amount holding issue

Dear sir/ madam,
I sold shares of goldcoin healts foods ltd, qty-1350, amount approx 21, 500 rs on dtd 04-05-17 through hdfc securities limited but till date i have not received any amount.

I am follow up this matter from last 9 months but i am not receiving any satisfactory answer.

He mentioned about the revival of the said policy and sent all the details as above by sms.
I am not able to place any further details of the said policy. Is this a fraud call....
