I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 2379 without my concern on date:29/12/2017. I was not intimated about the plan and they deducted it without my approval. I have cancelled the service in 2016 and terminated their service completely. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership at all. I have raised a complaint with HDFC credit card section for unauthorised debit of Rs. 2999/- from my account, and a payment cancellation and refund initiation number was provided from their end but when contacted one assist customer care they said the referral number cannot be accepted. I am fed up of their unauthorised activity with my credit card account without any approval from my end for any plan. So cancel the so called membership that they renewed on their own and refund the debited amount of Rs.2999/-.

    My hdfc credit card was activated around 30/11/2017 and before getting it delivered to me i saw 1399 rs. Of debited for one assist policy without my consent i raised this issue with hdfc customer care the very next day and i was told that this has happened with many other people and dont worry it will be refunded after that i even tried to call one assist for this but they dont take your no for an answer they wasted my 40 min. Just avoiding me and on to that hdfc charged me processing fees, gst etc., the only transaction done by me was of 5 rs. To reliance jio rest everything are the charges imposed by the hdfc bank to haress the customer i followed with hdfc customer care multiple times and their response was just to wait for some more time, around after 15 follow ups now they tell me to talk to one assist, why the hell should i talk to them... U debited the money and u will give it back.

    On 18 Dec 2017, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 121217-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

        I had issued a cheque for Rs.15 lakhs to The Post Master, Angamally dated 07/08/2017. The same was returned though there was sufficient balance in the account saying technical reasons. The cheque was issued to the Post Master and it was about a month since I got the returned cheque to be able to issue a new one. Since the payment was for Senior Citizens Deposit I lost interest @ 8.3% for a month due to your unreasonable action. My customer id is 484065.

        Returned cheque copy uploaded.

          There is no way to contact them and the toll free no provided is always busy. Hdfc bank is so stupid now a days.
          Worst thing is that no one is picking call on this number.
          I have paid you rs. 300 + rs. 100 (Recharge amount)

          Whats the use of fastag. If i cant use it.

Then 20th dec i had receive msg from your side "we have complete all process". When i am online tracking credit card status is "disapproved". I don't have received any (Msg/mail) your card is disapproved.

                  I deposited a cheque myself in a hdfc branch, got the receipt stamped, waited for 15 days, nothing happened.
                  Today when tried checking the status via sms it says "invalid cheque", no reason mentioned.

                  Tried talking to virtual relationship managers, nothing worked out they told to visit that branch to check the status.

                  What the hell, if something went wrong who will convey that, is it customers job to first drop the cheque then visit to get the status updates.

                  Why you then speak this fuzz of mobile and internet banking.

                    I was travelling from jaipur to sikandara on 25 dec 2017 at around 3 p. M. My vehicle has fasttag. When i was crossing rajdhok toll plaza from fasttag lane your counter person told that your system is not working and toll amount has not been deducted from fasttag and he told me to pay in cash and i paid to him. Receipt of that i m attaching in mail. While after one hour i got sms that toll amount was also deducted from my fasttag. Transaction id of amount deducted from fasttag is [protected].                           But this is unacceptable. Bank people did not give any information on this charge at the time of cash withdrawal. If I was aware of such charges, I would withdraw money as small amounts in different days.

                            Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3771 for rs. 88090.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:02:21:00

                            I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done...

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number in the form of emi's without my concern in oct 2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So i requested to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-. When i call hdfc customer care, they are asking to contact one assist people. I received a call from one assist people and they said they are going to send the welcome kit, but i did not received any courier. I called to one assist customer care and requested for cancellation, their executive said they are going to provide me discount of 299. I said am not interested but they took it as i am accepting the discount. I called them within short time immediately and asked to cancel the policy. They said they raised request and within 7 working days they gonna cancel it. But again on 26 and 27 dec 2017 i got two more emails stating that

                            Thank you for the interest shown in applying for oneassist membership through your hdfc bank credit card.

                            We wish to inform you that basis your written consent given to oneassist, your hdfc bank credit card bearing number # xxxxxxxxxxxx1857 has been debited towards the membership fee, as per the plan opted by you.

                            In pursuant with the recent regulatory guidelines, we confirm that the membership fee paid by you is inclusive of the commissions that the bank earns from oneassist.

                              27/12/2017 on day my hdfc account deducted rs 177 two times. With out my knowledge and also not show any aknowledgement please verify my request
                              Actually i am not use any 3rd party transction this month but twice deducted
                              Done so please clarify me how it deducted from my account
                              Don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                                Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 27/12/2017 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                                But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

                                When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

                                So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  i want to make here a complaint against the employee of hdfc bank and his name is unnikrishnan branch manager of kunnamkulam branch, kerala.
                                  This person has intentionally delayed my homeloan upto 5 months, finally he is telling that legal documents are not clear you will not get this loan. He can tell this thing in early why he is taken this much delay, and this been a very bad experience for me with hdfc bank and this issue made me very unsatisfactory with the service offered buy hdfc.

                                  As a solution Plz take any action against this manager irresponsibility.

                                    Hdfc bank charged tds from my account 7125.80 for last financial year, and it is not showing in form 26as, so how can i get refund after filling itr, i am going bank from last 1.5 months but staff is not helping me, i have fd of 5 lakh, and my pan is updated as showing in net banking also, so i request you to revise your return so i can get the refund of my tds deduction
