I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. My details are below.

Requesting you to please close my card case and please provide the closing confirmation that I have no due toward the above mention credit card and please provide the NOC or Closing Statment. ASAP.

        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but I didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.         Your TAG was sent to your mailing address It was first sent through Blue Dart courier on December 18, 2019 vide reference number [protected]. The same is returned undelivered to the Bank with the reason Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request.

        Hi, i have submitted the fasttag application on 31.dec.2019 and it says like with in 7 days i will get the Fastag. Still i did not get any update on that and not able to reach customer service too. My application reference no. is HR[protected]. Please look and resolve my issue. This kind of service makes me feel bad with HDFC.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          Pls note I am using the credit card for more than 6 years and only in the last 2 year due to more medical expenses happened personally I paid the minimum due amount regularly, Last month I did not paid the minimum amount due to financial struggle,
          As advised by manager “ I have to pay 1 due amount so that he will organise for settlement''

          After paying the due amount I tried to contact the manager but he is not attending the call.

          Already for settlement he raised 67000rs x 6 emi, but iam getting only 30k salary with this salary It is very difficult for me to pay this amount hence request you to reconsider and reduce the settlement amount to 35000rs and increase the emi period to 12months, hope you have the data, I have already paid more than 3 lakh rupees via interest to HDFC, hence help me here to waive off the total amount or help to reduce the settlement to 35000rs with 12months emi.

          Pls help to look into this issue and sort out at the earliest, thanks

          We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.           Dear Zubin,

          Pls note, this complaint is settlement related issue, already have faced more problems continue my mother health issue and my health also not well, that's why i am not able to continue for regular credit card payment that's the reason i am going to settlement, i already pain more than 3lk for interest for minimum due almost 3years, so kindly consider and wave off what best possible from your side and extend the EMI periods.

              Policy No[protected], Dated 06 Dec 2019, with error in proposers name SUNIT is written as SUNIL.
              It's a month, I'm chasing, so many complaints to cust care, but no one is listening.
              One of stupid customer care Priyanka Ghosh not able to understand anything is guiding me the procedures to lapse the policy by not paying the EMI's. Is this the way?
              I have paid the very first premium, after that I'm not able to pay for the premium for incorrect policy. Before I opted for this policy, I was getting so many calls, once I paid, the HDFC life did a mistake and issued me policy with incorrect name. Now, the HDFC team are least bothered to correct the error or call up or write any emails.
              If HDFC is not willing to rectify this, I want HDFC life to refund the 1st premium paid by me so that I may start investing with other reputable banks.

                  The courier service personal did not give me a call when my FASTAG was delivered.Since my home was locked, the cover was sent back to the head office at Mumbai (As seen in the tracking page : Consignee - Out of Station, Undelivered ; Returning to source).

                    Struggling to get my fastag removed from the blacklisted list despite having a balance of 1000rs. Called up the hdfc fastag helpline multiple times in the last 10 days but to no avail. Nobody should ever buy fastag from them. My car no is dl8cas2490. Evertime, i call up their helpline i am given a false assurance that my issue would be resolved in 48 hours

I had called the customer care number multiple times. They gave me different reasons and even asked me to send my address and contact details by mail, which i did. But still no avail.                         I still have not received any update. I spoke to customer support and they assured me that i will be receiving the tag in a weeks time but there is no sign of it even after 1 month. I am very disappointed with the customer support and felt cheated. Government is mandating fastag and the companies cheating citizens like this should be penalised.

                          I have complained (@ consumer complaints) on 30th dec 2019 about non receipt of hdfc rf fastag referring application no hfr828816 and request to cancel or deactivate the same since i don't have any response from hdfc over 4 weeks from the time i applied.
                          Responding to the complaint (On 30th dec 2019), mr. Anay / hdfc customer service mentioned as below "your application has been dispatched & you will receive the tag in 5 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via sms"
                          However, till date neither i received the 2 nos fastag rf nor sms with dispatch details received even after 5 working days.
                          Since my vehicles vrn mapped to hdfc tags, i am unable to use any other fastag and any new application of mine are getting declined with regret message.
                          I am frustrated as hdfc is neither acting to ensure delivery of the fastag nor de-registering / deactivating my vehicle regn numbers.
                          I am suffering due to incompetency of hdfc.
                          Kindly help this message to reach the appropriate at hdfc.

                            I had applied for hdfc fastag on 6th november 2019. The reference number for the same is hfr329397. The wallet was created on 15th november 2019.
                            I had launched complaint twice. I got assurance that i will get fastag dispatched shortly. Till date i did not received any fastag. Also my fastag is missused. I had emailed to the given email id. Please refund my amount so that i can buy fastag from some other company. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                                    I tried to get fastag (Ref no. Hfr[protected] via hdfc site : https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag/index.aspx?_ga=2.12697079.[protected]... and made payment of rs.500.

                                    Money was deducted from my account but didn't receive the fastag application nor the deducted amount was reverted back to my account.

                                    Can you please help me with resolving the issue.

                                    I have attached copy of error message on fastag site.

                                      I did not received any welcome mailer on my mail as well on my registered mobile number. My rfid number mentioned on fastag is [protected].

                                      I want to recharge my fastag but, unable to do so, because i did not have user id or wallet id with me and without that i unable to do the process.

                                      Even i tried many time to talk with your customer care but, there is no response.

                                      Please kindly provide me the solution or i have to replace your fastag with other bank fastag.

                                        Trying to track fastag application no.: hr[protected]
                                        Got an email stating that the application was approved and shall receive the fastag within 7 days. But already been more than 10 days, there is no way to track the application. Very tiresome customer service with no luck on customer care number as they never answer. Also no other way to connect to them for this issue. No email id for grievance of fastag.
                                        Please help us resolve.
