I got hdfc credit card through your agent, when filling application i told i will pay my airtel bill my self, not through smart pay. Smart pay will change the definition of the credit card, with out my knowledge my card is used to pay some bill.
But, credit card is automatically used for airtel bill payment with out my knowledge, i registered my bill with hdfc debit card already with auto pay.
I have not received any mail or call till two moths and after that i received a call from hdfc credit cards, saying your airtel bill we paid on your card, i told that is wrong and i don't want to pay banality related to this, i raised complaint also.
But i have not seen my panality amount not reduced, infact every day increasing and added card charges of rs.500/- etc and made rs.800 payment to rs.2300/-
I received notice on this saying we will deduct from my hdfc savings account and card suspended.
The same day i received notice i also received first communication mail. Till that no communication.
I am asking simple question, is this way hdfc behaves with customers?
You use my credit card with out my knowledge?
Please answer this mail, if you are not given justice i have to approach consumer court, also me and my family members will permanently leave hdfc in all manners.
