I make payment through my credit card after cancellation the order the amount is not refunded in my account its been a while of making transaction but still wait for my refund.
Could you please tell me the current status of that transaction id.

    Dear sir,
    I have waiting in the branch at bhagalpur, bihar, for one and half hour for my car loan closer report. First i had asked to go the courier office and collect it. I asked even after almost one month the document is lying with courier office whereas my address is just one km with in the town and they have not delivered. I have asked several time please download another document and give me but still i have been asked to wait for the courier.

      I had used my credit card in one of the atms, the transaction was not completed and my card was blocked. I raised the concern and filled the dispute form a year back. Since 1 year that complaint is in process and due to mails from hdfc back i had to pay the minimum amount to avoid getting mails from payment collection department. I am just getting mails that it is under process and i will be notified regarding the same. Everytime i am getting reminders that the process of investigation will complete in 10 working days, 5 working days and so on. I have provided all the details and supported in all queries still this ticket is in loop and seems like unending.

        I just recieved a new card. I received a statement a day ago saying that i have been billed fr rs.1340 on dec 14th 2017. Though i have never used this card. My card no ends with 1634.

        I need refund for this amount’s immediately to my credit card and cancel my credit card and i also want to close my salary account with hdfc and i am afraid that my details are been shared to third party without my knowledge.

        Hello,

        It has already been escalted it to your corporate office and topmost management.Its a new card . I was promised by the sales rep as well as the manager (CA road, Nagpur) that its a free card, no annual fee, no hidden charges. you charged me Rs 1345.I received an email saying "We observe from our records that your card number ending with XXXXXXXXX1634 has been registered for smart pay at the time of card sourcing hence payment has been debited towards the biller."

        Its a big fraud.I will take you to consumer court and will sue your company.
        Many time i call but nobody call and no person came my office to closed the card .many time i call customer care always says after 3 days i arrange the call but nobody call me. I have request for credit card settlement no body call me.
        Bank staff never give solution on my problems staff ignore my problem
        My credit card no. [protected]. my credit card is closed. But till now i am not received noc letter. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. so i request you, please send noc letter above send credit card to my mail iD. i hope you will do the needful and oblidge.

          Dear sir, i would like to inform you that i have tried to call for our query related to credit card statement but there are nobody able to short out my issues.
          I am calling to all the team of lucknow on the customer care no [protected] from today's morning at 10:15 am to 12:40 pm (Non stop) from my registered no and also from alternate no. But everyone is ending my call in middle without proper resolution, specially mr washi & ashmin, they told us that i am calling back to you on your registered no but still we are not getting any call from his/her side nor any resolutions.
          In that case i will not pay any installment of my credit card, hdfc and his staff will be responsible for all those things, i have saved all recordings of hole activities from the morning to till only for proof.

            Myself rahul tiwari from bhopal. I hold credit card of hdfc bank. Due to my personal issue i could make a payment of two months. Before that i regularly paid amounts. I told them i will clear my dues on 3rd of this month but on second they holded my bank account with out prior information. I talked to them and said m ready to pay my dues but now they are saying clear full payment till that my account will be in hold. My father his hospitalise and i need money and m the customer of this bank since last 8 years.
            Kindly help me because bank is totally unfair in this matter.

              Iam kuchimanchi kishore, i applied for hdfc bank credit card on 29/11/17. On 1 dec i got reference no[protected]s3. After 3 days when i verified i got that my card was disapproved, though i got verification calls and physical verification also done. On 11 dec i got a call from hdfc bank he asked for my itr acknowledgment which is self attessted. He said if you submit this your card will be approved. Immediately i provided them the documents. On 15 dec i got a message that your application is in reprocess request and status will be communicated in 7days. Later 19th dec i received another msg stating that process is completed, chech site after 2 days. Today when i verified my stastus
              Disapproved. Stating in remarks they said disapproval of credit card application does not reflect your credit standing or your financial stability. I wasted my time but my card was rejected without valid reason. I want a valid and clear reason for my card disapproval according to rbi norms and i want my documents back or else i will file a complaint in consumer court.

                I have done transactions through payzapp bharat qr code for irctc ticket, as train cancelled they refunded money to payzapp account but it was not refunded to wallet of payzapp, even payzapp transaction history shows amount refund but it is not credited to wallet of payzapp. Please help me in this matter.

                  Hello team,

                  I have created the salary account in hdfc (July 2016), but my company not using hdfc account and credit my salary to other bank. I didn't use my hdfc account till now, today i thought of transfer money and start using the account, but they are asking 7047 rs for non maitanance charge. I really don't understand the concept, why should i pay this amount.

                  I really feel bad about this. If i want to close this account also, they wanted this amount.

                  This is not good for customers.

                    Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                    I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                    I'm using hdfc credit card since last 4 year card number ending with 1*9. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                    Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                    And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                    This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                    So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                    When i click upi option after logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer
                    When i click the secret question nothing shows up. I could not not change the security question.

                      I did an imps transaction and the status of the transaction is transaction statusprocessor down the money is debited from my account and not yet credited to beneficiary. I did the transaction on dec 29 2017 and i am logging complaint on 3 jan 2018 after waiting 4 working days the customer service is also not helping after insisting they logged a complaint but no action or update of it is received till now.                         "dear customer, reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bse limited with value rs.50000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch".

                          I have sold shares of d. P wires on january 1, 2018 when sell price of share was 85.80 per share but contract note has been issued with sell price of 80.2 per share. This is really injustice and i'll have to lodge complaint with higher authories, if not resolved.

                            I have purchased goods from reliance fresh on 10/12/17, amount was
                            412.23, i have swiped my hdfc debit card once, but it has debited
                            Twice from my account, i have done complain on 11/12/17 & done phone
                            Complain on 13/12/2017, but still i have not receive my amount yet. My
                            Txn dispute with refrence no is 1461297, tell me how many days i
                            Should wait or i should esclate this issue. My account no is

                              I have requested to close my account no [protected]. On date 14/12/2017 but till now my account is being not closed. Several time i made call and personally gone to bank but every time bank staff says come after 7 days your account will be get closed. But they were not closing it.

                                I have logged a complaint with the phone banking and on mails as well of HDFC BANK. From last 20 days I am following with the bank through email mail and customer care but no one is responding to my mails or are able to resolve my problem. At the time o[censored]pgrading the card nobody told me that it has a fee of Rs.2500. They are literally harassing.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 5149/- from my credit card number ending with 1380 without my concern on date:15/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount

                                    Thank you very much for your kind help.

                                    I have registered a complaint on 23/12/2017 about hdfc credit card loan payment. On 30/12/2017 evening i got message from hdfc to pay rs.45500/- for settlement. On 19/09/2017 i gave letter to hdfc bank (Credit card section) to tell me details to close the loan. But, they sent message on 30/12/2017 (After 3 ½ months).

                                    I got credit card loan rs.50000/- on 02.03.2017 (Credit card no. [protected]) and got instruction to pay rs.2348/- for 24 months. (2348x24=56352/-). I have paid monthly due amount for 6 months (2348x6=14088/-). After 10 months from loan accepted date, now i want to close the credit card loan due to variable charges like. Autopay return charges, finance charges, service tax, cess tax, over due loan recovered, third party cash txn inc st & ec, gst which i have paid more than rs.5000/- to hdfc.

                                    The bank is asking me to pay more amount which i should pay for 24 months (2348x24=56352/-)

                                    Amount paid for 6 months 2348x6=14088/-
                                    Now bank claiming amount 45500/-

                                    Total 59588/-


                                    For 24 months due total amount is 56352/-
                                    For 10 months due total amount is 59588/-

                                    I feel interest charges are more and i kindly request you to help me to reduce the interest charges and close the credit card loan.

                                      I applied for credit card of your bank. Your executive was take my all focuments. My application or registration id is [protected]n3.
                                      Phone and office verification was also done by your executive. But now receive mail that my request of credit card are disapprove. Pls tell what is the reason behind this.

                                        I want to file a complain on my conversation with your customer care executive bhaumik shah for the below pionts

                                        1) i am being charged isaqmc-jul-sep[protected]mir[protected] every quarterly and i am not aware of the same. The problem is even the customer care said we dont know about the charge and we can not help.
                                        2) i was told to talk to my rm on [protected] bryan sutari. By i called at the number and waited 30 mins and called 3 times but he was not available.
                                        3) also i was told my charges are for low balance which is not true and i have maintained my min balance. I was clearly lieing to me and trying to fool me.

                                        Kindly immediately stop these repeated charegs and credit back my amount already withdrawn.
