Dear Customer support Team,
As my complaint number will give you all the details for which i am writing you this email if not then please understand my concern.I was having credit card ([protected]) for which my payment is due.As i was promised by a team of yours that the settlement would be done and i will be given 5 installments to pay off the settlement amount for which i agreed.I received this calls from your so called HDFC bank and the numbers are [protected], [protected] for the same. I also have my salary account with your bank and i was shock to see that the funds in my saving(Salary) account are on hold, after knowing this i rushed to your branch which is located in Malad west Orlem, they informed me that they cannot help me ac my account is linked with my credit card payment and i need to speak with collection department on [protected], [protected], unfortunately i tried calling on both this number since yesterday but it was only ringing and was no response from them.Today(13th May 2015) i again approached your branch in Malad east upper govind nagar, the informed me to call the customer service number ([protected]-Credit Card- Complaint) and place a complaint i did that too and so received my complaint id No : [protected] and was assured that a call back will be arranged, i did not received any call for the same, i again called your customer service number the provided me 2 more numbers of collection([protected], [protected]) i called this numbers also but as mentioned above even this numbers are only ringing and no response from them.
Hence i am writing my complaint here and hope it will be addressed and solved within TAT, and i want my saving account (Salary account ) to be off hold at the earliest.
Expecting a positive response at the earliest.
