Hi Team,

I made a hotel booking in United Kingdom with my Debit Card ending in 2606 for the amount of Rs.9764.36 . However, the payment has not claimed by the Hotel, instead I paid with a different card at the time of check in to the Hotel.

Now, my money is not yet refunded back to my bank account, as it seems the fund is on hold with HDFC.

The hotel already confirmed that, they are not going to claim that money, as I already paid with my other card.

Please assist to refund the money to my bank account as soon as possible.

    Hdfc mutual funds are worst mutual funds..
    The fund managers of hdfc are incapable, inefficient, extremely foolish and perform below other funds..
    Hdfc mip which i invested gave em a negative return despite a;ll equity and bond funds performing nicely.
    I took a lesson of never investing again in hdfc mutual fund.. My life time...
    I advice the same to my family and friends... That never ever invest in hdfc mutual funds..

    My bad experiences..
    1) negative returns in mip
    2) below par performance in other equity funds
    3) hdfc switch from one hdfc fund to other took 3 days for me...
    And i found hdfc cheat as they deliberately delay redemption and switch to earn extra interest and income on money..
    Shame on hdfc bank mutual funds... Funds fo duffers - stay away from it,,

      My application no. Is hfr019823, i have paid the amount of rs. 300/- on 26/12/2017 for fastag. Now few days ago i received the activation message.

      Now pls let me know when i will receive the card. From three days i am trying to call the customer care but no one at-least once received the call. It's really annoying. Whats the use of such number when not available any time.

      Also i tried to login online using first time user option... No record found mssg. Is displayed...

          Hdfc people called me and offered me their credit card as i got my saving account with them after joining the new company. They said that they will be giving me the credit limit of 50000. I applied and they only gave me 20000 limits. I asked their representative who comes to my office for accounts (Dinesh yadav - [protected]) and he said he will take my papers and submit to the office to limit enhancement. He is the big liar and kept telling me i will come today every day.

          Taking this forward i escalated to hdfc online but all they do is keep sending their regular emails which makes me feel like i am talking to a machine. I also called this guy dinesh and told him why did you lie but he is shameless and said you go and call customer care. Customer care is even worst and horrible. They are all cheat and liars. These are two reference number these # send me. The only question is why do you guys are the liar and cheat? Nothing else i want.

          No. I will not reply as I did mANY TIMEs and you ### did not take it seriously for which I am not happy with HDFC.You guys reply me when you have the reference number or you think you give me something from your bank.
          There has been incorrect deduction of charges 2 time on 1st Jan and 2nd Jan respectively. It says (BRN CSH TXN...)
          I would request you to please look into this matter and resolve the issue and there was no previous instruction shared in respect to such deduction.

              Myntra initiated a refund of 5800 rs to my account.. They have confirmed that the payment is through from their end.. It doesn't reflect in my account as well as in account statement.. Plz check and revert..

              They have given me a RRA no. [protected].

              There were other refunds which got credited but this one for 5800 rs is stuck..
              Can you please shed some light on the query which you have posted. Im facing the same issue.

                Dear hdfc bank my customer id is 56013338 first of all you have blocked otp service so i cannot log into netbanking or change my password to my desired changed number second of all u guys have an ecs forum on the website where you dont follow at all i have been charged 800 rupees in every ecs bounce which is illogical when spoke to the bank they said please download the printout n mark the transaction n come back is this the no 1 bank deals do u even guys know anything with customer service if the customer goes home gets printout of his statements then why do u guys even have a system to look into our transactions this appauling service i cannot even see how much is getting deducted from my account because my net banking is disable please dont call your self indias no 1 bank its poor bank where customers doesnt feel an important customer

                Alright i agree with you anay u state that the charges on my account are as per forum i will upload it with transaction id but i have tried restting my pin and i do not get an otp on my registered address i have spoken to your customer where they cannot be clear and consice if you can check my complaints regarding this otp issue is been going on since 7 days i mean which bank takes such a long time to resolve an issue without an intimation and yes even though the issue is not resolved i keep on getting messages as issue has been resolved i do not have time to visit the branch as m working and my credit card is been blocked because i could not make my payments on time as the netbanking is the problem as i cannot log into it as i have tried resetting my ipin more 30 times i have a proof with history in my browser i have to pay extra charges because of the banks issue plus face inconvenience due to my card is been blocked due to late payment what are you going to do about it let the customer face the problem as i am not the only customer u have n not a important to you bank well not a problem the day i get out of my problems i will see to it as i have proofs with me where your bank cannot be customer oriented at all thankyou

                  I have taken personal loan, every month i pay emi on time, last month i missed by one day then i paid with entire fine and charges.
                  Infact i paid charges of citibank also which came for ecs minimum balance.
                  To avoid same, i also paid for this month in advancevto hdfc.
                  The have recieved a payment. There system is also showing it but still they are puting for ecs in my citibank and citibank is also charging me because of them.
                  And now hdfc is harrashing me as well.
                  I am really frustrated coz if i would have been defaulter then i would hv understand but i m a good customer who have already paid them.

                  I have added both hdfc image and citibank, inspite of being good customer who is not a defaulter, they are harrashing me and asking me to visit bank in digital world also now they are asking additional charges of frst emi which never existed from 8 months, i have all reciept.

                    I have regelia crdit card. I have been charged 2 times for using priority pass at airport lounge when i m entitled for 6 times annually free

                    After calling customer care they have agreed to revert back the charges but they are not reverting gst charges 316.92 +316.24

                    After making several complains and emailing hdfc grievance referral there is no action taken on my reversal acc to them onces charged gst cannot be reversed as per government policy

                    But thing which me not used y charge me and y shld i pay gst

                    Every bank does reversal if wrong charged with gst
                    Only hdfc bank doesnot

                    In past also i let go gst but this time i want reversal for my both gst charges 316.92 +316.24

                      In the past few months, i have been receiving repeated calls from various mobile numbers asking if i want personal loan, credit card etc. From hdfc bank.

                      [protected], [protected] - dont remember the dates

                      There are several other numbers that i did not note.

                      I have registered for dnd in hdfc bank and also in my mobile service provider. Still i am haunted by numerous calls from hdfc bank. This is affecting my productivity at my office and losing peace of ming. I want to register a harrassment case on hdfc bank. Please assist me with required information on this.

                      This is not resolved yet. I wrote to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and after repeated mails, HDFC bank personnel called me. I was still receiving these calls from multiple branches of HDFC. They told me to directly take up with the mobile service provided and they are unable to stop these calls from their bank.

                      This is ridiculous and shows how insensitive HDFC bank is.

                      I am thinking of how to escalate this to media and social media.

                        Why was an amount of 177 inr deducted from my account without i being informed? I have been using hdfc for years and never was i told that i need to pay money for people depositing money into my account.
                        How can you charge me for money that i don't own? I received an amount of 9k and withdrew it the very next day.

                        HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn. After performing the payment i got a pop-up saying server error and the transaction has failed but the transaction amount rs.335 has been deducted from account. Could you please help in refunding the money.

                            I have done trading today. I had purchased 83 shares of comnifeqnr 59.45 and 59. 50 and sold at 61.1. I am in profit as per your trading report but still you have deducted my 867 rs from my hdfc bank account. My email id is singh.[protected]@gmail.com.                               I am using hdfc bank credit card from last 10 yrs. This time bank has charged a fee of rs.3000 as membership fee without any prior information. For the same concern i am regularly followung up with customer care, nodal. Office of hdfc bank and phone banking from last 20 days. There is no reply of my mails. Phone banking people are just taking the request but they are not able to reverse my charges. There is no reply from the nodal officer as well.
                              They are just harassing me mentally.
                              The banking ombudsman is not able to support in any way. I am really surprised to see why govt of india has created this body, if they are incapable to take any action against such banks. Who charge customers without giving any information. If they are doing it with other customers. This means they are making huge money. They are bigger fraud then vijay mallaya.

                                Hi i transferred 4500 rupees from the hdfc payzap. Amount is deducted immediately but the same amount is not credited to icici account. It has been a week there is no response from the customer care. Please let me know how to recover the money. I also have the transaction id.                                   I sanchi singh account holder in hdfc bank allahabad sulem sarai branch i want complain aboufmt the charges that have been applied to my account without giving any notice and one of my franklin fund money which used to transfer in my hdfc account due to these charges all the money has been deducted from my account when my father went to talk to the manger of this branch he misbehaved with my father so please i kindly request you to return my money which has been deducted through charges and after this we want to close our hdfc bank account from your bank because we are middle class people we can't afford these much charges so we will close our account from your bank.

                                    This is kakkad vipul. Here is my policy no.16920731 unfortunately i can not continue my account. Rightnow i suffering financial problems.
                                    Therefore i can't manage with this money. I truly need the money. I would like to request you to kindly understand my situation and you should allow me to withdraw my policy amount.

                                      My father was hospitalized on 20th october 2017. He was discharged on 26th october 2017. It was an emergency case so we took him to the nearest hospital available. This hospital is a non-network hospital.
                                      So, i applied for the claim to the company by providing:
                                      1) original bills with hospital stamp and doctor signature.
                                      2) all test reports in original with hospital stamp and doctor signature.
                                      3) all the medicine bills in original with hospital stamp and doctor signature.

                                      After that they keep on sending the queries continuously for 1 month. We fulfilled all their queries related to:
                                      My father's work proof
                                      My father's id proof
                                      Medical certificate from the doctor
                                      Certificate for the medical investigation etc.

                                      For fulfilling all these queries we had to go to hospital several times which made hospital staf[censored]pset and unresponsive. Still, we requested doctor, hospital staff and pathologist to support us as we were very hopeful that claim will be approved.
                                      They did their own self investigation by visiting the hospital and getting all the information regarding the patient.

                                      But after 1 and a half month of trouble and mistreatment, company has rejected the claim citing the reason
                                      "as per the documents submitted, the claim was found to be misrepresented. As per the policy terms and conditions, if any claim is in any
                                      Manner dishonest or fraudulent, or is supported by any dishonest or fraudulent means or devices, whether by insured person or anyone acting
                                      On behalf of an insured person, then this policy shall be void and all benefits paid under it shall be forfeited."

                                      So, what i get from here is that they are claiming that all the original documents are fraudulent and hospital staff is lying. Even the doctors claim is untrue.

                                      What was the point of paying premium to this company if in our time of need they are going to label us as a fraud.

                                      I want to lodge a complaint against this company with a hope that you will help us out and get our claim approved.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2499/- from my credit card number ending with 7980 without my concern on date:2/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2499/-
