my self Dhruvkumar Dinesh Jha took a car loan HDFC BANK. Loan A/C No;[protected]. Loan Approved in December 2013 and paying its EMI from last 16 months and my Two cheque were bounced ( November & December 2014) With receipt No;[protected] & 36612118 Respectively, For which i have repay it with penalty, but still name is present in C.I.B.I.L. So, I request you to remove my name from it as soon as possible, as i am facing problem in getting loan due to it, So i hereby want you to pay urgent attention to my application and take my name back from C.I.B.I.L.       I am new customer to HDFC bank .I have given my salary account in HDFC. But i am so regreted on see this activation of this plan.Kindly remove this plan from my account. In my current account 28 rupees is taken without any usage. Still i didnt have credit card also them how they took 28 rupees from current i dont know. Now my cuurent account balance is -28 rupees. Within 2 days its not cleared means sorry to say this I have to go for some other account for my salary.

        My Proposal No.17563665, wherein I had paid premium of Rs.9000/- being three months subscription, on 29th March 2015. Being not satisfied with the services, I had requested to refund the premium to the credit of my account with HDFC Bank. I was proposer of the proposal in favour of my grandson NEEL, whose date of birth is[protected]. Inspite of repeated requested last such requested was made on 24th April, which was duly replied by Shravani Sakpal, on 3rd May 2015. Till date of writing no refund the given to my account.
        HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          My customer id[protected] Acc no -[protected] Sorry for my words from here on..I am literally pissed off with your intelligent Customer care people, its been more than 15 days and I have not received the money back to my accocunt. Right from the very 7th day, I am calling these so called Intelligent Customer care officer of Great Bankk HDFC and they say please wait for 2 more even today the same thing. Are these so dumb or do you guys not care to pay somebody 1000 rs. even we could go ahead and create a complaint against you guys in the Ombuds forum on the Regulatory body asking for huge amount.. Waiting for my money to arrive.. Many Disregard

            My name is Kanishka Mehta, card number is[protected].Total Outstanding was Rs.52613/-.I have already made payment of 55553/- Rest is late paymentcharges, finance charges, retail taxes.I have already paid more money than which I used.When i calculated whole of the purchased done and amount paid.I came to know about overcharging by HDFC bank.Well whenever we make any transactions at retail outlets we pay ample amount of tax there.When I saw my credit card statement I came to know apart from those taxes, I am paying retail taxes, finance charges, interest of 12.5% on top of it. So I am already on over payment status.Now atlast when i made payment there was some amount of 4500 Rs on my card, which I refused to pay since, I have already paid them amount which was necessary.Also I was never aware about these charges since without going through the staments I was making payments Regularly. Now they have imposed late payment and taxes again on this amount of 4500 rs which has now became amount of 16, 500 rs. Kindly waive such charges & provide me a NOC.Bank recovery agent harassing me & my family members.Kindly try stop those things & do needful.If these calls doesnt stop, i will take legal action against HDFC bank.

              Hi This is really shocking that a Bank like HDFC have hired agents who does not even know what are the basic etiquette's while speaking to customers. I received a call from no [protected] and was shocked to see this kind behaviour where a agent tells you buy this policy and on raising a query on the authenticity of the call the response was go to hell... Wake up HDFC BANK...whats this all about The call was from [protected]

Today we were not able to respond on mobile due to some network issue. Post this the executive called on landline no +[protected] The executve misbehaved to the core using abusive language. EMAIL AFTER EMAIL IS SEND BUT STILL THERE IS NO OUTCOME THEY JUST KEEP SHIFTING THE ONUS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF.                         To, 06/05/2015 The Manager, HDFC standard life insurance company limited, 74, Indira commercial and residential centre, T.P.nagar, Korba- 495677, C.G, Sub – Fraud regarding policy no[protected] Dear Sir/Madam I, Named Viswa prasad Atluri would like to bring to your kind notice that, I have been cheated by your brokers M/s S.B.Insurance brokers pvt ltd, code: 00556399 as mentioned below. I received a call from a lady named Anuradha and informing me that, I have been selected for getting prize money of Rs.5 lacs among their regular customers 27 members. Further to release money, they have a tie up with HDFC standard life insurance company limited and prize money shall be released by them. Against processing we should pay 10% of prize money to HDFC. After an hour I received a call from Mr.Mayank Malhothra ([protected])from HDFC and asking me to pay Rs, 30000/- against issue of a policy HDFC life classic assure plus and iwill get prize money within 15 days after receipt of policy document. And also he is saying that, after receipt of prize money the policy can be surrendered and we will get back 100% money of Rs.30000/-. He sent me the address via SMS and asking me to send Passport size photo, address proof, pan card copy, cancelled cheque and current dated cheque for an amount of Rs .30000/-infavour of HDFC life insurance company limited. I have sent the above documents through first flight courier Doc.no.P[protected] to Mr. Sachin gupta, C/O Mayank Malhothra, HDFC life insurance company limited, SCO-119, 120, First floor, Above IDBI bank, Sector-43B, Chandigarh- 160047. And I have not signed any document yet. And I have received policy around 15th april and I waited for transfer of prize money and till date there is no action from their end. Subsequently I searched through google and I came to know that I have been cheated . As on date iam not in a position to continnue with the above said policy no.17576663 as I am pre occupied with other financial commitments.Hence I request you process for surrender of my policy and let me get back my money at shortest time. And also enquire into the matter and avoid such instances in future for others which will spoil your organisation image and your employees credibility. We request the organisation to take necessary action against such people who spoil the reputation of the company and cheat the people.

                            Hi Sir, I am Vigneswaran. I recharged videocon d2h for my customer ID 86491313 for Rs.224 through HDFC net banking. When I tried for the first time the amount of rs.224 was deducted from my account but the videocon d2h was not recharged. I tried for the second time and recharged it. Till now, the amount has not been credited back to my Account. Kindly do the needful to credit the amount Rs.224 in myaccoun.t

                              No third party (Payment) activation from last 2 months, sir after done all formalites in your branch but still we are not able to make govt payment. Everyone is assuring that you will able to make payment after 2 - 3 days from last 2 months, we have to make payment of Direct & indirect taxes, if within two days we are not able to make payment, we have to think about move to other bank.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam, This is Amogh Rajagopal. I have been told by a person namely Mr. Amit Arora that I have won an amount of Rs. 11 lakh from Bag It Today and told me that I have to pay 2% of that amount by taking a HDFC Life Insurance policy and after that the Phrize money will be released and he will send the withdrawal forms for cancelling the HDFC LIfe Insurance Policy as well. But now he is not answering my calls and his other number is switched off. His numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I got the policy to my address just two weeks back, so I believe it will be in the free look period. Please cancel the policy mentioned above and refund the amount back to me.                                       Last month i got a new HDFC times card credit card, and two weeks back i bought new SONY TV it cost 76 thousand, planned for 6 month EMI option, everything is fine, after that HDFC customer care saying that you are not eligible for EMI like that. They are giving shock for me, I got so many calls from HDFC customer care regarding Credit card, please take credit card it will useful for you and we will give plenty of offers for you like that and brainwashed me. They said, u will get EMI option for everything, After purchased they are saying you are not eligible for anything like that, I need to pay bill 76 thousand in single payment. I called to customer care, now they saying, you are not eligible for EMI, Please take personal loan for 1 Lac with 14.5 Percent interest like that.                                         I Sukumar Karmakar issued one Cheque no 363985 dated 26/12/2014 drawn on SBI Dhaban Branch ( Branch Code No 09716) in favour of HDFC Life for an amount of Rs 20000/- which was cleared from my bank. An agent named Souvik Bannerjee ( Mobile No [protected], [protected])took the cheque from me but till date I have not received the policy nor any communications from your end. Please enquire the matter & let me know the status at the earliest.
                                        HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
