My account has been deducted RS 2800 on 2Jan2017 without pre informing me of any charge deduction.
Please find below account details. It was a salary account and not in use. Even the company (for which the salary account was opened) was shut down its operations in January 2017 itself.
I am liable for the refund of my account.

      Hi team,

      Am investing in hdfc mutual fund for the past two years. And from last march (I. E) 10/03/2017 they are detecting an amount of rs 500 towards ach d - tp ecs make. I am not aware of the reason for the detection. And this is happening on 10th of every month till date. Will attach the screen print of my e - statement along with this mail for your reference.

        Adhoc statement charges ₹118 for date[protected] have been deducted on 01/01/2018 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

        But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

            It is been almost 11 days since i made the transaction but still the amount is not credited to the beneficiary nor returned to my account. Can you please advice what is the issue here? When will i receive my money back?

              I had been a victim of credit fraud between july 2017-sept 2017 and there were charges incurred on my credit card of 30, 000 which were not authorized by me. The payment was made through one97 communication online payment gateway. Its been two months for the investigation in process with hdfc bank but they deny of recieving any documents and had now send an email to pay for the amount claiming that the otp was sent on my no. And so the alerts which is false. After learning about the otp scenario i also lodged a complaint with cyber cell police which at first the rep of hdfc was not approving of and also asking on the credit payment did not inform about the refusal letter against credit payment instead convinced me to pay for the amount which goes against rti act or misleading a customer. After the second investigation i recieved a message of reimbursement for amount 2, 000 from paytm thus it should be clear that if paytm agrees for 2, 000 amt to be a fraud transaction then so should be the larger amount like 13, 000 so why am i still asked to pay for credit payment. These all things are taking a toll on my health. I'm into a turmoil and also not financially able to pay the amount. I do not want to pay the amount which i did not withdraw or probably is being used by someone else rite now. I do believe in our law which i or any other common man to be shattered thus please help me in this situation because now im relying on you.

                I have a bank account with hdfc noida sector 18 branch.
                I was putting rs.10, 000 money in ola money wallet from my hdfc bank account via net banking.
                After the otp was confirmed, transaction was shown to be unsuccessful in the ola money app.
                This is why i tried to do it again.
                I repeated the process and this time it was successful but when i checked hdfc bank account rs.20, 000 (Sum of both transactions, two times 10k) was debited from by bank towards ola, but only rs.10, 000 is shown in the ola money wallet.

                Please initiate refund as soon as possible

                  I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr018188. I had received e email with the reference number. I have also submitted application online. It doesnt show any acknowledgement nor any confirmation for further process. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know what is the status

                    I had applied online for a fastag on dec 11, 2017 from hdfc. I received the same in a week's time. However, when the fastag was issued, i did not receive any wallet id/ customer id/ password. As such i am unable to recharge my fastag a/c. The toll free/ customer care no is not responding and none of the hdfc banking personnel are even aware that such a fastag is issued by hdfc. I am extremely upset with the kind of service from hdfc. My fastag a/c has been rendered useless and money and time wasted due to hdfc fastag!

                      Today morning I received a call for the above issue and they are asking for entire card number with expiry date and also otp.

                      No one should ask their expiry date and otp for the card. And also I found strange that they knew that I had some query about credit card, how can we know if it's a legitimate customer care representative or fraud call

                        My name is deepak raja.in my savings account. Hdfc bank have taken around $12000 but i received call from home branch and they will reversal $4000. Seriously this is not fair. One important thing is when i visited the home branch they treated me like a # i even accepted it and still i have not received the reversal money. Mainly i want my fully money reversal not only $4000.

                                I have a card of jet privilege credit card numbered [protected]. My name is satish kumar mishra. I had to pay rs 18919 which is to be autopayed. My account has 18746 amount unluckily. Meanliwhile autopay was to be processed. I will lost 2776 minimum amount unnecessarily. Today is my payment date. Right now i have 19000 plus in my account.                                     The case is related with hdfc bank, bijnore (U. P) branch.

                                    My name is nirmod kumar, i am farmer by profession. I had taken kcc from the bank & on 22nd december 2017 i went to bank for deposit it with interest & to close / dismiss it on immediate effect.

                                    What happen -

                                    I went to bank for closing this account & for that purpose i have submitted all amount with interest as per advised by bank loan department staff on 22 december. On same day i asked for recipt/ receiving which can ensure that bank has taken my loan account closing request but they refused to provide instead one of member said that sir we cannot provide receiving because we will email internally to close it & you will get no dues in 3-4 days. Don't worry about you can think your account is closed from now.

                                    Today on 1 january 2018, i went to bank for collecting no due but i found that bank staff has not close my loan account yet & now they are quoting me another 400 inr to submit however i have deposited all estimated amount on 22nd december as per advised by bank loan staff member.
                                    I wrote same to national consumer helpline because i had very bad experience about this branch & staff & their deductions.
                                    Please can you advise, what should i do?

                                      Hi,

                                      This is nishant pandey, the only request i have put across with this bank is to stop the ecs from my account which is creating a lot of trouble on account and these goons from hdfc have not followed my request yet, i am tired of writing emails and discussions with them, every time they talk to me is all making no sense, nobody is coming back with a solution, they come up with solutions that are not possible practically

                                      I am tired now screaming out of my lungs and thinking of pulling this bank to the courtroom hopefully they can be justified there,

                                      I would look forward this to be heard and not beating around bushes.

                                        My name is harpreet kaur. I am using hdfc bank credit card since 29th jan. 2013 and the outstanding balance was 70318 on 31 dec, 2016 as shown in my cibil report. This card was upgraded by hdfc bank and the balance of rs. 70318 was carried forward on my new card. I am using the new upgraded hdfc card ending 9423 and paying the dues. But hdfc bank is showing current balance rs. 70318/- on my previous card also as on till date and they have carried this balance forward and showing on my new card also. It is too disgusting for such type of bank. I have requested the bank to sort out this issue but till date all in vain. Today also the same balance stands outstanding on my account and it is adversely affecting my cibil report.

                                        We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). This is done in the normal course of business. Hence, the Bank through this does not attempt to influence any financial institution on their discretion of approval /disbursement of credit. We wish to inform that the details will get updated in the CIBIL based on periodic updating of the data.
