hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3363 without my concern on date:13/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1399/-

hdfc credit card blocked my account even after paying minimum due

Hdfc blocked my account for non payment of credit card due for two months. However i have paid the minimum amount due 8676rs, 15 days back. Still they are not releasing the amount in my bank account. Now they have sent next month bill to pay. I am trying to contact the collection department in chennai but they are not responding to my calls.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr037720.

I have recived few massage from hdfc regarding fastag with below text
"your fastag has beeb issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected]"

Still not get fastag or any massage regarding to courier details.

cancellation of licence from irda portal

Dear sir /madam
My name is kavitha r salim. I have joined in hdfc life insurance as an agent in 2010.in 2012 i have resigned from there and joined exide life insurance co ltd. At that time i submitted the resignation letter to hdfc and i got cessation certificate from hdfc on 22/07/2016. But still pan number looked up irda portal. unauthorised transaction from hdfc debit card to unknown paytm

On 11th jan 2018, i received text message saying that "thank you for using hdfc debit card xxxxxxxxx for rs.5000 to paytm123419.
I had not done this transaction first thing. Secondly without my knowledge from my debit card the money got transferred.

I requested hdfc bank for reverting my lost amount and still hdfc bank is saying that it was valid transaction.

Its very unfaithful and not secured bank service...

From last 3 years, branch manager and our group relationship manager (Rm) change.

Our preferred group, alloted rm mrs. Kruti is very irresponsible and rough language lady. She always avoid to take any responsibility and blame always customers. We compalint branch manager, but he also safely cover her as a overloaded rm....

insurance policy generation without permission.
