I have purchased hdfc fastag on 21st of nov 2019. I have received the sms that the walled was created and it was recharged with 300.00 inr. I also received the sms which says that the fastag will be dispatched shortly. I didn’t receive any update after this. Please help me track my fastag as i have not received any fastag till the date.

    Dear sir
    We took a loan rs13642 for washing in 9/18. Its 1st emi on 5/11/18 and last emi 5/6/19 for rs 2042 were bounced but both were transfered from icici a/c.
    Calls are coming for payment of rs3955 outstanding agt our loan a/c no [protected].
    We want to deposit bouncing charges but they (Customercare) asking entire rs3955.
    Sir, pls think the person who takes such little amt 13642 as loan for household items is an economically week. Rs3955 charges on rs13642 is very big amt, kindly request you to reduce it for bouncing 2times as genuine.

      I have yet not got the fastag.. I just got the SMS stating the customer ID is created and account credited with Cash. When will I get my fastag

      Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 30 Nov 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. My FASTag Application Ref. No.HFR788612.
      Have applied for Fastag on 5th Dec 2019, still awaiting for delivery.

      Local Branch of HDFC is clueless. Please take up with HDFC on SOS basis and get this resolved.

        I apply for fastag on 28 nov 2019 yet i not received.. Many time called to center but didn't pic the cal.. Not even reply of mail.. It's realy bad.. Experience about hdfc bank.. Many time go to branch but not proper ans... Payment was deducted on same date.. Shame on bank... If not properly ans to me.. Then i will go to consumer court and file case against bank

        I received customer id & wallet id on 12/12/2019 through sms and email that my wallet was recharged for inr.300. I am yet to receive fast tag sticker.
        I didn't get a refund amount from the bank
        I had applied fast tag application wide reference no. HFR01175991. I had not received the mail. Kindly let us know the status of it and when i will receive the fast tag
        I was applied for fast tag on 3rd December 2019, ideally i should receive fast within 7 working days. But yet I have not received it.
        Customer care number is always busy.
        I asked in HDFC bank home brach but they also not able to provide any information about it.
        With custormer ID[protected]. I have received this message on 5th Dec2019 but have not received fastag yet.

          As you have charged rs. 1399 without any intimation. Amount deduct date 30/12/2019. So kindly reversed the whole amount back to my credit card from which you have deducted.

          Not received hdfc fastag even after 1 month of applying online. My ref no. is HFR715713. No trace of the fastag yet. What's more- RS 500/- has already been deducted. Such pathetic service from the likes of HDFC bank! Your customer service number is always busy. Now what am I supposed to do...wait for ever?
          I applied for HDFC fast tag online on 17 Dec 2019, firstly they give 7 days for fasttag then give 15 days, .They give me wallet no., user id but till date i not received fast tag. there is cc no. but they not attend or busy.how i know the status of my fast tag.
          FASTag application HFR01180151 was successful on 18th December and I was to receive my FASTag in 7 working days. Till now no update and also could not get through the customer care number [protected] - call gets disconnected after few minutes. Tried multiple times but efforts were in vain.

          Poor service, not expected this from HDFC.
          I had purchansed a new car from Nexa in July and it came with a FatTag attached. However so far I havent; recieved any welcome mail nor does Nexa have any clue how to get my walletId. Please help!

          I was trying to get through the customer service for weeks thankfully just after posting this I got it was picked up and I could get my customer id and wallet id.
          I raised a request on 2nd Dec and got a customer ID and wallet ID buy 6th Dec 2019 but till now, I have not received my tag. no call centre support and no portal to know the status of tag delivery.
          Please do not buy fasttag from HDFC bank. There recharge website is not developed and while you may try many times to recharge after login it won't simply happen from your phone or any smart phone at all. Their customer care is busy always and there is no other way to address the situation in case you want to recharge it and go on a highway
          HDFC customer service is not responding for the below question asked. Their customer service is pathetic.

            We are under construction field for past 10 year, over these years we have constructed almost 30 sites. One of our client has approached hdfc bank loan department recently. From hdfc, srilekha (Legal department) has handling our case. Initially she told everything was good but now once we finalized the deal she is keep on saying some documents are missing and asking us to roam. Same documents was accepted by other bank in that same building. Now because of her (Srilekha) we are even thinking not to suggest hdfc bank home loan for our future clients. Please interfere here and make us to complete the procedure and process the loan asap. So that our relationship with hdfc bank grows much stronger.

              Hi,

              I am facing trouble in all toll booths.I lost lot of time in my last vacation trip .

              Error on LED board - Black listed
              Error on computer screen - Damaged Fast tag Effective 25 12 2019 bank code 609366 not registered

              Follow-up :
              1- The customer care number[protected] is simply worth less as they never pick
              2- 1033 help line made me wait 10 to 15 mins at toll booths while the booth agent harasses for stopping at gate . Rather I prefer paying cash and moving ahead.

              In my last trip to hyderabad I lost almost 2 hrs for this and I had to pay cash at all tool booths .Can produce receipts if required.

              Please close my account and wallet and refund the money in wallet . So that I can purchase a new fast tag from another provider .

                On date 05.01.2020 there was an unknown transaction done from my credit card account and i have received an sms of 16600 rs transaction from my credit card. My credit card was with me at that time and there is no any kind of online transaction done from my side at that time either there is no otp generated from bank side of that unknown transaction. This is totally hacking of hdfc security system.

                    I have sent mail on 20th Dec 2019 for updation of Vehicle No MH14GY5110 to my RFID account
                    After that I have called 3 times ( After trying 20-25 times each time) to update the same.

                    But till date Issue is not resolved.
                    When asked to customer helpdesk for Ticket no, they told no ticket is generated for such call.

                    Kindly check the same and take appropriate action ASAP.

                      I was an employee of hdfc bank agartala branch fro 2016 to 2017. But till date i have not received my pf amount as they have inputted my wrong date of birth. After that, i have resolved it online. However when i am applying for a withdrawal of the whole pf amount i am not able to withdraw the same. Its showing that i can only withdraw the pension amount and the other amount under form 19 cannot be withdrawn as it is under the name of the trust of hdfc bank. But at the time of joining or my resignation i have not been informed about the same by the said company. I need the full withdrawal of the pf amount at an earliest.

                      I have not received my fastag even after one month .No use in calling their helpline number as not able to reach and even when I reached its of no use and I can reach the number only during odd hours and I reach the number early morning.Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected] .                         Welcome mailer not received - could not get the wallet id. So, wallet id is mandatory to be entered to login to the fastag portal of hdfc. I have my rfid and vehicle no.

                        My vehicle no is ka01ml4883. Rfid is[protected]. Pleas send my wallet id, to enable me to login and recharge my fastag.

                        The fastag portal should make it mandatory to enter only 2 of the the 4 fields - with vehicle id and the rfid, one should be able to login. But they are making the wallet id as mandatory.

                        Welcome mailer is not in spam as well - have checked my mailbox thoroughly.

                        I need my wallet id as the solution.

                          I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge i have tried couple of time to change my debit card and ask in my home branch to provide me a normal debit card without any charges, however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account...

                            I got call from the hdfc bank from delhi for job and paid refundable deposit of 1000rs. And later on they ask 21000rs for job and i ask for my money back and since 20 days have passed i have not received any money and they are not receiving our calls also. I want my money back.                             HDFC Bank doesn't charge applicants any recruitment fee for gaining employment / ask you to deposit any money for giving you job offers; authorize any third party (such as vendors, placement services, recruitment agencies, etc.) to make any employment offers to applicants / candidates and does not collect any fee / registration / recruitment charges etc for referring and placing applicants / candidates with them. If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee / charges / payment to them.

                            I have received the Fastag Kit from HDFC Bank but am unable to register as the OTP is not received at my end.

                            Have tried innumerable times and also advised the local Branch manager. Awaiting resolution.

                            Please assist as I have to travel and need the fastag registration asap.
                            1. Though I have balance in my account, at toll plaza it showing as suspended.
                            2. I am not sure why RS 285 got detected from my fast tag account with description adjustment entry. Why and what is it?

                              Applied fastag through online on 13th december. On 27th recieved the fastag envelope but there is no tag. Reported the complain on customer care on 28th december.

                              They din't take any action thereafter. After multiple time complaining now it shows i the site that they have re-dispatched through indiapost with tracking id rm[protected]in.

                              I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                  Dear hdfc,

                                  Im abhilash, i received a call from hdfc executive before 2 weeks and asked to apply for the credit card and he collected the documents and processed the documents and i got 2 to 3 calls ftom hdfc verification teams, my cibil score is high side and address verfication, company verfication are done and at positive side and i received a sms that your application is processed and can track the status in the link below. After few days i tried calling the executive and no one from the hdfc are responding and i verified the status through the link provided in the sms and came to know that the card application status is declined. I really tried to know the reason for the disapproval and none responded. As per the rbi guidelines one should know to the reason for the rejection as it will affect the cibil score of the person.

                                  I felt really bad as i never contacted hdfc for credit card and themself came to me and said that they are offering card and now finally no response from the hdfc.

                                  I request hdfc to resolve my issue at the earliest. The things happening are making me loose hope on hdfc. Let me see can hdfc bluit the trust again by resolving the issue.

                                  I suspect that the HDFC bank server is faulty as when i went to check the status of the credit card application with my mobile number and DOB it is showing that the application is declined and if i check it out with application number it is showing as in process.

                                    I recharged my fastag for rs 1000/ on 14/12/2019 through paytm upi money was deducted but fastag not recharged. Money went to netc. [protected]@hdfcbank.
                                    I lodged complaint to paytm and bank account. Paytm says transaction was successful. Hdfc bank agra did not help. They say it was not their business.
                                    The state bank (Account from which money was deducted) said that they were not in picture.
                                    Paytm said they have complained to hdfc but so far thee is no response from hdfc.
                                    Please retrieve money from netc. [protected]@hdfcbank and refund tomy account.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had applied for for fastag through hdfc bank appln. Ref number (Hfr359140) on 11, nov, 2019.
                                      My fastag wallet is created and got customer id and wallet id. But the fastag is not delivered to me till today.
                                      There was no communication from hdfc bank when they will dispatch fastag as well. There fastag customer care nubmber is never reacheable. It is always busy. They didn't provide any email contact for fastag support as well.
                                      If i call the hdfc home branch, they say they don't deal with fastag. So i am forced to raise this compaint here. Expecting a faster resolution.
