Dear Team.Myself Sheetal Grewal.I have a credit card no. [protected] of HDFC bank and I use this card march 2011 to sept. 2014. I was left my job in oct and after that i m unable to make payment of my card.Some persons came my home 3-4 times in a month from banks and We have received calls many times in a day and force me to make payment.They call my Relatives, friends, past office colleags and tell them about my outstandings.I told them my situation and but they don't undestand my problems said me to arrange money by bagging anywhere anyhow.Pleasee Help me.

I am the customer of HDFC bank also I am a credit card holder of HDFC bank ([protected]). I was not able to make a payment for my credit card from past two months due to financial crisis also my wife is pregnant. This month HDFC bank put a hold of 22980 Rs on my salary account which is almost 95% of my salary. When I talked to collection department and I told them that I am ready to pay minimum due amount please release the payment or deduct the minimum due amount. They said that no we will deduct the full amount. Sir if any thing happen to my wife and my child then who will be responsible as doctor prescribed a injection which cost 4 thousand. My name is Vikas Srivastava. I started three SIPs at Fatehpur branch of HDFC in the 2nd week of May of amount 2000, 2000 and 1000 Branch code-1895 After the first installment deduction from the account, there has been no further deduction.I called up at the bank many a times but they did't pay any heed except for assurances. Now they are saying that the DD was delivered at some wrong address, thats why it could't get clear. I have made fund transfer on 11/05/2015 through IMPS and after some time got a SMS that Fund transfer has been timed out. IMPS ref no :[protected]. Trying to get in touch with customer care but did not get response. What is the issue I don't understand. Please just have look and get back to me @ [protected]

I had already complained about not able to use your card. Not received any reply from HDFC. Simply keeping the card and paying cash for every purchase, what for the card is required. Dear Sir. Please refer my earlier mail to you dated 4th May, that the ATM at Kapurbavdi, Thane is always problematic. Till now it is problematic. On 11th May, at 11.30 AM, I went there and found that out of two ATM, only one is working . I wanted to get the mini Statement, but could not get it. It is highlighted to the Bank Manager, HDFC, Kapurbavdi but it is still out of service. Please make sure that ATM at Kapurbavdi br. remains at work in 365 days and 24 hours. Thanking you .

Above proposal was in the name of my daughter RAJAREE BOSE and payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 was made by me vide cheque dt. 13.03.15 which was encashed on 17/03/2015. PAN Card & Voter Id of RAJREE BOSE was submitted alongwith the proposal. Subsequently I noted that a policy in the name of JAYASREE BOSE was sent to my address. I am unable to contact the agent as her contact numbers are unreachable. I was looking for contact no. of the Vikhroli West Branch to know the status of the said proposal but failed as with your unique customer service system in website no contact no.(L/L) is available. Please help me with the present status of the said policy in the name of my daughter RAJASREE BOSE.

i had a two wheeler loan as per given below from hdfc bank. i had issued pdc from axis bank for the loan but due to some circumstances i had to close the axis bank account. at that time we approached the HDFC bank to swap the cheques but they advised us to pay the emi as cash to the agent which we did recieveing the receipt. and we repaid the whole amount as per the schedule of the loan. now after 7 years i am having a cibil score of 786 but cant avail any loan as there is dpd showing for the account. i hereby request to kindly remove the entry from the cibil so as i can avail loan facility. thanks and regards, debasis pandit loan a/c no :1635372 vehicle no : OR-14-7026 control no: 821, 879, 300

i applied for credit card Ref. # [protected]s2. in March mid, till april end i was not aware of status till i approached HDFC managers directly at branch. - i was informed after my initiative that the address is to be validated one more time - i informed them i was collected the documents twice by HDFC rep. - thus they told me due to dispatch at the address we need. OK. - was sent a mail by the richmond road brach CC department to send the docs. - when contacted on phone he told me sir its just a formallity, you enter the current address - I informed i have given office address for dispatch, they told me to provide the current address also - so i did, i got verification call twice and no card. - i called again - now they told the the verification team coudnt locate the address - card is permanently declined. - adding the the senior officer on the phone told me we can apply fresh plz provide alternative address. - I DEMAND TO GET MY DOCS BACK - NOW MY COMPLAINT IS I HAVE GIVEN SIGNED DOCUMENTS ORIGINAL COPY 2 TIMES - WHAT IS RBI DOING IN THIS - and you have excuse of verifications not hapenning. - is this your daily bread or you know the RBI guidelines very well that you play and uses RBI guidelines of verification to - excuse for mistakes you make. - 2 mnths for credit card application - are you joking - HDFC...?? - 2 times collection of doucments - are you joking HDFC - you think you did the verification - or it was an excuse to run away as you lost the douments this time also and you could not process the request for my CC - I AM GONA WRITE FORMALLY TO RBI FOR THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOER PERSONAL INFORMATION - AND MISLEADING - ALSO I CAN BET IF COURIER PERSON CAN FIND THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED WHY NOT THE VERIFICATION TEAM - EVEYONE KNOWS ME THERE. I have a salary account with HDFC Bank. In the month of March due to unavoidable expenses like children annual fee etc and Income tax deductions, I could not maintain sufficient balance. Bank blocked my 1762 Rs when I needed each single rupee. I called up customer care number and requested them not to block my funds.I also politely mentioned that ever since my account was opened, my funds have never been insufficient. I have not taken any personal loan or something that EMI shall be deducted. The only challenge was that I could not manage to keep sufficient balance for mutual funds deduction. I called up and registered a complaint with number DELC[protected] on 21 March 2015 .Surprisingly no one ever called me from HDFC and icing on the cake Bank went on deducting more and more penalty amount. I was short of words. I called several times and our young, untrained bunch unable to resolve my complaint, kept transferring calls but never got any solution. If you shall see my March statement, instead of reverting to my request or processing reversal of 1762, Bank deducted more amount instead and I paid more than Rs 2700 when I needed that most. This is not right from any perspective. When Customer asks for help, Bank should consider previous record and approve waivers. No waiver, not even one phone call from Customer Care. How can I believe that such an esteemed Bank is different from any Sarkari Daftar I hope my grievance reaches the right level and I get my amount back with a note of apology. Hello, I have two HDFC accounts. One is salary and another I opened for additional investment. Now I do not understand why the AMB for one customer ID is different. If there is one customer ID why should we keep separate AMB in different accounts. This was never informed when we opened the account. Due to this there has been AMB charges that have been deducted continuously since October. We submitted an application to reduce the AMB but the application was lost and we were asked to submit again. (Surprisingly the application to close my husband bank account was processed which was submitted along with the same). We visited the bank 2 days back and submitted the request again. Now based on some logic Rs. 1250 were reversed but today Rs 337 have been deducted again when since 6 Apr I had 25K+ in the account. I do not understand how many times you want a customer to visit your branch and still the work will not be done??? Your customer care is helpless as always and want us to visit branch for everything. This is serious lack in services from your end and not acceptable. Please look into the same and fix the same. Regards, Shubham

Hello I am Vishnu. I am processing my car loan from hdfc jankapuri B1 block new delhi branch. I gave all paper on 30 april and I got DO on today at 4 PM. i applied for loan at interest period 4 years but In DO interest period is for 5 years. Not only that, I had a discussion with Mr. Vinod and they didn't tell me anything about rs. 7000 for insurance for loan amount. while i asking to branch manager they told me you can cancel that loan and re process again but you will have to fine for 1000. This is a joke ...This one is very drastic experience of my life and i am going to tell every one that should not go for any application or loan processing in HDFC bank. I'll also going to share that on social medio.. Before that incident i had a respect for HDFC Bank and Has very good repo but now 0 customer satisfaction and 0 rating in private banks.

After much deliberation and harassment I have finally decided to cancel my HDFCLife policy application with the proposal number 17524939 but still have not got any response from them yet!!! It seems for some reason there is a disconnect between the Seabird foundation and HDFCLife as my ECG was taken and accepted by Seabird foundation however, HDFCLife claims to have not received it. Having the most uninterested response from HDFCLife and after trying to follow up several times myself as mentioned below the issue has still not been resolved even though the policy payment, documents and check-ups were done well in time by me with over a month ago. Details of me trying to follow-up to close the issue - 1. 6th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Amit at 8:15PM 2. 11th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Deepak and his supervisor Priyanka at 11:42AM. Priyanka had assured to resolve the issue by Monday evening (13th April) 3. 14th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Pragnesh at 1:40PM 4. 28th April (Complaint#[protected] reported to Priyanka at 10:14AM who has again assured to resolve the issue by Thursday (30th April) now! 5. 30th April, a represntative Harsh called me and assured to resolve the matter yet again in 10 days. 6. On 9th April again reported the issue to Milind (Complaint Number#[protected] What really concerns me, is that if this is how they harass the policy applicant, pity the harassment the nominees may have to go through to reap the benefits of the policy. Really shameful and disgusting!!!

Dear Sir, I want to apply my un expected policy which is activated at near about after 20th April. Actually one HDFC executive was miss guiding me to my policy for his own benefits and trying to deactivate my family policy (HDFC Ergo which I have taken for me and my wife worth Rs :- 13059/- This is my policy ). I want to go with my family policy which I have taken first ( taken near about month of march) but HDFC Executive was one more policy activated on my credit card and I was already asking and mailing so many time to deactivating this unwanted policy and its in provision period so I was asking so many time to deactivating this but anybody can't take any initiate regarding this and I also concern with customer care but they were asking me again to mailing for cancellations but from last One Week anybody cannot take any initiate or currently no any process running on my concern and if the time period was finished then policy were cannot able to deactivate and both policies are applied on me. Currently I was fully harassed.For the target Achievement they are activate our policy with in 48 hours and if they need to deactivate then they will take so many time I am suffering from last 5 to 10 days... First time I was using this credit card and suffering with a lot of problems and harassment... And second your all executive pulling own legs for the achievement of targets ???????? Both are your products and they are pulling own legs for the achievement of targets Sir Please do something, study my case and provide me a solution ASAP. Regards Gagandeep Singh

Dear Sir I have deposited Acc payee Cheque no 601227 for Rs 64283 of Sbi in my Acc no [protected] Deluxe Mill Stores in drop box of HDFC Bank on 15Apr15 at around 8pm.This cheque is not deposited on 16 Apr in my Acc. I have contacted bank on 17Apr at that time all staff was busy in Audit. They told me to come at 5pm, I again came to bank but this time also they were busy in Audit. on 18th also busy in audit any how they search there report to see the above cheque but found nothing.they told to come on 19th to search in video recording in presence of Bank Manager. I came on said time and see the recording in presence of Manager and video shows that cheque was put in the drop box. Than Manager had shown me the report in presence of my Personnel banker of drop box in which the detail of above cheque was not there.Also showed clearing report. I told this is the mistake of bank.so pl give me letter that the Cheque is misplaced or lost by bank. Manager told me that he will not give letter. You tell your party to stop the payment and take new cheque. Any how I had given letter to my party which is a govt organisation NEPA LTD, Nepanagar for stop payment and reissue new cheque. After many follow up to Nepa Ltd yesterday(7th May) told me that the above cheque was cleared on 16 April15 fr there acc. Then I gone to nepa which is 20 kms fr Burhanpur (temp 46*C) to take the statement of SBI bank. After several request they have given me the statement( which is Attached). I showed this statement to Bank Manager and Personnel Banker in Evening around 5pm. than again they search there all records and voucher of 16th april for nearly 1 hr but found nothing. they again told me to come in mourning. Agian Today Mourning i contacted on phone still they were searching in clearing. Atlast today around 4pm my personal Banker called me and informed that your cheque was deposited in Gayatri Coating acc which is also having 56 acc no in last 2 digit. Than again I Visited in bank and told to give me the letter to show in nepa that the mistake was of the bank. they again deny to give me the letter. Although accepting there staff mistake. And when I visited bank, Manager gone out and not facing me. My Personnel Banker has Taken Cheque from Gayatri coating for Rs 64283 but not credited till now. what is going in this repoted bank? I am not understanding when this cheque was not there in there !6 apr report than how it is Credited in GAYATRI COATING Acc. I think Bank Staff is doing cheating with us. I have received my credit card a few days back and since then I ve been trying to contact the customer care Number for delhi ncr but everytime i call i get to wait for 10-15 mins after which i disconnect the call coz the calls are not being connected to the executives. Anyway, the only thing I Need to know how and when i would get the PIN for the credit card. As it has not been delivered yet and the method i got was of green pin.. For which i have to contact the phone banking number and ur Phone banking number never responds! i need my customer id as well.. coz without it i cannot signup for the mobile banking and i am unable to see how mUch of the limit has been used up oR whatever. I expect a speedy response atleast here.
