HDFC Bank Complaints & Reviews

Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I was not aware of these deductions. I was deducted charge amount 3856 inr in total. These deductions occured on my account 8th times in a line.
Even after these many times deduction, i was not notified through any medium (Sms/mail/call).

It would be helpful if i get my money back asap...

I had applied for Fastag application dated 28.11.2019 but still not have received the same.
The customer care number is either unreachable or no it is not connected.

I have been associated with HDFC Bank from past 9 years and this is the worst situation on bank's end as we could not connect or contact to know our application status. I want to know the status of my application.

HDFC promised that they will issue fastag for free if HDFC Regalia First Credit card is taken by me. I myself selected the option of fastag in the form and provided them with RC photocopy.
HDFC approved the credit card application and sent that to me via courier, they said fastag would be delivered in the same envelope. But there was no fastag, only the credit card.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1989/- from my credit card number ending with 7764 without my concern on date:22/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1989/-

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have received the following response to the hdfc credit card application inspire of having a cibil score of 783 and positive verification of my residence and business. I own both the premises and the verification was completed after i received the below email. I need to submit the complaint to hdfc to check the reason for disapproving the application.

I have not received fastag yet. Its been 10 days and not received the tag also customer care number not working. My account was recharged with 500rs but no message on when i will receive the tag. Not able to contact, no email id and tollfree number is not working. Very bad service, didnt expect this from hdfc. I am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I have applied for fastag using hdfc online form on 02-dec-2019 and application number is hfr843688.

I have received a blank envelope on 18-dec-2019. There was not fastag inside of the envelope.

I have tried raise concern using toll free number and email id given, both simply don't work.

Please help me out here.

It has been very disappointing for us with such a kind of setup for fastag from top bank of india.

I have applied for hdfc fastag thru portal, payment has been successfully deducted, fastag customer id, wallet id has been generated, amount has been credited, but fastag has not been received.

Local hdfc bank doesnt have any such information and they ask us to contact fastag support.br...

My self goutam. I had booked a flight ticket on 5th december using my hdfc debit card for ₹19042 but the very next day, i cancelled my booking. After cancelled, my travel company (Flipkart) initiated a refund of ₹18202 on 6th december.

But the problem is, refund is not credited into my account till now.

I applied hdfc fastag on 20-nov-2019 and till now not received the fastag even though i received sms claiming that they opened my account. Their contact no[protected] doesn’t work. The bad part is without even receiving the fastag, my amount is getting debited claiming that it’s used in multiple toll booths. There is no place in hdfc to go and complaint also....

I applied for fastag application on december 1st 2019, amount paid online and succesfully done carrying application no hfr831000, again was later informed with an sms that fastag has been issued succesfully and will recieve the same in 7 working days at doorsteps. they have added rs 200 in tha account.
same was exhausted now.
am not trying to recharge hdfc fastag by submitting my information on hdfc website.

The reference number of the application is hfr01089936 and i got the message that the fastag will be delivered within seven days and its been more than 10 days, till now no update. After repeated calls on the helpline number, finally got the representative but they also don't have any information. I am requesting the hdfc bank team to resolve this matter...
