I started my saving account ([protected]) in HDFC bank around 1.5 year ago when I started my new job. But after sometime I decided to start my further studies so i quit my job. I was not able to maintain MAB but for few month I didnt got any information about negative balance and then suddenly it shows -2000 for not maintaining MAB. My account is in BHIWADI, RAJASTHAN (HDFC0000168) branch. I tried to contact coustomer care service a number of times but didnt get any reply from their side. As per the rule of RBI no bank can turn the saving account balance into negative and if they do so... We can complain about that. But these private banks are fooling people as they think that people dont know anything... I am not going to pay a single penny... Even if they Close my account i dont care... Anyhow it is going to be closed after 2 years.

    Hello Team,

    I'm using HDFC BANK for last 10 years, and I have applied my fastag with HDFC Bank on 12th Dec 2019, I have received both customer ID and wallet I'd on 16th Dec 2019, but I couldn't get the fastag sticker and more then 15 days crossed, but I couldn't get back my fastag sticker.

    I'm trying to get my status with fastag customer care number[protected] for last four days, I couldn't able to reach the people, I never and ever seen this type of service in my life particularly in HDFC Bank.

      I have applied for the fasttag on 30-11-19 from hdfc bank fastag portal. Application reference number: hr[protected]. I have already paid all the charges. I have received an envelope which contained only the instruction sheet but not the physical fastag & the bank's customer service number is also not reachable.
      It is already a month since i applied.
      Kindly do the needful & help me to get the fast tag at the earliest.

        Dear Manager,


        This mail is regarding to the dispute occurred on my credit card transactions which was deducted without my notice. When I checked with my Paytm transaction history there are no transaction from my registered number and same with Lazy Pay. However I have not received any OTP or transaction messages to my mobile no associated with HDFC credit card.

        Anyhow I have blocked my card by calling your customer support ( REF :- [protected]). Request to check on the dispute and do the needful.

          Dear Sir / Madam:

          I had applied for HDFC FASTag and received the confirmation from bank about my user I’d and Wallet I’d generation.

          However I have not received the the physical tag till date. After several attempts; I could speak to the customer service to get the answer that the tag has been returned undelivered. However I got the answer that I would receive the tag in 7 days. Even after 20 days; I have not received till date and customer care is either busy or nobody picks up the call.

          I was suggesting others to buy Hdfc FASTag and now I am rueing myself why did I apply for Hdfc FASTag.

          Very very poor service and worst ever customer care service that I have faced.

          Please help me to resolve the problem.

            Issue 1: oct 04, 2019 there was deduction of 510 as manual debit and they were clueless about this transaction. Car did not go to any toll plaza. Wrote to them 100s of times and call as well but they never understand 510/- deduction.

            Issue 2: duplicate toll deduction as tag was not recognized on 2nd oct 2019 so cash was paid and still its not resolved even after providing proofs.

            Issue 3: they taken money from bank account as after deduction of 510/- account balance went negative so they deduct from bank account and same time blacklisted tag. Calling and writing everyday but they are unable to remove it and everytime they say it will be fixed in 3 days time

            Issue 4: finally i decided to quit after so many follow ups and sr[protected] was raised to closed account. They call representative closed account but did not refund 100 balance and same time did not remove blacklist so i can't apply any more any fast tag on same number till its black listed.

            Now a days their number also busy all the time so it your luck if you get connection.

            Already sent 100s of email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but never get even single response and they simply refused as well to have any emails.

              I have fastag application reference : hfr828816 (Dtd 01dec2019) for 2 vehicles.
              I could see the wallet id and tag ids (For both vehicles) online on the 7th dec 2019. All other status including kyc is showing as no. I have not received the rf cards till date and no clue and information on how long further it will take to deliver the cards. I could n't get any information on this even after personally visiting one of the hdfc bank branch in bangalore (Even head of branch is clue less on fastag).
              Kindly deactivate / cancel the 2 nos tag ids and the corresponding wallet id considering this as request. After you deactivate only i can request any other service provider since my vrns are already mapped to tag ids of hdfc.
              Pls cancel the application / deactivate the tags and confirm on the mail id registered with you (Referring the application : hfr828816)
              Before this i have written to customer support mail id of hdfc, but no response.

              I am not interested to use the said and dispatched tags, unless, I know the active communication channel ( either e.mail, land phone number or toll free number ) regarding fastag issued by HDFC. I would like to verify the communication channel status of activeness before I take a decision on using the fastag wallet of HDFC. Please respond with the Valid communication channel details of HDFC for Fastag from where I will get response. You shall be able to see my contact details with my Fastag application reference : HFR828816.

                I have submitted the fastag application in HDFC portal. Submitted all the documents on Dec 5th and amount 500 also debited from My card on the same day.

                Please find the details as below

                UPDATE: FASTag application HFR918071 was successful.
                You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days.

                But i didnt get any update after that. There is no PDF copy sent to my mail id.

                I have sent multiple email to fastag support, but no response.

                Kindly refund the amount i will apply a new fastag in different bank.

                  This is fredrick castro. I applied for fastag. My application reference number is : hfr675257. It has been sent to my previous address in pllikaranai. The courier person called me and told that he will be sending it back to the hdfc bank. Now i have changed my address in my bank pass book. I am trying all helplines but no one knows whether the card will be sent to my new address.

                  Please help me to get my card in the new address which has been changed in my bank pass book.

                    Applied hdfc fasttag on 14th dec, with document uploads as mentioned. I received a wallet-id recharched with inr 300, but did not receive the physical delivery even after 15 days. I tried calling the hdfc customer care, which is either not reachable or unattended. I have not received any communication regarding the reason of delay either.

                    I have used hdfc bank for several years for banking, but much disappointed in this regard.

                      Ade a purchase for inr 23, 255 on louis phillipe store on 23 june, 2019. Promotion for 10% cashabck on hdfc bank credit card was going on during that period. I made the purchase with my hdfc credit card but still i am waiting for my cashback. Tried getting touch with hdfc bank customer care and they are asking for the sms or email for th offer.

                      The offer was in-store so i don't have any sms or email for that, seems like they are just trying to avoid my case
                      Everytime am getting different reasons for my complain
                      This is ridiculous i called so many times now they say am not eligible cant they say this at first and why am not eligible they dont even know reason

                          Hello, i was charged by hdfc bank for late payment fees. Because hdfc goofed up the statement and took time to provide any clarity on my statement, i ended up paying the cc payment late. While after some follow-ups they reversed the late payment fee, they are not ready to reverse the gst associated to that.
                          It is hdfc bank who made the mistake and should pay the penalty. Just because hdfc goofed up my statement, in the first place, i ended up going through all these. So, it should be hdfc that should bear this cost and not me because this is none of my fault.
                          Just so you know, i have never ever delayed my cc payment and hdfc can confirm this.

                            I have recharged my hdfc fastag on 01/12 but it is not reflecting in their bank portal but deducted from my bank account.

                            At all toll plaza fastag comes out as blacklisted. I have asked the customer care executive regarding this, they say your balance is low but account is active.

                            My fasttag number is 10754635.

                            Pathetic service of hdfcbank with fastag.

                            Kindly help to resolve this.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500 on 9th dec 2019, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 20/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                              The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                                We submit that the loan was disbursed post execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only.                                     I have purchased one mobile phone through hdfc debit card 4 months back. Flipkart said that they will give cash back aftr 90 days. After 90days i contacted flipkart and asked about the cash back. They said that we have already done it, u have to check with your bank. Then i called customer care but there is no proper response. Can anyone help me out?

                                      I have applied for hdfc fastag online with the help of the fastag service member with payment of rs 500. I have uploaded all the necessary supporting documents and rc book pdf on 23rd november 2019.
                                      My fastag reference number is hfr483044 please check status as i am waiting from last one month.
                                      If its not possible to solve then revert my money. Other bank providing it within 1 week.

                                        Applied for hdfc bank credit card. All process is completed and also card is approved. Also got one time pin and credit card no to reset card details. But it had been 10 days after approval of card but credit card is not dispatched yet.
                                        Called many times to customer care but they denied for any help for the same.
                                        I don't know how to connect to hdfc officials to get it done and dispatch my card. My application no is 19l[protected]n4. Kindly do needful.
