I received a call on 30 march 2018 from a alisha claiming to be from hdfc bank (Mobile [protected]) and explained about credit card offers. She provided me with the email id [protected]@gmail.com and requested me to send my documents through email. She said she is falling short of her monthly sales target and she needs one more credit card to be sold. So i did and forwarded my documents to her on 4th april 2018. I did not receive any confirmation email from the bank after this.

I followed up on 16th april 2018 inquiring my credit card application status and she responded saying "its in process".

On 18th april 2018, another executive from hdfc called and explained about the offers for which i told that i had already applied and that's when the executive that i should have got confirmation email or reference number.

This new executive said that i have sent it to a wrong person who may not be bank executive. Please ensure that

    I have salaried account in hdfc infocity gandhinagar branch.

    I have applied for personal loan also submitted all documents and gone through all process but still there is no respond and status update from branch. Whenever i asked branch about these they replied is like they don't care about customer before few days i have visited for request new check book inquiry that time also this type o[censored]nprofessional reply by one of your employee.

    After getting frustrated from this much o[censored]nprofessional behavior i have decided to transfer my account in another bank and when i asked bank they were like u have to meet manager and all my process is pending due to their approval please do needful and help me to get out from your branch i can't bear that type of behavior from your employees

      I'm not recieving any otp from hdfc bank from past 3 months
      And i have raise concerned many time regarding this to the bank but no help from their side.
      Everytime when i call customer care they say we need few more days /
      Seven day but those day are not at all ending.
      I'm fed up with their service.
      Here is a complaint no.- mumc[protected] which i raised.
      They simply closed this complain without confirming me that my issue resolved or not.

      On [protected]@hdfcbank.com
      As i'm a prime customers of hdfc personal banker suggested me to drop mail then they will resolved it but no one took it seriously no proper response from them.
      I'm holding bank account, debit card, net banking, credit card and personal loan from hdfc.
      They have assign personal banker to me she always call me regarding taking loans and other insaurance, cc offers i told her my issue for the first time she told me try register the same mobile no. From atm again. I did nothing worked.
      2nd time she said will talk to her manager personally and get it resolved.
      But nothing happen.
      3rd time when i called she told they will arrange a call from a technical guys from mumbai. But they haven't done that and now she is not picking my call only.

      I want this otp issue to get fix as soon as possible as i'm unable to do any third party transaction. This is my salary account i need to pay many things bill online and i'm struggling for that.
      If they can't solve the issue then i'll look to close everything from hdfc bank i. E. Account, debit/credit cards, pl etc.

      Still issue not resolved don't know how much time you people need to resolve this. Every time you guys asking me send screenshot step by step.
      How many times do i need to send already sent 2-3 times.
      its been around 6 month since i'm facing the problem. I'm fed up with HDFC bank.

          Regarding abovesaid querry, i want to say my wife allready gone with 3 surgical prior to this pregnanancy.
          My wife operation was done in the year 2010, for no more child further. As we have one son and one daughter.
          But after 8 years again my wife is pregnant. Now preganancy is for approx 8 week,
          I want to miscarriage the child because this time if we go for child, may be it is threatening for her life.
          Doctor advised us to miscarriage the same and again she will go for same operation which was done in the year 2010.
          If you want to inspect this case pl call and come to hospital.

            One assist membership
            I am using hdfc bank account. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.               I did not receive any prior intimation from the one assist regarding the renewal and the money was auto debited. I want to cancel my membership. I have already contacted oneassist and there has been the same response of changing my plan and no confirmation about cancellation and complete refund of my money.

                    When i went to pay my statement outstanding, the hdfc, by choosing credit card payment..
                    Hdfc bank menu showed wrongly the outstanding as 1577/-

                    This is a discrepancy because of which 157747/- was debited instead of correct amount as 1247.54

                    I do not expect such a poor quality from reputed hdfc bank credit card...
                    This is shameful. Because

                      Bank has cut my rs. 1062 from my account. You have to give prior knowledge before deducting from my account. And how could you deduct 2 months fees in 1 month...???

                      If you cut that bakwass amb charges in feb month then that time only i have been close my account... At least my next 531 rupee will not get wasted on your bank.

                      Return my money then only i will maintain 10000 bal otherwise tell the procedure to close the account.

                        Bad Experience: I had the same experience as mentioned above in Paresh M Gaonkar Savant's post.

                        I had force close the personal loan and they said you will get the closure letter (NOC) documents in mail or mailing address but it's now one month has been completed but there is no any documents received tried many times calling to customer care but they also responding wired.

                        I would also suggest as per my experience that don't go with HDFC personal loan:
                        - There is no any option for part payment
                        - They have no good process to close the loan
                        - you have to go bank and it takes around 3 hrs min.

                        Other bank are good as compare to HDFC.

                            My Name is Vamsee Krishna Salva. HDFC employee (Name :Daniel ) Called me for requesting me to take the HDFC LIFE SUPER INCOME PLAN with a wrong promises.
                            1.No Application Fee.
                            2.Even i do have money to pay Plan yearly amount(52500 Rs), He insists me to do EMI though HDFC credit card and said that he will pay the interest amount.

                            He made me to take this plan by did these above wrong promises.whenever i asked about these promises, he said he need manager approval.but it now no action done.

                            Please do help me on this. Since i paid around 57000 Rs but the actual plan Amount is 52500 Rs.

                              I am using HDFC Credit card for so long, and have been making payments on or before time. For the past couple of months i am not able to make payment on time, but still managing to put some amount. Now i have a question from you people how come you people can even dare to come to my place, and threaten my family members for that. When you have to sell your cards then you use sugar coated words, and in case customer's payment get delay due to some reason then you show your true colors.

                              More than 100 times your collection department people called at my place and threaten my mother, five times your executive from collection department came at my place without any prior notice. What do you people think we people take your cards, and due to some reason if payment is not made, you will threaten this way, then i can lodge a police complaint under section 506 for such behavior of your recovery agents. I won't even mind to lodge the same complaint to Commissioner of Police, or lodge a case in Delhi High Court. I have all your recorded conversations, all harassment done till date. The mental torture which you people have done on my mother till now, i have doctor's certificate as well for that.

                              If next time you people will come to my place or threaten me or my family then you will face collateral damages.
                              I am making payment slowly, and you better don;t even dare to repeat this ### again. Next time my lawyer will approach you for the same.

                                Sir pl.Cancelled credit card applications from do not issued credit card thk.sir.
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 500/- from my credit card number [protected] without my concern on 25/02/2018 for over limit charge, eventhough i have maintained balance in my credit card. Request you to deposit the debited amount into my credit card ASAP.

                                  Hi,
                                  My name is shubhra. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after 1.5 year due to some medical reason. As i am not working and can’t maintain a balance in my account. Some deductions is being charged from my account. And now it is showing negative balance of more than 2872. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same
                                  Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount..

                                    I applied for personal loan for 110000 on 27/3/2018 and on 29/3/2018 i got approval message from hdfc as the loan got approved, and given loan account number also, it is 56170407, but after this message i didnt get any messages or any calls from the bank and i didnt get money also, its almost 18 days over, it is urgent for me, thats why i tried, if it is not possible please let me know, i can tey other way, i dont knw to whom i should ask because i applied via online, i called loan customer care also, they also didnt given any proper anwer

                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6802without my concern on date:31/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

                                    I am having a saving account with HDFC account with branch EAST OF KAILASH, NEW DELHI branch . i did not find any way to update my mobile number though i tried the helpline number but it did not provide any solution to this.

                                    Please assist me with the process to update my mobile number asap.

                                      I have made the payment for jumbo loan processing fee 590inr on 26 mar 2018, as per guidance from customer care people who offered me a loan.

                                      As per there instruction i made the payment for my credit card number and now i got a call from back end people and said i need to pay the late fee charges and now they are giving the loan number.

                                      I need to wavieoff the late fee or re-transfer the payment to these loan number, which i have already made the payment

And branch employees are telling me to do online transaction but I'm not comfortable with online transfer. And they are not accepting my physical RTGS AND NEFT . So please take action.

                                        I am a client of your bank for the last 3 years and hold a saving and current account in your kikkar bazaar branch. Mr. Rakesh ahuja branch manager and mr. Govind told us to tie up with hdfc bank. And mr. Parveen singhal and mr. Pawan sanctioned our loan `2.65 lakh with cc limit and term loan. They gave us 95 lakh and 10 lakh from other funds. Every three months we have to renew the funds. We have pay every interest regularly. But when bank’s new staff comes mr. Rakesh extended our cc limit and term loan and our loan are 3.35 cr three crore thirty five lakh. Everything goes on regularly. But without notice bank close our account and deduct our fund without any notice. It has created lot of disturbance in our business.
                                        I inquired with your branch and they assured that my request has been reinitiated. There has been no action taken till date. We have discuss on phone with your head officer mr. Arun and mr. Ashok garg.
