Dear Sir, i have taken HDFC health policy on 3rd May. documents are also verified on 7th may. After that there is no response from your side. i didn't received any sort of documents / ID from your side till now. still how many days you people will take to activate my policy. . Being on a private organization, you are taking very long time. you people didn't stand on your words(which are spoken by your call center people). after paying my premium you people didn't take any care of it. its shame of your part.         I have a salary account with HDFC Bank. I have had amounts deducted from my account on the ground of DEMAT charges and Debit Card charges. However, I DO NOT have a demat account. As for the debit card, I received a call from HDFC officials to upgrade my card for free, as I was employed with Cognizant Technology Solutions. I tried reaching out to the phone banking customer care, but to no avail. Also, I have another credit card dispatched by the bank and not yet received at my end. I don't know what sort of charges they are going to levy for the same. When I called up phonebanking I was said that I need to fill up a form at the nearest HDFC branch for cancelling the same. This card has been going back and forth for more than 4 months and I don't want it anymore. Please let me know where I can get a solution for my problem.

            I am Sharat and I got a call on 2nd June 15 on my registered credit card mobile number from the agent tried to sell me the HDFC ERGO General Insurance policy for 2 years, when I denied then she offered me a 3 month package. For which I need to pay 434 per month for three months and then they will refund that whole amount on my credit card on forth month. Agent Name was SANGEETA SHARMA called from [protected] number. After two days they have deducted 2 year amount from my credit card. I called up many times on [protected] inquiring about Sangeeta, they says the girl had left the office and denying to give any information about the agent or about their company. I am sure these are the agents who are trying to fool people and HDFC guys are providing our personal data to them, so that they can able to know our details. I called both HDFC Credit Card and HDFC ERGO customer care and cancelled the policy. Never ever trust these bull guys. They are fake and make you fool with attractive offers.

            Hi Anay,

            I already did that and cancelled my policy. I wanted to know how these people are making fake promises to customers? I am not the only customer who is raising this complaint, If you search online you will get lot more complaints like this. You guys have to take serious action again these people who are selling policies with fake offers to people and making them fool. If you want to help me then find out this lady (SANGEETA SHARMA called from [protected] number) who sold me the policy with her fake offers. I called thousand times on this number [protected] and they are ignoring my phone calls and trying to misbehave with me. They clearly said that the agent had left the office and they don't have any information about the same. How is that possible? The agent called me from this number [protected], 3 days earlier and confirmed my all contact details which were confidential and sold the fake policy to me.

            I am not going to leave this easily, I will take this case to consumer forum and screw those fake agents.

            I have cancelled the policy. These HDFC guys outsourced private firms to sell their policy and in order to sell the policy these agents commit fake promises. Call them and cancel the policy that's the only thing you can do.

                My son Mr S.Srikanth Bharadwaz has taken personal loan after a waiting period of 30 days.He has submitted ECS form of ICICI Bank.When recovery started we came to know that his ecs has been rejected with the reason signature differs.By that time he has gone to US and re submission of form is not possible.Hence I requested your people that I wlil pay installments by giving ECS or any other mode which is acceptable to your Bank except ECS from my son.I contacted one person who has introduced himself as Manager of Begumpet Branch and he told other than ECS form of my son they will not accept any payment by me.But they are accepting installment with penalty.What I have said is that you are accepting installment money with penalty.Then why do not accept installment from me within time so that I can avoid penalty. He is unable to understand and very arrogant. Now I request you to accept installment every month if I will pay within time either my ECS or NEFT or any other mode of payment so that I can avoid penalty.                         Calling the credit card company from last 2 months to get my upgrade card but still no response and when ever i call they request for resend and its been 3 times by now but currently no response from spoke to all levels in the Customer Care and in branch but still no use also sent the document from courier and its been 2 weeks but no update on it... The worst experience ever from any service i have been using till now

                          Dear All, We had taken a home loan from HDFC limited in January 2010 for Rs 575000 for a tenure of 5 years (60 EMI)on fixed and then floating rate of interest, when interest rates got moved up we have asked to pay extra on our EMI but when the same got came down they have not reduce the same and continues follow ups and request HDFC official has asked to give official request for reduction of interest rates and took some charges too. After paying full loan amount including interest part we have been asked to pay further Rs 26000 out of which RS 11000 already debited from our account, and that without prior confirmation and confirmation . I have never been more disappointed with a bank's services in my entire life and shall be communicating this in a letter to the head of customer service India when we track down a name finally.                             Dear sir/madam, My name is V.Radhika. I have been placed a request for Credit Card through one town branch - Vijayawada on 11th May'2015. Actually I applied this for second time. The branch people said I have eligibility for Credit Card and they were applied through my net banking and said I got a call on next day. But I didn't received any call till a weak and when I was checked it online through ref.number it showed the status - Disapproved. The same thing has happened on October'2014 when I applied this for the first time. That time the credit card worth Rs.75000 credit limit approved to the employee, who is working with me and with same company (colleague) and also she is getting the same salary comparing with me, though the same bank. But my application has been rejected. Then branch people said to me that I have to apply the second time only after 6 months. After that my has salary has been increased and I applied for credit card through same bank for second time after 7months. But the same thing has repeated which was happened first time and same reason shows that - 'DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY'. I can't understand the perfect reason and the branch people also not saying the correct reason for Disapproval of the Application. When the bank saying the same reason before 7months then how can it repeat the same thing after the increase of my net salary. I'm maintaining the HDFC salary account from last three years but the bank has not given any offers to me and now saying I'm not eligible for bank products. I want to know the correct reason for rejection because I'm not a defaulter in any way or anywhere. ***My Credit Card Application Reference Number - [protected]SI***

                            Dear Sir,


                            I am Ravi kumar.H holder of Credit card ([protected]),
                            i want to inform you I received the credit card for the above said number nearly 7 months ago.

                            I have not get received the pin no. After repeated follow ups and I have also complaint about it, no action has taken from your side.

                            Now you have charged me Rs 5800/- and also you have send me low notice. This is not a huge amount for paying, but when I have not at all used the card, is it wise to pay more over if we called to customer care for the pin no they are informing to the bill amount first and then they will send me pin no.

                            This is not at all acceptable from an international stander bank like HDFC.
                            If we enquirer the customer care they are informing you have taken an insurance policy. For you kindly information I have not received any insurance copy till date.
                            They are also informing your postal address incorrect.
                            If my postal address incorrect how the low-yer notice and bills can reach to my home, but we have not received the insurance copy or pin no not even onece.

                            Kindly look it into it and do the needful at the earliest..
                            One of the most unsatisfied customer before using the credit card.

                                My ICICI bank credit card got stolen and when I called the customer care to get my card blocked they told me that my card was used at an HDFC bank ATM. So i went to HDFC bank and submitted an application alongwith a FIR copy for the footage. BUT there was ne response from their end, and when i visited the branch they said that the camera has some problem and so you won't get the footage. I raised this matter to the manager and he promised me that he will call me update me about the status, but still i haven't recieved any call from them. THANK GOD that I am not an HDFC bank customer. other wise with such an experience i would have definitely closed my account and shifted to some other bank.

                                  An unauthorised transaction was done on my Credit Card on 29/05/2015 for which i have made complaint to the customer care executive and got my card blocked. It was told that send a mail to "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" raising the dispute by filling the Card Holder Dispute Form. When i sent the mail, it was not delivered. Again i called Customer Care, it was told that the correct mail id is "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com". I again sent the mail & again the mail was not delivered. I am fed up with HDFC Bank Services as in the last 2 years, i have to follow up n number of times regarding various issues. I dont know what to do next. Each and every time they take 10-15 minutes hence further loss of call charges are there.

                                    Dear Sir, I am Rinku Mittal from Haridwar. I am using HDFC Superia Credit Card ending ****6720. One day I got a call from [protected] HDFC Bank sales executive. I dont remember the name of the person but he gave me the name of person raju datta from kolkata office and office number[protected]. Initially he told me the following  Your Credit card has a lot of offers.  You can get discount on every purchase of online sites (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) and top stores (e.g. Reliance Super Mall, Shopper Stop etc.).  The above is always with your card that means you will get discount life Time on your credit card.  The Credit card will be life time free. There is no, one time Charge will be taken from you per year.  To avail this you need to take a Health Insurance and a Life Insurance from HDFC ERGO.  The Premium of around 500rs and processing fees will be deducted per month from your credit card for two years. After hearing the above, I told him, I don’t need any Insurance as I have everything. He told me, Sir don’t worry about the above premium, it just a security deposit kind of thing. If you will not claim anything in the coming two year the whole premium will be returned to your credit Card again. After much dilemma I finally agreed to take the above Insurance by thinking such discount offers etc. I also asked him please send me a written document which states that the above offer will be valid for my credit card life time. He ignore the above statement sometime but when I asked for written document frequently in the conversation, he told me it will take around 45 days to prepare the written document of the above offer. Now They have deducted the premium of Rs.497.44 in this month plus 300 rs processing fees from my credit card. The Policy Number is[protected] . The sales executive also provide me this office Number[protected] and told me that I can reach mr raju datta any time in office hour whenever I face any issues regarding any discount on my credit card. Now the Real Fact of the above things: Currently I am not getting any discount from my credit card on purchase from online sites or Big stores.                                       Iam affraid that in my CIBIL report page number 4 1st section credit card still showing outstanding. I belive that i paid full amount of all my credit cards outstandings and i have not done any settlements of my credit cards why because i was working in Banking industry due to banking policy i should not have any pending outstanding of credit cards so i have closed with full amount. Now i have checked my CIBIL report there is one credit card is still showing as outstanding pending which is not correct.                                         Hi, I am from chennai. Complaint is on security who speaking harshly to the customer in Thiruverkadu HDFC ATM., near siva agency. Date june 1st. 7am Its very bad to behave by a security on customer who coming to ATM. Its very uncomfortable that he is sitting inside the ATM itself, can't type pin code freely. Please take some needful actions.
