    Mr. Paramveer Singh Maan, Sector-14 Branch, Hisar came to our office and requested for opening a salary account. I refused to open new account because I have already two account in my name. He pressurised me through my officers and I opened a account. A./C No. [protected] is allotted to me under zero balance scheme. Without my consent he issued me Platinum card No.[protected] and health insurance policy No.[protected] and[protected]/2. I refused hundred times on phone not to issue me credit card and health policy because being a govt. servant I have no need of it. But they have not listen to me and issued above said facilities in my favour. I went many times to HDFC office for surrender of my account and credit card and health policy but they are not ready to close my above said account. Now letters are coming to me for making the payment. Sir, I request to help my in closing of above said account and health policy. I will not make any payment. They are making the fool of customers and selling their products without the consent of customers.

        Dear Customer support Team, As my complaint number will give you all the details for which i am writing you this email if not then please understand my concern.I was having credit card ([protected]) for which my payment is due.As i was promised by a team of yours that the settlement would be done and i will be given 5 installments to pay off the settlement amount for which i agreed.I received this calls from your so called HDFC bank and the numbers are [protected], [protected] for the same. I also have my salary account with your bank and i was shock to see that the funds in my saving(Salary) account are on hold, after knowing this i rushed to your branch which is located in Malad west Orlem, they informed me that they cannot help me ac my account is linked with my credit card payment and i need to speak with collection department on [protected], [protected], unfortunately i tried calling on both this number since yesterday but it was only ringing and was no response from them.Today(13th May 2015) i again approached your branch in Malad east upper govind nagar, the informed me to call the customer service number ([protected]-Credit Card- Complaint) and place a complaint i did that too and so received my complaint id No : [protected] and was assured that a call back will be arranged, i did not received any call for the same, i again called your customer service number the provided me 2 more numbers of collection([protected], [protected]) i called this numbers also but as mentioned above even this numbers are only ringing and no response from them. Hence i am writing my complaint here and hope it will be addressed and solved within TAT, and i want my saving account (Salary account ) to be off hold at the earliest.           Since Last one month I have been following on the Debit done by the HDFC Bank, but there is no reply, neither any resolution. Though the amount is very small but it means they are cheating to millions of Customers for which the amount can be big.

            sir/madam i was the hdfc lifr policy holder since 15 years, as my policy got matured on 24 march 2015 and i even continued with annuity policy with the whole amount of policy for some life time policy scheme on 6 april 2015 and submitted all the required documents with the cheque, the staff of hdfc life office told me that i'll get my policy bond within 7 days but since then i din't get anything and when i called customer care they told they din't even recieved any documents, i am really shocked to know this.

I was left my job in oct and after that i m unable to make payment of my card.Some persons came my home 3-4 times in a month from banks and We have received calls many times in a day and force me to make payment.They call my Relatives, friends, past office colleags and tell them about my outstandings.I told them my situation and but they don't undestand my problems said me to arrange money by bagging anywhere anyhow.Pleasee Help me.

                  I am the customer of HDFC bank also I am a credit card holder of HDFC bank ([protected]). I was not able to make a payment for my credit card from past two months due to financial crisis also my wife is pregnant. This month HDFC bank put a hold of 22980 Rs on my salary account which is almost 95% of my salary. When I talked to collection department and I told them that I am ready to pay minimum due amount please release the payment or deduct the minimum due amount. They said that no we will deduct the full amount. Sir if any thing happen to my wife and my child then who will be responsible as doctor prescribed a injection which cost 4 thousand.                           Dear Sir. Please refer my earlier mail to you dated 4th May, that the ATM at Kapurbavdi, Thane is always problematic. Till now it is problematic. On 11th May, at 11.30 AM, I went there and found that out of two ATM, only one is working . I wanted to get the mini Statement, but could not get it. It is highlighted to the Bank Manager, HDFC, Kapurbavdi but it is still out of service. Please make sure that ATM at Kapurbavdi br. remains at work in 365 days and 24 hours. Thanking you .

                            Above proposal was in the name of my daughter RAJAREE BOSE and payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 was made by me vide cheque dt. 13.03.15 which was encashed on 17/03/2015. PAN Card & Voter Id of RAJREE BOSE was submitted alongwith the proposal. Subsequently I noted that a policy in the name of JAYASREE BOSE was sent to my address. I am unable to contact the agent as her contact numbers are unreachable. I was looking for contact no. of the Vikhroli West Branch to know the status of the said proposal but failed as with your unique customer service system in website no contact no.(L/L) is available. Please help me with the present status of the said policy in the name of my daughter RAJASREE BOSE.

                                i had a two wheeler loan as per given below from hdfc bank. i had issued pdc from axis bank for the loan but due to some circumstances i had to close the axis bank account. at that time we approached the HDFC bank to swap the cheques but they advised us to pay the emi as cash to the agent which we did recieveing the receipt. and we repaid the whole amount as per the schedule of the loan. now after 7 years i am having a cibil score of 786 but cant avail any loan as there is dpd showing for the account. i hereby request to kindly remove the entry from the cibil so as i can avail loan facility. thanks and regards, debasis pandit loan a/c no :1635372 vehicle no : OR-14-7026 control no: 821, 879, 300

                                    i applied for credit card Ref. # [protected]s2. in March mid, till april end i was not aware of status till i approached HDFC managers directly at branch. - i was informed after my initiative that the address is to be validated one more time - i informed them i was collected the documents twice by HDFC rep. - thus they told me due to dispatch at the address we need. OK. - was sent a mail by the richmond road brach CC department to send the docs. - when contacted on phone he told me sir its just a formallity, you enter the current address - I informed i have given office address for dispatch, they told me to provide the current address also - so i did, i got verification call twice and no card. - i called again - now they told the the verification team coudnt locate the address - card is permanently declined. - adding the the senior officer on the phone told me we can apply fresh plz provide alternative address. - I DEMAND TO GET MY DOCS BACK - NOW MY COMPLAINT IS I HAVE GIVEN SIGNED DOCUMENTS ORIGINAL COPY 2 TIMES - WHAT IS RBI DOING IN THIS - and you have excuse of verifications not hapenning. - is this your daily bread or you know the RBI guidelines very well that you play and uses RBI guidelines of verification to - excuse for mistakes you make. - 2 mnths for credit card application - are you joking - HDFC...?? - 2 times collection of doucments - are you joking HDFC - you think you did the verification - or it was an excuse to run away as you lost the douments this time also and you could not process the request for my CC - I AM GONA WRITE FORMALLY TO RBI FOR THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOER PERSONAL INFORMATION - AND MISLEADING - ALSO I CAN BET IF COURIER PERSON CAN FIND THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED WHY NOT THE VERIFICATION TEAM - EVEYONE KNOWS ME THERE.                                       I have a salary account with HDFC Bank. In the month of March due to unavoidable expenses like children annual fee etc and Income tax deductions, I could not maintain sufficient balance. Bank blocked my 1762 Rs when I needed each single rupee. I called up customer care number and requested them not to block my funds.I also politely mentioned that ever since my account was opened, my funds have never been insufficient. I have not taken any personal loan or something that EMI shall be deducted. The only challenge was that I could not manage to keep sufficient balance for mutual funds deduction. I called up and registered a complaint with number DELC[protected] on 21 March 2015 .Surprisingly no one ever called me from HDFC and icing on the cake Bank went on deducting more and more penalty amount. I was short of words. I called several times and our young, untrained bunch unable to resolve my complaint, kept transferring calls but never got any solution. If you shall see my March statement, instead of reverting to my request or processing reversal of 1762, Bank deducted more amount instead and I paid more than Rs 2700 when I needed that most. This is not right from any perspective. When Customer asks for help, Bank should consider previous record and approve waivers. No waiver, not even one phone call from Customer Care. How can I believe that such an esteemed Bank is different from any Sarkari Daftar I hope my grievance reaches the right level and I get my amount back with a note of apology.
