cashback not received for consumer durable loan

I had taken a consumer durable loan to buy refrigerator amounting 47500. At the time of buying I was said 5% cashback from HDFC bank. The cashback should be processed in 90 days. But the cashback was not processed so when inquired the customer representatives said that they did not have such offer. But I shared the proof of delivery order from HDFC Bank stating the offer. fastag suspended/wallet freezed

I have given complaint ragarding my fastag. Till now no response from the concerned authorities...
I have a fastag which is linked to HDFC bank. It shows the tag is suspended and wallet is freezed because this i am not able to use this.
I have raised the complaint at the toll free number many times but no use at all. Also its shows that the login for the same fastag is blocked. Not able to do anything.

fastag from hdfc not received

I have paid for fastag via online portal and the HDFC application number is HFR593356, which was paid on 26 November 2019

I have not received any notification on the delivery after a month. The customer helpline # published by HDFC is not reachable at all. There is no email address provided by HDFC bank to contact them on this subject and get it resolved.
I would like to get my fastag against the application # HFR593356...

fastag sticker not received

I have applied for hdfc fastag online with the help of the fastag service member with payment of rs 500. I have uploaded all the necessary supporting documents and rc book pdf on 23rd november 2019. My personal bank manager given me the phone no of the fastag person. After doing all the steps and payment, i have received my customer id and wallet id on 27th nov 2019 at 1:21 am and same time i have received another msg also regarding my fastag...

Hi Team,

Based on the Advertisement from HDFC had a raised a request with HDFC Bank for Fastag on 30thNov'2019. However still have not received the Physical Fasttag. Also the Customer Care numbers displayed on the website is not functional[protected] /[protected] since no one responds.

Even after couple emails to hdfcbank.fastag@1pay.in NO RESPONSE.

Can I know when the FastTAG would be issued...

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on nov 22nd 2019 today is 26th dec 2019. I have paid 500rs on nov 22nd 2019 but till now i didn't got any response from hdfc and physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

I have applied HDFC fastag through online on 15th and made payment also. The reference number of the application is HRF01116017.

I received the message on 18th that my Fastag has been successfully issued but yet not received the Fastag yet.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

The purpose of applying Fastag online is faster...

Hi,
Today (26/12/2019) i received a call from this number [protected] which was from hdfc life insurance in the afternoon when i was busy working. I talked with ms. Neha who like any other telecaller started explaing me the product straight away without understanding my interest.

I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 31st dec onwards....

customer care number always remain busy

When trying to contact with customer care, it always remain busy . So not able to contact for to resolve queries. Anyone has suggestion on same or there is any email id for same as not mentioned over portal..

As i have new fastag but i m enable to login hdfc fastag web page while user id and wallet id provided to me by sms by hdfc bank.
plz send email id...

reissue of hdfc fastag

hdfc bank credit card fraudulent charges by bank

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited some amount from my credit card number ending with 4687 for OneAssist Membership fees without my concent. I contacted your customer care too and they were also not helpful. I have never even heard of this company.
I request the bank to cancel my membership and refund my money immediately. This is a criminal act by bank and this kind of behavior won't be appreciated....

I have applied HDFC fast tag through online and made payment of 500(200 for security & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of my application is HFR684849 and i still have no status for same .

i have applied on 04'th Dec 19 and its almost 20 days have gone i have no idea about its delivery.
There is no way to contact the HDFC fastag guys as customer care number given is busy or not being attended.br...

haven't received fastag

I haven't received the fastag rfid sticker pdf on registered mail / hard copy yet.

It's been more than 10 days my fastag got activated which was informed through a mail sent by hdfc bank.

I applied for the same on dec 8, 2019, application number is hfr955100 & paid rs. 500/-

Their customer care number [protected] is always busy, hence useless.

Either send the rfid tag asap or please...

Sir, i was compelled to purchase a policy no 20913235 by hdfc bank in order to release the maturity proceed of my previous policy. During completion of formalities they took a cancelled cheque of my bank account. The yearly premium of my new policy is rs 50, 000/.
