I have received Fastag, but the Welcome mailer with Wallet ID is not received.

And i see that someone else is using my Fastag as i received few messages where my car being used near Krishnagiri toll whereas my car was in my office. Also when i checked the Fastag nearby toll plaza they said that my fastag is not yet registered.
So this makes me so much confused as my amount got used and rs.500 has been deducted from my credit card in Nov2019 whereas Fastag is not registered only

Could you please share the steps to get the Welcome mailer so that i can register my Fastag ID. Also let me know how to get back the amount which has got deducted.

On 31/12/2019 at 14:31:22 my Rs 90 automatically deducted at Waryam nangal Toll Plaza Amritsar, punjab through my HDFC Fastag of Vehicle no PB02DV7014 & Transaction Id No= 0010001912311448347463
& also they Charged Cash from me saying that HDFC Fastag is not working .

Requesting you to refund the amount
I am a customer of hdfc bank. I had applied for fastag on 12/12/19 ref no HFR 01044188 . I have not received it till now. The customer care no always comes busy.
My fastag application no is HFR961428. Applied on Dec 8. Still not received the courier. But I got mail on Dec 15, says fastag issued. Please check and help me to get it soon.
I applied for Fastag on 7th December but haven't received my Fastag yet. Struggling a lot all the time during travelling. My application no is HFR944456. Also the cuastomer care no [protected] is not reachable. Please help...

09 -dec-2019 I applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR985069
I got a call from hdfc person saravanan [protected]. He asked when my salary will credit? and how much salary? Kindly safeguard my account details and money.
Payment done Fastag still not recevied and customer care no always busy they are not response
I purchase a mobile ₹ 26967 & my card limit is ₹13033.and I transfer 5000 rs from saving to credit card. Then my card limit is 18033.. And now again I got the msg that my card limit is 13033 again.. Plz sir help me what's going on 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST CHARGES are deducted from my account two times in a single day... And why I have to pay this amount... I don't receive any msg from bank that amount is deducted from my account.

    We applied for fast tag on November 22, 2019. Received the email " Congratulation! TAG Issued successfully" on November 27, 2019.
    There is no intimation after that on when will I receive the tag. It has already been about 1.5 months since I completed all the formalities from my end. Why is it taking so long to dispatch the Fastag?
    Helpline number is not working, nobody ever receives the call. Have waited on hold for more than 2 hours on call for someone to pick up the customer care line. Very disappointing. Can someone help?

    Company did not take any measure, I had to follow up and call the customer care again and again to get it delivered. They never called me, I had to call again and again.

      Dear Sir,
      I am arising a complaint on HDFC credite crad and service team for not providing any concrete resolution on my concerns raised in the month of Aug 2019. I have a bank account ( salary account) in HDFC and that I took a credit card from the person visit my office .

      The person activated the card incorrectly with email ID . Moreover the payment mode was activated as minimum payment which was advised as full payment.

      Due to above error from the credit card activation team, i have been levied a financial charges for no payment.

      As soon as I was aware of the situation, I made a one shot payment of 1.8 lacs without any delay which were a genuine usage.

      I have asked for the waiver for INR 36000 ( which is not INR 59000 due to delay of response from HDFC - interest on interest) but I am not receiving any concrete response on the same.

      I have not used the card since Aug and without my approval HDFC activated smart pay. I have been asking for statements which I have been denied with.

      I have been following up continuously on call centers, mails and Nayan dey ( my service manager) but i am so shocked to see that there is no response.

      This is a genuine concern as the services were activated incorrectly and the customer is suffering.

      Kindly support with the 100% on my outstanding. I have made all genuine payments as pending.

        Why so many Charges in HDFC BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I want refund of the same from HDFC Bank.

        In my account they have deducted 590 rupees in saying that "ACH Debit return charges"

          Not received hdfc fastag even after 36 days of applying online. My ref no. is HFR550182 and have applied on 26th November 2019. No trace of the fastag yet. What's more- RS 500/- has already been deducted. Such pathetic service from the likes of HDFC bank! Your customer service number is perennially busy. Now what am I supposed to do...wait for ever?

              Online booking says with in seven days it will be delivered. I don't see such progressive on the Fastag issues. Why the national highway authority and Service provider of their respective owners are doing great job.

                I applied for Fastag through HDFC Bank on 21.12.2019. I received an Email with my application Reference No. HR[protected] saying that Fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. On 23.12.2019 I received messages stating that the Fastag has been issued, however I still not have received the Fastag. The helpline number never responds and there is no official email address/link where we can track the status of fastag.
                I personally visited the nearby HDFC bank but it seems that those people are also not aware of how to track the status of Fastag applications. The only response I received is "your Fastag will be delivered".
                HDFC has introduced the service in the market but failed to deliver it to the customers. I am helpless!!

                  I am getting repeated SMSes for re-submission of KYC details. Even after personally submitting the documents [and taking leave as I am also working], which were checked by the official accepting the documents, I am told that there are discrepancies - one page of the address proof is signed and the other is not. I wonder what the officer who personally checked my documents was doing!!! Pathetic service by HDFC Securities...

                  Hdfc securities are deducting amount on daily basis which reflects as Net PI to HSL security account. They have not informed me about it at all. That amount has now reached close to 10000. I have no idea or reason why that amount is deducted from my account.

                      I have applied for FASTag application on HDFC web page. FASTag application HFR01180151 was successful on 18th December and I was to receive my FASTag in 7 working days. Till now no update and also could not get through the customer care number [protected] - call gets disconnected after few minutes. Tried multiple times but efforts were in vain.

                      Poor service, not expected this from HDFC.

                      I am requesting to refund my money INR 500 ASAP.

                        I have got a message on jan 01st 2020 saying that my account has been debited rs. 355/- for adjustment entry on[protected]. I haven't taken my car for the last 2 days and i have paid all the toll fees and got messages for the same as well.

                        My wallet statement also don't have an entry for 355 rupees deduction, however total balance is reduced.

                              hdfc fastag , apply for duplicate sticker

                              I purchased HDFC fast tag through online and got it delivered in nov2019 .. But currently I have lost that sticker and would like to get a duplicate one.

                              I already have the FASTAG account activated and the fastag wallet is loaded with money.

                              Want to know what is procedure to apply a duplicate fastag in hdfc and transfer the balance from old wallet id.

                              From 04.10.2019 to 17.11.2019 (as visible on internet banking) my a/c balance has been deducted with Rs. 177/- on 11.10/24.10/ 01.11 & 14.11.19 i.e. total Rs. 708/-in the name of "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST". I am unable to understand these charges are for what transactions. No such deductions are made in my Other Bank A/cs.

                              Now again deduction has been made as below:
                              27 Dec 2019 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 27 Dec 2019 177.00

                              2ND Complaint is about NO COST EMI /SMARTBUY Offer on Credit Card, as per information through netbanking and e-mails, I bought a mobile in May 2019 and it was confirmed by seller also that no interest will be levied and whatever interest will be charged in 06 months' EMIs, will be refunded after full payment will be made and EMI amount was completed in November 2019 but till date NO REFUND OF INTEREST AMOUNT has been received.

                              Please provide solutions to both the above mentioned complaints and also inform how to contact customer care as with your phone banking option nobody can reach customer care representative.

                                I am a hdfc bank customer, and i applied for a fastag for my wife’s car.. But after paying via hdfc credit card.. The amount was deducted but but i got an error timed out error.
                                Then i again tried and on second attempt the application was successful
                                Kindly refund the amount asap, for the first attempt which resulted in session timed out.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I under signed, a customer of hdfc card since last 4-5 years. With ref. To [protected], i have raised my complaints against hdfc credit card for the following discrepancies and financial disputes.
                                    1. Hdfc card not provide me bill last 2-3 years. After 2-3 times follow up and book complaint online than send me the bill.
                                    2. Still not provide the oct-2017 bill after repeated follow up.
                                    3. Not provide me bills and make unfair practices to increase the profitability of the organisation, by raising my bill amount with mentioning different causes.
                                    4. Hdfc charged me 69.54% p. A.
                                    5. Total amt used of rs 2, 23, 787/- from credit card within two years. Against the same, paid amount is rs 2, 62, 181.
                                    6. After all, card showing outstanding is rs 77, 136/- as on dated 16.10.19.
                                    From the date 16.10.2019, i have raised my complaint at different level, instead of resolving the same, hdfc card follow up me again and again for the amount and mentally harassed me and threaten me over phone.
