I have complained (@ consumer complaints) on 30th dec 2019 about non receipt of hdfc rf fastag referring application no hfr828816 and request to cancel or deactivate the same since i don't have any response from hdfc over 4 weeks from the time i applied.
Responding to the complaint (On 30th dec 2019), mr. Anay / hdfc customer service mentioned as below "your application has been dispatched & you will receive the tag in 5 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via sms"
However, till date neither i received the 2 nos fastag rf nor sms with dispatch details received even after 5 working days.
Since my vehicles vrn mapped to hdfc tags, i am unable to use any other fastag and any new application of mine are getting declined with regret message.
I am frustrated as hdfc is neither acting to ensure delivery of the fastag nor de-registering / deactivating my vehicle regn numbers.
I am suffering due to incompetency of hdfc.
Kindly help this message to reach the appropriate at hdfc.

    Dear team hdfc fastag,
    I had applied for hdfc fastag on 6th november 2019. The reference number for the same is hfr329397. The wallet was created on 15th november 2019.
    I had launched complaint twice. I got assurance that i will get fastag dispatched shortly. Till date i did not received any fastag. Also my fastag is missused. I had emailed to the given email id. Please refund my amount so that i can buy fastag from some other company. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

            Hi team,

            Date of issue : jan.2 2020

            I tried to get fastag (Ref no. Hfr[protected] via hdfc site : https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/fastag/index.aspx?_ga=2.12697079.[protected]... and made payment of rs.500.

            Money was deducted from my account but didn't receive the fastag application nor the deducted amount was reverted back to my account.

            Can you please help me with resolving the issue.

            I have attached copy of error message on fastag site.

              I did not received any welcome mailer on my mail as well on my registered mobile number. My rfid number mentioned on fastag is [protected].

              I want to recharge my fastag but, unable to do so, because i did not have user id or wallet id with me and without that i unable to do the process.

              Even i tried many time to talk with your customer care but, there is no response.

              Please kindly provide me the solution or i have to replace your fastag with other bank fastag.

                Trying to track fastag application no.: hr[protected]
                Got an email stating that the application was approved and shall receive the fastag within 7 days. But already been more than 10 days, there is no way to track the application. Very tiresome customer service with no luck on customer care number as they never answer. Also no other way to connect to them for this issue. No email id for grievance of fastag.
                Please help us resolve.

                  But till the date i have note received my fastag sticker and customer care relationship is very poor.

                    I have applied for home loan balance transfer in hdfc and deposited rs.2400 aprox as processing fees. The loan application was rejected and it was told to me that processing fees will be refunded within a week (This was told on 28.12.2019) but till the time didn't receive the refund. Hdfc representative is not responding on the same.
                    I have also lodge complain on hdfc portal on 23 dec, 2019 and the number is-hbl=[protected] but till not resolved.

                      I have received wrong fastag with the welcome kit. Tag no printed on tag and welcome kit are different. After calling many times they answered once saying that you need to mail them the issue details along with images of the tag. Which i have mailed but never got the reply even after several reminders.

                        I have purchase alto car and company has provided me fast tag of hdfc bearing wallet id [protected].

                        I am using since last 6-7 months. But every time i face problem as toll tax employees always says pl contact your bank as it is not working properly

                        I wish to quit. I want to disable the same and kindly arrange to refund balance amount in the fast tab i. E. About 1100 rupees

                        Moreover you had mentioned toll free number[protected] to call for customer help but it always stated check the number you dialed and if i called 1033, they just clearly refuses to help me out with the comments that call on customer care which is not available

                        It seems that you are just playing with customers and no one is there to help them out. I am asking for my problem and no one is there only assurance

                        So please help me out otherwise i will be forced to move to consumer court. with all the correspondences and call details i have

                            Hello, I swiped my card in the store on 5th of January 2020 to purchase a phone and the amount was debited, but the transaction was failed. I even checked the last transaction slip on their swiping machine. It still was showing transaction failed. .the amount isn't credited to my account yet.can u please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              With reference to the fastag account opened on 05.07.2018, we have still not received the physical fastag.

                              We tried to contact toll free helpline but to no avail.

                              We did not expect such pathetic user interface from hdfc bank where no customer service department contact details are mentioned. Unnecessarily we have face issue on toll plazas because of hdfc's irresponsibility.

                                  Hdfc has been putting my funds on hold for a reason 'mirevenuehold'. I am not sure what to do. I am tired of going to different branches and not getting any response from them. If someone can tell me what this means or if i have any unpaid charges so that i can pay them and get this cleared once and for all.
                                  This is happening from a long time now. Everytime i go to the branch, they say they are emailing the mumbai team and ask me to come after some days. And again the same thing happens.

                                    We at hdfc ergo devendra nagar is facing problem of disposing garbage of the office on daily basis as the garbage collecting vehicle comes early in the morning in our area and the offices open only after 9:00 am. Hence we are bound to keep the garbage in premises for days and then dispose it off manually to some other place. Kindly suggest and resolve.

                                      Respected sir... I amit upadhyay holding an account in hdfc bankpune and my wife usha pareek also having the bank account in same branch. Hdfc deducted amount of 5646.25 against credit card which was never used by us we already complaint once we received msg from hdfc in 7 month before one of employee mr kapil said that time it is false msg and no any amount will be debited in your account do not worry about this. I thank him for that time after one month same msg received from hdfc bank then i contact mr kapil again he said to us no problem its system fault i force him then why we are receiving the same msg from hdfc bank he said to me now no msg will come in your mobile after one month now hdfc deducted the 5646.25 in my wife account and my wife is getting harrased by aperson named mr. Kapil who claims to b working with your bank. Now i whatspp him but now he is saying your money will be credited on monday now we are getting harrased not only by him but by other member named mr bajaj branch manager from vkia jaipurbranch!

                                      Please tell me how to go about with this as one is not bother about my complaint. This is not my first experience in this bank befor it hdfc deducted regularly some amount from my saving account without any reason every time mr kapil saying your amount will be credited after some time but results was same as this time.
