i was using the HDFC credit card for 2-3 years. Lastly when i cleared off my dues i paid 1800 in excess as i thought my card will get renewed. but unfortunately my HDFC credit card was not renewed neither delivered enen after repeated customer care contacts, bank visits and document submissions. now it has been 5-6 years my money is stuck. i would like to get refund with compensation.

    On 11th May 2015, I tried to withdraw 1500 rupees from PNB ATM on J.M Road, PUne. I had my HDFC card and I entered the amount as 1500. I received 1000 instead of 1500. When I checked my account details, I see 1500 has been deducted from my balance. So, I immediately reached to HDFC customer care and explained them the brief history behind this problem. They accpeted my complaint. It was told to me that I would get the refund within 7 working days. Later, I did 4 follow-ups with the bank customer care and they always respond that the amount would be credited in next 24 to 48 hours. It has been more than 15 days now and I am still waiting for my refund. Pathetic bank service. I need my refund immediately. People at help desk are not at all helpful in nature. HDFC is one of the worst banks I have came across.

      Policy Holder Name : Chetan Anant Bhange Policy No: 17512517 Mobile No.[protected] I have already courier Auto debit filled form along with cancelled cheque to your mahalaxmi office address and also i have got i confirmation call of receiving the documents, now i again again getting call for submittion of the same docuemnts, when i have call customer care he is saying your auto debit activation facitlty is not activated than where is my documents and why so much time taken by your executives for auto debit activation. is HDFC doing any fraud with customers... please do this at earliest.

        I had applied for Credit card( application no - [protected]) on 18-Apr-15 or 25-Apr-15(don't remember the exact date) in HDFC, India First Place, Gurgaon Branch and the HDFC banker who coordinated was Sugandhi. Its’ been a month I have got no status on the credit card application status. When I called Phonebanking they said the status is "Application declined/rejected) and when I asked for the reason of rejection they said they are not aware and I have to either reach out to the branch or track the status online. I did checked online but no luck and when I approached the branch( First India Place, Gurgaon) not even a single banker turned up to help me. I am totally pissed off and this the most pathetic service I have ever had with any bank/banker. I am into HR in one of the top ranking MNC and I am thinking to talk to management and stop any kind of further tie up with HDFC. Why do we even hire personal bankers when are they are least bothered to hear your complains and queries. I want to know that being a customer of hdfc bank where I hold a salary account why is my credit card application rejected. I am not getting any kind of help and its not moving at all.

          This is in reference to my HDFC Credit card which i have been using for more than 2 years now. every year they charge my credit card with Annual membership fees which was not a part of my original agreement. from the past 2 years they have reversed the Fees saying it was a mistake from their Marketing team to charge it. This yea, and month they have again charged Rs 2, 200 as annual fees which is a mere fraud and i have raised a request to reverse the feed but no one has responded yet. the request number is [protected] taken by sameer Khan . I am not sure how many more customers are victim of this fraud by the Bank. Please help to resolve this issue Regards [protected]

          Fees reversed by the bank and sent a new card with no membership fees. this has now resolved my issue. the new card sen has no annual fees as claimed by the bank.

            Dear Sir/ madam, I am a HDFC Platinum Plus credit card holder bearing no. [protected] for more than nine years and due to financial constraints was unable to clear by dues on monthly basis for which interest has been charged month after month for many years. Presently, my total due amount is Rs.111732.12 due date being 22.05.2015, I am facing severe financial crisis due to interests charged and hence, will be unable to clear total dues which can take dangerous turn in future and therefore, request for waive off interest charges which were charges month after month and give me a chance to clear off entire dues within 22nd May 2015. I shall be ever grateful to you if you can make one time settlement amount within Rs.80000 which will help me to pay off the entire amount within due date i.e 22.05.15 which in turn help me and my family to get financial relief .               Dear Sir I am owning credit card no [protected] (SUDHIR TITIRMARE) My card total due was INR 1, 44, 225.71 and last day for payment was 03-May-2015. I have made two transactions, half amount made through online banking and rest with check payment due to scattered money in different account. I dropped check in HDFC BANK PIMPLE GURAV Branch on 01-May-2015 of Rs 84000 and rest of amount on 03-May-2015 of Rs 60230. When I got the current month statement I have noticed some financial charges INR 3545 charged. When I asked with customer care they said they received my chaque to them on 08-May. If my last payment day was 03-May-2015 and if I putting my chaque on 01-May-2015 at HDFC branch Is their any possibility to charge me any interest ? They charged me heavy interest of 3500 INR on 84000/- even though I have dropped chaque in HDFC outlet dropbox on 01-May-2015. I am not getting any help from HDFC helpline.. Need guidance to file complaint at Consumer Court ..

                This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC Bank. An amount of Rs 842. 70 has been debited on 12th May, 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about "DEPOSITORY CHARGES APR[protected]. cannot understand to what extent the bank can go to deduct money from the account without mentioning any reason and particularly when i have not used any such Demat Account.

                      Yesterday I visit hdfc bank for my cheque payment. they denied is almost 3-4 time. every time they give a reason or canceling the check. last week my friend went the same branch of nac manijara, Chandigarh. he wants to submit some money in his account but they denied because pan card was not update in the account. He is employee and the salary is credited on the same account. Our company attach the pan card number with account already but they denied. They don't want to work seriously. The employee of this branch very casual and did't take there work seriously. When I want the complaint book they denied. They tell me go your home branch for any kind of work. Than why open this branch. They don't know how to talk with the customer.

                        I got cheated by HDFC Matunga Branch Staff's on 18th May 2015, while i went to close my loan account. The madam in cash counter did some mistake while counting the notes. I wrote all dinominations after counting. As i counted and wrote in slip, I directly went to cash counter and they are saying 12 500rs notes are missing. How could it possible 6, 000 rs dissapear in front of your CCTV camera. Also they refused to disclose me CCTV recordings. I am ready to come for any enquiry. Plz help me sir. I was maintaining my gold loan from 2 years in Matunga Branch HDFC Bank. I am sure the cash counter staff did some mistake but not ready to accept her mistake. Even other staffs are supporting her including the Branch Manager.

                            As this is to inform you that your bank executive is continuously harrasing me on phone even when I am not related to the loan taken by Mr. Harish iyer from your bank even repeatedly after saying that I don't have any contact with the person your executive is tourchering me by calling me. I be on field for my work driving if at all any things happens to me your executive and your company would be full and full responsible for it. If at all I get a single call here after from Mr. Rajesh[protected] I would go legal and even if no action is been taken after this person I would drag your company to the court and see that your executive Mr. Rajesh is been punished for the same.

                              hi, I've opened a savings account with hdfc bank. at the time of account opening the representative committed that there will be no any other charges levied except charges for non maintenance of AMB. but after opening of my account there are too many charges they are started to cut from my balance like cash handling charges, neft & imps charges etc... so people don't get fool with their representatives commitments. they just completing their targets. they either puts pressure or gives lolly-pop of fake commitments on customers like "you will get credit card in two to three months if you opened a savings account with us." so please be aware of wishing attacks of banks representatives.

                                I am victim of hdfc life person’s. I was in need of loan amount of 8 lac’s in end of june 2014 meanwhile hdfc life executive called me sir you want loan i said yes, 8 lac’s rupees surely you will get loan amount but first of all you have to take hdfc life policy of rupees 80, 000 then within 30/35 days you will get loan amount and intrest rate is 9.5% that executive name is miss annu mishra ( contact no.—[protected] ) in 2nd july 2014 i am given cheque of rupees 80, 000 to hdfc life. After 30/35 days i am calling to
                                Miss annu mishra i am calling again and again but she was not picking the phone. After many days calling she was pick up my phone and said
                                Sir another rupees 25000 require in this policy for required loan amount . I am worried but she said don’t worry sir trust me aap ka kaam ho
                                Jayega loan amount mil jayega then i had done neft on given account no. Of rupees 25000 - after 10 / 15 days i am calling to that executve
                                Miss annu mishra for status of loan but again same she was not picking the phone so was very much frusteted and worried then i am contact
                                To hdfc life branch in vikroli mumbai they said sir this was fraud to you so i am urgently cancelled the hdfc life policy on the date of 17
                                Oct 2014 after that i am again calling to hdfc life call center given by hdfc life branch but from call center nothing positive response
                                I am very much frustrated and calling to hdfc life call center and said i will make a complaint then within one hour hdfc call center executive called me and said sir please don’t make the complaint we will give your
                                Amount of rupees 105000 with interest on the date of 3rd nov. 2014 after three months i am not getting amount back so i am again calling to
                                Call center but they are denying and replying arrogantly .
                                I want my money back as it is not a small amount to forget as am not a rich person am salaried person and rs 105000/- amount is big for me.

I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.                                       In 2014 I had taken a Locker no. 433 in HDFC bank, Dumdum Cantonment branch at Kolkata. My Customer ID is 24227595. Now on 2nd Apr 2015, annual Locker rent of Rs 3000 has been deducted from my Savings ac. Also a Surcharge/cess of Rs 370.80 has been deducted. This is not in line with our agreement while taking the Locker. The rent mentioned in the agreement is Rs1500 pa. Please see attachment. I was also told by the manager Mr Amit Ghosh that I would get a 50% discount, meaning I pay Rs 1500 pa. I request you to please see that I am not charged more and refund me the extra amount. I have written three emails to the Branch Manager since 4th May, but except a cc wherein he delegated this job to someone below him, now he is no more responding. I am an old Customer of HDFC bank (right from when it was "Timesbank" and do not expect this treatment to its Customer. I am sure you will agree that a fair amount of time has passed to set things right but until now there has been no visible response or action from the Bank branch's side for a solution. Nor any explanation to the Customer. This is not the first time I am having this kind of treatment from this branch. I will be forced to approach higher Authorities in Delhi in case of no satisfactory QUICK solution.
