I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

My fast tag Application NO. is HFR599326 wallet id created on 30th Nov But there is no dispatch status.
I have Applied for Fastag Id Number[protected] and Wallet ID [protected]. It has been more than fifteen days and I still haven't received my fastag yet.
Apply hdfc fasttag online ..amount deducted rs 500 and recd mail from bank your fasttag issue and recharge 300rs successfully ..but still i am not recd fasttag . apply on 1'dec'19 ..more than 14 days gone ..still not recd.

    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899- from my credit card number ending with 9912 without my concern on date:07/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online on dt[protected] and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr865763. There is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking link found

          I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. ([protected])

            The Credit Card jumbo loan has been debited twice from the account. I had already paid the EMI but it got deducted again automatically where I had never activated auto pay for that, please look into the issue as I have other commitments which is pending and my account balance is in negative. This may affect my cibil score. So please do the need quickly and credit the amount back to my account.

                    Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.
                    PPR Policy no[protected]
                    I have been misled by hdfc life through HDFC agent w.r.t. policy number 14318012.

                    I have paid pemium of 3 years - Rs. 1, 80, 000 excluding service tax

                    I was informed that If for some reason I have to surrender this policy, I shall get minimum amount of rs. 154, 211 after 3 years.

                    Same has been stated in a very very very small font on the policy document as well. When I applied for surrender few days back, I was told that value of the same is 70, 128.

                    I have worked very hard to earn money and I just cannot accept that hdfc life - through HDFC agent and HDFC is cheating me by taking my 3 years instalments.

                    This is not acceptable. I have been HDFCs customer for very long time and I have never faced any issues with the bank. But this is really intolerable. This is very disappointing HDFC promises to give you the benefits but with such hidden terms and conditions that you are going to regret it for sure.
                    Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.

                          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my school, so due to some problem i left the school . Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of ocyober i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged inn 10th januaryr 2019 and i see that i have rs -2139 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 29 Nov 2012. I paid deposit and some top up money both adding up to Rs. 500.

                                I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.

                                With persistance effor i managed to speak to 4 agents over 4 weeks. All speaking only hindi to an individual who doesn't speak hindi.
                                Upon insisting to connect the call to english speak agent, the agent managed some english and guess what all 4 agent sounded like a parrot.
                                Repeating "Sir, the fast tag will reach you in a week time" over a period of 4 week.

                                No prizes for guessing, weeks came and week went past, but no sign of my fast tag.

                                I am pretty sure if i pick up the phone and call up the customer care agent, i will get the same answer again.

                                They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                      Hi, i don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is the second time when bank deducted 708 rupees, this "amb chrg incl gst for nov2019 and dec 2019
                                      I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is made on 9 jan 2020 (Two transactions on the same date with description nov-708 and dec - 708) and i didn't get any messages or warning regarding the same.                                         I applied for hdfc fastag online on 06/01/2020 with appilcation ref no. Hfr01314313 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 08/01/2020 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                        Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.
