I am existing hdfc acc user, i'm also have payzapp, before 10 days i have been add money from my credit card and it was successful, while i try to transfer it to my acc it was failed and asking for kyc, i have update it on the error date, after that i have tried many times,, but it showing kyc update under process, i have the same details as i am updated in my bank in my payzapp wallet, as of it i don't need to update any details of kyc, it should update automatically from my bank,
After all of it i have complaint to hdfc so many times,, but i did't get any response, my complaint ref id : pz[protected]
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
my expirence with hdfc bank is no good.
so i not suggest any one any relation with hdfc.
i very much disspoint and harace.
