I shared my worst experience with hdfc ltd (Service centre : lower parel - mumbai)

I have applied for the home loan from hdfc ltd at lower parel (Mumbai) branch and got sanction letter. So i found property which is already approved with hdfc bank. I asked home loan executive sarat's can i do registration with this property?
Mr. Sarat told me to go ahead with registration and stamp duty process using the property master details copy that he sent me. I have paid around rs 4 lacs to property owner as a part payment and rs. 2 lacs for stamp duty and registration process as per bank employee (Sarat's) instruction. I handed over original documents to mr. Prasad and he said your loan will be disburse. He taken full one month period for home loan process and very cheap and disgusting treatment.
Mr. Prasad don't you have clear idea about which document required for funding any property...?
You should have asked these documents before property registration and stamp duty process. If it is not available, i would have not gone for property registration and stamp duty process.
How can you ask the customer to get new documents just before 1 day of loan disbursement..??
This is very unprofessional way to reject the home loan when customer has already done with property registration and stamp duty process. When i confirmed thrice with your people before proceeding to property registration.
You have wasted my time and money and that too just because of your careless attitude towards your customer. It is completely your fault.
How can hdfc appoint such an uneducated person on a position to play with customer's financial condition...?
Note :
- bank given me screen shot of hdfc property master details which is already property approved hdfc bank also they given me society noc form.
- bank taken home loan stamp duty amount before loan disbursement.
So i have no option that's why unfortunately i closed my loan account.

for residential proof : adhar card
above documents already submitted.
one guy also came at my office for verification and he took picture of my office ID too before 10-12 days.
