I have applied for Fasttag on 20/Dec/2019 and got the sms/mail with acknowledgement that the card should be delivered with in 7 working days. But yet to be received, PFB details. Please resolve this ASAP and provide me an update me.
This is been more than a week since the request was given.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Though i paid for fastag for vehicle MH12RF5198, even after one month did not receive fastag. Sent emails and tried to contact HDFC on toll-free number several times but no response from HDFC.
I had applied for fastag via hdfc online after few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id No[protected] but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support but nobody is picking the call.
please help me to get the fasttag sticker on priority basis
I booked fastag on 17.12.2019. But i cant track it. i have been recive a coustomer id[protected] and wallet id is [protected] by a massage.

    I have applied for hdfc fastag online and received the customerid/wallet number. But even after 10 days now, no fasttag has been delivered yet. Tried contacting customer care toll free number which is busy every single time i have tried to contact. I have tried multiple days multiple times a day without a single success. How to even launch a complain that i have not yet recieved fasttag or check for dispatch status?

      Sir my vehicle number is rj28cb0054, i have hdfc bank fastag
      When i am going to toll plaza they say your fastag is blacklisted
      Eventhough i have more than rs 500 in my wallet and my status is active.
      Customer care number not working, i talked to 1033 not doing anything.
      I tried customer care number so many times but its always busy.

      Please resolve the issue

        Rs 885 has been charged on account of debit card annual fee on 30th december, 2019. Debit card fee can't be that much. Plese let me know how to stop this.
        I am using a platinum card.
        Given help line numbers in google are not valid.
        So far i have seen this cases, none of them is resolved but remarks are given as resolved.
        Need solutions. Not advise,

          banks rejects nach mandate even if the signatures are correct

          Hello,

          I have a home loan sanctioned from ICICI housing finance. As I have savings account with hdfc, i have submitted nach form as security mandate at ICICI bank. It is the second time hdfc has rejected my nach request twice. I have attached those screenshots. Please advise if banks validates pan card signature??...

          As i have told 2 to 3 times that to close my account because i have changed my salary account to icici but they haven't closed it and now i hv joined a new organization they have only hdfc and my saving account is negative 1 lac rupees.

          Even i have advised them to close my account 2 to 3 times still executives are very rude. Nobody at bank listening my complaint

            I made an online payment worth of 5 usd on 23/12/12 which is approximately 360 inr but 3484 inr is been deducted from my account (While paying in online i didn't get any otp from the bank for transaction). Later 11 inr was deducted on 26/12/17 stating debit card pur adj dt 23/12/19. Later again 144 was deducted on 30/12/19 stating. Dc intl pos txn markup+st 23/12/19 26/12/19.
            Please explain why did the money got deducted without otp awareness. Whether it is a fraudulent?

              Today the amount of 1899 was debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis at 20.28 pm, without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
              I dont know how its possible ..to get autodebit ..without any otp ...its totaly bank fault ...i need the money refund in my account ..as i have not done any such transaction ..or shared any otp ..waiting for revert .. My contact mail id is [protected]@gmail .com

                During one of my visits to HDFC Bank Sector 8 Panchkula, I was sold a Fastag for Rs 500. The amount was charged to my HDFC Credit Card on 07 Sep 19 with the promise that I will get my Fastag at my home within few days.

                Till date I have not received my Fastag.

                  My credit card amount was due which I decided to clear the entire amount of 16974 at once. Credit card recovery Dept executive named Raja called me on 27/12/2019 and forwarded me a payzapp link. The first link did not work and then he sent again following which I made the payment via my debit card of another bank.
                  The payment was shown as a "success" and a txn id delivered. But it's now 30/12/2019 and till now no message has been sent regarding the receipt of the dues from HDFC's side nor have they updated my outstanding dues amt in the website.
                  Called hdfc credit card helpline to which a lady said the problem lies with payzapp department.
                  Called payzapp department and they said it lies with their merchant department of payzapp.
                  Called merchant department of payzapp also, and the lines are forever busy.
                  No contact from bank and no redressal mechanism. Very indifferent service provider. No attempts to assist and resolve matters and just one way communication facilitated. I only get to talk to them when they have something to tell.
                  It's almost time for the next month's stmt to be generated and here I am trying to hope against hope that my amount stands acknowledged.

                    My hdfc fasttag is blacklisted and there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue.

                    There fasttag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

                    I am having a balance of Rs 100 in it but still i am unable to use it at toll.

                    Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

                    I am frustrated because of this.

                    I literally want to get rid of hdfc tag now. My money is stuck and there is no service provided to me from hdfc

                    I have another car no, TN01AV2074, i have Rs 1700 in this FASTAG acc, still i am unable to use it. this is also blacklisted

I was in an emergency when i asked someone to transfer the amount. Need an explanation for what it is been held of.

                        I started my saving account ([protected]) in HDFC bank around 1.5 year ago when I started my new job. But after sometime I decided to start my further studies so i quit my job. I was not able to maintain MAB but for few month I didnt got any information about negative balance and then suddenly it shows -2000 for not maintaining MAB. My account is in BHIWADI, RAJASTHAN (HDFC0000168) branch. I tried to contact coustomer care service a number of times but didnt get any reply from their side. As per the rule of RBI no bank can turn the saving account balance into negative and if they do so... We can complain about that. But these private banks are fooling people as they think that people dont know anything... I am not going to pay a single penny... Even if they Close my account i dont care... Anyhow it is going to be closed after 2 years.

                          Hello Team,

                          I'm using HDFC BANK for last 10 years, and I have applied my fastag with HDFC Bank on 12th Dec 2019, I have received both customer ID and wallet I'd on 16th Dec 2019, but I couldn't get the fastag sticker and more then 15 days crossed, but I couldn't get back my fastag sticker.

                          I'm trying to get my status with fastag customer care number[protected] for last four days, I couldn't able to reach the people, I never and ever seen this type of service in my life particularly in HDFC Bank.

I have received an envelope which contained only the instruction sheet but not the physical fastag & the bank's customer service number is also not reachable.

                              Dear Manager,


                              This mail is regarding to the dispute occurred on my credit card transactions which was deducted without my notice. When I checked with my Paytm transaction history there are no transaction from my registered number and same with Lazy Pay. However I have not received any OTP or transaction messages to my mobile no associated with HDFC credit card.

                              Anyhow I have blocked my card by calling your customer support ( REF :- [protected]). Request to check on the dispute and do the needful.

                                Dear Sir / Madam:

                                I had applied for HDFC FASTag and received the confirmation from bank about my user I’d and Wallet I’d generation.

                                However I have not received the the physical tag till date. After several attempts; I could speak to the customer service to get the answer that the tag has been returned undelivered. However I got the answer that I would receive the tag in 7 days. Even after 20 days; I have not received till date and customer care is either busy or nobody picks up the call.

                                I was suggesting others to buy Hdfc FASTag and now I am rueing myself why did I apply for Hdfc FASTag.

                                Very very poor service and worst ever customer care service that I have faced.

                                Please help me to resolve the problem.

                                  Issue 1: oct 04, 2019 there was deduction of 510 as manual debit and they were clueless about this transaction. Car did not go to any toll plaza. Wrote to them 100s of times and call as well but they never understand 510/- deduction.

                                  Issue 2: duplicate toll deduction as tag was not recognized on 2nd oct 2019 so cash was paid and still its not resolved even after providing proofs.

                                  Issue 3: they taken money from bank account as after deduction of 510/- account balance went negative so they deduct from bank account and same time blacklisted tag. Calling and writing everyday but they are unable to remove it and everytime they say it will be fixed in 3 days time

                                  Issue 4: finally i decided to quit after so many follow ups and sr[protected] was raised to closed account. They call representative closed account but did not refund 100 balance and same time did not remove blacklist so i can't apply any more any fast tag on same number till its black listed.

                                  Now a days their number also busy all the time so it your luck if you get connection.

                                  Already sent 100s of email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but never get even single response and they simply refused as well to have any emails.

                                    I have fastag application reference : hfr828816 (Dtd 01dec2019) for 2 vehicles.
                                    I could see the wallet id and tag ids (For both vehicles) online on the 7th dec 2019. All other status including kyc is showing as no. I have not received the rf cards till date and no clue and information on how long further it will take to deliver the cards. I could n't get any information on this even after personally visiting one of the hdfc bank branch in bangalore (Even head of branch is clue less on fastag).
                                    Kindly deactivate / cancel the 2 nos tag ids and the corresponding wallet id considering this as request. After you deactivate only i can request any other service provider since my vrns are already mapped to tag ids of hdfc.
                                    Pls cancel the application / deactivate the tags and confirm on the mail id registered with you (Referring the application : hfr828816)
                                    Before this i have written to customer support mail id of hdfc, but no response.

                                    I am not interested to use the said and dispatched tags, unless, I know the active communication channel ( either e.mail, land phone number or toll free number ) regarding fastag issued by HDFC. I would like to verify the communication channel status of activeness before I take a decision on using the fastag wallet of HDFC. Please respond with the Valid communication channel details of HDFC for Fastag from where I will get response. You shall be able to see my contact details with my Fastag application reference : HFR828816.

                                      I have submitted the fastag application in HDFC portal. Submitted all the documents on Dec 5th and amount 500 also debited from My card on the same day.

                                      Please find the details as below

                                      UPDATE: FASTag application HFR918071 was successful.
                                      You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days.
                                      For details, call [protected]

                                      But i didnt get any update after that. There is no PDF copy sent to my mail id.

                                      I have sent multiple email to fastag support, but no response.

                                      Kindly refund the amount i will apply a new fastag in different bank.
