I had surrendered my hdfclife policy 15882646 on 27th feb. Amount is yet to get credited despite submitting all paper work and 14 days being passed (By hdfc life's own t&c). Despite repeat personal visits to branch, complaints on twitter - standard answer - "due to technical reasons, your settlement is on hold". Extremely poor customer responsiveness and pathetic service.

    Hello,
    I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge i have tried couple of time to change my debit card and ask in my home branch to provide me a normal debit card without any charges, however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account...

      Complain matter: horrible customer service and avoidance by hdfc bank to clear loan a/c dues.

      Its been 3 weeks since daily follow ups with hdfc bank, andheri west branch to close las/loan account against securities. Despite repeated daily phone calls and follow-ups, hdfc bank's attitude towards existing customers is to avoid calls from customers. Meanwhile, they are daily accuring interest on outstanding loan.

        Sir,

        With reference to the above subject matter, i am holding policy no.16720242 pay premium of rs.30, 676/- through credit card on 12.03.2018. But on 13.03.2018 your branch thorugh ecs collect rs.30, 676/- excess premium from my account.

        Therefore i am contact your customer care on dt.13.03.2018 and enquiry about excess payment they collected from me. They reply that to email a neft form & cancelled cheque from my bank to refund back my excess premium payment within a week.

        But on today dt.22.03.2018 i am not getting any refund from your side, therefore i kindly request you to give me the refund payment as early and oblige.

        Otherwise give me the interest amount which is extra collect premium from me.

        Your favourable reply in this matter is highly appreciated.

          Dear sir,
          With reference to the above subject, i am in receipt of credit card statements for the past few months where as neither i have applied nor i have received any. I have only a bank account for the past seven yrs. My communications with bank as well with the city card division didn't draw any clue as well mails to the grievance cell. Till date there is no written communication in this regard from grievance cell either. ([protected]@hdfcbank.com).

          In this connection as am subjected to mental agony for the past few months, moving from pillar to post and wasting quality time.
          Submitted for early resolution and reversal of the accessing personal mail id without my consent.

            This is my previos complaint..."i had applied for credit card (Application no. [protected]s2) for 2 times with all eligible documents ask by bank but after verification of my residence and office address successfully by representatives in my presence i am getting status after 10 days that my disapproved because we are not able to contact you with your contact information. Then i am getting a attachment to resend contact information. But both the time i was contacted and representatives came to my place taken pic of my id card and driving liscence. Please help me to resolve my issue."...

            I have alredy sent all supportive document proof, residence proof, office id proof and contact declaration form still no response. Its already more than 20 days.

                Hi

                My self is madhu cm, few months back i applied for hdfc credit card by force by conveying that it’s a life time free card and no extra charges will be charged if we won’t do any transactions, so i had applied for the same.

                Once it’s been delivered hdfc people started claiming that we need to attach one post-paid bill for card to make it life time free which is contradictory for above statement, which has been conveyed during issuing of credit card.

                Now they have charged inr 2950.00 even though we have not used for any purpose and even i found that customer care number are not approachable. I am trying to contact them for many times which is vein.

                Here by am loading an complaint against hdfc bank.

                Please do the needful and i am not going to pay a single penny to them and am going to cancel the credit card. Consider this e mail as a formal letter and cancel my credit card.

                2 months back only i have requested to cancel my credit card and it is not initiated by hdfc team.

                    Applied 3 times to the hdfc credit card. I didn't take any home or any other loans. Iam working as govt servant. But every time, my application got rejected for a reason which the banks give the reason as internal credit policy. No specific reason from the customer care. Those who applied at the same time in my organisation got approved but i didn't got approval even if the verification said to be successful by the care via phone.

                        Dear sir, hdfc bank employe activate any service and deduct money from my credit card, last time they activated one assist service, while this time they approved loan service without my permission, also they not informed me about any type of loan and send me mail that your loan is approved and balance will deduct, my credit card last no is 3370.
                        And loan no is 34359050.
                        I don't want any type of loan, need to cancel it asap.

                          I am Subhamoy Roy stying at Asansol west Bengal and working as Sales Development Manager in an US based multinational.
                          Today afternoon I harassed a lot by the HDFC Bank two wheeler loan department at Asansol.
                          Today in my HDFC Bank netbanking I had seen there is an offer for me in two wheeler section named zip drive.It was written there the process is very convinient, simple and it will take only 2 min to get the approval. It is also written there after getting the approval I shall receive one mail I need to go with the mail print out to the showroom (Avik Motors).
                          According to that I had done all the formalities and I got the approval and receive the mail also.I got one person name and ph(Mr Kingshuk Bramha [protected]) no also on the approval mail .
                          According to that I called that person he suggest me to come to the showroom after taking the printout of approval letter.
                          When me and my wife went to showroom(With 23 pages printout) after seeing all the documents they told me to wait for some time with in a while they will give me the bike.After 30mins they told me the loan amount is higher than the price of the bike though the price has taken autometically when I choose the bike model in online(Bank Site).But they assured me wait for some time with in this they will take the approval and handed over my bike.
                          I wait another one hour, my wife was so much excited because that bike was planned for her but after one hour they told me not possible to give me the bike.I need to go to the normal process. Pls come tomorrow. Now my question is that
                          1)If after doing all the formalities I need to go in normal process then all the offer(zipride) is for what?Is this only the eye wash?and is this only for harassing the general people?
                          2)They give me the bike or not this is absolutely their decision but everybody has the self-esteem. Who are they to ignore that?
                          3)I spent around 2 hours at the showroom why they took so much time to communicate that I will not get that bike.
                          4)Then the received sanction letter is what for?
                          5)Why they are playing with the emotion of normal people .
                          I am attaching the sanction letter for your reference.
                          Please look in to the matter and help me.
                          In future I can go further for the legal action.

                            I was forced by your executive to do cancer care insurance even I have refused many times and after doing that they debited the fund twice which amount is 1198 but now I have got Rs.499, , whether the rest amount is pocketed by your executive or any other else I want to know, i did visit your branch at Jorhat branch, Assam, but did 'nt get any good response, thank you, hope you will help me getting my fund back as soon as possible, Thank you

                                  Bank account type was salary account and once i changed the company that account they converted from salary account to savings account and they deducted money from my account and made negative balance. According to rbi rule they should not make negative balance. Now i am going to close account, but they are asking to pay and close the account. Please help me, should i have to pay and close or is their a way where i need not have to pay to close account.

                                  After receiving my card i got OTP for generating my credit card, i used it to create my Credit card pin but it was unsuccessful. I tried it 3 4 times but no use.

                                  After receiving my card i got OTP for generating my credit card, i used it to create my Credit card pin but it was unsuccessful. I tried it 3 4 times but no use.

                                  So i am not interested in using this card any more, please cancel my Credit card
                                  My payz app card is blocked.can please unblock the card. in the wallet huge amount is there. even i am unable to recharge also.
                                  please help me.

                                    For hdfc credit card mobile number change. The physical form to be downloaded from hdfcbank website (Not avialble in hdfc credit card site!!). Link is named as 'home centre'.

                                    How will a layman understand that form centre is the repository of forms. Ridiculous!!. Link ought to be named as 'mobile number change'.

                                    With nearly 92% mobile telecom penetration, how come these 'new age' banks are in jurassic era!! They are not yet 'mobile first'.
