I have filed complaint for this deduction in the past as well as hdfc is deducting some kind of fee from salary account which is totally uncalled for. Request you to please stop doing this and refund my amount. This happened to me few months back as well wherein amount was deducted and then you refunded the amount and assured that this thing wont be repeated again in the future.

    Sir i have submitted cheque to hdfc panipat bank on 21 dec 17 for clearing bt on 27 dec 17 when i ask on reception status of cheque, they told that it's not entered here thereafter i went to counter 20 there a lady check and told me that there is a problem with this i asked her and suggested that it would be better i[censored] tell me earlier, she replied that it s not her duty to check. I should make sure to submit it correctly same reply given by the bank manager... She is also a lady.. Very poor response an arrogance.. Treating a customer so badly... Becoz of them i could not buy a car this year... Moreover i m going back to duty as i m a defence person... I request you to take appropriate action so that this type of issues does not repeat again

      fraud ach debit mandate of banyan tree service mandate on my hdfc account

      On 26th dec 2017, i have received an sms from hdfc bank which reads "dear customer, mandate reference no. Hdfc* issued to banyantreeservices limited with value rs. 100000 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue, please get in touch with your branch"

      I have never heard of any banyan tree services nor have i authorised any such mandate. I have talked to the branch manager at my home branch and...

After that they disapproved it because they couldnt reach to me at my number but i didnt got any call for verification from address verification guy.         For your kindly information i already submitted Self declaration form on 22nd dec 2017 at HDFC bhosari pune branch.i got message too after submission.but still my status is showing disapproved.I didnt got any call for address verification after that.and if you are asking for the proofs so i already submitted those .

        for residential proof : adhar card
        above documents already submitted.
        one guy also came at my office for verification and he took picture of my office ID too before 10-12 days.

          Cancellation of fraudulent one assist membership
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 2379 without my concern on date:29/12/2017. I was not intimated about the plan and they deducted it without my approval. I have cancelled the service in 2016 and terminated their service completely. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership at all. I have raised a complaint with hdfc credit card section for unauthorised debit of rs. 2999/- from my account, and a payment cancellation and refund initiation number was provided from their end but when contacted one assist customer care they said the referral number cannot be accepted. I am fed up of their unauthorised activity with my credit card account without any approval from my end for any plan. So cancel the so called membership that they renewed on their own and refund the debited amount of rs.2999/-

            I had applied for housing loan, file no[protected]
            I was promised by your executive pradeep jaiswal that i will be sanctioned rs. 50 lacs and then only i paid processing fees
            Now i have got all my documents without even informing that my loan has not sanctioned
            Hdfc executive is refusing for refund, which i want immediately
            While looking at document i observed that declaration for processing fees form, has been signed by someone else, my false signature seems to be made by hdfc.

              I, nitu katariya recently applied for the hdfc credit card and in reply i received a letter mentioning that due to payment failure in credit card earlier issued to me by hdfc, credit card cant be issuedto you again.

              I want to inform you that, now i have made all the payments reg credit card and i'm working with government sector with 60, 000 monthly salary.

              So it is requested to remove my name from black list and issue the credit card.

                      Im payzapp user before 7 days i have loaded 10000 rs in my payzapp wallet after that unfortunately my payzapp card was blocked. I have contact in payzapp team they are saying you you need to send current bank statements of my credit card which through i have loaded amount.
                      Then i have sent him my statement of till 17 dec in the pdf form.
                      Then they are saying you payzapp card will be unblocked on 29 dec and you use your money.
                      But today i m going login in my payzapp id but it is not expected my user id and my password.
                      Now i have contact in payzapp team they are saying your complaint has been closed.
                      So guyzz i think it is fraud kindly help me

                          Have received an unauthorized deduction of rs. 177 on dec 27th for third party cash transactions charges. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

                          After so long waiting in queue i got connected with cce of hdfc. She told me that this is because some one deposited money physically in my account by visiting other hdfc branch rather that hdfc home branch.

                          I want to know why such kind of deduction is there if this is within hdfc channel. My father visited hdfc bank (Shahganj - jaunpur branch) and deposited rs. 2000 in my account on 22 dec.

                          I am not able to understand if it is within your bank channel then what kind of service charges you are deducting. The cce told me if this transaction was done trough net banking then there was no charges.

                          How does it matters if someone is transferring money via net banking or via physically visiting the branch.

                          Is there something that for you money value changes with channels. So next time i will ask my parents to deposit money via online channel then would you give me extra money?

                          This is totally ridiculous

                          I want my money bank, otherwise i will be forced to prefer some stiff action.

                            One the executive called me forcefully taken the credit upgrade and i asked to send to hyd any hdfc branch. But still now i didn't get the credit card.
                            Every day i am going to branch and branch people telling we didn't receive the credit card. But when i called customer care they are telling card send to branch.
                            Who will sort the problem putting me trouble and playing double game.
                            From past two month i am not having the card.
                            This is very very worst i have never seen with any bank.
                            Hdfc bank need to compensate me on this, every day i am tourchering on it.
                            If you people don't want to more further settle all my loans i will close the account with worst worst hdfc bank

                                  Hello banker, why your systems cant work properly, intially on novenber 1 st week deducted 8000/-saying that not maintained minimum balance, for your kind information my account is zero balance {salary account}, which is given by you, now again on 16 dec 2017 again it is deducted stating inter-brn cash chg incl gst 061217-mir[protected] mir[protected] amount has been deducted 117.92,

                                    I have a hdfc times credit card before 2 year ago my limit of card is 29000 i used totaly limit of card in first 5 month i dnt know uses of credit card and late fees charges so my out standing amount is 32000 i called to hdfc bank and executive suggest me how much money you pay i say 25500 so executive agree and i pay the amount but in cibil mention settled. For few days my pruse stolen so in my purse my old hsfc credit card and pan card and my aadhar card so i apply again my pan card and new pan card ressive me after 1 month i updated my pan card in all bank account and credit card. I apply new credit card for hdfc bank so me ressive my new credit card and limit is 35000 but sir before using time so payment decline i called to hdfc bank so executive tell the crad is make by mistak i disappointed same time. But sir now days i apply for personal loan but my file is declined due to two pan card used but sir i blocked and suspend my first pan card please please hammble requested sir please remove my old pan card no in my hdfc credit card and impose new pan card please sir i have more burden pressure in mind i need hdfc bank in future is this type of problem not repated again my side and allow my application for personal loan and remove my old pan card askpn1919p and impose my new pan card bcspn2797l please sir i have in trouble i need for hdfc bank and in future mainatin good relationship with hdfc bank..

                                      I have applied for the home loan from hdfc ltd at lower parel (Mumbai) branch and got sanction letter. So i found property which is already approved with hdfc bank. I asked home loan executive sarat's can i do registration with this property?

                                      Mr. Sarat told me to go ahead with registration and stamp duty process using the property master details copy that he sent me. I have paid around rs 4 lacs to property owner as a part payment and rs. 2 lacs for stamp duty and registration process as per bank employee (Sarat's) instruction. I handed over original documents to mr. Prasad and he said your loan will be disburse. He taken full one month period for home loan process and very cheap and disgusting treatment.

                                      Mr. Prasad don't you have clear idea about which document required for funding any property...?

                                      You should have asked these documents before property registration and stamp duty process. If it is not available, i would have not gone for property registration and stamp duty process.

                                      How can you ask the customer to get new documents just before 1 day of loan disbursement..??

                                      This is very unprofessional way to reject the home loan when customer has already done with property registration and stamp duty process. When i confirmed thrice with your people before proceeding to property registration.

                                      You have wasted my time and money and that too just because of your careless attitude towards your customer. It is completely your fault.

                                      How can hdfc appoint such an uneducated person on a position to play with customer's financial condition...?

                                      Note :
                                      - bank given me screen shot of hdfc property master details which is already property approved hdfc bank also they given me society noc form.
                                      - bank taken home loan stamp duty amount before loan disbursement.

                                      So i have no option that's why unfortunately i closed my loan account.

                                      I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 18-Dec-17 towards ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL GST . I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. Kindly clarify why I have been debited with the above said amount or credit back that money to my account
                                      Hi,

                                      Today I visited the HDFC bank branch at Kamala mills, Lower Parel to get some information about a call I received from the branch to get some information about my recent transaction on my account. I've been banking with HDFC Bank for more than 11 years and never felt the need to visit the branch whatsoever. I wanted to enquire if my salary account was changed to savings account as there was no salary since Sept'17 to Dec'17 and now I've joined other organisation who has been crediting my salary into the same account since Jan'18. Also there was a cheque deposited on the 12/03/17 for which i did not receive any SMS for clearing of amount. This was a personal transaction being made from by brother to my account to purchase a property.

                                      The staff at this branch are so impartial and lazy to attend the customers query and feel the importance of attending their phone calls and checking their messages. The branch has a board hanging at the front desk for solving queries regarding Account details, cheque book request, statement request and other query. But the staff wants to save time for their leisure activities so they advice the customers to check their statement online for account details and to request for cheque book by calling some number on 18000... . The staff at this branch just kept me pushing from one counter to another as everyone just kept pushing their work on someone else and attending the VIP customers first. If that is the case i think you should not have customers opening salary /saving's account with you if you feel the need to differentiate between customers and their priority.

                                      I could find my query online very well but as i was facing problem resetting my net banking password i had to visit the branch which i'd mentioned while speaking to the relevant staff.This was my first & last experience with the HDFC branch at lower parel. Pathetic staff members, no co-ordination, no manners.

                                      Please suggest if i should close my account with you as my experience for getting less prioritised as you might have the need to attend your VIP customers.
