Dear Sir/Madam
I am Subhamoy Roy stying at Asansol west Bengal and working as Sales Development Manager in an US based multinational.
Today afternoon I harassed a lot by the HDFC Bank two wheeler loan department at Asansol.
Today in my HDFC Bank netbanking I had seen there is an offer for me in two wheeler section named zip drive.It was written there the process is very convinient, simple and it will take only 2 min to get the approval. It is also written there after getting the approval I shall receive one mail I need to go with the mail print out to the showroom (Avik Motors).
According to that I had done all the formalities and I got the approval and receive the mail also.I got one person name and ph(Mr Kingshuk Bramha [protected]) no also on the approval mail .
According to that I called that person he suggest me to come to the showroom after taking the printout of approval letter.
When me and my wife went to showroom(With 23 pages printout) after seeing all the documents they told me to wait for some time with in a while they will give me the bike.After 30mins they told me the loan amount is higher than the price of the bike though the price has taken autometically when I choose the bike model in online(Bank Site).But they assured me wait for some time with in this they will take the approval and handed over my bike.
I wait another one hour, my wife was so much excited because that bike was planned for her but after one hour they told me not possible to give me the bike.I need to go to the normal process. Pls come tomorrow. Now my question is that
1)If after doing all the formalities I need to go in normal process then all the offer(zipride) is for what?Is this only the eye wash?and is this only for harassing the general people?
2)They give me the bike or not this is absolutely their decision but everybody has the self-esteem. Who are they to ignore that?
3)I spent around 2 hours at the showroom why they took so much time to communicate that I will not get that bike.
4)Then the received sanction letter is what for?
5)Why they are playing with the emotion of normal people .
I am attaching the sanction letter for your reference.
Please look in to the matter and help me.
In future I can go further for the legal action.

    I was forced by your executive to do cancer care insurance even I have refused many times and after doing that they debited the fund twice which amount is 1198 but now I have got Rs.499, , whether the rest amount is pocketed by your executive or any other else I want to know, i did visit your branch at Jorhat branch, Assam, but did 'nt get any good response, thank you, hope you will help me getting my fund back as soon as possible, Thank you

      The payment was done using HDFC banking Portal and Tech process.

      Same is not reflecting at payment status

          Bank account type was salary account and once i changed the company that account they converted from salary account to savings account and they deducted money from my account and made negative balance. According to rbi rule they should not make negative balance. Now i am going to close account, but they are asking to pay and close the account. Please help me, should i have to pay and close or is their a way where i need not have to pay to close account.

            For hdfc credit card mobile number change. The physical form to be downloaded from hdfcbank website (Not avialble in hdfc credit card site!!). Link is named as 'home centre'.

            How will a layman understand that form centre is the repository of forms. Ridiculous!!. Link ought to be named as 'mobile number change'.

            With nearly 92% mobile telecom penetration, how come these 'new age' banks are in jurassic era!! They are not yet 'mobile first'.

                  debit card deactivated without prior information

                  My HDFC card got deactivated without information, saying new upgraded card will be provided, last arnd 2 weeks bank didn't send card to proper address - Heights of irresponsibility . I contact customer care and confirm my residence address and they confirmed card will be send to my residence address . but after 10 days i didnt receive my card and also sent to branch office .received a text message saying that go and collect it from branch...

                  I have deposited rs.27, 000/ ceque in hdfc bank atm at chandanagar
                  . Well in advance i. E., before due date. But to my surpride cheque was not honoureed due to unknown reasons. Immediately anothe cheque deposited in atm. But, it is surprise to note that, rs.830+130 was penalise for not my mistalke may be looked into and settle please.

I am a senior citizen and currently with my financial situation, i don't need that account. Hence the decision for closing.                         I had booked 2 movie tickets from bookmyshow and used offer code of 25% cashback using a promo code at payzapp. I haven't received the cashback since 3 weeks. It's really embarrassing to write mails everyday to the payzapp team and bank but getting no reply. It's like they are abandoning the customers. The amount maybe petty but the trust between bank and customer is what hampered. I am really disappointed with this service and will escalate the matter if my cashback in not processed in coming 7 days.

                          Hello, i am nitin bure using hdfc credit card since 4 months and would very hurtfully want to say that the experience is pathetic never had such experience prior to this customer service, my payment of 11000 twice is not showing and when i reach out to their customer care the response i get is pathetic, not even a single persin is helping me for this issue 22000 is a big amount the payment update is not reflecting till now. The reference number for the payments were lscb[protected] and second one is lscb[protected]. Would really request u to solve this asap.

                            I have applied for tag on 2nd march 2018 and got application reference no. Hfr036656. Following which i got my wallet id and login. Couple of days later, i got an sms saying my tag has been activated. But till date, i have not received my rfid tag. Tried calling customer care, and they speak real #. They gave me a delhi landline number saying that it is courier department's responsibility. Tried calling that number multiple times but none picks at the other end.

                            I have been with hdfc for more than 10 years. And despite multiple emails/sms from hdfc saying that all will be over in 7 days, this time i deeply regret for having chosen hdfc. My friends who ordered via icici got it in exact 7 days.

                            If this tracking ID was given to me before hand, I would have followed up. Fault on bank side for not communicating this crucial information. At the end, it was foul play by DTDC delivery. Consignment has reached my town on 9th March. But they never attempted delivery and FALSE marked it as delivered. After calling multiple offices/personnel, I got my consignment delivered on 22nd March.

                            Please change the courier company for good.

                              After using many banking facilities around the world hdfc has always been an favourite of mine when it come to there sensible relationship management with their customers. However my recent experiences with the credit card has completely disappointed me in this. Indians have always excelled around the world when it comes to sensitivity and sensible communication. The behaviour i have got from the hdfc credit card department recently in my difficult financial days is truly appalling. Even after explaining the financial crisis in facing due to a lifetaking illness the behaviour from the hdfc staff it intolerable.

                              I'm ashamed to associate myself with such a financial organisation who has no humanitarian grounds

                                I am having a saving account in hdfc.
                                Today early morning at 5.09 am, 21 march 2018, a fraud has been done for rs 5000 and again for rs 5000 respectively. Both the transaction are looking as directed to www paytm com pos debit in passbook.

                                Message we received is as follows:

                                Thank you for using debit card ending 4097 for rs.5000.00 in noida at paytm1293914 on[protected]:05:09:34 avl bal: rs.17388.74

                                This is turning out to be a big fraud and many users from hdfc are affected by it as you can see many such complains here.
                                Please take necessary steps to get us out money back from frauds.

                                  Hi, my name is tayyaba. I have been using hdfc cc from 2014 and always making payment on time from last 4 years but because of some unfortunate reasons, i did not pay emi of 2 months.
                                  On 16 march 2018, i receive a call from hdfc employee named neetu & bani and no was [protected]. I inform her that i will pay on 30th and then they started using unprofessional & abusive language (Agar aukat nai h to kisi masjid k darwaze par beth kar bheek mang lo. Bahri hai kya. Aukat me reh apni. Tere bap ko call kae dungi). Aswell she call my family said (Jake dekho tumhari beti kya gul khila rai h. Tumhare bap ko to bheek ka katora lekar beth jana chahiye). She said all these words to my family. How can someone do this type of thing on a professional level is this the right way to talk to a customer. I want to request to consumer court to take a strong action against them. I want you to take strict action against her as early as possible because she doesn't know that how to talk to a customer first. Hdfc bank should train your employees first, i request you to pull up that call recording from records and listen that properly.

                                  Again i recieve a call from hdfc cc named SEEMA.She throtled me and said TUMNE APNE GHAR ME 3 LOGO KO MAR DIYA SUISIDE KRNE KO KH RAI THI ISSE ACHCHA H K MAR HI JAO.She is harrasing me. How can some one say these thinngs. Please i m requesting you all please a strict action against that girl.

                                    I had requested to close home loan insurance since about a month. Still me and family are getting daily calls and messages about emi to be paid for the same...

                                    It seems anyone can help you to get home loan insurance but only manager can help to close that account... Its really pathetic service because i'm struggling since past 1 month to close that service (As an nre customer its even more difficult for me) i would like to warm everyone "do not opt for hdfc home loan insurance"

                                    For a loan of amount 1.5 cr hdfc home loan insurance is 8.16 lacs
                                    While icici term plan insurance for same amount is only 12k per year (Which can be canceled anytime)... Please compare before buying!!!
