Dear sir/ madam,
I would bring to your notice that i have applied for 2 vehicle i. E. (Dl7cg 9554 & dl12cg 6049) with wide fastag application no: hfr804068.
I have paid rs 1000.00 by my hdfc credit card. Details can be checked.
As per your blue dart courier awb : [protected], i have revived only one fastag for vehicle - dl7cg 9554.
My fastag for vehicle dl12cg 6049 is still pending.
Please let me know when will i receive the same. Its already more than a month issue.
I have been contacting customer care no, as well as on mail of [protected]@hdfc.com

    Hi,

    For me the fastag account issuance & approval happened by 23rd dec 2019 but i am yet to receive the actual fastag.
    There has been no communication regarding this from hdfc. The customer support toll free no. Is totally non-functional.
    I can login to my fastag account online but i don't have the tag yet to use.
    Pretty disappointing service from hdfc bank.

    I have received Customer ID Wallet ID from HDFC bank but I am not able to register my Fastag. Customer care number provided from HDFC for FAstag is pathetic and not reachable. I did not expect it from HDFC. Worst Service.
    Suddenly I saw some Rupees deducted from my HDFC credit Card ending 7584
    Towards One Assist Charges.
    I don't remember when I agreed for this membership.
    I want to discontinue it with immediate effect and return the money back.

    Sir I have already given the request to cancel my fastag order and refund ₹500 which is paid by debit card on date 02/12/2019. Application no. HFR84743. MY mobile no. [protected]. Vehicle registration no. MH15GR2398. Please arrange to refund ₹500 as soon as possible.
    I have opened salary account with HDFC bank but after i switch the job. How can the account is continue running and charge munimum bal charges and charge for the credit card also and card is already i blocked. Please my account with zero debt

      I had received sms from hdfc bank 27th december 2019, which says that rs 1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee.
      As i had already informed to cancel my membership they not cancelled and without informing me they illegally deducted above said amount from my credit card. I had seen many cases of such kind from your one assist agency. I want my money to credited back to my account at an early date. If not i will sue you legally in consumer forum for illegally deducting my money.

      Deactivate and refund my money immediately... You will be liable for further legal consequences.

        I have made the transaction by through paytm app booking for flight on which has transaction processal had been done but after few times which got failures but money got deducted my hdfc credit card account not yet reversed has been happened which has multiple type attemptes of customers care team. So plz find out the alternative solution as earliest possible to credited my respective account.

          I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
          After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

            My HDFC Customer I'D is 52422838.I have applied for Fastag online on 22 December 2019. Although I got my wallet I'd and fees summary but yet not received Fastag physically. Nor I received any status about it. I have been your client for last 7 years and got instant disbursals of loans in no time yet I fail to understand why it is taking so much time to issue a simple tag even when it is promised to deliver within seven days as shown under reference number.

                I am trying to get a replacement sticker for my vehicle.
                I have tried to contact the call center number [protected] many times, but could not reach any one. When I approached HDFC help desk, I am asked to write email to Shankar.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. No response received for my email. I have written to support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in, and no response received.
                Not sure to whom I need to reach out to.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01222243. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                    Its been more than 40 days since i have applied. Yet to receive any progress or fastag from the team. Infact i had already raised a concern in this forum for which i got a response stating that it will be resolved in 7 days.

                    On 20th November 2019, I had applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment as well.

                    The reference number of the application is hfr425209.

                    I have uploaded rc for fast tracking it as well.

                    Request the team to kindly help in getting the status update on the same.

                    Request team to get me an update from hdfc or should i approach different bank altogether

                      I took a policy in HDFC life and paid the renewal premium on 21st december and got the receipt on 23rd december, but the auto debit is active and i am unaware of it so again the premium deducted on 24th december. I contacted the team and submitte the NEFT form cancelled cheque. but they are not at all responding to my issue and not even provided any satisfactory information.
                      They will respond only when we are purchasing any new policy, they are not at all bothered about existing customers.

                            I want to cancel my one assist membership. I don't know how you can charge without sending me message. The person from one assist customer care told that this is only one year pack and automatic recharge is not going to happen. She assured me that. She also told that you don't have to pay annual fee for Credit card and I didn't receive that benefit as well. I did pay my annual fee. The person from the customer care of one assist told me that the plan will expire in one year and it will not be reactivated. I believed her, now again I am getting charged for one assist. Fake marketing is not acceptable.

                              I have received Fastag, but the Welcome mailer with Wallet ID is not received.

                              And i see that someone else is using my Fastag as i received few messages where my car being used near Krishnagiri toll whereas my car was in my office. Also when i checked the Fastag nearby toll plaza they said that my fastag is not yet registered.
                              So this makes me so much confused as my amount got used and rs.500 has been deducted from my credit card in Nov2019 whereas Fastag is not registered only

                              Could you please share the steps to get the Welcome mailer so that i can register my Fastag ID. Also let me know how to get back the amount which has got deducted.

                              09 -dec-2019 I applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
                              Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR985069
                              I got a call from hdfc person saravanan [protected]. He asked when my salary will credit? and how much salary? Kindly safeguard my account details and money.
                              Payment done Fastag still not recevied and customer care no always busy they are not response
                              I purchase a mobile ₹ 26967 & my card limit is ₹13033.and I transfer 5000 rs from saving to credit card. Then my card limit is 18033.. And now again I got the msg that my card limit is 13033 again.. Plz sir help me what's going on 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
                              BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST CHARGES are deducted from my account two times in a single day... And why I have to pay this amount... I don't receive any msg from bank that amount is deducted from my account.

                                We applied for fast tag on November 22, 2019. Received the email " Congratulation! TAG Issued successfully" on November 27, 2019.
                                There is no intimation after that on when will I receive the tag. It has already been about 1.5 months since I completed all the formalities from my end. Why is it taking so long to dispatch the Fastag?
                                Helpline number is not working, nobody ever receives the call. Have waited on hold for more than 2 hours on call for someone to pick up the customer care line. Very disappointing. Can someone help?

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am arising a complaint on HDFC credite crad and service team for not providing any concrete resolution on my concerns raised in the month of Aug 2019. I have a bank account ( salary account) in HDFC and that I took a credit card from the person visit my office .

                                  The person activated the card incorrectly with email ID . Moreover the payment mode was activated as minimum payment which was advised as full payment.

                                  Due to above error from the credit card activation team, i have been levied a financial charges for no payment.

                                  As soon as I was aware of the situation, I made a one shot payment of 1.8 lacs without any delay which were a genuine usage.

                                  I have asked for the waiver for INR 36000 ( which is not INR 59000 due to delay of response from HDFC - interest on interest) but I am not receiving any concrete response on the same.

                                  I have not used the card since Aug and without my approval HDFC activated smart pay. I have been asking for statements which I have been denied with.

                                  I have been following up continuously on call centers, mails and Nayan dey ( my service manager) but i am so shocked to see that there is no response.

                                  This is a genuine concern as the services were activated incorrectly and the customer is suffering.

                                  Kindly support with the 100% on my outstanding. I have made all genuine payments as pending.

                                    Why so many Charges in HDFC BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I want refund of the same from HDFC Bank.

                                    In my account they have deducted 590 rupees in saying that "ACH Debit return charges"

                                      Not received hdfc fastag even after 36 days of applying online. My ref no. is HFR550182 and have applied on 26th November 2019. No trace of the fastag yet. What's more- RS 500/- has already been deducted. Such pathetic service from the likes of HDFC bank! Your customer service number is perennially busy. Now what am I supposed to do...wait for ever?

                                        Hi team, I was using hdfc credit card and I have been paying my minimum dues, but recently I have an issue with my father as he passed away I was stuck with all the payments I am badly in need of money, and my salary amount is kept on hold, no one is trying to help me no one gives a damn about the customer, credit card team. Backend team, compliance no ones helping now I don't have a single penny amount bank rupt I need my money Pls.. I have a medical emergency now with myself I don't have money to go and do the checks
