Dear sir,
I applied hdfc fastag card on mar 16th 2018. I received the card quickly but i haven't received welcome details with customer id & wallet id. Without these, im unable to login hdfc fastag portal.

Given customer care number is no use as it never connected - it connects with a busy tone.

Kindly make sure that your customer care number works all the time or at least work during business hours.

    My name is satnam singh, i have taken two wheelar loans from hdfc bank a 2 years back which was cleared and noc was given by hdfc bank, inspite of that my name is reflecting in sibal, i had talked to hdfc authorities but they replied that they have no objection and i should talk to sibal authoriites but inspite of talking with sibal authorities, no one either from sibal or from hdfc bank is taking responsibility, as i want to buy a car but due to sibal problem i am not able to buy it. Kindly help me and do the justice.

      I got hdfc credit card through your agent, when filling application i told i will pay my airtel bill my self, not through smart pay. Smart pay will change the definition of the credit card, with out my knowledge my card is used to pay some bill.
      But, credit card is automatically used for airtel bill payment with out my knowledge, i registered my bill with hdfc debit card already with auto pay.

      I have not received any mail or call till two moths and after that i received a call from hdfc credit cards, saying your airtel bill we paid on your card, i told that is wrong and i don't want to pay banality related to this, i raised complaint also.

      But i have not seen my panality amount not reduced, infact every day increasing and added card charges of rs.500/- etc and made rs.800 payment to rs.2300/-

      I received notice on this saying we will deduct from my hdfc savings account and card suspended.
      The same day i received notice i also received first communication mail. Till that no communication.

      I am asking simple question, is this way hdfc behaves with customers?
      You use my credit card with out my knowledge?

      Please answer this mail, if you are not given justice i have to approach consumer court, also me and my family members will permanently leave hdfc in all manners.

        I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds. But i didnt maintain sufficient balance in two months. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 413 in feb and rs 885 in march 2018.

        I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance.

        Hdcf bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

        Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

        Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

        Why no update as yet. Where will a customer go. How much of his time should he invest to get his money. Please.imagine as if your hard earned money is taken suddenly. Please empathise. What is this world
        Same on HDFC bank ...there rubbish people also charged me 885 rs 2 time in same date ...i ma also holding salary account in HDFC.
        Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.
        I also have salary account in HDFC bank and I have been charged Rs. 885 and Rs. 413 in same date (16-April-2018).
        this is completely rubbish.
        The exact same thing has happened with me! I wish to know whether the amount was even returned. They do not inform prior to the cut! This is extremely disappointing.
        HDFC doesn't even reply to the customer after debiting ACH charges. Even I was charged and despite sending several mails they are not reverting. This is how they r looting customers. First they lure customers and when they become loyal to the bank, they do these kinds of things. I have lost total faith in HDFC customer care.
        Same here I have salary account in HDFC and they are charging some amount. Don’t know what’s going on.
        There was an unnecessary deduction of 590rs from my account . I don't know what the hell this was HDFC really sux.
        I would recommend people not to take any service from this ### bank .
        Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 7 times on 15/03/2019 total deducted amount-4130 rs.
        The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them and i have also mailed them regarding this issue.

        It would be helpful if i get my money back asap
        Same here I have salary account in HDFC and they are charging some amount. Don’t know what’s going on. In one day (22nd April 2019) Rs. 2139 was gone.
        They have deducted more than 4000rs because of not maintaining minimum balance. No prior notification of money debit through messages. No response from their side. i was not aware or informed by mail or sms. they just keep doing the transaction.
        Same here, I was charged 590 * 5 = 2950 rs for not maintaining money for SIP. Even when I spend 20 rs, I get insta alerts but not for these transactions. Cheaters!
        My account also charged with 590*6 =rs.3540 without any information.

        Through SIP we are buying the units of MFs as per our budget, why they are charging on that.

        I have a hdfc account. My Emi not deducted on time . And i maintained balance. So next day i paid EMI by my self. Its not my fault but still i got charged as ACH debit charges not even single i got charges 4 times...
        So we are not fraudsters but banks making fraud with us. On EMI date i called up LOAN agent and he told me to pay online we have technical issues. Then in paid but see what happen i got charges more that That Emi among... Very bad such a fraud doing those bank...

          I have done the payment through hdfc payzapp for tata sky recharge. Transaction has been done but recharge didn't happen. 2nd time this is happening with me. There is a serious technical issue of payzapp and tata sky. Refund my money asap. Customer care phone is also kept busy all the time.
          I am attaching the transaction screen shot for the reference. It has all the detail. Very disappointed with the service of hdfc bank. Same problem continues with so many months.

            Request you to deactivate oneassist service form both the credit cards ending with 1416 and 7430. This has been activated on my cards without any intimation or call or sms. Its of no use i guess. Without even transacting my cards on any pos terminal and atm cenetr. Still my payments on credit cards got exhausted upto 5000. To end this chaos and request you to maintain call intimation service before any vas activation.

            Please assist on this asap.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr038921. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                The hdfc bank loan executives are very pathetic illiterate people, they don't no at all how to speak with customers.

                My consumer durable emi got bounced due to some technical issues at banks end. Yesterday got call from bank/ 3 p agency for the payment today made the payment for the emi amount.

                The agent lady (Saurayna - i guess) was talking very badly and using disgusting langugage.
                What kind of third party agencies hdfc bank hires for calling, this is image of bank down.

                Need explanation and apology for the same.

Even though my account shows new updated number... Am really hesitated... Plz do something... Its urgent... This s for the second time am registering... I trust that u can really help me...                     I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8609 without my concern. I have already called them and said to cancel my membership but they didn't cancel but renewed without asking anything. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership which is going to expire on 24 july 2018

                            Every time i check my bank statement there will be some new deduction from bank without any notification. I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 239 and 59 rupees again

                                Absolutely rotten experience in dealing with hdfc bank.

                                I have current[protected] and saving[protected] both account with hdfc bank.

                                First have open current account with hdfc bank more than 1 cr. Transaction made by me in this account. One day i have asked hdfc bank relationship person for new currency. He confirmed me he have rs. 200/- note currency bundle. After confirmation i visited the bank with my self cheque or rs. 25000/- and he gave me only 10 note of rs. 200/-. When i asked him for that from customer desk madam told aare kya hua baki saare chale gaye yahi hai. I feel insulted. I told him if you didn’t have new currency note told me you want me to make insult of me in your branch. I faced a worest experience with hdfc bank.

                                On another day he told me kindly gave rs. 3 lac cheque and i will open your preferred account. I have said ok and gave him 3 lac cheque. After that i have know that he open normal account. When i asked him for that he have no answer. Today he called me to fill your account with minimum 1 lac balance. I told him i have 3 lac fdr in same account with swipe in facility and you told me for open of preferred account he talks round and round words.

                                This kind of services of hdfc bank. Totally fed up with the service of hdfc bank. I am going to open account in another bank in where i have get good services.

                                  Myself lalita tiwari i have an account in hdfc bank and a credit card linked with this account two guys called me from[protected] name rahul and jeeshum on the behalf of hdfc bank collection team i want to know the current outstanding and i am willing to pay the whole amount than he told me that please pay 2710/- than we will wave off some of your interest from your current outstanding amount. I already paid rs.2710/- and than he called me and started abusing and said that i have to pay all amount they were misguided me and they dont have manner how to talk to a girl. Please take a serious action against them. As they are continuously harrsing another ladies on phone call.

Our bank representative had contacted you at the numbers recorded with us to communicate the outstanding and facilitate payment towards the same. We assure you that the contacts were established only to ensure that your card account was active and available for your usage. While we have explained the circumstances as above, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. Further, we request you to contact Phone Banking to know the status of your request for reversal of charges.

                                    Mname is midhun krishna. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card ([protected]) & i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, on 15 mar 18 rs 900/- got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr".

                                    I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                                    I requested for policy cancellation and refund of the deducted amount.
