdfc ba bank in kudal branch code2494 in Feb on 26th my accedient got on field work. After 2 month. I have joined the job but due to pba harassment my cluster head hairs me also and theathed. Me to resign or we put u in absconding. Nobody. Do our wrong even hr head also and aditya puri. Also we keep them under our 👟 if I got jobless then on my head bank loan of same bank under these conditions what I expect. From u people. Please gothrough these supplication. Very carefully. Otherwise I have one option of suicide

                                I am Viral Vyas having HDFC Bank Saving Account almost 8 years old and also having Credit Card worth Rs. 4.5 Lac. I have also paid up my previous Personal Loan of HDFC in time which increase my customer values. I need to apply for Home Loan and in my city I have almost all choices of bank to apply. I have also choice of SBI Bank which my salaried bank and already in my University Campus near to my department where I work. Although I choose the HDFC Bank for my Home Loan due to I troustworthy on it. So, I contacted the HDFC Bank Patan Branch and the Bank person has sent an agent Named "Digvijay Thakor" and he has took HDFC Home Loan Application Form to fill and took my all necessory Xerox Document and Original Agreement Stamp of House to HDFC Bank. Thus, I have applied for HOME LOAN in month of February 2015. After passing 15 days he said that Application form is wrongly filled and He took training at Ahmedabad with his sir called "Mr. Divyesh Shah" and then on first week of march he came again to fill new form of Application. Then he collect the documents related to builder-side and says that loan may be cleared within 15-20 days. I have waited for those days. After passing the time I have asked again at last week of March and he replied that sir, there is march ending and closing days so please ask in first week of april. In first week of april "6th Arpil 2015" I have one email of Loan File Registration with File No:[protected] and says that contact to Mehsana Office for further inquiry. I have contacted on 2nd day to mehsana office. Office person said few of documents was needed from builder side. Afterword, Loan will be disburse in week. My builder has also supported and give all documents within week to HDFC Bank Personal and after 15th april I have again asked about the progess of my Home Loan. Because there is no any contact o[censored]pdate related to loan approval from bank side. Mehsana office has introduced a new person called "Divyesh Shah" and said your loan approval was in his hand. If he approved we will disburse the loan and give me their mobile no. "[protected]". I have started contact to Divyesh Shah. He has talked that there is a technical survey is not done yet so, loan has not approved. The Technical Survey has done in April Last week. Now I still not understand why the bank is not disburshing the my home loan? I am still asking the bank person throughout the 10 days all says that there is no any document is remaining though I didnt have Home Loan and almost pass the 2 months. Now, I think that I have mistaken to choose the HDFC Bank for home loan instead of SBI or AXIS bank which are disburse loan of my friends in 15 days. Or I think The HDFC Bank personals 1. Anil Patel, 2. Snadip Patel, 3. Nileshbhai 4. Divyesh Shah of 5. Digvijay Thakor are intensionally hesistated me on Home Loan Approval for their personal benefits. Now, I am seek of asking for home loan approval and I need my original documents back for Newly applied at any other bank. I also need to surrendar my Saving Account as well as Credit Card and all kind of facilities of HDFC Bank dut to I lost my trust on this bank.                                   i have an HDFC platinum edge credit card, for thsi renewal fee is 500, see this link on page 6 its clearly mentioned when writing this complaint on 16 may 2015. http://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/cc_common_MITC.pdf but they have charges around 1100 rupees from my card for renewal fee, when i called them they agreed taht this charge is wrong, and i was given complaint number [protected] on 11 may, and person on line told me that it will be resolved withing two day, again when i called on 13 may, they said its second day wait for this day, and again when i called today, they again said it will take another 15 days, now i will wait till only 28 may, and on 29 may i will formally complaint in delhi consumer forum against hdfc bank, against this illegal card fee. this is just for record to be presented during court hearing. complaint number [protected]

                                    Dear manager ; Your bank is intenatinal and top leading.but your waste of money in giving facility to customer by branches is too much. I have 5 accounts in your brovili west chamunda circle branch also my family fend have ten account in that branch. Bar code machine was came in branch in mid February also printing passbook machine was in ATM also.but their was no bar code in branch since march 1 st week. I went to branch for 7 to 8 times for bar code so idont waste my time in days hour and not during job. But your employee every time told that bar code is not their and told they request for bar code but ...not come. Yesterday also I went for same but same answer.so pls take action for this and send bar code as early as possible. Thanking you Your customer

                                      Dear Sir I am having my demat account with hdfc bank having dp id number IN[protected] in the name of Ashok Naranyanlal Agrawal. Second Account I hold jointly with my wife I.e Sarita Ashok Agrawal having demat account number IN[protected]. Similarly my wife sarita ashok agrawal having demat account in her personal name IN[protected].My wife jointly held other account with me having demat account number IN[protected]. Similarly my mother have a demat account in her name ie kanta narayanlal agrawal having demat account number IN[protected].My mother hold second account jointly with me having demat account number IN[protected].My mother hold third account jointly with my wife ie sarita ashok agrawal having demat account number IN[protected]. In this way my family members hold seven demat account with hdfc bank. I talked to hdfc securities Akola for the application in IPO for VRL public issue in all seven demat accounts. He told me that i can apply only in three accounts in personal names. Accordingly he apply in three demat accounts. According to me I have right to apply in all seven demat accounts.I have taken this matter with hdfc securities but they said i can apply in three accounts only.According to me view taken my hdfc is wrong because today I hold shares of one company in personal name and also in joint name.Because of view taken by hdfc securities I have sustain financial loss.So you are requested to take strict action against hdfc securities and also see that this type of problem is not faced by other investors I hope you will take action immediately so that I will not face same issue in coming IPO'S.

                                      Demat account

                                      Though I am very much eligible for BSDA facility, I have got the email from bank that my demat account falls under non BSDA category.
                                      As per Sebi circular they should convert my account to BSDA which has very less charges.

                                        Hello, I am a HDFC customer and want to tell that HDFC providing insufficient information on Credit Card so that HDFC make money with some hidden cost. I have a HDFC Gold Credit Card (Free Card) holder and that card was expired on last year and HDFC customer care renew that card and provide me the Platinum card instead of Gold card which have annual fee, without providing me information. Secondly HDFC automatic register that card with my Net Banking and pay my insurance without my information using that card. I want to tell HDFC that please don’t make these kinds of stuffs so that customers don’t drop the trust from HDFC Banking.
