Dear sir,
On 1 dec 2019, at brijghat toll plaza toll was collected in cash as well through fastag. When i reached at toll plaza i told the person that i have fastag but he said that fastag not working. Thus he took money in cash. But as i left the toll i received message on mobile of deduction from fastag account. I have registered complain with 1033 helpline number on 9 dec 2019 but nothing has done till date. The hdfc customer care number[protected] never works.
What should i do?
Whenever i ask at 1033 for status they say, we do not know anything, but we have raised the querry.

    I am receiving sales calls from hdfc bank for loans credit. My number is on dnd still you call me all times. I m sick a d tired of it. Leave me. I got a call from [protected] from a rude woman. She abused me and was rude to me.
    My number is [protected]. Leave me alone for ever. I hate hdfc the most. You are frauds chor thieves and no business standards.

      I have applied for the fastag on 19th dec 2019, paid the complete amount of 500/-, and received a comformation sms saying that you, you will receive your fastag in 7 working days and today's date was 03rd jan and till now i havn't received it. Also the contact number [protected] which they provided in the website doesn't work. Whenever we call that number, it simply says the number was busy.. Please solve the issue as soon as possible, or else you people will be in big trouble as so many people are suffering with this issue and that too only with your bank..

        ach mandate failed after signature verification from home branch

        I bought hero maestro edge last month (December 2019) and loaned amount from hdfc bank (Mall road ludhiana). I've given two cheques, one for the security other for the ecs. But after few days i got sms that ach mandate rejected due to signature mismatch. So i went to hdfc, they told me i need to verify signature from home branch (Sbi). I did same and verified my signature from sbi and given them, they said it will work and you dont need to...

          Firstly thanks to consumer complaints forum to provide an opportunity to resolve the consumer issues when the customer care team failing to address them effectively.

          I have purchased a car in dec 2017 and got the hdfc fastag wallet from the same showroom. The wallet has the temporary registration number as the vehicle is new and it bares only the tr number while purchasing it. I got my car registered in feb 2018. Although the vehicle number not changed in hdfc fasttag wallet, i did not faced any issues till the first quarter of 2019.

          From around april 2019 it some times works and toll staff accepts the fastag and some times they it is block listed.

          I had to try calling hdfc fasttag customer care number[protected] for several times just to be able to get someone to talk to me.

          Finally a gentleman spoke to me and mentioned that the wallet showing block listed because the vehicle number in the wallet is not correct. He asked me to send rc copy with a request to change the number and keep only the wallet id in the subject and the mail id is fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.

          He also mentioned it takes 2 business days to get this corrected.

          I sent my first mail on 29th november 2019. No response to the mail and the vehicle number still not changed in the wallet.

          I sent my second mail again on 3rd dec 2019 still no response and no changes made to my wallet to reflect the correct vehicle number.

          I tried at least 20 times to the customer care [protected] to be able to get some one to talk to me. This time the person told me that there is problem with system and hence he could not change now. Asked me to send the mail again so that it will be changed.

          I sent my 3rd mail on 23rd 2019 again.. No response no change made to my wallet.

          I have called at least 50 times to get some one to talk so to fix this issue, but this time i am constantly hearing one message that the number is busy and not able to get connected to any to talk.

          I have been privileged banking customer to hdfc bank for more than 10 years and this is the worst ever experience i have with any other financial / products company.

          Below my wallet details.

          I sent the mail to the specified mail id thrice and it is just a black-hole.

          I again called customer care on 3rd Jan, they said they will change the details in one day. I asked what if they are not changed as I have been trying to resolve this for several weeks now. He was suggesting me to close the account...

          Is this really what HDFC Bank customer care advises?

          Issue still persists.

            I applied for fastag from the online portal on 1st december. My fastag ref number is hfr821321. I have recd one tag but i have still not received the second tag. The money has been deducted from my credit card for both tags. I have sent emails to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - that email id does not work. I have been trying the phone [protected] - that number does not work.

                  I have applied for hdfc fastag on 13th december 2019 and have not received any tag yet. My wallet id and user id were sent to my email address and was informed that my wallet is recharged with 300 rupees, but the fastag is lost.

                  On 26th december 2019 i have received an envelope stating there was fastag inside the envelope, but when i opened the envelope i saw only the instructions paper and the fastag was missing inside the envelope. I have complained to hdfc fastag customer care[protected] the same day and was told that they will be re-sending fastag again which will take about 7 days to be delivered. Since then i keep following up with their customer care who does not even care to answer properly.

                  Firstly their customer care number does not connect most of the times (It always keeps saying that the number is busy) i have no idea why is their toll free number busy and those very few times it gets connected their customer care agent has disconnected the call deliberately once i informed them that the fastag was missing from the envelope.

                  I have paid 500 rupees for nothing and looks like this 500 rupees is now stolen with no help from hdfc customer care.

                  I would very honestly advise other people who are reading this post to "not opt for hdfc fastag services". Their services are very very poor and i am still struggling to get my fastag with no response from them.

                      This is just to shift your focus to the tormenting harrassment and i'm going through from the third part collection department of hdfc bank for recovery of their credit card due as i'm going through some financial crunch and asked for a time limit till 6th edition f jan 2020. I'm not a chronic defaulter and have missed only payment for november.

                      However, recently i'm being harrassed by these so called people from hdfc bank credit card collection department but f r sure their are nothing but hired musclemens of the bank.

                      They are speaking with me and my wife in a abusive way and forcing me to make the payment. Also they are threating me that they will ruin my social status.

                      Now i'm being pushed to the corner to write these words and hope for a positive response from you.

                            I applied for fastag with hdfc bank for 3 vehicles in family. Now the problems are
                            1. I am not able to know which fastag is for which vehicle as nothing is mentioned on tag
                            2. I had an issue while registering user id online as system got hung. Now when i want to register as '1st time user' message says 'already registered' and when i click on forgot password, message says 'user id does not exist'
                            3. Customer care number is always busy and i am not able to get the above issues resolved

                                Hi,

                                For me the fastag account issuance & approval happened by 23rd dec 2019 but i am yet to receive the actual fastag.
                                There has been no communication regarding this from hdfc. The customer support toll free no. Is totally non-functional.
                                I can login to my fastag account online but i don't have the tag yet to use.
                                Pretty disappointing service from hdfc bank.

                                I have applied for fasttag with ref no HFR[protected] on 21 /dec 2019. neither I received any call or fast tag till date. Which is creating problems kindly send Fasttag as soon as possible. Also update me about me about the application status for the same. Thanks

                                I have received Customer ID Wallet ID from HDFC bank but I am not able to register my Fastag. Customer care number provided from HDFC for FAstag is pathetic and not reachable. I did not expect it from HDFC. Worst Service.
                                Suddenly I saw some Rupees deducted from my HDFC credit Card ending 7584
                                Towards One Assist Charges.
                                I don't remember when I agreed for this membership.
                                I want to discontinue it with immediate effect and return the money back.

                                Sir I have already given the request to cancel my fastag order and refund ₹500 which is paid by debit card on date 02/12/2019. Application no. HFR84743. MY mobile no. [protected]. Vehicle registration no. MH15GR2398. Please arrange to refund ₹500 as soon as possible.
                                I have opened salary account with HDFC bank but after i switch the job. How can the account is continue running and charge munimum bal charges and charge for the credit card also and card is already i blocked. Please my account with zero debt

                                  I had received sms from hdfc bank 27th december 2019, which says that rs 1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee.
                                  As i had already informed to cancel my membership they not cancelled and without informing me they illegally deducted above said amount from my credit card. I had seen many cases of such kind from your one assist agency. I want my money to credited back to my account at an early date. If not i will sue you legally in consumer forum for illegally deducting my money.

                                  Deactivate and refund my money immediately... You will be liable for further legal consequences.

                                    I have made the transaction by through paytm app booking for flight on which has transaction processal had been done but after few times which got failures but money got deducted my hdfc credit card account not yet reversed has been happened which has multiple type attemptes of customers care team. So plz find out the alternative solution as earliest possible to credited my respective account.

                                      This is not at all acceptable.I am not sure how you people are cheating customers like this.

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
