      Even though i have not taken my car out of my home in hyderabad since 28/12, there have been two debits on my wallet - one on 01/01/20 for rs 260/- and another on 31/12/19 for rs 110/-. I called up the customer care number and the executive instructed me to send an email of the transactions along with photos of my vehicle and rc.

      I sent the email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on january 2nd and followed up again on january 4th. There is at least no acknowledgement to any of my emails.

      Pathetic customer support by the hdfc fastag team.

        My name is natesh. Customer of hdfc bank. Through my customer id applied for fastag on november. My reference number is hfr 602504. Even in december first week wallet and customer id also generated. But sticker till now not received. Already complained once. Even went to bank but no response. Please send sticker immediately or return my 500 rupees. I vl go to consumer court if you people not send the fastag sticker. Requesting you third time please send the sticker.

        Hell with this link. Not taking fastag and no option of this. Just asking reference number. What should I mention. Hell with you people. Lost 500 Rs.
        For opening account, personal banker are not supportive as well as not giving proper information. No value for the customer.

        I got my Fastag sticker when I bought my new car but haven't received any welcome email. I'm not able to register for Fastag and it's been 2 months. The customer care number provided is absolutely useless as no one ever picked up, even for an hour. I need to register fastag, if there's anyone who pays attention to these complaints, please revert.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HR[protected] i have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 3 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

Call [protected]." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.464.26. I dont have any idea what transaction is this.                 I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have lost and blocked my debit card

                2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method multiple times earlier.

                Last month from my HDFC account 354.00 rupees deducted for AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR NOV2019-MIR[protected]. I am maintaining the minimum balance 10, 000 in my account.                 I have got the Fastag card but no welcome email and hence no Wallet ID. Not sure with this pathetic infrastructure why government is going ahead with all these things. Really pathetic planning and execution.
                Actually company had opened salary account and i left job within short span of time and hdfc bank had converted salary accont into saving account and both account had negative balance, but i want to close both account on immediate basis so kindly help me to close the account.

                    My fried transferred rs 6800 /- on hdfc payzapp however even though my kyc is activated it's keep telling me to activate it again and doesn't allow me to send money. I thought o[censored]sing the money as upi for daily expenses so tried registering it but the application is keep giving error to try again later.

                      My name is karamjit kaur

                      I have applied for loan amount of rs. 279000/- @ 10.5% rate of interest.

                      But when i got the repayment later the loan amount is showing rs. 305216/- because your auto loan employee (Branch chotti baradari patiala, punjab) added a gps tracker of rs. 19950/- into my loan account without my consent.

                      I really appreciate the services of hdfc bank but this time i am really disappointed by the behaviour/attitude of your employee. I had a lots of conversations with him & every time i humbly requested to cancel gps but always he said that it is under process & it will take some time. I am really frustrated with procedure & now i am bound to write this mail to you.

                      I am from a lower middle class family. I am house wife & it was a big dream of mine which i have fulfilled to buy a small car. I don't have so much money to waste all these things. Please try to understand my pain. Hope you people can understand what is the situation i am going through. I humbly request you to please investigate the matter & cancel gps tracker into my bank account so that i can pay the actual instalments.

                        I have personal loan in hdfc bank, due to not maintaining sufficient balance they are unnecessary deducting amount, even not sending any messages. I have contacted customer care they said not maintaining the balance. When i do have check in netbanking they have deducted amount for gst and debit card charges without our notice (I. E. Not sending message to my linked number) because of this stupid reason its affecting for my civil score which they can't pay..

                          This complaint is about incorrect deduction from my hdfc fastag account on 4 january 2020 at dankuni toll plaza, dankuni, west bengal. The single trip journey toll is 85 rupees where as the round trip is 125 rupees. I availed round trip journey by vehicle wb26t6013 through this toll plaza and found following deductions from my fastag account[protected].
                          1. Rupees 85 at 08:41:47 - correct
                          2. Rupees 40 at 19:07:11 - correct
                          3. Rupees 85 at 19:00:00 - incorrect
                          I tried to contact hdfc fastag customer care at[protected] but no one is picking up the call.
                          The last deduction is wrong and need to be rectified. Attached the screenshot of messages received regarding fastag transactions.

                              This is regarding my fastag use and charges deducted in maguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha. Fastag customer id:[protected]. I crossed manguli toll plaza, cuttack, odisha on 30th december 2019 in the morning hour and returned in the same day evening (Round trip). Here single way toll charge is rs.115/- and double charges of rs.230/- has been deducted from my wallet instead of round trip charges. There is no such contact facility to inform this and the hdfc fastag customer service number never respond. Even i contacted nhai customer service and they said to contact hdfc and communication is very very poor from hdfc as i have experienced. So how this will be resolved.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 999/- from my credit card number ending with 0427 without my concern on date:16/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.999/-

                                  I had a preferred customer of hdfc bank and i posses the fastag of the same. But as i login into there portal it shows nothing do they have any issues with the portale i tried logingin in from phone in (Safari browser and google crome app) also from my pc in google crome and internet explorer) but it shows nothing once i login. And other then that there customer care no is also not working or always busy. Just like single person is there to pick up all the complains of hdfc fastag customers.

                                    Hello team,

                                    Tried passing through trichy toll gate today for the first time using fastag. The auto scanner couldn't identify the tag and the tag showed as invalid when manually scanned.

                                    The toll free customer service number is always busy irrespective of the number of times called and this is my last resort.

                                      Hello sir / madam,

                                      I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                      I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
