Respected Sir, I have a S/B account in HDFC Bank since 15/2/2003 before that I had closed earlier accounts had in Connaught place since 2000. At the time of opening the account bank told me that if I do trading in hdfc securities then there is no rule to keep minimum balance Rs. 5000, still I am doing trading in hdfc securities from 2003 to 2013 bank do not charge any AMB, first time bank charge AMB Rs. 396.26 on date 24/07/2013 without any inform to me. After complaint bank returned the money but and after 2 month again charge AMB ok I left the matter (after so many mail to bank nothing could happened). Since then bank is charging AMB it is ok. time to time I got the SMS and mail that your balance has gone under the limit of Rs. 5000 In the month of april'15 & may'15 bank charge AMB Rs. 674.16 on date 2nd June I mail to bank that my limit is Rs. 5000 as min. balance not Rs. 10000 (and even I forward the bank mail I got as min. balance limit is Rs. 5000 Iam sending you bank mail for your ref.) but after writing so many mail bank is not ready to accept and charging me AMB at min balance on Rs. 10000 after reminding so many times to bank and nodel officer as well as principal nodel offer but no responce till now Thanking you Regards Sunil kumar

    I have applied for a personal loan and I was told by Agent that loan installment would be Rs 4552.00(approx) per month for one year. So I agreed for all T&C. But the amount of Rs1746.00 was started deducting from my account since[protected] and now I come to know that loan tenure is not 1 year as I was told but it's 3 years. This is the trick of bank people to gain more interest they are asking me to pay Rs 12856.00 amount of interest why should I pay this much big amount for interest when I was ready to repay my loan in one year. This breach of contract I have not applied for this tenure and amount. I will be attaching the proof for same very soon.

        Hi Sir my card no is [protected] Today I have received a call from your side and the no is [protected] Caller name is Jitendar and this was in regards of payments not received I explained my situation that this time I am unable to pay till 30th June I said I will pay on 1st August. Then he was talking like hell it seems to me that I have made a big crime he was abusing to me in other way . That's not appreciated at all can't your bank understand the problem of a customer some time it can happen. He is threatening to me saying that banker will come to my house and will collect the money force fully. These people are pathetic a bank can't talk to his customers like this. What is this I don want anyone visit to my home for this or I will file a case of harassment to the bank.

          Hi i am snehali Andhale. My account with HDFC Bank. Form last 4years same problem is continuously i was facing that in 2010 hdfc credit card with me i paid whichever i amount i use but after some month when i went out of station for my work that time i received bill & i informed to hdfc customer that whenever i will back i will pay the full amount after a some days i got call from agency people i told them also same but they are started abuses to me they called at my home started to use bad words to my mom. i lunched this complaint to hdfc on mail but they are not given any replay from them.That time i told to hdfc bank that give me that agency name & who use bad words to us person name but they told me that they don't have any details about agency & asking me to pay i told them i am ready to pay but first i want details & action to be taken on that. but they are not bother about customer they just want there money. now i joined new company & hdfc person open my account on same Id they block my salary without my permission & i given cheque to my son's school that got canceled. now i have to lunched complaint against hdfc bank. please help me on this.               I have been chasing customer care since 1 month now. I haven't got proper response about my medical examination status. I am just asking them if I cleared my medicals. First thing, HDFC customer is like government office. They reply me back after 2 days. Their reply is always same. You have to upload documents for your policy. I had my medicals done and waiting for clearance. After clearance I will upload relevant documents. I asked same thing to customer care executive of HDFC life and they said that it is quite OK to upload documents once you hear back from us about you medical examination. I am following up with them for this query and all the time I got response like.. Really frustrated with their customer care department and worried about sales after service. In the response they never mentioned that uploading document is compulsory to know your medicals status.                 My home loan A/C NO:[protected]. I was sanctioned RS. 8, 55, 017/- and flat construction was carried out by HERITAGE LTD but delayed due to their financial problems beyond the agreement period. We ( GOVT EMPLOYEES IN IGCAR, DAE) went with Pelican ltd as builder and the work is resumed now and going on smoothly . Due to delay by previous builder, the interest paid to you causes huge financial burden on me and I’m unable to avail TAX rebate without completion of flat and your delay in part payment might further aggravate the problem . On may 5th I requested for part payment for brickwork and plastering of Rs.91, 341/- but you have not released it of already sanctioned amt and not replying what is the reason for indefinite delay . The work claimed ( brickwork and plastering ) is completed and can be verified by proper site visit .I even sent photos to velecherry officials. I do not understand why the delay without a single fault from my side.( i'm paying Pre EMI regularly even after 2 year delay approx by HPDC ). I request you to enhance my total loan amt to RS. 11, 50, 000/- since cost of construction is escalated by RS.350/ SQFT . I am a central govt employee and hope I fulfill all your requirements for enhancement of loan and IF NOT PLEASE GIVE ME THE VALID REASON FOR DELAYING THE PROCESS.( documents reqd are attached)

                On 27th june HDFC technical team visited the work site and found the progress to be satisfactory but till now the branch not paid the part payment.

                I sent mail to branch, customer care and HO chennai but no positive result so far.

                  Dear, I have open an account with you from last four months back and I got a message after two weeks of opening my account that your password has been dispatched from office, But yet its been already 4 months I did not received password I spoke to the person who has done my account open, He said you just be online I will make someone to call you and speak to you, the same thing has been repeated twice, Request you to do the needful and revert back to me,

See i have submitted my cheque leaves, photo copy and all signed off dockuments in coimbatore to the person who comes to my home and office...(saturday-20th) And i also received the sms stating that your verification is completed on monday-22nd but no response on that so i called to Dhana[protected], [protected]) c said my loan is rejected due to cibil for the loan purchased in 2007... I wanna know 1.Whether any misses happend during verification of my laon from your side sine i havent took any personal loan 2.I purchased many items post 2007 but not effected by cibil ( how come i arrested for you guys alone) 3.What the hell is Dhana doing without informing me and not responsding my call( she called me many times before submitting the dockuments then no response infact she said call to her mobile number or landline for any queries) 4.Who that lady called from [protected] for televerification to me and to my office on monday 22nd...Does you guys taught her about the way u speak to customers stupi c is speaking as she is HDFC ceo...she is speaking lethargically ...                         Dear Sir, My PL No. is 32931836 in the name of Mr. Brijmohan Singh Negi. I had raised a complaint from HDFC Personal Loan dept. (Comp No. As per email received from HDFC-HBL[protected], APW[protected]MP & MUMT[protected]) dt 11 June 2015 but still I have not received any call / revert. 1- I had complain raised by your customer care representative[protected], dt. 13 June 15- 12:12PM) they have not satisfactory answer and hold my call by 28.12 minutes. 2- Nobody bank representative taken the confirmation from me before disbursal. after received disbursal message i had already follow-up the PL customer care but they have not satisfactory answer to me. If I had confirmed disbursal details from HDFC bank representative, than kindly share the voice call proof. 3- Mr. Kumar Gaurav suggest to me about the delay payment so that we can pay full amount. We had complain to your customer care help line representative and loan disbursal team who process the loan amount as per DSA (Direct Selling Agency) without call confirmation with me.

                          credit card account number-[protected] we have already given the money but the bank is denying from the payment we have given and blackmailing on that credit card. the bank is saying that they will consider legal action against us for the recovery of the same. when we a re discussing the same matter with the bank manger they are saying to give more money to recover the account and blackmailing us on this credit card.

In my May Bill(bill generate date is 11th, 2015) Total Dues balance was 561.80, and i had made payment on 13th may 2015 by Internet banking(Payment status INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 060515) of this bill but in my Jun bill its not updated In my Jun bill opening Balance is 561.80 . so please check & update my credit card balance .                               My credit card was expired in March, 2015. Til date I haven't received the new card. I have waited more than 4 months to receive the new card. Within this time, I have gone to my nearest branch, updated my address. I have called HDFC Credit card for over 5 times. Thrice the card has been sent back as it lacked an office number and department. Fourth time, I have provided with both. Though let me be very clear that there is no idea of department name in an IT office as ours. It's humiliating for a person as me who works in a respected company and HDFC being me salary account thus treats it's customer? I have complained many times that Bluedart's service is completely nonsensical and unacceptable. They provide with a number which does not even exist. I have given enough chances. My experience was similar while applied for the card, and now this. This is simply not acceptable. I take it fault on both of your parties. and I have decided to go to consumer court for this harassment I have been going through months after months. All this while every month the bill is piling up. I have refused to make payment, till I have the card. I have more in balance than I need to pay back. Still they blocked my card when I didnt pay a month. and everyday calling me. But no one bothers that I haven't got the card yet.

                                  Hi Team Had never thought that would have to reach to you for a simple transaction dispute which could have been resolved by HDFC Bank within 3-4 working days. But to your surprise its been 88 days and leave resolution am not getting proper response as well from HDFC bank! I had been chasing up with customerservice for HDFC, their Grievance cell and their branches for about 3 months but no use. At-last thought of contacting their MD, Mr Aditya Puri seeking some positive response but to my surprise that failed too. PFB the mail which I sent to Mr Puri on 13th June 2015 for which I got response on 15th June 2015 that they would get back to me within 4 working days and now it is 21st June but no response. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ From: Garima Gupta To: [protected]@hdfcbank.com, Date: 06/13/2015 03:59 PM Subject: Unaceptable Behavior of HDFC Bank - APW[protected]BG Garima Gupta Hi Aditya Puri It's really shameful that I need to email you to get my issue sorted out. I had made a purchase of Rs. 1567 on 25 March 2015 from Bigbasket using HDFC netbanking via PayuMoney. The transaction was unsuccessful, however the money was debited from my account but the order didn't get place . I waited for 6-7 working days for the amount to be credited in my account. But it didn't. On enquiring with HDFC they advise they transferred the amount of 1567 to Bigbasket on 26th March. I couldn't understand the concept behind this. Now, Bigbasket had refunded the amount to PayU money and PayUmoney had also refunded the amount on 26 April 2015. I have not yet received the amount. Could you please let me know what exacty the issue is? I went to HDFC bank, first time they got a form filled and ask me to wait for 10 working days or so, the next time I went they got another form filled and asked me to wait for another 21 working days. This is really frustrating! I had been chasing up with customer service, Grievance Redressal and HDFC bank for long now but all in vain. I think the customer service could have been much better. It's been around 2.5 months. I really didn't expect this from HDFC. After all this, I won't recommend HDFC to anyone. Grievance Redressal complaint refrence is HBL=[protected]. The last complaint reference ID with Bank is 914365. I know that my money would be credited to my account but the question is WHEN! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Had never thought such a renowned bank would fail in even providing good customer support!                                       This is to bring to your attention about the malpractices going on in your organization. I bought a Sampoorna Samriddhi Life Insurance Plan in August 2011. I got first call from Ashutosh – Fund Manager HDFC – [protected]. Then his agent/staff kept following with me. As per details provided by him, I am entitled to get the entire Sum Assured alongwith the installment premiums that I pay during the policy period. During all conversations, I asked for leaflet/brochure of the scheme but that was never shown to me. It was only the brand name of HDFC that I trusted and opted for the policy. When the policy was received and I saw only Sum Assured being part of benefits in the policy, I called your executive again who had visited me. He then told me that a separate certificate containing information on redemption of summed premium amount would be sent some weeks after the policy is sent. Post this, I opted for another Sampoorna Samriddhi Life Insurance Plan in Nov 2011 from HDFC. I have kept calling your staff executives since then to have the certificate but have just received either assurances or phone ringing or rude behavior or no. busy status since last 6 months. However, to my surprise, the entire investment planning has turned wrong as I understand from the call centre that there is no certificate provision from the company and the information provided by your team is wrong. The same wrong information was given again and again by all the persons dealing with me. This would have been the case with other customers also surely. I will only get the sum assured amount which is close to half of the installment premiums that I pay plus minor bonuses..after 5 years???? Better option would be to invest in FD or saving account which do not make fool of the people under such big branded names of the companies like HDFC. He has thus cheated me. This is complete breach of trust and forgery and I am no more interested in continuing with this policy. I am hopeful that as the staff executives have shown poor character, the bank higher management authorities will take severe action against such people. I want back the entire premium paid by me with interest within next 30 days I’m sure that action will be prompt and I will not be forced to approach law. I can be telecalled only on [protected] now.                                         I having a account in HDFC Bank, old airport, Bangalore.when i joined 1st company, they opened account in HDFC with salary account.i left company 1 year back.when i left company, i cant access employee email id(but i didnt change my phone number).Recently HDFC bank debited amount money (750 rs) with out intimation. so, please solve as soon as possible.
