On 16 dec 2016 we received a message of 4200 & 5000 was spend on my cradit card. I called to helpline no and informed that some body is doing fraud with my cradit card. Also on 12 th dec 2016 rs. 4979 & 4998 by pay tm was misused on my card & has informed hdfc managerrajesh awasthi mob no [protected]& again same thing heppend with same card.. I. Request to block the card first. & blocked my card in 5 min. Then-rec call fromhdfc cust care that in 45 days will cradit all 4 - amount.     Have received an unauthorized deduction of rs. 177 on dec 27th for third party cash transactions charges. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

    After so long waiting in queue i got connected with cce of hdfc. She told me that this is because some one deposited money physically in my account by visiting other hdfc branch rather that hdfc home branch.

    I want to know why such kind of deduction is there if this is within hdfc channel. My father visited hdfc bank (Shahganj - jaunpur branch) and deposited rs. 2000 in my account on 22 dec.

    I am not able to understand if it is within your bank channel then what kind of service charges you are deducting. The cce told me if this transaction was done trough net banking then there was no charges.

    How does it matters if someone is transferring money via net banking or via physically visiting the branch.

    Is there something that for you money value changes with channels. So next time i will ask my parents to deposit money via online channel then would you give me extra money?

    This is totally ridiculous

    I want my money bank, otherwise i will be forced to prefer some stiff action.

      One the executive called me forcefully taken the credit upgrade and i asked to send to hyd any hdfc branch. But still now i didn't get the credit card.
      Every day i am going to branch and branch people telling we didn't receive the credit card. But when i called customer care they are telling card send to branch.
      Who will sort the problem putting me trouble and playing double game.
      From past two month i am not having the card.
      This is very very worst i have never seen with any bank.
      Hdfc bank need to compensate me on this, every day i am tourchering on it.
      If you people don't want to more further settle all my loans i will close the account with worst worst hdfc bank

      Excecutive name: joseph khyandi, not responding to cals and very harshly he is talking.
      Even nizampet branch people spoke to customer care and joseph, everything is recorded.

              I have a hdfc times credit card before 2 year ago my limit of card is 29000 i used totaly limit of card in first 5 month i dnt know uses of credit card and late fees charges so my out standing amount is 32000 i called to hdfc bank and executive suggest me how much money you pay i say 25500 so executive agree and i pay the amount but in cibil mention settled. For few days my pruse stolen so in my purse my old hsfc credit card and pan card and my aadhar card so i apply again my pan card and new pan card ressive me after 1 month i updated my pan card in all bank account and credit card. I apply new credit card for hdfc bank so me ressive my new credit card and limit is 35000 but sir before using time so payment decline i called to hdfc bank so executive tell the crad is make by mistak i disappointed same time. But sir now days i apply for personal loan but my file is declined due to two pan card used but sir i blocked and suspend my first pan card please please hammble requested sir please remove my old pan card no in my hdfc credit card and impose new pan card please sir i have more burden pressure in mind i need hdfc bank in future is this type of problem not repated again my side and allow my application for personal loan and remove my old pan card askpn1919p and impose my new pan card bcspn2797l please sir i have in trouble i need for hdfc bank and in future mainatin good relationship with hdfc bank..

                I have made payment of 9500 on 16th dec, 2017 but hdfc life says that it did not receive amount.
                I called citi bank credit card service which told me that hdfclife has claimed this payment with approval code 426554.
                I have mailed [protected]@hdfclife with reference[protected] with all document (Credit card statement with hdfclife payment, hdfclife transaction acknowledgement, hdfclife payment screenshot) and called customer care many times but did not get any resolution.

                  Hi,
                  Myself Subhajit Das, an HDFC credit card holder. My credit card details and last month statement are attached herewith. My issue is mentioned above.

                  2. I talked to a lady at HDFC bank customer care Eastern division having no.[protected] on 07/12/2017 and requested to pre-close my loans (5 nos. of loans) at a single time. The lady then told me to pay Rs. 44, 731.12/- and I agreed to this and paid the amount. The lady then assured me to pre-close the loan within 5 days and this will also reflect in my credit card statement.

                  3. On 28/12/2017, I saw that my credit card bill is in negative and surprisingly I found that only one loan is pre-closed. The other 4 loans are intact and still remaining. Then I called the customer care executive and asked them to change the statement as per my request, as I don't want to pay extra amount for their 'silly' mistakes. The lady there transferred the call to Mr. Aniruddha Ghosh, Dy. Manager, Kolkata. This person firmly said that, he can only take action on that girl for her mistake, but he can do nothing but just scratching his ****. I requested him to clear out the doubt so that I do not had to pay the amount. This person fearlessly said that he can do nothing, and if I want to complain to HDFC bank, I can, he doesn't care. I don't know how a person who handles customer in such a 'don't care' manner. I like to draw the kind attention of HDFC bank to look into this matter and resolve it asap.

                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 2379 without my concern on date:29/12/2017. I was not intimated about the plan and they deducted it without my approval. I have cancelled the service in 2016 and terminated their service completely. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership at all. I have raised a complaint with HDFC credit card section for unauthorised debit of Rs. 2999/- from my account, and a payment cancellation and refund initiation number was provided from their end but when contacted one assist customer care they said the referral number cannot be accepted. I am fed up of their unauthorised activity with my credit card account without any approval from my end for any plan. So cancel the so called membership that they renewed on their own and refund the debited amount of Rs.2999/-.

                      My hdfc credit card was activated around 30/11/2017 and before getting it delivered to me i saw 1399 rs. Of debited for one assist policy without my consent i raised this issue with hdfc customer care the very next day and i was told that this has happened with many other people and dont worry it will be refunded after that i even tried to call one assist for this but they dont take your no for an answer they wasted my 40 min. Just avoiding me and on to that hdfc charged me processing fees, gst etc., the only transaction done by me was of 5 rs. To reliance jio rest everything are the charges imposed by the hdfc bank to haress the customer i followed with hdfc customer care multiple times and their response was just to wait for some more time, around after 15 follow ups now they tell me to talk to one assist, why the hell should i talk to them... U debited the money and u will give it back.

Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                          I had issued a cheque for Rs.15 lakhs to The Post Master, Angamally dated 07/08/2017. The same was returned though there was sufficient balance in the account saying technical reasons. The cheque was issued to the Post Master and it was about a month since I got the returned cheque to be able to issue a new one. Since the payment was for Senior Citizens Deposit I lost interest @ 8.3% for a month due to your unreasonable action. My customer id is 484065.

                            There is no way to contact them and the toll free no provided is always busy. Hdfc bank is so stupid now a days.

                                I was credit card apply on 16th dec 2017 then i had recvd my credit card reference id-[protected]e1.18-dec-2017 received message from your side credit card application is approved. Then 20th dec i had receive msg from your side "we have complete all process". When i am online tracking credit card status is "disapproved". I don't have received any (Msg/mail) your card is disapproved.

                                I had purchased mobile from flipkart.com then cancelled but cancelled amount did back to my account. My statement showing transaction to airtel payment mumbai is 19000/-totally unknown and mobikwik system 20000/-so my request kindly investigate over the matter. I think hdfc credit card is not secure to use.

                                    I deposited a cheque myself in a hdfc branch, got the receipt stamped, waited for 15 days, nothing happened.
                                    Today when tried checking the status via sms it says "invalid cheque", no reason mentioned.

                                    Tried talking to virtual relationship managers, nothing worked out they told to visit that branch to check the status.

                                    What the hell, if something went wrong who will convey that, is it customers job to first drop the cheque then visit to get the status updates.

                                    Why you then speak this fuzz of mobile and internet banking.

                                    I have a current account with hdfc bank and i want to close this account from previous one year but the bank is not accepting my application and charging me with non maintenance charge. bank manager mr. tiwari is not picking my phone since past 6 months i have visited the branch at least 10 times and their no solution to my problem
                                    HDFC Bank limited Anna Sakai Chennai, Tamilnadu sent me amount Rs 18000/- and Rs 8720/- with reference no 74332747332720554486953, and 74332747332720554386961 dated 27th Nov, 2017 to my SBI saving a/c [protected] as refund by Club Mahindra Resorts and Holidays. But till today I don't get any amount.

                                      I was travelling from jaipur to sikandara on 25 dec 2017 at around 3 p. M. My vehicle has fasttag. When i was crossing rajdhok toll plaza from fasttag lane your counter person told that your system is not working and toll amount has not been deducted from fasttag and he told me to pay in cash and i paid to him. Receipt of that i m attaching in mail. While after one hour i got sms that toll amount was also deducted from my fasttag. Transaction id of amount deducted from fasttag is [protected]. I already reported issue by call on number [protected] but till now i haven't got my refund in fasttag till now. Please look into matter and make sure these incedent doesn't happen in future
