My name is deepak raja i received call from home branch reversal of 4000 but the bank taken my money around 10000 still i didn't get any reversal and hdfc bank employee or their agency treated me like a #. I didn't pay my credit card due amount daily agency person is coming to home and wakes me up asking for money i already informed to agency i don't have money if you want to take action kindly take it but treated me like a # i will definitely file a case against hdfc bank. See i want my full reversal money back. Please take immediate action on my reversal request and give me positive result because i am waiting for more than three months.

    I applied for hdfc credit card on 5th of march, i got two calls for verification and a message quoting my application ref. No. [protected]nd. Till now my card status showing in process. My roommate applied for the same on same time and day and after getting two verification calls, his card has been approved and dispatched on 19th march. Please do the needful.

    mobile verification process has been done twice on 9th march and 15th march. also agent visited my address on 15th march and verified all things. still application is in process. More than week passed after verification and more than 20 days passed after applying. Kindly dispatch my credit card as soon as possible

    This is my second complaint for the problem. I applied for credit card on 5th of march, 2018. On 9th of march, i received a verification call which i completed. Then on 15th of march, again two verification call received which i completed again. On same day, an agent from department visited my address and verified all details. Till then i can see only "in process" status in website. Its more than 20 days since applying for the same. Is this the way you treat to your new costumers?? My friend also submitted the form with me on same 5th of march, he received all verification calls and visits on the same day when i got. And he got his credit card in hand on 22nd march, 2018. If his application can be completed, what is the problem with mine??

      On 21st Mar'18 I got message that One Assist is activated in my Credit Card Ending with 8688, with out any intimation. I am not interested to renew this service. Immediately I talked to HDFC Credit Card customer care, and they confirm me that Rs.999/- is debited from my HDFC Credit Card. I want to cancel this service, and refund my money to the A/C. Without any intimation how they can renew the service?

        I have obtained your credit card facilities and was unable to pay the over dues in time due to my health issues.. I was under medication for almost a year but in between also i tried to clear nearly 1.5 lakhs though different agencies.

        Last month also i cleared 20, 000

        This is to bring to your notice that your company employee mrs. Mousmi mukarji
        Has been harassing me with lots of threatening messages and calls due to this my family members are sick and feeling unsecured.. She's sending lots of vulgar language messages which is effecting my individuality and respect.
        She's sending goondas to my house and threatening my parents in my absence..

        Please look into this matter immediately or i may have to contact the court of law through my media friends..

        This is pure harassment which feels me to kill myself...

        This is just for your information.

        Please kindly take immediate action against this lady.

          Hi team,

          I have hdfc credit card no. [protected]. Hdfc bank is not helping as while i am following him from last 4 months. I have many issues with hdfc bank:

          - miss-guide about joining charges - firstly on call hdfc executive told me that is card is free for first year and charges will be from next month but while i received card the charges of 1, 000 was added. I think they have provided other card but has talked for other card. Through i have raised a request to reverse those charges but they are denying.

          -miss-happening with flipkart purchase - i have purchased a mobile of rs. 13, 722 from flipkart and paid amount from hdfc credit card. But i am not sure what happened i was intend to purchase in 9 installments but happened in 3 installments, i told to bank that i am not able to make payment in 3 installment and to convert into 9 installment but they did't help me so because of this payments was late as i was not able to pay 9 installments amount in 3 installments. This makes extra late charges.

          Now, i am in very much trouble and want to close hdfc bank card. Please help me to settle this issue.

              As i have paid the credit card settlement amount on dec 2017/12/30 and informed them to provide the noc

              They said i will get before the january end but still i didnt received the noc letter for the credit card close. Still i'm struggling and the concern person who contacted me for the settlement from hdfc is not responding and even not attending the call.

              I was waiting for last three months and still striggling to get an noc.

                Opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging. Why this amount has been charged?? Would like to know the reason for deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from hdfc bank when discussed to hdfc support center. Instant sms is a part of safety of our accounts. Even brocking companies provide the same for free. Pathetic customer service from the part of hdfc.

                    I had surrendered my hdfclife policy 15882646 on 27th feb. Amount is yet to get credited despite submitting all paper work and 14 days being passed (By hdfc life's own t&c). Despite repeat personal visits to branch, complaints on twitter - standard answer - "due to technical reasons, your settlement is on hold". Extremely poor customer responsiveness and pathetic service.

                        Complain matter: horrible customer service and avoidance by hdfc bank to clear loan a/c dues.

                        Its been 3 weeks since daily follow ups with hdfc bank, andheri west branch to close las/loan account against securities. Despite repeated daily phone calls and follow-ups, hdfc bank's attitude towards existing customers is to avoid calls from customers. Meanwhile, they are daily accuring interest on outstanding loan.

                          With reference to the above subject matter, i am holding policy no.16720242 pay premium of rs.30, 676/- through credit card on 12.03.2018. But on 13.03.2018 your branch thorugh ecs collect rs.30, 676/- excess premium from my account.

                          Therefore i am contact your customer care on dt.13.03.2018 and enquiry about excess payment they collected from me. They reply that to email a neft form & cancelled cheque from my bank to refund back my excess premium payment within a week.

                          But on today dt.22.03.2018 i am not getting any refund from your side, therefore i kindly request you to give me the refund payment as early and oblige.

                          Otherwise give me the interest amount which is extra collect premium from me.

                          Your favourable reply in this matter is highly appreciated.

                            With reference to the above subject, i am in receipt of credit card statements for the past few months where as neither i have applied nor i have received any. I have only a bank account for the past seven yrs. My communications with bank as well with the city card division didn't draw any clue as well mails to the grievance cell.                             In this connection as am subjected to mental agony for the past few months, moving from pillar to post and wasting quality time.

Then i am getting a attachment to resend contact information. But both the time i was contacted and representatives came to my place taken pic of my id card and driving liscence. Please help me to resolve my issue."...

                              I have alredy sent all supportive document proof, residence proof, office id proof and contact declaration form still no response. Its already more than 20 days.

However, If the you have already updated the Aadhar details then we would request you to wait as we have raised a dispute and the relevant team is working on a priority basis to rectify the issue within 5 working days.

                                  Hi

                                  My self is madhu cm, few months back i applied for hdfc credit card by force by conveying that it’s a life time free card and no extra charges will be charged if we won’t do any transactions, so i had applied for the same.

                                  Once it’s been delivered hdfc people started claiming that we need to attach one post-paid bill for card to make it life time free which is contradictory for above statement, which has been conveyed during issuing of credit card.

                                  Now they have charged inr 2950.00 even though we have not used for any purpose and even i found that customer care number are not approachable. I am trying to contact them for many times which is vein.

                                  Here by am loading an complaint against hdfc bank.

                                  Please do the needful and i am not going to pay a single penny to them and am going to cancel the credit card. Consider this e mail as a formal letter and cancel my credit card.

                                  2 months back only i have requested to cancel my credit card and it is not initiated by hdfc team.

                                      Sir,

                                      Applied 3 times to the hdfc credit card. I didn't take any home or any other loans. Iam working as govt servant. But every time, my application got rejected for a reason which the banks give the reason as internal credit policy. No specific reason from the customer care. Those who applied at the same time in my organisation got approved but i didn't got approval even if the verification said to be successful by the care via phone.

                                        Cancellation of one assist membership
                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5511 without my concern on date:20/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
