    I have a card of jet privilege credit card numbered [protected]. My name is satish kumar mishra. I had to pay rs 18919 which is to be autopayed. My account has 18746 amount unluckily. Meanliwhile autopay was to be processed. I will lost 2776 minimum amount unnecessarily. Today is my payment date. Right now i have 19000 plus in my account. Why i would pay 2776 minimum amount. Please help me to save my minimum amount payment. Bank can be process in order to my payment. I had also once 2 months before paid 3000 minimum amount unnecessarily. Please help me

      I was requested your team member mr. Bharath. He's not ready to explain & referring to go website. He was raising voice & customer satisfaction.

      So one more time i requested pls return back my finance charges.

        The case is related with hdfc bank, bijnore (U. P) branch.

        My name is nirmod kumar, i am farmer by profession. I had taken kcc from the bank & on 22nd december 2017 i went to bank for deposit it with interest & to close / dismiss it on immediate effect.

        What happen -

        I went to bank for closing this account & for that purpose i have submitted all amount with interest as per advised by bank loan department staff on 22 december. On same day i asked for recipt/ receiving which can ensure that bank has taken my loan account closing request but they refused to provide instead one of member said that sir we cannot provide receiving because we will email internally to close it & you will get no dues in 3-4 days. Don't worry about you can think your account is closed from now.

        Today on 1 january 2018, i went to bank for collecting no due but i found that bank staff has not close my loan account yet & now they are quoting me another 400 inr to submit however i have deposited all estimated amount on 22nd december as per advised by bank loan staff member.
        I wrote same to national consumer helpline because i had very bad experience about this branch & staff & their deductions.
        Please can you advise, what should i do?

          This is nishant pandey, the only request i have put across with this bank is to stop the ecs from my account which is creating a lot of trouble on account and these goons from hdfc have not followed my request yet, i am tired of writing emails and discussions with them, every time they talk to me is all making no sense, nobody is coming back with a solution, they come up with solutions that are not possible practically

          I am tired now screaming out of my lungs and thinking of pulling this bank to the courtroom hopefully they can be justified there,

          I would look forward this to be heard and not beating around bushes.

            My name is harpreet kaur. I am using hdfc bank credit card since 29th jan. 2013 and the outstanding balance was 70318 on 31 dec, 2016 as shown in my cibil report. This card was upgraded by hdfc bank and the balance of rs. 70318 was carried forward on my new card. I am using the new upgraded hdfc card ending 9423 and paying the dues. But hdfc bank is showing current balance rs. 70318/- on my previous card also as on till date and they have carried this balance forward and showing on my new card also. It is too disgusting for such type of bank. I have requested the bank to sort out this issue but till date all in vain. Today also the same balance stands outstanding on my account and it is adversely affecting my cibil report.

            Please look into the matter.

Chaluvegowda, r and i have trading account with hdfc securities and while opending my trading account agreed to pay/charges rs.100/- each side trading of option contract, when i started to trade option contract hdfc securities charging 1% of brokarages on turnover amount & top of that sebi cess & gst charging.
              Please requesting to hdfc securites to revers excess charges alongwith tax part & refund me the difference amount as agreed charges.

                There were 2 offers during dhanteras time
                1. Credit card + tanishq: purchase 80k for 5% cashback, max 4k cashback
                2. Debit card: purchase min 3000 on apparel, jewellery and other items form 1st to 31st oct and get 10% cashback, max 1.5k cashback.

                I availed both the offers. The tanishq one and also the other debit card one
                Date: 17th october 2017, at tanishq, where cashback was supposed to be credited by 31st december
                Date: 19th october 2017 for debit card purchase

                Till date no cashback. Called call center and they asked me to work out with merchant as they will give cashback. Bank can't do anything

                The debit card they simply denied about offer. When i told i have offer screenshot they told write to support.

                This is pure fraud. Will never use hdfc cards again.

                Thanks Steve. I have already contacted the Tanishq store and they confirmed that they have sent details to HDFC. In the offer it says cashback will be credited by 31st December 2017, but Tanishq store told it will be credited by 20th January 2018, which is 90 days from the offer period as asked me to contact them if I do not get cashback after 20th January.

I tried on customer care no it not work properly they asking credit card no. If i not recived credit card how can i give them credit card no.                     I am prmitendra mishra today dated 01/01/2018, went hdfc bank branch landran located at kharar landran road mohali for clearing chq of rs. 1.0 lac, after completion of all the formalities from teller counter, chq gone to her counter she didn't clear the chq same time, taking lots of time in other work and put her remark or for cross check to late, she is always doing the same intensely.in the mean time said chq was not cleared due to funds has been transferred. Because her casual/unprofessional attitude towards her responsibilities i was suffered several time.
                    Whenever the matter of my chqs she was always doing the same behavior,
                    So, you are requested to coach said employee and taught a lesson of professionalism and good behavior.

                        I have call from hdfc life on march 2017 they told me about that your credit card has an offer like 5% cashback, accident insurance...
                        They tortured me to put insurance.. And finally i said ok...
                        And my plas was classic assure plus
                        Yearly 50000...
                        They told me to pay single term they only u can get the 5% cashback (2500rs).
                        And i have paid it... Afterthat i calling vignesh chennai branch for 5% they are not attening my call...

                        I've also have been cheated by Deepak S Parekh lead HDFC Standard Life in the following way. Taken policy in 2005, post discussions with Nashik Office.

                        Surrender Value As Told To Me In 2005:
                        On completion of Three Years; 50% of First Premium + 100% of Subsequent Premiums Paid + 100% Bonus Due

                        Actual Payment in 2017:
                        0% of First Premium + 50% of Subsequent Premiums Paid + 0% Bonus Paid

                        Justification - Group Corporate Policy In CHEATING Indian Public as;

                        A guaranteed minimum surrender value must be offered after the policy has been premium paying for three years. A surrender value, not guaranteed will be offered after three years. The surrender value will be at least equal to the guaranteed minimum surrender value.

                        The guaranteed minimum surrender value will be Zero in respect of premiums paid in the first year and 50% of premiums paid subsequent to the first year excluding rider premiums and extra premiums in respect of increased mortality or morbidity risk.

                        Loss - Rs. 2.69/- Lakhs plus

                        My name is Rohit Goldar, I have faced the same situation 3 month ago where people sold me a policy with the premium of Rs. 60000.00 annully. I have not received any loan amount and now the free look period has been gone too. They have sold me a HDFC LIFE INSURANCE policy, said they are calling from HDFC Bank, Noida Sector-61 her name is MS. Deepika Yadav/Simran/Ritu. she said my loan has approved with in 22 days I will get my money. But after few days they called back and said HDFC Credit Department has sent a query about your case that you have to pay 35000 more and open Demat account to get the amount disbursed. This was after the free look period. I have emailed to Aditya Birla as well, but no reply. Now they guys are ignoring my calls. I have lost my job and I am in very bad situation. please suggest what can I do.

                              Dear sir,

                              Money not dispended but balance get deducted

                              I am a customer of hdfc bank (Savings account).

                              Date of transaction[protected], i had used icici bank atm in chennai.

                              Amount of rs10000/- got debited from hdfc account but cash not received by me.
                              I have raised services request with the hdfc bank i., e, chnc[protected] on 11/12/17 & after repeated enquiry with hdfc bank they stated we will relog your complaint and they shared another service request i. E chnc[protected] (Comp no 1459612) on 21/12/17.

                              Now it is almost 20 days and i am not getting any response.

                              Can you please respond on my transactions failure on icici bank atm to get my money back.

                              Please investigate and get it credited back to my hdfc s/b account asap.

                              The feedback says that hdfc delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

                                Hi this is md faizul islam the account holder of your bank my cust id is 49377250 i m holding credit card of this bank i hv been alwayz a regular payer of my bill by the due date due to some financial problem i could not pay my bill for november,, a guy by the name sandeep called me up from this no [protected] and he tortured me like anything over the phone he threatened me that my saving account is with hdfc and he could do something with that,, i told him that its already the time of next bill i ll pay alltogether in this week itself.. But he rudely said we cant give you anymore time,, tell me within how many hours you are going to transfer the money,, i told him again and again that i ll pay my full amnt this week it self he did not agree and he tortured me about my saving account twice,, look this matter because now its pain for me

                                  I am a hdfc account holder from last 3 years and recently applied for credit card.
                                  31 dec 2017 at 7:43 am i received a call saying i am ramesh calling from hdfc bank saying that as per your mail this i is verification call, your card will be processed in 24 hrs please share your debit card details. And the previous rs 1899/- debited amount will be refunded to you within 24 hrs. I didnt give details after that within 2 min i received a text from hdfc i. E. Otp for transaction of 10000 is this this..
                                  Is this the kind of services you are providing? Making customers fool great services
                                  Thanku hdfc but if you can't provide people service please don't make them fool.

                                  I have applied for Credit Card, few weeks back

                                  Mobile No. [protected]
                                  Verification done 3 times
                                  Deducted Rs 1899/- from my account in name of Credit Card Protection fee
                                  As per my word with executive it is still in process from last 3 weeks.

                                  Please help me with the same and solve this issue on priority basis..

                                  We have investigated in the matter and found that the said number does not belong to HDFC Bank. This must be Vishing case. Vishing is one such attempt where fraudsters try to seek your personal information like Customer ID, Net Banking password, ATM PIN, OTP, Card expiry date, CVV etc. through a phone call. Never share any personal information like Customer ID, ATM PIN, OTP etc. over the phone, SMS or email.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                      I withdrawal a 20k from hdfc atm on 30th of dec'17, from sarwal, jammu area. When i had received the currency that found on 2000 currency papers some of torn and someone with oil and ink on the paper. Also i shown these currency in front of camera which has located inside the atm cabin.
                                      I am very surprised how this is possible.
