Hdfc credit card agent is fetching money by saying that the card is lifetime free and has rewards points on pay zapp app but the diners club card is not accepted at pay zapp and the card is on an amc of inr 1000 per year.
I feel cheated by the false information provided and have also activated smart pay to recharge the number which was not requested and authorized by me. The recharge has also not processed and they are asking to call to cellular provided for the same.
Really shameful.

    Paid rs 200 and loaded rs 2000.

    Cancelled vide docket no 10371 on 07 march, customer care confirmed refund of full amount rs 2200, however no refund received till date.

    However receiving msg from hdfc after 10 days of cancellation that my fastag is active and i can start using. Horrible service, one toll number [protected] never available, busy or cannot dial.. Hdfc provides the worst to worst service on fastag and recommend no one should buy this product from hdfc.

    Today on 27 march received call from noida from mr salman[protected] saying that hdfc fastag is active, i informed i cancelled before 20 days, he is not aware and no idea of the docket no issued by customer care.

    Request indian consumer complaints forum to take appropriate action and get my refund amount rs 2200/.

      My name is goutham. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 871 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 30 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln#.

      I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

      I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 871 will be refunded but emi processing fee can only be refunded by"hdfc ergo".

      So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 30 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

        I am a very old nri customer. My customer id 385418. My account is with tillai nagar branch in trichi.

        Pervisousely for my account there was a relationship manager, he was helping me. Now no one is there as rm which is really troubling me, more over the local branch people are not familier with nri rules and regulations.\
        I had a very bad experience with my kyc updation they don't know how to fill the form, which is rejected 3 times.

        I am even thinking of close the bank account and open with some other bank were i can get the personnel attenstion and service.

        Kindly fix one rm in that branch otherwise i have to move to other bank.

          Despite several requests made to oneassist company regarding refund of rs.1399.00 duly cancelling the membership but so far these people have not cancelled my one-assist membership, it shows that their intention is to loot the innocent people like me. But i won't keep quiet i will use electronic media and consumer forums to bring the fraudulent intentions of oneassist company. If my one assist membership is not cancelled by 28th of march 2018. I would be constrained to file a suite against the said one assist company for torturing and emotionally blackmailing me and pressurising me to "keep the membership or else face the consequences", this is the phrase quoted by one assist company representative on phone.

          Hence, i request the concerned to act right now and see that my membership is cancelled immediately and the debited amount of rs.1399.00 is refunded into my credit card account ending 6878 and settle the long pending issue with you.

          Note: the same email has been sent to hdfc bank, one assist company, consumer complaints forum and electronic media for taking necessary action in this regard.

          Hope my request will be given due consideration.

          Cancellation of One Assist Membership
          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1014/- from my credit card number . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.3887.96/
          I am not receiving OTP for any kind of transaction like payment, beneficiary add etc. Its been more than 2 weeks I am not able to do any transaction using my card. Please get it resolved asap

              Hi,

              In regards to the trade details for few of my stock transactions for
              M&m
              Icici bank
              L&t i needed explanation for the price irregularities showing in my account. Out of almost 15 stocks, 3 seems to be irregular in pricing.

              The price in the hdfcsec order details and the my login account don't match at all. E. G. I bought 2 shares of l&t on19dec2014 for 1538 each. Now today it shows, 3 shares (2 longterm and 1 short term) with average value of 1036. How is it possible when i never bought any shares after that transaction and the share price never below 1300, therefore including the possibility of bonus share also the average price can never go below 1400 approx. This applies to m&m and icici shares aswell.

              I am writing on the mail id - chandra. [protected]@hdfcsec.com for an explanation but but got no response even after repeated follow ups. I can share the chain mail if required. They have just shared th kink to nse website without a single word of explanation. This is pathetic, they will always call and say we will get back to you but don't call or reply.

              I had requested the response from hdfcsec but its on deaf ear.

                    I think there's some serious issue with toll free number, which is not effortlessly reachable to all. I mean 9 out of 10 are facing the problem, it says busy always. The number you claim customer friendly is not able to reach anytime except early morning. I ask hdfc fasttag team to call the number and check your luck on what count your call is connected at. I am 100 % sure it wont be reachable from 10am-5pm. After reading the reviews i think...

                    I made two transcation of rs.500 each on 1 june 2017 toward ptu fees. But both transcation were failed, but the rs.1000 was deducted from my credit card. I raise a despute with merchant and wrote to the bank, but still my problem not resolved. And transcation money not refunded to me. Later i paid that fee from my other bank credit card which is successfull. So please resolve my problem.

                      I was assured that i would receive cashbacks for two of my transaction that i did in month of december 2017.
                      I tried reaching out the help desk but their support desk people give conflicting advises.
                      At one time(in february) they assured that my transactions are valid and i need to wait for another 30 days which i did readily and next this month they said i am not eligible

                        I am a HDFC debit card holder at your bank and on last Friday evening I have withdrawn Rs 4000 at SBI ATM (Prince Market Ulubari, Guwahati) but I was unable to receive the cash and I have received the customer advice only which it was mentioned that the amount was withdrawn which was deducted from my account and on the second time I again tried to withdraw the same amount and at that time I have received the cash and now my final withdrawal amount was Rs.8000. So please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible because I have only received Rs.4000 instead of Rs.8000 which was deducted from my A/C.

                              card retained by atm

                              My sbi debit card gets retained in hdfc bank atm, pn b3, main mkt
                              Sanwal nagar, new delhi - 110049 on 26th march, 2018. No security guard was there at that time. Later after 1 hour, guard come and told me before this 5-6 cards are already retained in atm. I already complained on their customer care number, but still no action is done till now.
                              I have already blocked my atm card and want the bank to fix the atm....

                              On 23/03/2018 i received a call from one mr arvind arora from mobile no [protected], who said he was calling from hdfc life and informed about my policy no 11403946 wherein a premium of rs 50000 was paid on 23 march 2010 and none thereafter. He mentioned about the revival of the said policy..
                              Next day i. E. On 24/03/2018 i called on the above number to contact mr. Arora but number was picked up by ms. Radhika sharma, she told me that she is senior of mr. Arora and she also informed me that my policy has been lapsed and only way to get the money is to go for settlement and for that she gave me cell number of mr. Vishwajit singh ([protected]) and told me that mr. Vishwa jit singh looks after the lapse policies of hdfc from the year 2006 to 2012. So i contacted mr. Vishwajit singh who after taking the above policy no.[protected]Which was given to me by mr. Arora) told me that he will get back to me within 15 minutes after checking the details on hdfc life insurance co. Ltd.. Then after 20 minutes around he called me and told that yes this policy is is already lapsed and in the name of bl garg issued on 23/03/2010 premium paid is rs. 50, 000/- and since it is lapsed so only way to get its money is by way of settlement for which i need to take one new policy super income of hdfc which is for 8 years premium and for 16 years of term and after taking this policy premium of lapsed policy will be transferred to this new policy after 15 days and then after 90 days i will have the option to get the complete money back i. E. Rs. 1, 00, 000/- + of new policy and rs. 1, 08, 000/- of lapsed policy totaling rs. 2, 08, 000/- or may continue the present new policy by paying premium for 7 more years. Seeing better option to get the money of lapsed policy i agreed and he told that to go for settlement of policy he has to inform to mumbai office of hdfc life insurance co. Ltd. And they will generate an approval code for settlement after verification on phone from me the details and reason for not paying the premium for this long so you tell them the same thing which has been told to me. I agreed to this. Then after around 1 hour i received a call from [protected] (Mr. Manish chauhan) saying that he is talking from mumabi hdfc life insurance co. Ltd. And he has received my request for settlement of policy no. 11403946 and for some other details and told that he is processing it for settlement and told ok go ahead then he sms me one approval code as hdfc014927ia and told me that this code should be given to mr. Vishwa jit singh so he will initiate further and i did the same. After half an hour i received calls from following numbers[protected], [protected] and [protected] for keeping my documents ready along with one cancelled cheque and one payment cheque of rs. 1, 00, 000/- for generating anew policy of super income. I kept all the documents ready and when it was confirmed to mr. Vikram ([protected]) that documents are ready then he came to my house and collected all the documents along with one cancelled cheque and and payment cheque in the name of hdfc life insurance co. Ltd. For an amount of rs. 99, 999/- and told me that i will receive another call from mumbai for verification of documents.in the evening around 5 pm i received a call from [protected] (Person speaking said he is calling from mumbai hdfc life insurance co. Ltd.) and verified the details and told that one final verification call will come from broker firm so i should attend and verify the same but never to discuss with settlement of policy. Although no phone has come till this time but now after searching on net it has come to my notice that above group of people is fraudulently selling the hdfc life insurance policies to the individuals by misleading them in the manner as mentioned above and maligning the reputation of hdfc as a whole.

                              Therefore, i request hdfc life insurance co. Ltd. Authorities to look into the matter and take action as deemed fit in the interest of company as well as customers.

                              I have stopped the payment of cheque in the bank.

                                Hi,

                                I have taken hdfc sampoorn samridhi plan in 2013 and i was promised returns of 15%but now i m not getting even returns of just 3% which is really pathetic.

                                I have also asked my personal banker to check the issue but her response is also very poor

                                I am really not satisfied with the returns and my personal banker have done the cross selling of hdfc life policy in 2013as i was really not just interested in such policies but by giving false promises she has convinced me to purchase the policy.

                                Hdfclife is a real fraud and they don't have any work ethics.

                                Hi Amit, I'm facing the same issue. I'm paying 30k per year from 2013. In 2019 policy will mature. Do they really giving 3% because in my case I'm not getting the actual paid amount. Post maturity the amount I'm getting is less then what I'm paying in all this 5 years

                                Hi Dilip,

                                At the time of maturity I am just getting returns of 2 -3%, I have raised the concern with HDFClife customer support team also.

                                  Here i am writing to complaint about the charges deduction from our tenants account of rupees 170-180 rupees approx.

                                  I need to understand why this charges were deducted from their account.

                                  I am sure you will have a question why i am writing on their behalf to you.

                                  Reason is i had issued a cheque to our tenant but that got bounced. Though it shouldn't be bounced, i had double amount in my account then the cheque i issued, then why that cheque bounced?

                                  Secondly later the same cheque got passed stating due to technical reason this happened.

                                  Now here though cheque got cleared but before getting that cheque cleared, amount of 170/180 got deducted from tenants account by hdfc bank. Why?

                                  I request you to please refund the amount back to the account to whom the 10000/- cheque was issued on 12 march.

                                  Kindly refund the amount to their account and also inform me once the amount is refunded.
